Docs Knew Gender Science Was ‘Shoddy,’ But Pushed Chemical Sex Changes On Kids Anyway

Private emails from leaders of an influential transgender medical organization expose how ideology and consensus, rather than science, has undergirded the explosive growth of the child sex-change industry. The emails were revealed under Freedom of Information laws.

As their gender clinic boomed with patients, University of California San Francisco (UCSF) medical directors Maddie Deutsch and Stephen Rosenthal acknowledged behind the scenes that research supporting child sex-changes was “shoddy” and fueling “predatory practices,” emails show.

Deutsch and Rosenthal are leaders in the field of gender medicine and co-authors of the World Professional Association of Transgender Health’s (WPATH) highly influential medical guidance, the Standards of Care version 8 (SOC 8), which is used to inform clinical practice in healthcare systems worldwide. Rosenthal co-founded the UCSF Child and Adolescent Gender Center (CAGC) which had a “major backlog” of 230 new patients on waiting list in the fall of 2022, records show. Rosenthal said the staff’s capacity was “maxed out” and a colleague noted “the need far outpaces the access to care for gender diverse youth,” emails show.

When the Daily Caller News Foundation’s public record requests for Deutsch and Rosenthal’s emails were denied by the University of California in the fall of 2023, Judicial Watch, a government watchdog organization, filed a lawsuit challenging the denial and gained access to the records.

As a result of Judicial Watch’s lawsuit, UCSF released 2,491 pages of emails. Among the revelations is that UCSF gave puberty blockers to children as young as nine. Puberty blockers are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of gender dysphoria. Woke Officials in Tony DC Suburb Refused to Charge Trans Sex Offender Who Went ‘Hunting’ for Little Girls, Virginia AG Says

Virginia’s Attorney General is blasting woke county officials for refusing to arrest a sex offender who claimed to be a woman so he could walk into girls’ locker rooms — and said there was clear evidence he was “hunting” little girls at pools and water parks in the tony Washington, DC, suburb.

Richard Cox, a prolific 58-year-old registered sex offender, allegedly exposed himself to little girls and women in the girls’ locker rooms. He was also found with child pornography and a schedule of girls’ swim class schedules at Fairfax County rec centers on his phone, cops said.

However, in Fairfax County — where a Dem-majority board oversees the cops — authorities aid they have no plans to charge Cox for his visits to three rec centers there where children were present, WSET reported.

When he was finally arrested, it was in neighboring Arlington County — where Cox is facing charges for a laundry list of sex crimes.

Video obtained by WSET shows Cox, a biological male, entering women’s locker rooms at Fairfax County’s Oakmont, Audrey Moore, and Franconia rec centers last year. ‘Trans Women Are Men’ — Richard Dawkins Warns Transgenderism Is Undermining Scientific Truth

British evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins has declared that “trans women are men” and that transgender ideology is a part of a broader movement to undermine scientific truth.

Speaking to London’s Daily Telegraph on the launch of his recently released book, The War on Science, leading atheist and emeritus fellow of New College, Oxford, Richard Dawkins decried the infiltration of postmodernism and transgenderism in academia.

“Both politics and personal feelings don’t impinge scientific truths and that needs to be clearly understood. I feel very strongly about the subversion of scientific truth,” he told the British broadsheet.

“I think part of what’s happened is the move of academia towards postmodernism, which is pernicious, and probably does account for the current vogue for the nonsense lie that sex is a spectrum.

“There’s this post-modern hubris which presumptuously and falsely dismisses science as a social construct. Brigitte Macron to Submit Pregnancy Photos in U.S. Lawsuit Against Candace Owens

French First Lady Brigitte Macron is preparing to submit photographic evidence to a U.S. court to prove she is biologically female, as part of a high-profile defamation lawsuit filed against conservative commentator Candace Owens.

The lawsuit, filed in July in the state of Delaware by both Brigitte and President Emmanuel Macron, accuses Owens of spreading “malicious falsehoods” — including baseless claims that Mrs. Macron is secretly a transgender woman. The suit also targets statements alleging that President Macron was a victim of CIA mind control experiments and that he was “statutorily raped” by his now-wife during their early relationship — another unfounded assertion the couple seeks to debunk.

Speaking on the BBC’s Fame Under Fire podcast, attorney Tom Clare, who represents the Macrons, said the false claims have caused “substantial reputational damage” and were deeply distressing for both the President and the First Lady.

