More Evidence of Fraud: 200,000 Ballots From 2020 Counted With ‘Mismatched’ Signatures

Maricopa County, Arizona, officials admitted after the 2020 presidential election that there were some 25,000 ballots counted with mismatched signatures that weren’t reviewed, or in the language of the election industry, “cured.”

Actually, the number was more than 200,000.

That’s according to a study of the county’s mail ballots that year that was commissioned by the Arizona State Senate, explains a new report from Just the News.

The study of signature verification processes is just one of the outcomes of the 2020 presidential election ballot count that now is mired in multiple scandals.

What is known is that several individual influences probably changed the outcome, including the collusion by the legacy and social media organizations to suppress accurate – and damaging – information about the Biden family’s overseas businesses profits. Systemic Voting Issues in Pennsylvania County Even More Extensive Than Previously Known

The video (and audio) hits just keep on coming from Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where a whistleblower secretly taped the aftermath of the chaos from the 2020 presidential election. Two recent recordings exclusively obtained by The Federalist from a source with knowledge of the recordings provide further evidence that systemic problems plague the large Pennsylvania county.

The newest recordings provide some of the frankest discussion on how bad the behind-the-scenes situation was, with one election worker describing a part of the post-election situation as “abominable” and the attempt to do the impossible—reconcile some precincts’ voter sheets—as “a nightmare.”

The whistleblower, Regina Miller, began recording conversations involving Delaware County officials after she became concerned with what she saw as a contract worker assisting election employees. A source familiar with the videos explained that Miller made the recordings as election workers scrambled to find—and in some cases create—documentation in response to a “Right to Know” request that sought copies of the paperwork that would confirm the accuracy of the vote tallies certified for the 2020 election.

To date, the videos have exposed a wide array of problems with election integrity, including on-tape admissions that the election laws were not complied with, that 80 percent of provisional ballots lacked a proper chain-of-custody, that there were missing removable drives for some of the voting machines, and that election workers “recreated” new drives to response to the Right to Know request.

The most recent video, however, reveals a new area of concern related to the reconciliation of the voting totals in the precincts. Captured on film in this video was a conversation between one election worker and the whistleblower. With boxes of voting sheets lining the basement floor of a Delaware County building, the election worker tells Miller, “There were six precincts in one location and all of the machines were, all of the scanners were, programmed to accept any ballot of those six precincts.” (Read more from “Systemic Voting Issues in Pennsylvania County Even More Extensive Than Previously Known” HERE)

Whistleblower Videos Show Systemic Issues With Pennsylvania Elections

According to a new whistleblower video obtained by The Federalist, 80 percent of Delaware County, Pennsylvania precincts lacked a valid chain of custody for the provisional ballots cast in the November 2020 election.

This video and two others just obtained by The Federalist provide further evidence that, while officials continue to deny that irregularities occurred during the last presidential election, there were widespread violations of the election code in the large Pennsylvania county, followed by efforts to cover up those problems.

Regina Miller, a contract worker assisting Delaware County officials, secretly filmed the videos as she helped election employees gather material in response to a “Right to Know Request” that sought documentation to confirm the election results certified by the county.

In one of the several most-recent videos The Federalist obtained from someone familiar with the situation, two employees are speaking. The first woman states, “This is what a provisional bag looks like.” As she continues to explain the process for safeguarding provisional ballots following the close of polls, she notes, “And what we currently do not have is a valid chain of custody for the provisional ballots.”

The shocked whistleblower repeats the claim as a question: “So are you saying we never had a chain of custody?” The other woman replies that only “20 percent of precincts have locked the blue bag in the past,” a reference to the bag in which provisional ballots are to be stored and safeguarded.

Swing State Courts Strengthen Election Integrity in Major Rulings Ahead of 2022 Midterms

Several state courts issued major election integrity rulings this week that could have a profound effect on elections in swing states ahead of the 2022 midterms.

The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled on Friday that the state’s “no-excuse” mail-in voting law, also known as Act 77, violates the state’s Constitution which requires in-person voting for most people who don’t fit the state’s list of exceptions.

In a 3-2 decision, the court’s conservative majority determined that the expansion of mail-in voting put ballots in the hands of constitutionally ineligible people. While the court acknowledged that the law made voting “more convenient,” the judges noted that legislators can’t just ignore the Pennsylvania Constitution to get what they want.

“No-excuse mail-in voting makes the exercise of the franchise more convenient and has been used four times in the history of Pennsylvania,” the court’s opinion states. “Approximately 1.38 million voters have expressed their interest in voting by mail permanently. If presented to the people, a constitutional amendment … is likely to be adopted. But a constitutional amendment must be presented to the people.”

The law, known as Act 77, was passed by the Republican-controlled legislature and signed by Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, in 2019. It permitted no-excuse absentee voting, created a permanent mail-in voter list, reduced the voter registration deadline from 30 days to 15, and provided for $90 million in election infrastructure upgrades. Democrats to Be Sued for Gerrymandering Amid Big ‘Voting Rights’ Push

Democrats in Maryland will be sued for approving gerrymandered legislative maps as the national party pushes for major electoral reform in the name of strengthening democracy.

Maryland legislators voted Thursday to approve new district maps for the state Senate and the House of Delegates which would strongly favor Democrats for the next decade. The House voted Thursday along partisan lines after the Senate approved the maps last week, and there is no action required by Republican Gov. Larry Hogan to approve or turn down the new districts. . .

As soon as the maps were approved by lawmakers Thursday, Fair Maps Maryland — an organization that advocates for an end to partisan gerrymandering in the state — announced its plans to sue in the Maryland Court of Appeals to stop the implementation of the maps. Huge Numbers Respond to Poll With Desire for Voter ID Election Integrity

A new poll of Michigan residents, much like other polls in recent months, shows they overwhelming want their elections to be secure.

