Authorities Initiate Probe into Possible Illegal Ballot Harvesting in 2020 Election

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced Tuesday he initiated a probe into possible illegal ballot harvesting in the 2020 election.

While former President Trump lost the state of Georgia by a 12,000 vote margin, True the Vote submitted a complaint to Raffensperger’s office on November 30 that details digital data of 242 people making visits to drop boxes to dump mail-in-ballots, with about 40 percent of the trips occurring between midnight and 5:00 a.m., Just the News reported.

The True the Vote evidence reportedly includes phone data correlated with video that shows individuals dropping ballots at 5,662 ballot drops during the 2020 pandemic. Breitbart News reported on a True the Vote document in August:

In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.

Whistleblower Video: Pennsylvania Election Workers Discuss Hiding ‘Derogatory’ Records

A new whistleblower video obtained by The Federalist shows Delaware County, Pennsylvania election workers discussing ways to hide from the public “derogatory” information about the management and administration of the November 2020 election. The video is further evidence of fraud undertaken to conceal the widespread violations of Pennsylvania election law that occurred during last year’s presidential election, according to a source familiar with the recording.

The video, surreptitiously recorded by whistleblower Regina Miller, is one of many Miller took while working as a contract employee for the county. Miller began secretly recording the behind-the-scenes conduct after witnessing concerning behavior by several election officials, a person with knowledge of a lawsuit filed last month against county election officials, based in part on the recordings, told The Federalist.

In that lawsuit, Delaware County residents Ruth Moton, Leah Hoopes, and Gregory Stenstrom, as well as the Friends of Ruth Moton campaign, alleged former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, Delaware County, the Delaware County Board of Elections, and more than a dozen individual election officials destroyed election records and conspired to do so, to hide violations of election law.

Among the election law violations, according to the lawsuit, was the failure of the defendants to reconcile the votes after the close of the polls, as required by Pennsylvania’s election code. However, unlike the other lawsuits that followed the November 2020 election and alleged claims under the U.S. Constitution or state election codes, the petition in Moton v. Boockvar focuses instead on the defendants’ alleged fraud to cover up those purported violations.

Whistleblower Videos Capture Pennsylvania Election Officials Destroying Evidence

Several residents of Delaware County Pennsylvania filed a sprawling lawsuit Thursday against the former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, Delaware County, the Delaware County Board of Elections, and more than a dozen individual election officials. The lawsuit followed Wednesday’s night release of videotapes taken by a whistleblower capturing concerning behavior by several election officials in the Keystone state.

A source familiar with the lawsuit provided access to the tapes, noting the then-unnamed whistleblower had come forward with video evidence purporting to show Delaware County, Pennsylvania election officials destroying records from the November 2020 general election. The videos were also filed with the complaint and a bevy of exhibits the plaintiffs maintain support the allegations contained in their 91-page complaint.

The complaint, filed by Delaware County residents, Ruth Moton, Leah Hoopes, Gregory Stenstrom, as well as the Friends of Ruth Motion campaign, prevented both detailed alleged violations of state election law during the November 2020 election and claims of a conspiracy after the election to hide the numerous problems and illegalities that occurred during the last presidential election.

While the minutia of the election law recited in the complaint may escape the public’s notice, allegations that the defendants conspired to destroy or alter election data, materials, and equipment, “to prevent the discovery of the fraudulent results of the November 3, 2020 election, and the violation of various state and federal election laws,” when coupled with the videos, may finally awaken the sleeping masses to the cause of election integrity.

A May 21, 2021 request for 2020 election data and information submitted to Delaware County under Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law served as an impetus for the alleged conspiracy and cover-up, as the complaint told the story. Undercover Video: U.S. Election Worker Openly Gives Ballot to Foreigner

Vote-counting antics that skirt – or break – the law appear to have picked up in this year’s voting where they left off in the still-being-reviewed 2020 presidential race.

