House Democrats Pass Bill To Steal Elections the Old-Fashioned Way

It is appropriate that House Democrats wore masks at their press conference following passage along party lines of their bill allowing Democrats to permanently steal every election in America. Gushing with platitudes about “voting rights” and “access to the ballot,” they gleefully celebrated the final House vote of 219-215, with no Republicans voting for the federal takeover and bludgeoning of the American voting process.

Because not a single reporter likely bothered to read the “new” House Resolution 4, introduced only days before it was rushed through the House, the fake news loudly echoed Democrats’ false claims that this is a voting rights bill. Nope. It isn’t.

Instead, the bill cynically adopts into federal law every losing argument advanced by the vast leftwing elections industry to courts across the country for years. Every theory rejected by the courts has been enshrined in HR 4. The bill also hands control of our elections over to the radical leftwing attorneys in the Voting Section of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Most importantly, the bill codifies congressional districts as “protected” under federal law even if those districts do not have a majority of minority residents. Courts have recognized the importance of majority-minority congressional districts, but have rejected partisan efforts by Democrat lawyers to extend that recognition to congressional districts that do not have a majority of minorities in the district. HR 4 would put into the federal statute protection for districts with more white voters than minorities, thus expanding legal protections to—you guessed it—Democrat House seats.

Such a brazen power grab to ensure Democrats’ permanent control of a majority of House seats forever should be the subject of extensive focus, news coverage, and criticism—which might yet happen if some reporter were to actually read the bill rather than regurgitating spurious Democrat talking points anguishing over the state of voting in 1965, none of which apply today. Arizona Supreme Court Delays Release of Election Audit Records

The Arizona Supreme Court said Tuesday that contractors hired by the Republican-led state Senate to conduct the Maricopa County 2020 election audit would not need to release records from their review by next week.

This is only a temporary delay, as Kathryn King, a justice on the state’s high court, put a hold on a lower court ruling that ordered the documents released by Aug. 31 while the case is under consideration.

Left-leaning watchdog group American Oversight took its records request to court and emerged victorious on Aug. 19 when the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based firm leading the audit, was subject to the state’s public records law because it was performing a core government function and had to produce the documents by the end of the month.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann argued the records should not be publicly released because they are maintained by private contractors so legislative immunity applies to the documents, declaring her intention to appeal to the state Supreme Court.

“It is ordered extending the stay to enable the Court to fully consider the issues raised in the petition for review. However, this order does not relieve the Petitioners from continuing to review and produce documents Petitioners have already agreed to produce,” King wrote on Tuesday. New Report Finds 2020 Presidential Election Abuses

The claims that the 2020 presidential election was the cleanest ever and that there was no inappropriate behavior are challenged in a new report that found Democrats scuttled voter ID rules, flooded mailboxes with ballots and restricted election integrity rules.

“Democrats, including some public officials, used the pandemic as a pretense to achieve long-sought policy goals, such as expanded mail voting and the elimination of key safeguards, specifically for absentee voting, such as witness and ID requirements,” said the report from the RNC’s Committee on Election Integrity.

“The pandemic brought chaos and comprehensive changes to voting processes beginning in the spring primaries and lasting through the post-election process,” it said. . .

The RNC report states: “Unsurprisingly, when evaluating the 2020 election, the committee found that the COVID-19 pandemic was the most impactful issue.”

DOJ Uses Scare Quotes to Threaten State Election Integrity Efforts

Joe Biden’s Department of Justice is using scare quotes in a new guidance that it has issued to threaten state election integrity efforts.

The guidance repeatedly refers to post-election “audits,” using the quotes to suggest that’s not what they really are.

And it lists a number of examples of illegal activities – although it does not connect those with the Arizona election audit that has been going on for some months already, or the other states that are considering them.

The recounts and reviews of election results from the 2020 presidential race were triggered by evidence that suggested fraud or manipulation. Multiple legacy media outlet fact-checkers have said there was absolutely no inappropriate behavior in the election.

