Wisconsin Public Schools Provide Sanctuary For Accused Groomers And Sex Abusers

What do you get when a teacher’s union stooge steeped in left-wing dogma runs your public school system? Sanctuary for accused groomers and sex offenders.

Such is the case at Wisconsin’s Department of Public Instruction (DPI), run by teachers union pet Jill Underly. The bought-and-paid-for superintendent has presided over an educator licensing scandal that is as abhorrent as it is alarming.

Kudos to Madison’s Cap Times for committing a brazen act of journalism. The left-leaning newspaper’s year-long investigation found DPI “investigated” more than 200 teachers, aides, substitutes, and administrators “accused of sexual misconduct or grooming behaviors toward students” between 2018 and 2023.

“The department’s internal records show these allegations included educators sexually assaulting students, soliciting nude photos from children or initiating sexual relationships immediately after students graduated,” the news outlet reported. “Licensing officials also investigated educators accused of grooming behaviors like flirting with children, spending non-school time alone and isolated with students, or invading students’ personal space by rubbing their shoulders, thighs and lower backs.”

The publication found at least 44 percent of the public education regulator’s license probes over the period have involved sexual misconduct or grooming allegations. Of the 461 teachers investigated over the period for all forms of misconduct, 207 kept their licenses and were allowed to continue to work with children in schools, the Cap Times reported. Heartbreaking Video Shows Family’s Tearful Send-off of Teen Whose Organs Were Donated after Being Hit by Alleged Drunk Illegal Immigrant

A heartbreaking video shows the final moments of a Wisconsin teen’s life that was allegedly taken by an illegal immigrant drunk driver as his family gave their final goodbye before his organs were donated.

Tearful family and friends surrounded the lifeless body of 19-year-old Brady Heiling as doctors wheeled him on a stretcher through a hospital hallway, according to a video posted by his mother, Jen Heiling. Draped across the front of the gurney was a sign that read “DONATE LIFE,” a nod to his organ donation.

“Brady Allen Heiling you are soooooo LOVED!…” his mother wrote in the emotional post.

Loved ones bid the teen, who was hooked up to a breathing machine, farewell as they leaned onto his chest and cried out.

Heiling, along with his “love” Hallie Helgeson, 18, tragically died after an illegal immigrant drunk driver hit them while driving the wrong way on an interstate outside Madison, officials said.

Honduran national Noelia Saray Martinez-Avila, 30, was drunk and driving her SUV the wrong direction on a highway outside Madison when she allegedly struck a vehicle and killed the two teens on July 20, according to police. Lefty Judge Threatens to Close Court, Start Raising Bail Money for Defendants After Feds Arrested Judge Hannah Dugan for Allegedly Helping Illegal Alien Avoid ICE

A lefty Wisconsin jurist is threatening not to hold court following Friday’s arrest of a Milwaukee judge for allegedly helping a Mexican illegal migrant evade federal immigration officers.

Monica Isham, a circuit judge Sawyer County, defended Judge Hannah Dugan Saturday, claiming in an email to other state judges that she “has no intention of allowing anyone to be taken out of my courtroom by [Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents] and sent to a concentration camp,” Wisconsin Right Now first reported.

Isham, who in 2023 became the first Native American elected to the county’s circuit court, also threatened to “start raising bail money” for defendants.

“Yesterday, Judge Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee County stood on her Oath in the very building she swore to uphold it and she was arrested and charged with felonies for it,” Isham wrote.

“Enough is enough. I no longer feel protected or respected as a Judge in this administration. If there is no guidance for us and no support for us, I will refuse to hold court in Branch 2 in Sawyer County. I will not put myself or my staff who may feel compelled to help me or my community in [harm’s] way.” (Read more from “Lefty Judge Threatens to Close Court, Start Raising Bail Money for Defendants After Feds Arrested Judge Hannah Dugan for Allegedly Helping Illegal Alien Avoid ICE” HERE)

In A Supreme Election, Wisconsin Voters Will Decide Voter ID Question

While Wisconsin’s Supreme Court election is in the national spotlight, there’s an important election integrity issue on Tuesday’s ballot as well. In fact, election law watchdogs will tell you that the Supreme Court race and a referendum on enshrining the Badger State’s voter ID law into the Wisconsin constitution go hand-in-hand.

“They really are bound together in this election,” Annette Olson, chief executive officer of the Madison-based MacIver Institute, told The Federalist Monday in a phone interview.

The conservative think tank has been advocating for the election integrity ballot question for years. It’s taken a while to get here.

Proposed amendments to the state’s constitution must be approved in two consecutive sessions of the legislature. The Republican-controlled assembly and Senate have passed the measure twice. Now the question is in the hands of the voters. Ballot questions do not require the approval of the governor, which would have been the death knell for the voter ID provision. Democrat Gov. Tony Evers, a dutiful servant of the far left, surely would have vetoed it. (Read more from “In A Supreme Election, Wisconsin Voters Will Decide Voter ID Question” HERE)

Elon Musk Hands Out $1 Million Checks to Voters After Wisconsin Supreme Court Declined to Intervene

Elon Musk gave away $1 million checks to two Wisconsin voters despite massive backlash from critics and a lawsuit from the state’s attorney general ahead of a consequential Supreme Court election in the state.