It is Project Veritas, James O’Keefe’s organization specializing in undercover investigations, that has released a video showing clerks in a polling location in left-leaning Essex County, New Jersey, allowing a foreigner to fill out a ballot there.

The video shows a conversation between two election workers, where one affirmed to the other that there was no true voter verification at that location during last year’s presidential election.

The suggestion was that a Veritas journalist posing as a non-registered non-citizen be given a ballot.

DOJ Sues Texas Over Election Integrity Law

On Thursday the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced it is suing the state of Texas and Texas Secretary of State John B. Scott over an election integrity law that Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) signed in September, as Joseph Choi reported for The Hill. Democratic members of the state legislature fled the state for Washington, D.C. in protest of the legislation, in violation of state law, though it ultimately was still signed by Abbott.

Choi highlighted how part of the law “prohibits election officials from sending unsolicited applications for a mail-in ballots on the risk of imprisonment and rolls back voter accommodations that were put into place due to the pandemic.”

As Reagan wrote at the time of the bill being signed into law, it “ramps up voter identification requirements for in-person and mail-in voting, bans unsolicited mail-in ballots from being sent out, implements more voter roll oversight, and empowers poll watchers, among other provisions.”

She also included a tweet from the governor who likewise underscored provisions of the legislation.

Democrats Are Using the Same 2020 Election Shenanigans to Overtake Virginia This Year

By The Federalist. Virginia’s hotly contested gubernatorial race is just days away, and with Republican Glenn Youngkin and former Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe tied in the polls, the professional left isn’t leaving anything to chance. A McAuliffe defeat is largely considered a bellwether for congressional Democrats in the 2022 midterms.

So how do Democrats plan to ensure a McAuliffe win and a subsequent retention of power in the state and U.S. Senate? By using the same tactic they used in the 2020 national contest: profligate mail-in voting and fake grassroots get-out-the-vote efforts funding by philanthropies and wealthy leftists, a strategy revealed through Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s gift to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL).

And it’s a smart strategy. Joe Biden voters were twice as likely as Donald Trump voters to vote by mail in 2020, for example; and we know the effect of Zuckerberg’s millions on the 2020 election. In September, I reported on a new wave of 2 million applications for Virginians to register for absentee ballots in 2021. These applications weren’t sent out by state or local elections officials, but by politically active nonprofits: the Voter Participation Center and Center for Voter Information (collectively “the center”). An internal memo details the spots they planned to cover most aggressively, many of which parallel Biden’s performance in 2020.

Lawsuits Filed as 300,000 Ballots Allegedly Impacted as Virginia Governor’s Race Takes Off

The Democratic Party of Virginia has filed a lawsuit contending that hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots could be caught up in the glacially-paced USPS mail delivery system, threatening to disenfranchise masses of voters and impact the commonwealth’s tight gubernatorial race.

Last week, the party filed a lawsuit claiming that as many as 300,000 Virginians intend to cast their ballots in Tuesday’s critical election by mail, but local USPS branches have failed to deliver ballots in time for voters to fill them out and return them by the deadline.

Wisconsin Investigation Uncovers Potential Tip of a Voting Fraud Iceberg

Last Thursday, the Racine County, Wisconsin sheriff’s office held an hour-long press conference detailing the results of an investigation into a complaint the office received of potential violations of state election law. While leftist media ignored the story, the investigation revealed both blatant violations of state law by election officials and detailed evidence of voter fraud by stealing elderly Americans’ votes.

The methodical presentation by the Racine County Sheriff’s Office provided the context, as well as additional texture, to one discrete aspect of the irregularities that took place in Wisconsin during the 2020 presidential election. The press briefing highlighted the Wisconsin Election Commission’s illegal directive to municipalities not to “use the Special Voting Deputy process to service residents in care facilities,” and instead to “transmit absentee ballots to those voters by mail.”

Those well-versed in the many violations of election law that occurred in the last election have long known of the WEC’s override of the legislatively mandated use of special voting deputies. But Thursday’s presentation provided an accessible summary of the situation that (should have) resonated beyond political lines and put a figurative face to the fraud enabled by the state’s election officials’ own apparent fraud.

