By Breitbart. A man accused of planting pipe bombs near the U.S. Capitol the day before the January 6, 2021, protests has been arrested in Virginia.

Officials with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested the suspect early Thursday, Fox News reported, citing law enforcement sources. Fox said the suspect is Brian Cole, according to “two sources.”

The pipe bombs were placed near the Republican and Democrat National Committees’ headquarters over 16 hours before authorities located them.

A bomb squad detonated the pipe bomb found at the Republican National Committee (RNC), Breitbart News reported January 6, 2021. A suspicious package was also found at the Democrat National Committee’s offices.

“The report comes as supporters of President Trump stormed the United States Capitol to protest the Congressional electoral college vote to certify the 2020 presidential election results for President-elect Joe Biden,” the outlet added at the time. Nearly Five Years Later, FBI Makes Arrest In DC Pipe Bomb Case

By The Federalist. The FBI made an arrest early Thursday morning in the five-year-old Washington, D.C., pipe bomb case. Authorities arrested Brian J. Cole Jr. and accused him of planting two live bombs on Jan. 5, 2021 — one near in the vicinity of the headquarters of the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the other near the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

According to the criminal complaint, video surveillance captured an individual, now alleged to be Cole, wearing a hoodie and distinctive shoes while placing bombs at the RNC and DNC headquarters. The bombs were discovered Jan. 6, 2021, before they exploded.

The Department of Justice is charging Cole, 30, with transportation of an explosive device with intent to kill, injure, or intimidate an individual, or to damage property and malicious destruction by means of fire and explosive materials.

Cole, a resident of Woodbridge, Virginia, lives in a house “with his mother and other family members,” according to the complaint. He works at a bail bond business.

He allegedly bought materials for the bombs, including pipes, endcaps, and steel wool, at Home Depot, along with a kitchen timer at Walmart. “We Know Their Names”: Epstein Survivors Vow to Make Their Own List

On September 3, 2025, survivors of Jeffrey Epstein held an emotional two‑hour news conference just outside the U.S. Capitol, calling for transparency, justice, and resolute action in the aftermath of their years of abuse. Many attendees spoke publicly for the first time, delivering deeply personal testimonies that revealed the harrowing world behind Epstein’s exploitation—and what they hope comes next.

Survivors described being duped as teenage masseuses into predatory environments. One recounted the chilling reality of being coached into the exploitative roles, while Haley Robson, appearing in media coverage earlier, revealed she was coerced into recruiting other teenage girls. Robson said she was paid per recruit, saying, “I was told it would be possibly in your bra and underwear, but it would just be a massage.”

Another survivor, Marina Lacerda—long identified as “minor victim one”—spoke about being lured under the guise of opportunity, only to be trapped in abuse that derailed her education and childhood.

For years, investigators have asserted that no formal “client list” of powerful individuals associated with Epstein exists. Yet survivors are now proactively taking matters into their own hands. At the press conference, Lisa Phillips—who runs a podcast for Epstein survivors—announced:

“We have been discussing creating our own list. We know the names… it will be done by survivors, for survivors. Stay tuned.”

Attorney Brad Edwards clarified that no official list was found in Epstein’s records, and emphasized that while survivors know who was in “his world,” any naming would come with serious legal risks. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene backed up survivors’ rights to hold their collaborators accountable; she offered to publicly read their list in Congress—protected by the Speech or Debate Clause, if given permission

Meanwhile, at a simultaneous White House event, President Trump dismissed the renewed focus on Epstein and the push for document transparency as a “Democrat hoax that never ends,” urging the public to shift attention to the “greatness of our country.”

Survivors were joined by bipartisan lawmakers—Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA)—to press for the release of all documents related to the Epstein and Maxwell case. They criticized the Justice Department’s recent release of over 30,000 pages as heavily redacted and largely redundant, with many key files still withheld.

Rep. Khanna framed the fight as fundamental to restoring trust: “A nation that allows rich and powerful men to traffic and abuse young girls without consequence… has lost its moral and spiritual core.”