The coveted checks went to two Wisconsin men who have both voted for and donated to GOP campaigns and have a lengthy history of supporting President Trump. Musk said that only “spokesmen” for an online petition against “activist” judges would be eligible for the million-dollar handouts.

Musk, wearing a cheese hat, used his time in Wisconsin to rally for Brad Schimel, a conservative politician running for a Wisconsin Supreme Court seat. He is backed by Trump, Musk and the DOGE head’s many support groups who have spent more than $20 million backing Schimel’s campaign.

Wisconsin is a highly contested battleground state, and liberal critics warned that Musk is backing Schimel so that he can influence the court. Many on the left are concerned about the state’s forthcoming redistricting, which could impact who has control over the House, which is currently held by a slim Republican majority.

“And if the [Wisconsin] Supreme Court is able to redraw the districts, they will gerrymander the district and deprive Wisconsin of two seats on the Republican side. Then they will try to stop all the government reforms we are getting done for you, the American people,” Musk said. Governor Supports Bill Replacing ‘Mother’ With ‘Inseminated Person’

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers (D) supported a Democrat Senate bill that would replace the word “mother” with the word “inseminated person,” and replace the word “husband” with the word “spouse.”

Dan O’Donnell, the host of the Dan O’Donnell Show shared an excerpt of Senate Bill 45, Section 3106, which also replaces the words “man” and “wife” for “person.” The bill, introduced on Friday, is about “state finances and appropriations, constituting the executive budget act of the 2025 legislature,” according to WSAU News.

According to the Wisconsin State Legislature website, 2025 Senate Bill 45 was “Introduced by Joint Committee on Finance.”

“Democrat Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers has introduced a bill that will change state law to replace the word ‘mother’ with ‘inseminated person,’” O’Donnell wrote in a post on X.

More and More Is Coming Out About the WI Christian School Shooter

Late on Monday night, authorities identified 15-year-old Natalie “Samantha” Rupnow as the shooter who slaughtered a student and a teacher at Abundant Life Christian School, a private K-12 academy in Madison, Wisconsin. Six others were wounded, including two students who are still in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

Rupnow, who died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, was a student there after reportedly transferring to Abundant Life this academic year.

She went by “Samantha,” which was the name that allegedly appeared on her school identification card. However, it appears the suspect was not “transgender,” despite initial rumors, but a radical feminist who wanted to annihilate all men.

Soon after news broke of the shooting, Rupnow’s friends flagged the X account, “@Postalbrained,” purportedly belonging to the shooter. Moments before the mass shooting, the X account—created this month—posted a photograph of an individual flashing the “OK” hand symbol in what looks like a school bathroom. The account also tweeted a link to a manifesto on Google Docs; however, the document was not publicly accessible at the time of publication. . .

According to investigative journalist Andy Ngo, she posted a purported “sneak peek” of the manifesto to her Discord account, “@brainedout.” In the earlier version, Rupnow allegedly discussed a desire to “exterminate” all males, including infants and the elderly, in a rant apparently inspired by extremist culture among fringe social media circles. Here They Go Again: Anti-Gunners Rush to Exploit Wisconsin School Shooting to Push Gun Control

It has only been a few hours since the news broke about the tragic mass shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, and the anti-gunner lobby is already using the incident to push for more restrictions on firearms.

The shooting, which is believed to have been carried out by a juvenile, left a teacher and a student dead. Six other students were injured.

The motive behind the shooting has not yet been revealed. Police Chief Shon Barnes stated, “The suspect used a handgun,” and noted that the shooting “was confined to one space.” The suspect was dead when police arrived on the scene, according to ABC News.

Several leftists took to social media to use the shooting to call for more gun control. Singer Ricky Davila said, “It’s the guns, it’s the terrorist organization NRA and it’s the republicans who are paid by the gun lobby to block all gun safety laws.”

School Denied White Student Reading Help To Prioritize Minorities, Legal Firm Says

A Wisconsin school denied extra reading help to a white dyslexic student because of his race, according to a conservative legal firm.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL) said this week that a young boy attending King Elementary School in Green Bay was discriminated against because of a policy that prioritized literacy help to black, Hispanic, and American Indian students. WILL says that the policy, found in its “school success” plan, violates federal civil rights law and should be scrapped.

The policy in question details that part of the school’s action plan should be “intentional work educating our focus students, prioritizing additional resources to First Nations, Black, and Hispanic students.”

Colbey Decker told WILL that when she attempted to get extra reading help for her son because of his dyslexia, he was put on a waiting list for almost a year before he got help as part of a group. WILL says that Decker’s child would have been given individualized help if he had been black or Hispanic.