Sgt. Michael Luell, who led the investigation and presented his findings during the briefing, also has a law degree and has served as a prosecutor. This unique combination allowed him to simplify the situation, which he did by first highlighting key portions of Wisconsin code in a crisp PowerPoint presentation. . .

Section 6.875 of the Wisconsin election code provides the “exclusive means” of absentee voting in residential care facilities, the presentation noted. That statute requires the local municipality to dispatch two special voting deputies, or “SVDs,” to a facility. The SVDs must then personally deliver a ballot to residents of the facility and must witness the voting process. The statute further provides that only a relative or an SVD may assist the voter and then, following the vote, must seal the ballot envelope and deliver it to the clerk. By Townhall. A Rasmussen Reports poll released earlier this week showed that a majority of likely voters thinking cheating affected the 2020 presidential election. What’s more, this number has increased not only with all voters, but Democrats, Independents, and Republicans. According to results from October 56 percent of all likely voters believe that “it is likely that cheating affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election,” including 41 percent who say it’s “very likely.”

Mark Zuckerberg Spent $419M Ahead of 2020 Election To Convince People to Vote Dem

Analysis conducted by our team demonstrates this money significantly increased Joe Biden’s vote margin in key swing states. In places like Georgia, where Biden won by 12,000 votes, and Arizona, where he won by 10,000, the spending likely put him over the top.

Georgia Election Workers Fired for Allegedly Shredding Hundreds of Voter Registration Applications; Trump Allies Call For Another Election Audit

By Townhall. Two Georgia election workers were terminated for allegedly shredding a number of paper voting registration applications over the course of the past two weeks.

Fulton County released a statement Monday that said a preliminary review suggests the employees in question “may have checked out batches of applications for processing.” But instead of fully processing the forms, the employees allegedly shredded some of them.

The employees were terminated Friday after being reported by coworkers that same morning. Their actions were reported to the Office of Investigations within the Secretary of State’s Office, and the county’s District Attorney.

A total of 300 municipal election-related applications were allegedly shredded, according to a statement from Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R), who has asked the Department of Justice to investigate the incident.

“After 20 years of documented failure in Fulton County elections, Georgians are tired of waiting to see what the next embarrassing revelation will be,” Raffensperger said. “The Department of Justice needs to take a long look at what Fulton County is doing and how their leadership disenfranchises Fulton voters through incompetence and malfeasance. Trump Allies Call For ‘Audit’ of 2020 Results in Michigan

By AP News. Protesters echoing former President Donald Trump’s false claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election demanded a “forensic audit” of the results during a rally Tuesday at the Michigan Capitol. . .

Trump had encouraged attendance at the event, which followed a similar rally at the state Capitol in June. Speakers included Trump-backed candidates for Michigan offices, secretary of state candidate Kristina Karamo and attorney general candidate Matthew DePerno, who have repeated Trump’s baseless allegations of fraud. . .

Pennsylvania Disputes Legal Group’s Finding on ‘Unknown’ Ballots

The office of Pennsylvania’s top election official mocked a conservative legal group’s findings about undelivered and unreturned mail-in ballots in last year’s presidential contest.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation last week issued a report asserting that Pennsylvania had 15,175 undeliverable mail-in ballots and 425,606 “unknown” or unaccounted-for ballots.

Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump by a margin of 81,660 votes to win Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes.

The “unknown” ballots were sent to voters and never returned to election officials, which doesn’t necessarily mean votes weren’t counted, said Ellen Lyons, a spokeswoman for Pennsylvania acting Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid, who is in charge of elections in the state.

“[The foundation’s] ‘report’ is another attempt to undermine confidence in our elections,” Degraffenreid’s spokeswoman told The Daily Signal in an email. “To suggest that large numbers of ballots ‘went missing’ is disingenuous and misleading.” (Read more from “Pennsylvania Disputes Legal Group’s Finding on ‘Unknown’ Ballots” HERE)