According to a report from Great Lakes Wire, the poll from Remington Research Group found that more than 75% of the respondents support a requirement to show a government-issued photo ID in order to vote.

Among blacks in Michigan, the support was higher – 79%.

The poll was commissioned by Americans for Citizen Voting, and interviewed 1,011 likely 2022 General Election Michigan voters.

“A majority of African Americans in Michigan support voter ID because they understand it is the surest way to validate a voter’s identification,” explained Christopher Arps, president of Americans for Citizen Voting. Video Shows Pennsylvania Official Admitting Election Laws Were Broken in 2020

“So, we’re going to actually follow the law fully this time,” Delaware County, Pennsylvania’s Christina Perrone told fellow election-related workers during a Zoom meeting after the November 2020 election. This video—the latest obtained by The Federalist—provides yet another example of widespread violations of election law during the last presidential election.

Regina Miller, a contract worker for the large Pennsylvania county, filmed the video of the April 7, 2021 Zoom meeting, which involved voting officials discussing plans for the upcoming elections, according to sources familiar with the recording. The video began with Perrone, who, according to a lawsuit filed against her, other Delaware County officials, and the county, served as a project manager for the county, saying they would “talk about that off-line”—with the “that” not specified.

The remainder of the clip, however, gave some clues, with Perrone saying she had a brief conversation with “Jim,” “and this time it’s much different than last time because we’re going to have them sign oaths. There’re going to be W4s and we need them to sign something allowing somebody else to pick up. So, we’re going to actually follow the law fully this time,” Perrone ended with a laugh.

The Federalist contacted Delaware County, inquiring on the identity of “Jim” and the other participants in the call and seeking comment on videos filmed by the whistleblower. The public relations director for the Pennsylvania county, Adrienne Marofsky, stated that as the matter involved “pending litigation,” the county was “not responding to press questions.” Marofsky added, however, that, “The county is confident that the elections in 2020 and 2021 were conducted fairly and fully complied with state and federal laws.” (Read more from “Video Shows Pennsylvania Official Admitting Election Laws Were Broken in 2020” HERE)

Election Experts Warn: Biden’s Speech Was ‘Gaslighting America’

On Tuesday, President Joe Biden appeared in Atlanta where he engaged in a stunningly dishonest speech concerning nuking the filibuster and passing voting legislation, supposedly in the name of saving democracy.

As has been a theme for Democrats and their mainstream media allies, Biden repeatedly referenced the Capitol riot of January 6 and connected it to states passing voter integrity laws. Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ appearance was “to make clear what must come after that dreadful day when a dagger was literally held at the throat of American democracy,” the president claimed.

Biden also warned that “victory was not certain, nor is democracy’s future.” He went on to say “that’s why we’re here today to stand against the forces in America that value power over principle, forces that attempted a coup — a coup against the legally expressed will of the American people — by sowing doubt, inventing charges of fraud, and seeking to steal the 2020 election from the people” and claimed that “they want chaos to reign. We want the people to rule.”

During a media call with Heritage Action for America’s Executive Director Jessica Anderson and Honest Elections Project Jason Snead, both condemned such a narrative connecting to January 6, with Anderson referring to it as “so divisive,” “very dangerous,” and something that has “just added more flame to that fire,” with it amounting to “partisan mudslinging” and one that “pit[s] American against American.”

Throughout the call, Anderson stressed that Biden and the Democrats seeking to have a focus on narrative rather than actual policy provisions in election integrity laws is particularly problematic. Nominee for Appellate Court Said ‘Proof of Citizenship’ Is ‘Voter Suppression’

A left-wing activist with ties to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) nominated by President Joe Biden to be a federal judge has argued photo ID and proof of citizenship constitute “voter suppression.”

Nancy Gbana Abudu, the deputy legal director at SPLC, was picked by Biden in December to serve on the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. The 11th Circuit covers parts of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. The vacancy came about upon the retirement of Judge Beverly B. Martin — a President Barack Obama appointee.

Abudu worked for the ACLU from 2005 to 2019 and was an 11th Circuit staff attorney from 2002 to 2004. Along with U.S. District Judge J. Michelle Childs, she was part of Biden’s twelfth round of judicial nominees, according to a White House memo. . .

In a 2011 interview dug up by The Daily Wire, Abudu asserted that “95 percent” of her work with the ACLU at the time involved “voting rights.” She notably said “photo ID” and “proof of citizenship,” two long-established requirements to vote, are indicative of “voter suppression:”

Obviously, we do a lot when it comes to voter suppression, which includes five priority areas: photo ID, proof of citizenship, restrictions we see when it comes to registration … early voting as well as absentee voting and the restrictions we see when it comes to criminal convictions. We also do a lot with student voting.

This Governor Wants to Make It a Crime to Question Fraudulent Elections

The Democrat governor in Washington state says he wants to regulate lying.

Actually, the target of Gov. Jay Inslee is “false statements,” and the Daily Caller News Foundation explains he announced he is working on legislation that would regulate candidates and elected officials from “spreading lies about elections that are likely to result in violence.” . . .

The Daily Caller News Foundation pointed out Inslee’s legislation still is being written but said it would be “narrowly tailored” to target those statements made for the “purpose of undermining the election process or results.”

“This legislation attempts to follow the relevant U.S. and state supreme court opinions on this issue. We’re talking about candidates and elected officers knowingly throwing bombs at democracy itself when doing so is likely to result in violence,” Inslee said.

The foundation report said the Democrat announced the planned proposal on the first anniversary of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, and he cited the event, as well as statements made by elected officials casting doubt on the results of the 2020 presidential election, as justification for the new speech restrictions.