Victims and families—including those of Virginia Giuffre, who died earlier this year—criticized Trump’s “hoax” characterization. Giuffre’s family called out the administration, insisting that the survivors’ demand for justice will not fade.

Survivors have clearly declared their intent: justice, truth, and closure. Whether through full governmental transparency or survivor‑led accountability, their resolve endures. The release—or potential disclosure—of the “client list” could reignite legal and political ramifications.

Almost simultaneously, the Empire State Building, The Washington Monument, and the Capitol Building were all struck by lightning, marking New Year’s Eve on an eventful 2024.

As if divine forces were trying to send a message, these cornerstones of US architecture felt the wrath. Of course, US Americans being what they are, they read into it all immediately. There was no way it could have been a coincidence. It was either a sign from above that the US was on the right path, or it was the beginning of the end.

There is a lot of rumor, speculation, and fear floating around the internet about it. The lightning strikes across the three buildings on New Year’s Eve were just the thing people needed to spice up their night.

Millions of People Will Now See These Important Bible Verses Thanks to a New Billy Graham Statue in the U.S. Capitol

Billy Graham, the famed evangelist whose crusades reached hundreds of millions of people, was officially honored at the U.S. Capitol on Thursday.

A 7-foot statute of Graham’s likeness was unveiled inside the National Statuary Hall during a ceremony that was attended by Graham’s family, Speaker Mike Johnson (R), North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper (D), former Vice President Mike Pence, and other North Carolina lawmakers.

“Today North Carolina gives the nation a symbol representing one of our dearest treasures: the Reverend Billy Graham, a man of faith, a man of North Carolina,” Cooper said at the ceremony.

The statue depicts Graham holding an open Bible with his left hand, and his right hands points to the text. Favoritism, Cover-Ups Reveal Culture of Corruption in US Capitol Police Leadership

Corruption is endemic at the highest levels of the United States Capitol Police, especially among the special agents and officers who serve in the department’s dignitary protection detail, a Blaze Media investigation has found.

Internal discipline reports show a pattern of officers failing upward. Proven instances of fraud, forgery, theft, perjury, and drunk driving on duty going back to the late 1990s led to promotions rather than dismissals and prosecutions, discipline reports obtained by Blaze Media show.

High-ranking USCP officials, including a present-day deputy chief and an assistant chief, were implicated and faced discipline and possible termination in a fraudulent overtime pay scheme that defrauded the government of tens of thousands of dollars, according to documents obtained by Blaze Media and a former Capitol Police sergeant. A lieutenant involved in the scam left the Capitol Police and now works for the U.S. Senate sergeant at arms. . .

The National Journal story relied in part on the account of Rhoda Henderson, a retired USCP sergeant and whistleblower. In an exclusive interview with Blaze Media, Henderson confirmed that the officers involved were current USCP Assistant Chief Sean Gallagher, current Deputy Chief John Erickson, and Wendy Colmore, who is now director of central operations for the U.S. Senate sergeant at arms.

Gallagher was a captain with the dignitary protection detail and the alleged “ringleader” at the time of the payroll scheme, while Erickson and Colmore were both lieutenants under Gallagher’s command. Text Messages Show CIA Deployed Personnel Domestically to Capitol January 6, 2021

By Breitbart. The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) deployed personnel to the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, text messages recently obtained by Judicial Watch via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) show.

The CIA is generally prohibited from spying on American citizens — leaving that job to the FBI. In fact, the FBI’s website states: “The CIA collects information only regarding foreign countries and their citizens. Unlike the FBI, it is prohibited from collecting information regarding ‘U.S. Persons,’ a term that includes U.S. citizens, resident aliens, legal immigrants, and U.S. corporations, regardless of where they are located.”

However, the text messages obtained by Judicial Watch showed that “several” teams were deployed to the Capitol on January 6, 2021. After Judicial Watch sued the Justice Department for not responding to a FOIA request, the DOJ handed over documents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) that included the text messages.