“These rumors are incredibly upsetting to Mrs. Macron and a serious distraction for the President,” Clare said. “When your family is under attack, it wears on you. And he’s not immune from that because he’s the president of a country.”

In response to a question about whether the Macrons would present evidence of Mrs. Macron’s pregnancies and role as a mother, Clare confirmed such documentation exists and would be submitted under the court’s evidentiary rules.

“This is a court of law, not a social media platform,” Clare said. “There are rules, and the evidence will speak for itself.”

The decision to move forward with photographic proof — reportedly including images of Brigitte Macron during pregnancy and family life — underscores the seriousness with which the French First Family is treating the ongoing rumors. The lawsuit also seeks to draw a clear line between freedom of expression and defamation.

The conspiracy theory suggesting Brigitte Macron is a transgender woman originated on fringe French blogs before being amplified by figures like Owens in English-speaking media spaces. President Macron first publicly addressed the issue in 2023.

Owens, known for her controversial commentary and high-profile feuds, has not publicly responded to the lawsuit at the time of writing.

Comedian Says He Was Arrested by ‘Armed Police’ over Transgender Critical Tweets

Award-winning Irish comedy writer Graham Linehan said that he was arrested in London over posts on social media criticising transgenderism.

The creator of celebrated comedy programmes, including Father Ted and The IT Crowd, said on Tuesday that upon recently arriving at Heathrow Airport, he was met by five “armed police officers” who he says arrested him over “three tweets”.

“In a country where paedophiles escape sentencing, where knife crime is out of control, where women are assaulted and harassed every time they gather to speak, the state had mobilised five armed officers to arrest a comedy writer for this tweet (and no, I promise you, I am not making this up),” Linehan wrote on his Substack.

According to the Irish writer, the posts for which he was arrested included one in which he argued that biological men who enter female-only spaces are committing a “violent and abusive act”. “Make a scene, call the cops and if all else fails, punch him in the balls,” Linehan suggested.

Violence Is The Logical And Desired Outcome Of Leftists’ Trans Victim Narrative

The horrific Annunciation Catholic School shooting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, became the latest act of violence perpetrated by an individual claiming to be transgender. The FBI confirmed the “shooter has been identified as Robin Westman, a male born as Robert Westman.” Victimhood narratives always end in violence, making grievance politics a precursor to atrocities ranging from mass shootings to genocide.

The left sells this oppressor/oppressed narrative to its constituents — including and especially the so-called trans community, but this community stands out for one important reason: they are uniquely prone to irrational behavior as gender dysphoria is a mental disorder.

Imagine if the leftist press relentlessly pushed a narrative telling schizophrenics that their very existence is being threatened by an evil cabal of conservatives plotting to destroy them. Imagine if once impartial but now ideologically corrupt medical institutions reinforced that messaging. People with schizophrenia would be far more likely to commit acts of violence against their “oppressors.” It doesn’t take much clairvoyance to predict that sequence of events.

It would be unthinkable to exploit schizophrenics by affirming their delusions, granting them elevated status in society, and giving them carte blanche to behave however they like, and yet this is precisely what the left is doing with gender dysphoria. Increasingly bizarre activism on behalf of the “trans community” is characterized as the noble pursuit of “rights” intended to untangle victims caught in the diabolical web of an evil cis mafia conspiring against them. The Media Dismissing The Transgender Factor In This School Shooting Are Enabling Another One

It’s truly as if the news media wish for more transgender psychotics to commit mass murders before offing themselves. Why else would they look at what happened in Minneapolis this week and continue insisting there’s no correlation at all between a potentially violent mental break and the irrational belief that a man can become a woman?

After a gunman identified as 23-year-old Robin Westman — originally Robert before his mother apparently allowed him to legally change his name at 17 — shot up a Catholic school’s church in Minneapolis on Wednesday, the media got to work, both treating the suspected killer as if his gender dysphoria was entirely incidental and belittling anyone who suggested otherwise.

The New York Times captured that dynamic best under the headline, “Minneapolis Suspect Knew Her Target, but Motive Is a Mystery.” The “her” was a deliberate word choice for a person we’re still learning about a day later. And what we did learn was that, according to the New York Post, Westman deeply regretted his attempts to become female, writing in a journal, “I only keep [the long hair] because it is pretty much my last shred of being trans. I am tired of being trans, I wish I never brain-washed myself.”

But the Times wants the public to believe there’s nothing significant about being a shooter who tried swapping his gender, so — it’s ma’am!

