18-Year-Old Male Identifying as Female Enters High School Girls’ Locker, Showers Naked Next to 14-Year-Old Students, Conservative Org Alleges

An 18-year-old male student at a Wisconsin high school who identifies as female entered the girls’ locker room and began showering naked with four 14-year-old girls, a conservative legal organization said Wednesday.

In a letter sent Wednesday to the school district, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, Inc. (WILL) said that on March 3 four freshman girls at Sun Prairie East High School (EHS) were showering and changing after a physical education class. When they entered the lockers, they found a senior male student, believed to be 18 years old at the time, in the room that contained the lockers and benches. The girls said the student wasn’t in the class with them, but proceeded to the shower area even though they were uncomfortable. They were aware that the student identified as transgender and had used girls’ bathrooms previously, according to the letter.

The girls showered with their bathing suits on, which was common practice. Just when they started to shower, WILL said, the transgender student fully undressed and entered the shower next to one of the girls. The student was initially facing the wall but then turned toward the four girls, exposing his male genitalia to all four freshmen.

“Understandably, the girls were caught off guard and shocked, closed their eyes, and tried to hurry up and leave the showers as quickly as possible,” WILL’s letter stated.

The girls didn’t know what to do and didn’t immediately report the incident, but after one girl told another student what happened, that student said they should report it, according to the letter. Three days after the incident in the shower, the uninvolved student reported it to student services. The incident should have been reported under Title IX, an anti-sex discrimination law that protects students against sexual harassment and assault. But Associate Principal Heidi Walter didn’t report the incident to the Title IX coordinator, and instead asked for the names of the students involved, according to the letter. Former School Counselor Suing School District After She Was Fired for ‘Anti-Trans’ Remarks (VIDEO)

A former public school counselor in Wisconsin is suing Milwaukee Public Schools for terminating her employment after she spoke out against transgender ideology curriculum at a rally earlier this year.

Marissa Darlingh was fired in September after a speech she made over gender identity ideology curriculum at a feminist rally in Madison. Her lawsuit alleges that her former school district violated her free speech rights over her remarks.

“I oppose gender ideology ever entering the walls of my school building,” Darlingh said at the rally, according to a video of her remarks.

“On my dead f***ing body will my students be exposed to the harms of gender identity ideology. Not a single one of my students under my f***ing watch will ever, ever transition socially and sure as hell not medically,” she added.

Court: Green Bay, Wisconsin Must Let GOP Poll Watchers Observe the Entire Early Voting Process

A Wisconsin judge issued a temporary injunction on Wednesday that will allow Republican poll watchers in Green Bay to observe the entire early voting process throughout the 2022 election cycle. The ruling came less than 24 hours after the Republican National Committee (RNC) took legal action against the city for barring GOP observers from supervising certain parts of the in-person absentee voting procedures.

In his order, Brown County Circuit Court Judge Marc Hammer ruled that Green Bay election officials must “provide observer access to the witness certification process and to the electors depositing his or her ballot in the ballot box during the in-person absentee voting window,” adding that the city must develop a “viable process” adhering to the ruling by 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Under state law, in-person absentee ballot voting is permitted at a municipal clerk’s office prior to Election Day.

In the lawsuit filed by the RNC on Tuesday, the plaintiffs alleged that Green Bay City Clerk Celestine Jeffreys had violated a Wisconsin statute that, as described in the suit, requires “municipal clerks [to] allow the public to observe all public aspects of the in-person absentee ballot voting process.” According to the national GOP group, Jeffreys had divided the in-person absentee ballot voting process into two different parts of the building, with one being in her office and the other in the hallway outside her office. Michael Gableman, the former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice who spent $1 million of taxpayer dollars to investigate former President Donald Trump’s debunked allegations of voter fraud in the state, pushed for open “revolution” in a recent speech.

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported on Monday that “Gableman told a group of Republicans this month that a revolution against government officials over the 2020 election has become necessary but said people have become too comfortable to water the ‘tree of liberty’ with blood.”

“For the first time in my life I am beginning to wonder if America’s best days are behind us,” Gableman can be seen saying in a video from an event hosted by the Republican Party of Outagamie County on Sept. 9th.

“Our comfort is holding us back from taking the action that is necessary,” he continued, adding:

The greatest challenge of our poor in this country is not lack of food, it’s obesity. It’s a beautiful world. But it’s that very comfort that is keeping us from what our founders knew to be the only way to keep an honest government, which is revolution.

State Promotes ‘Gender-Expansive’ Resources for Preschoolers

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction is reportedly promoting transgender resources to preschool-aged children and their families.

