Twitter Reacts to Man Who Identifies as Disabled Woman, Uses Wheelchair ‘Most of the Time’

A Norwegian man who identifies as a woman has inspired ire on social media for also identifying as disabled and using a wheelchair despite not physically needing one.

“I have struggled with this every day my whole life,” Jørund Viktoria Alme, 53, told the Norwegian outlet Vi earlier this year, according to Reduxx.

“It is a cognitive dissonance: in the same way that I experience being a woman in a man’s body, I experience that I should have been paralyzed from the waist down. This is not a desire to be a burden on society. It is about the wheelchair being an aid for me to function in everyday life, both privately and at work,” Alme continued.

The publication noted that Velme faced backlash following a recent interview with Good Morning Norway (God Morgen Norge, GMN). It became such a big story that Norway’s TV 2 did a follow-up piece including the perspectives of four disabled women.

One of those interview subjects was an 18-year-old woman named Emma Sofie Grimstad who spent two months in a wheelchair after contracting an inflammatory disease.

State Votes to Ban Sex Change Procedures for Minors After Volatile Testimony

The Florida Board of Medicine has voted to ban sex change surgeries and hormone therapy for children under the age of 18 after hours of deliberation and testimony Friday.

The guidelines, first released April 20, 2022, state that anyone under 18 cannot receive hormone therapy or puberty blockers. It also bans “gender reassignment” surgery for children and adolescents. The Florida Medical Board released the guidance in response to guidance from the US Department of Health and Human Services endorsed sex change procedures for teens.

The state surgeon general endorsed the move in June and called on the medical board to, “review the Agency’s findings and the Department’s guidance to establish a standard of care for these complex and irreversible procedures.”

The vote came after the board heard testimony from several individuals who had detransitioned. One such individual, Chloe Cole, said she decided to transition after being “introduced to inappropriate content, and an echo chamber of far-Left ideology, such as that sex and gender are separate, women are inherently victims, men are inherently superior, and that dysphoric children need hormones and surgery in order to live.” (Read more from “State Votes to Ban Sex Change Procedures for Minors After Volatile Testimony” HERE)

Study Finds Trans ‘Top Surgery’ up Almost 400% Among Children

As the debate over the proper treatment for children who identify as transgender becomes a national talking point, a peer-reviewed journal published a pediatric study that shows an almost 400% increase in some transgender surgeries performed on children.

Researchers Rishub Karan Das, Dr. Galen Perdikis, Dr. Salam Al Kasis and others found “the annual number of gender-affirming chest surgeries increased by 389%” between 2016 to 2019, according to a study published by the pediatric network of the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) Oct. 17.

Although there was a lack of information in the study regarding irreversible sex change procedures on minors, the study found some surgeries, like chest reconstruction, were increasing. Between 2016 and 2019, an estimated 1,130 chest reconstruction surgeries were performed on children under the age of 18, according to the study.

Female children were among the highest number of patients, with 1,114 chest reconstruction surgeries performed to masculinize an adolescent chest, compared to the 16 feminizing chest reconstruction surgeries performed during the same period, according to JAMA. Trans Activists Offer Gender-Confused Minors Cash and Uber Rides to Get Them Away From Home

From coast to coast, transgender activists are working to push chemical castration and genital mutilation on minors at all costs. In September, California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 107 into law, blocking officials from enforcing other states’ laws that hinder access to transgender medical procedures and drugs for minors.

Meanwhile, in Virginia, the Pride Liberation Project (PLP) is organizing resources to help confused minors whose parents are not supportive of their gender and/or sexual identity experimentation to run away from their homes to stay with a “queer-friendly” adult. The potential for predatory behavior with this initiative is alarming.

PLP leader, Aaryan Rawal, now a college student, does not seem to be concerned about the risks of sending confused children into strangers’ houses “within 1-2 days” of their separation from their families. He sent messages to PLP members, mostly high school and middle school students, that the organization could offer rides and money promptly.

As reported by Asra Nomani, on July 15, 2022, Rawal wrote on Discord, “We can pay for Ubers, Lyfts, and other passes if you need to leave immediately. … In the short term, we can provide a couple of hundred dollars … through Venmo or Zelle.” For the longer term, he offers more money. “We can also set up a dedicated ActBlue fundraising page for you and get allies to donate. In the past, this has led to thousands of dollars in donations. Joe Biden Endorses ‘Barbie Pouch’ Transgender Activist

President Joe Biden has endorsed a transgender activist who describes women’s vaginas as merely a “Barbie pouch.”

“I feel very, very strongly that you should have every single solitary right including [the] use of your gender identity [in] bathrooms in the public,” Biden told transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney during a Sunday evening campaign event in the White House.

“It is extremely insulting for Mulvaney to be claiming to be a woman,” responded Anna Slatz, a founder of Reduxx.

“Everything Mulvaney does is a parody of womanhood because he has no ability to understand what it is to actually be a woman,” Slatz told Breitbart News. Biden’s endorsement of Mulvaney “is further driving home just how much [Biden officials] don’t care about women except for when they need us to vote for their candidates.”

Mulvaney is appropriating the cultural features of female life as he charts his day-by-day adoption of a female identity in brief videos. In the process, Mulvaney — an actor who formerly described himself as a gay man — is stereotyping women in a demeaning, sexualized, and submissive fashion.