Throughout the article, the Times refers to Westman as “she” and “her” and then, nine paragraphs in, attacks the people who dared notice that this isn’t the first, second, or third time in recent years where a “transgender” person has committed mass violence. “On social media,” the article said, “some conservative activists have seized on the shooter’s gender identity to broadly portray transgender people as violent or mentally ill.” (Read more from “The Media Dismissing The Transgender Factor In This School Shooting Are Enabling Another One” HERE)

Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Against Sorority Over Admission of Transgender Member

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by several former University of Wyoming sorority members who sued Kappa Kappa Gamma after the organization admitted a transgender woman.

U.S. District Judge Alan B. Johnson ruled that the private sorority is free to define membership requirements in its own governing documents, including its definition of “woman.”

“Nothing in the Bylaws or the Standing Rules requires Kappa to narrowly define the words ‘women’ or ‘woman’ to include only those individuals born with a certain set of reproductive organs,” Johnson wrote in his decision. He dismissed the case on the grounds that the sorority had not violated a contractual obligation.

The plaintiffs had argued that Kappa Kappa Gamma advertised itself as a “sisterhood for women only” and that they would not have joined had they known the organization admitted individuals who were not biologically female. They claimed they were misled and were victims of fraud.

According to court records, Kappa Kappa Gamma adopted a policy in 2022 defining a woman as “an individual who consistently lives and self-identifies as a woman” for purposes of recruitment.

The plaintiffs’ 2023 complaint stated their belief that “a woman is an adult human female” and argued that admitting transgender members undermined the meaning of membership.

Judge Johnson’s ruling leaves the sorority’s definition in place. Attorneys for the plaintiffs have not yet indicated whether they will appeal the decision.

MULTI-GENDER BATHROOM? Parents Outraged Over High School’s New Layout

When students return to Christiansburg High School for classes on Wednesday, they’ll find at least one large “open plan” gender-neutral and multiple-stall bathroom.

Parents are raising the alarm.

“I would have been mortified at that age,” Alecia Vaught, 49, who has two grandchildren at the southwestern Virginia school, told The Daily Signal about the bathroom situation.

The Daily Signal obtained photos of signs with symbols depicting a woman, a man, a half-man/half-woman, and a wheelchair. While the individual stalls have higher walls to increase privacy, the gender-neutral open concept means that teen boys and girls will share a handwashing space in view from the hallway.

While the architect in charge of the renovation plans defended the open bathroom as an attempt to prevent bullying and certain illicit activities, parents raised privacy concerns.

Transgender Sex Offender Escapes Prosecution After Attempted Kidnapping at Elementary School

A transgender registered sex offender accused of trying to kidnap an 11-year-old boy from a Colorado schoolyard will avoid prosecution, thanks to a controversial state law that critics say leaves dangerous offenders back on the streets.

Solomon Galligan — who now identifies as “Carmen” — was deemed mentally incompetent after the April 2024 incident at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora. Prosecutors say Galligan sprinted toward children during recess, grabbed one boy, and lost his grip only after tripping on a white blanket. Chilling surveillance footage reportedly captured the moment students screamed “Stranger danger!” and scattered.

Doctors concluded Galligan could not be “restored” to competency, and under a 2024 amendment to Colorado’s competency law, the judge had no choice but to dismiss the charges. Galligan’s long criminal history includes a 2011 sex offense conviction and repeated run-ins with the law.

“Because the criminal case had to be dismissed, that’s not something we have any control over anymore,” said Ryan Brackley, assistant district attorney for Colorado’s 18th Judicial District. “We find the statute deficient… We want to avoid a revolving door through the criminal and civil justice systems without meaningful, secure mental health treatment.”

Galligan’s attorney criticized Colorado’s handling of mentally ill offenders, calling the system “broken.” Galligan’s sister, Sarah, said her brother has battled schizophrenia and bipolar disorder since age 16, and warned that the community is unsafe with him at large.

Victim Dante White said his son has suffered lasting trauma from the attempted abduction. “My son wouldn’t even go upstairs to brush his teeth unless I was right there with him. That’s not a way to live,” he told The New York Post.

Galligan is currently in a treatment facility, and prosecutors say the only way for release would be if a licensed professional determines Galligan is no longer a danger. Critics argue that Colorado’s mental health system — plagued by a shortage of beds — risks creating more victims.

Aurora Police Association President David Exstrom called the outcome a failure. “My heart breaks for the kids… And to see he wasn’t held accountable — what’s the long-term impact on their trust in police and the judicial system?”