According to an ABC-affiliated outlet KATU, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) published a guide on its website titled “Resources for Gender Expansive Preschoolers,” which contains videos, websites, articles, and other content promoting being transgender to children.

Reportedly, one of the videos promoted by the DPI comes from the Human Rights Campaign and details the story of a “transgender” first grader in Wisconsin. In the video, the child’s mother says her kid was “going to transition from being a boy to a girl in first grade.”

Another video encourages children to challenge “gender stereotypes” regarding Halloween costumes. The video shows two children, a boy and a girl, going trick-or-treating with their parents. In the end, it is revealed that the young girl dressed up as Batman and the little boy dressed up as Wonder Woman.

By Washington Examiner. A heckler disrupted President Joe Biden’s speech in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, drawing the attention of the president, who called him an “idiot,” before being escorted out.

In the middle of his speech to a crowd at Laborfest, where labor unions and their members gather annually, a heckler yelled at the president onstage, garnering a reaction. Biden halted his speech to ask security to “let him go,” delivering a quip in the process.

“All right, God love you. Let him go, let him go,” Biden said as security began to escort the man out. “Let him go. He’s — look, everybody’s entitled to be an idiot.”

Joe Biden Accuses Heckler of ‘Destroying Democracy’ at Labor Day Speech

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden mocked a heckler during a Labor Day speech on Monday, accusing him of “destroying democracy.” . . .

The president continued his speech, warning his audience that the “extreme MAGA” Republicans were trying to take away personal rights from Americans.

“We have to be stronger and more determined and more committed to saving American democracy than the MAGA Republicans and that guy out that door, are destroying democracy,” he said, referring to the heckler.

Biden continued his angry condemnation of former President Donald Trump and his supporters, calling them a “threat to democracy.”

School Board Defies Protesters, Retains Ban on Pride Flags, Preferred Pronouns

A Wisconsin school district held firm against protesters, upholding a ban on displaying LGBTQ or Black Lives Matter flags in classrooms or using preferred pronouns in school-related emails.

In the face of opposition from numerous speakers Tuesday night at a school board hearing, the board retained its position.

“We live in a world where politics are highlighted, and it puts people in uncomfortable positions,” Kettle Moraine School District Superintendent Stephen Plum stated.

In late July, Plum said legal analysis had shown the policy of the district did indeed prohibit political or religious messaging, as well as the use of one’s pronouns, in classrooms, staff emails and signatures, USA Today reported.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court Just Banned Ballot Drop Boxes

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Friday that unmanned ballot drop boxes are illegal in the state and can no longer be used, marking a victory for election integrity activists.

“Ballot drop boxes are illegal under Wisconsin statutes. An absentee ballot must be returned by mail or the voter must personally deliver it to the municipal clerk at the clerk’s office or a designated alternate site,” the opinion states.

Wisconsin Supreme Court: No, You Can’t Use a Transgender Name Change to Duck Sex Offender Registry

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the state’s ban on name changes for people on the sex offender registry still applied to a transgender offender seeking to adopt a female name, according to The Associated Press.

The sex offender, referred to only as “Ella” in court records, was six feet and five inches tall and over 300 pounds at fifteen years old when he was convicted of sexually assaulting a disabled 14-year-old boy, according to the AP. Seven years later, the offender now identifies as a transgender woman and is seeking to legally adopt a female name and dodge the sex offender registry.

The court ruled 4-3 to uphold lower court rulings declining the sex offender’s requests for a legal name change to no longer be required to register as a sex offender. Ella is about halfway through a 15-year registry requirement.

Wisconsin bans those on the sex offender registry from changing their names or using aliases that are not also listed on the registry, according to the AP. Ella’s lawyers argued that this prohibition violated the offender’s First Amendment rights and was a form of cruel and unusual punishment prohibited under the Eighth Amendment. Court Refuses to Dismiss Parents’ Case Over School’s Trans Indoctrination

A state court judge in Wisconsin has refused to dismiss a lawsuit brought by two sets of parents against a school district over its transgender procedures.

Those, in the Kettle Moraine School District, provide that minor students can change their names, their gender pronouns, and more at school without their parents consenting.

The case was brought by the Alliance Defending Freedom and the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty.

ADF lawyer Roger Brooks commented after the decision by the Waukesha County Circuit Court to deny the district’s motion to dismiss.

“Parents’ rights to direct the upbringing, education, and mental health treatment of their children is one of the most basic constitutional rights every parent holds dear, yet we are seeing more and more school districts across the country not only ignoring parents’ concerns but actively working against them,” he said.