Country’s National Health Service Abandons Gender-Affirming Model of Care

After conducting a systematic review of evidence, England’s National Health Service has proposed new guidelines for treating trans-identifying youth, abandoning their previous endorsement of the “gender-affirming” model of care for a more cautious approach to treating gender dysphoria in minors.

The NHS now recognizes that children and adolescents identifying as transgender may be experiencing a “transient phase” and warns that doctors should not encourage them to change their names and pronouns, as “social transition” is not a “neutral act” and could have “significant effects” in terms of “psychological functioning.”

The new guidelines “reflect evidence that in most cases gender incongruence does not persist into adolescence” for young children. The guidance states that instead of encouraging transition, physicians should take “a watchful approach,” directly contrasting the American Academy of Pediatrics’ 2018 policy, equating “watchful waiting” with a “harmful” form of “conversion therapy.”

The NHS guidelines indicate that services will now be led by medical doctors rather than therapists, and will consider the impact of autism and other common co-occurring mental health issues. The new guidance also bans the use of puberty blockers in patients under 18, making exceptions only in certain cases for strict clinical trials. School District That Let Biological Male Use Girls’ Locker Room Reportedly Punishes Father of Girl Who Spoke Out Because He Misgendered Trans Student in Question

A Vermont school district that let a biological male who identifies as a female use a girls’ locker room punished the father of a girl who spoke out against the move because he misgendered the trans student in question, the Daily Signal reported.

The father — Travis Allen — has been suspended without pay from his Orange Southwest Supervisory District job as coach of the Randolph Union Middle School girls’ soccer team, the outlet said.

In late September, several members of the girls’ volleyball team at Randolph Union High School spoke out against the biological male using the locker room, saying the trans teammate made an inappropriate comment while they were changing.

Action was taken — but apparently not in favor of the now-uncomfortable girls’ team players.

Burlington’s WCAX-TV noted that the entire volleyball team was banned from using the locker room while officials conducted an investigation into claims that the girls harassed their trans teammate. Florida Board of Education Passes New Transgender Restroom Rule

The Florida Board of Education passed a new rule on Wednesday that requires school boards that allow transgender students to use bathrooms inconsistent with their biological sex at birth to notify parents of the policy.

The new rule, 6A-10.086, will mandate public and charter schools to provide “full knowledge” to parents regarding how the school’s restrooms and locker rooms are designated if they are separated for any other reasons than biological sex.

The purpose of the new law is, “To protect the fundamental rights of parents to ensure they are fully informed of how bathrooms are designated and how locker rooms, which include dressing rooms, are designated and supervised. This rule will ensure full transparency to enhance the health, safety and welfare of students when utilizing bathrooms and locker rooms and protect parental rights.”

In addition, if a school board chooses to allow any different criteria “the policy or procedure must be posted on the district’s website or charter school’s website, and must be sent by mail to student residences to fully inform parents.” (Read more from “Florida Board of Education Passes New Transgender Restroom Rule” HERE)

‘Gender-Affirming’ Mastectomies for Children Soared 389% From 2016 to 2019

In 2016, approximately 100 adolescents underwent “gender-affirming” chest reconstruction surgery, according to a research letter published in JAMA Pediatrics. Only a few years later, the number of children receiving the gender-mutilating operations soared to 489, a 389% increase.

Researchers drew on data reported by the Nationwide Ambulatory Surgery Sample to estimate that 1,130 chest reconstructive surgeries were performed on children from 2016 to 2019.

Over 98% of those surgeries were masculinizing mastectomies. Only 1.4% were feminizing, or augmentation, mammaplasties. Of the children who received the chest reconstruction surgery, 19.9% were also placed on hormone therapy.

Democrat Plotting to Take Kids From Parents Who Won’t Trans Them Is Just Saying the Quiet Part Out Loud

Virginia Democrats plan to put us in prison and take our children from us if we do not endorse LGBT ideology.

Democrat Elizabeth Guzman has announced that she is introducing a bill in Virginia’s House of Delegates to “expand the state’s definition of child abuse and neglect to include parents who do not affirm their child’s gender identity or sexual orientation.” When asked about the possible penalties, Guzman replied, “It could be a felony, it could be a misdemeanor. … We know that CPS charge could harm your employment.” In short, not helping your confused adolescent daughter amputate her breasts and sterilize herself would be a crime for which the state will take your child away from you, ruin your career, and maybe lock you up.

This wicked proposal is the inevitable result of the false claims of the LGBT lobby, which have been repeated by Democrat leaders from President Biden on down. It is the logical conclusion of their assertion that children are intrinsically LGBT, and that their well-being and, indeed, their very lives, depend on the unconditional affirmation of their rainbow identities.

As I observed earlier this year, “if children are born LGBT, it follows that they should be raised by adults who will support them in these intrinsic, immutable identities. Thus, it was inevitable that the LGBT movement would begin taking children away from parents.” Guzman is just saying loudly what smarter Democrats have been whispering; she is making obvious the policies that they have been trying to implement more slowly and subtly.

The ideological root of this attack on parental rights is a sort of perverse sexual Calvinism that believes that some children are born into the rainbow elect. Scientifically this is false — the search for a “gay gene” quietly ended in failure, and there is even less evidence for a biological basis for transgender identities. Unlike sex, a person’s sexual attractions and so-called gender identity are shaped by a multitude of factors, such as the social contagion that is the transgender craze; we are not “born this way.” But the born-this-way narrative has been a potent, even decisive, weapon in the LGBT movement’s arsenal, and they are unwilling to let it go.