But it’s not even contested that there were outside influences, that leftist Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook handed over some $350 million to mostly leftist elections officials to help them “run” the 2020 count. Further, multiple state officials arbitrarily changed state voting laws and procedures to accommodate COVID conditions, even though the Constitution limits those who can make those changes to state lawmakers. Dominion Voting Systems, Maricopa County Reject Subpoenas in Arizona Election Audit

Both Maricopa County and Dominion Voting Systems have rebuffed subpoenas from the Arizona state Senate related to the Republican-led chamber’s audit of the 2020 presidential election.

The county was asked for routers, machine passwords and voter registration records while the same passwords were sought from Dominion. The Senate‘s contractor, Florida-based Cyber Ninjas, wanted to check whether they had been connected to the internet on Election Day.

All the information was to have been turned over by Monday, but both parties declined, citing security and legal issues.

In its letter, according to reports in Axios and the Arizona Republic, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors said it already had provided Cyber Ninjas with the information needed but could not turn over the routers. Connecticut Dem Indicted for Voter Fraud

A Connecticut Democrat has been charged with multiple counts of voter fraud after allegedly stealing the identities of numerous tenants in his building to boost his run for city council.

Bridgeport city councilman Michael DeFilippo was charged with one count of conspiracy against rights, four counts of identity theft, and 11 counts of fraudulent registration for a scheme that helped him win his spot on the city council.

“The right to vote and have one’s vote counted in a fair and impartial election is the foundation of our democracy,” acting U.S. attorney Leonard C. Boyle said in a statement. “This defendant violated that right to help himself win election to the Bridgeport City Council, including by stealing ballots and forging signatures.”

The indictment comes as lawmakers engage in political battles over election reform nationwide. Democrats have attacked concerns over voter fraud as conspiratorial and denounce efforts aimed at increasing election integrity as racist forms of voter suppression. The Biden administration has filed a lawsuit to prevent Georgia from enacting an anti-voter fraud bill in the wake of the 2020 election, while Texas state lawmakers fled to Washington, D.C., in an effort to block ballot-integrity measures. DOJ Threatens to Sue to Lock in 2020 Election Chaos; AZ Auditors Complete Third Ballot Recount

Yesterday, the U.S. Department of Justice issued two “guidance documents” purportedly “to ensure states fully comply with federal laws regarding election.” Those documents, however, really represent the Biden administration’s latest attempt to squelch investigations into potential voting irregularities, silence critics of the 2020 election, and cement forever the free-for-all COVID voting “procedures” implemented last voting cycle.

Wednesday’s guidance came in the form of two documents entitled, respectively, ”Federal Law Constraints on Post-Election ‘Audits’” and “Guidance Concerning Federal Statutes Affecting Methods of Voting.” In the DOJ’s guidance on post-election audits, the Biden administration began with its familiar refrain that “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history,” and that notwithstanding “automatic recounts or canvasses,” there was no evidence “of either wrongdoing or mistakes that casts any doubt on the outcome of the national election results.”

Yet, as the DOJ put it, there has since been an “unusual second round of examinations” by states looking at “certain ballots, election records, and election systems used to conduct elections in 2020.” Then, with a not-so-veiled threat, the Biden administration rattled off the “federal constraints, which are enforced by the Department of Justice,” on these audits. . .

Among other laws, the federal guidance on post-election audits highlighted Section 301 of the Civil Rights Act of 1960 that “requires state and local election officials to ‘retain and preserve’ all records relating to any ‘act requisite to voting’ for twenty-two months” after the covered election. This mandate, the DOJ explained, means that election records must “be retained either physically by election officials themselves, or under their direct administrative supervision,” the latter of which requires election officials to have physical access to the records, according to the DOJ.