The text messages were under the heading: “January 7 Intel Chain.”

One series of text messages said “two CIA bomb techs” are assisting with “a pipe bomb scene on New Jersey and D ST SE.” The location is where two pipebombs were allegedly left at the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee headquarters.

Video: CIA deployed personnel during Jan 6 Capitol storming, records show

By American Military News. A government watchdog group announced Wednesday that it obtained new records showing that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) deployed personnel to Washington, D.C., during the Capitol Hill protest on January 6, 2021. . .

According to Judicial Watch, the disclosure of the CIA’s involvement in the federal government’s response to the Capitol Hill protest was forced by a Judicial Watch lawsuit after the Justice Department refused to grant a FOIA request for records and communications pertaining to the reports of shots being fired inside the Capitol. . .

In a video posted on social media, Fitton explained that the recent disclosure of the CIA’s involvement in the response to the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6 raises many questions.

“First of all, why did it take Judicial Watch heavy lifting in federal court to get access to these documents after all these years?” Fitton asked. “Why didn’t the Pelosi January 6 Committee, even as corrupt as it was, not disclose the CIA involvement? What was the CIA involved for? Were they investigating foreign intelligence operations? Were they investigating American citizens? What else have they done related to January 6?”

Bombshell: 200 Undercover FBI Assets at Capitol on Jan. 6, Congressman Says (VIDEO)

A member of Congress investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, protest at the U.S. Capitol estimates the FBI had 200 undercover assets both inside and outside the building.

“We believe that there were easily 200 FBI undercover assets operating in the crowd, outside the Capitol, embedded into groups that entered the Capitol or provoked entry of the Capitol,” Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., said.

“Given the scope of the operation and the number of doors where entry was allowed or even encouraged—and the number of people that were actually outside the Capitol and that entered—we believe 200 [is a] conservative number,” Higgins said of his estimate. . .

“It’s shocking what you’re saying and confirms everyone’s worst suspicions about this,” Carlson told Higgins. “It’s clearly true.”

Based on the evidence he’s reviewed, Higgins said FBI assets worked with the local Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department and U.S. Capitol Police. Dem Senator’s Words Come Back to Haunt Him After Gay Porn Scandal

If the gay sex scandal rocking the Capitol these days proves nothing else, it shows that to some Democrats, there really is nothing “sacred.”

That’s the message from Maryland Sen. Ben Cardin anyway, the now-former employer of the man identified as being on the receiving end of anal sex during a romp that was recorded in a Senate hearing room and reported Friday by the Daily Caller.

Cardin is a guy who once took to the Senate floor to describe the U.S. Capitol as a “sacred space.” But he’s singing a lawyerly song now.

In a video posted to X by conservative social media activist Colin Rugg, Cardin is shown in a video comparing the January 2021, Capitol incursion to the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor and the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

The released footage, including Capitol Police body camera footage, offers new perspectives on the events of January 6th. Contrary to the limited snippets previously circulated by the media, the extended videos suggest a more nuanced picture of the day’s occurrences. Critics argue that the initial portrayal of J6 as an insurrection may have been misleading, and that police actions and establishment spin played a role in transforming what started as a protest into a riot.

Jamaal Bowman: I Pulled the Fire Alarm Because…Republicans Are Nazis?

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) has tried and so far largely failed to explain or justify his decision to pull a fire alarm in a Capitol Hill office building as Congress rushed to avert a federal government shutdown. Now, his desperation to put an end to criticism and push back on punishment for his conduct from House Republicans has taken a predictable but pathetic turn. . .

So scrambling to take the heat off of himself, Bowman’s office suggested Democrats in Congress asked about the situation choose from a list of “suggested talking points” to back up their colleague-under-fire ranging from the literally unbelievable to the utterly absurd. . .

Here’s a sampling of what Bowman wants his colleagues to say about Bowman’s apparent caught-on-tape breach of DC and federal laws:

“I believe Congressman Bowman when he says this was an accident. Republicans need to instead focus their energy on the Nazi members of their party before anything else.”