While not singled out by name, the detail contained in its guidance statements suggest the DOJ has in its sights the Arizona Republicans leading the probe into Maricopa County voting. Just Monday, the Republican-led Arizona Senate served another subpoena on officials in Maricopa County, seeking its routers and other information necessary for the legislature to complete its audit. AZ Auditors Complete Third Ballot Recount, Ship Materials Back to Maricopa County

By Washington Examiner. Auditors working on the Arizona Senate-led Maricopa County 2020 general election review completed a third and final ballot recount late on Wednesday and prepared materials to return to county custody on Thursday.

The monthslong audit conducted at the Phoenix state fairgrounds since late April will now shift its focus to drafting a comprehensive report based on the results of the election machines and other voting material analyzed during the review. The Maricopa County Elections Department arrived with trucks at the audit site Thursday morning to retrieve the materials. . .

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, who hired the Florida-based firm Cyber Ninjas to lead the audit, said on July 13 the third recount was necessary because initial audit counts and the number certified by Maricopa County officials did not match. Democrats Worried About Voting Turnout in 2022 After Republican Voting Laws

Democratic activists, politicians and staffers are highly concerned about their ability to turn out voters in 2022 given recent changes Republicans have made to election laws.

Republicans have introduced election laws in a number of states across the country since the 2020 election, many of which are primarily aimed at undoing pandemic-related provisions within election procedures. Laws in Georgia and Texas have drawn particular scrutiny for allegedly being tools for voter suppression. . .

The Republican laws contain provisions that would both expand and restrict voting access in certain ways. Some pandemic-induced features of elections, such as drive-in voting, 24-hour voting or expanded use of mail-in ballots, are being scaled back or entirely eliminated. However, Georgia’s law expanded early voting hours, as does Texas’.

Democrats can’t agree on exactly which parts of the laws they’re most opposed to, Politico reported. Some activists are also growing frustrated that elected officials aren’t doing enough to counter the new Republican laws. Audit Finds Folds Behind New Hampshire Election Miscount

Auditors concluded that miscounts in a New Hampshire election were primarily caused by the way ballots were folded, according to a report released Tuesday.

The audit, mandated by the legislature, was called by lawmakers from both parties after a losing Democratic candidate in a legislative race in the town of Windham requested a recount. That recount showed Republican candidates getting hundreds more votes than were originally counted.

The discrepancy drew the attention of former President Donald Trump and his supporters in their effort to find evidence of his wider claim of election fraud from 2020. Critics of the audit said before the report was finalized they felt it had not gone far enough to find the source of the miscount. Bombshell: New Evidence Indicates Enough Illegal Votes in Georgia to Tip 2020 Results

By The Federalist. New evidence indicates that more than 10,300 illegal votes were cast in Georgia in the November 2020 general election — a number that will continue to rise over the next several months, potentially exceeding the 12,670 votes that separated Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

While this evidence does not change the fact that Joe Biden is our president, all Americans who genuinely care about free and fair elections and the disenfranchisement of voters should demand both transparency and solutions to prevent a repeat in future elections. This evidence also vindicates former President Trump and his legal team for the related public (and private) comments and legal arguments made in challenging the Georgia election results. . .

In Georgia, there was both an audit and a statewide recount confirming Biden’s victory, but ignored in the process was evidence that nearly 35,000 Georgians had potentially voted illegally.

When Davis ran the data, he found that, of the approximately 35,000 Georgians who indicated they had moved from one county to another county more than 30 days before the November general election, as of May, more than 10,300 had updated their voter registration information, providing the secretary of state the exact address they had previously provided to the USPS. Those same 10,000-plus individuals all also cast ballots in the county in which they had previously lived.

“That number continues to increase every day as more and more people update their registrations,” Davis said. “I have little doubt that the total number will eventually meet and then exceed President Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia.” Davis, who has testified as an expert witness multiple times in disputed election cases, believes Trump might have won a challenge to the Georgia election results had a court actually heard his case. Trump Ally in Pennsylvania Pushes For Arizona-Style Audit Of 2020 Election

In a move that parallels a contentious audit going on in Arizona, state Senator Doug Mastriano said he sent letters to “several counties” seeking information needed for a “forensic investigation” of the November presidential election and of municipal primaries this past May. . .
