Amelia Earhart Mystery Solved? Scientist ’99 Percent’ Sure Bones Belong to Aviator

A scientific study claims to shed new light on the decades-long mystery of what happened to Amelia Earhart.

Richard Jantz, an emeritus anthropology professor at the University of Tennessee, argues that bones discovered on the Pacific Island of Nikumaroro in 1940 were likely Earhart’s remains. The research contradicts a forensic analysis of the remains in 1941 that described the bones as belonging to a male. The bones, which were subsequently lost, continue to be a source of debate.

Earhart, who was attempting to fly around the world, disappeared with navigator Fred Noonan on July 2, 1937, during a flight from Papua New Guinea to Howland Island in the Pacific.

The first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean, Earhart was one of the most famous people in the world at the time of her disappearance. Thus, a number of theories have emerged about her fate.

One well-publicized theory is that Earhart died a castaway after landing her plane on the remote island of Nikumaroro, a coral atoll 1,200 miles from the Marshall Islands. Some 13 human bones were found on Nikumaroro, also known as Gardner Island, three years after Earhart’s disappearance. (Read more from “Amelia Earhart Mystery Solved? Witch-Hunt: CNN Dispatches Team to Thailand to Find Hooker Who Claims to Have Dirt on Trump

“Politics is the ability to use any situation to advance your own status,” wrote Peter Pomerantsev for his book “Nothing Is True and Everything Is Possible,” and in the world of U.S. politics and media, leverage is key if not survival.

The British son of Russian émigrés, Pomerantsev has worked in Russia’s tightly state-controlled television industry, describing a toxic environment where the regime could systematically recreate and distort reality to their will — a possible not-so-far cry from America’s current media division.

As Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s search into Russia-Trump collusion bears down on Washington, CNN took a final step of its own on Monday and sent CNN correspondent Ivan Watson overseas in order to obtain answers from the “missing link” that would reportedly close this investigation for good.

Belarusian escort Anastasia Vashukevich, who goes by Nastya Rybka, was arrested in Thailand along with nine others during an alleged “sex seminar,” hosted by Rybka, who is a self-proclaimed expert in the field.

On her way to the Thai jail, Rybka posted a video to her Instagram account where she pleaded for the aid of U.S. journalists to help her seek asylum in exchange for damning information — including naked pictures — on President Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, and other high ranking officials.

“I’m ready to give you all the missing puzzle pieces, support them with videos and audios, regarding the connections of our respected lawmakers with Trump, Manafort and the rest,” Rybka stated. “I know a lot. I’m waiting for your offers and I’m waiting for you in a Thai prison.”

According to The Washington Post, Rybka had come under the spotlight just weeks ago after Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny had published his investigation into Rybka’s alleged connections with numerous prominent and powerful Russian men.

The young Belarusian has also described herself as a “seductress,” going so far as to even publish a “diary” on “how to seduce a billionaire.”

Evidence by Navalny reported a post from Rybka’s Instagram account showing a yacht trip in August of 2016 with Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska and Deputy Prime Minister Sergey Prikhodko, with claims that Deripaska had bribed Prikhodko with four women from an escort service on a luxurious getaway.

The report further speculated that the two men may have played a part in a conspiracy between the Kremlin and the 2016 Trump campaign, although the video itself offered no proof.

Prikhodko retaliated by stating Navalny was merely a “political loser” and sued Rybka — who was in Dubai when the report surfaced — for a violation of privacy. Shortly after, the escort traveled to Pattaya, Thailand, to participate in the seminar.

Though Russian Embassy consul Vladimir Sosnov stated that Rybka and several others had been detained merely for participating in an “illegal training session,” Rybka believes she was arrested on orders of Russian officials as payback.

“Please USA save us from Russia!” Rybka said from her Instagram account. “All this cases are political repressions!”

The recent plea to U.S. media, who have previously gone to great lengths for the slightest bit of information on accusations of collusion, came just weeks after 13 Russians were indicted in Mueller’s investigation.

“It is both dismal and amusing to see the rationalizations of the diehard Kremlin collusionists after Robert Mueller’s spurious indictment of the 13 Russians who will never encounter the vagaries of U.S. justice,” wrote columnist Conrad Black.

“With the Democrats’ Russian obsession having dwindled to absurdity, President Trump can continue to move the country forward,” he added, with other outlets calling the conspiracy of collusion the “Democrats’ Benghazi.”

He further reiterated the hypocrisy of American politics, as the U.S. itself has meddled “countless times” in the elections of foreign countries in order to gain benefit.

“The charge of conspiring against the United States is nonsense,” Black said. “And the whole ambiance of the investigation now is that of a phantom consolation prize for the absence of a crime, a victim, or a culprit.” (For more from the author of “Witch-Hunt: CNN Dispatches Team to Thailand to Find Hooker Who Claims to Have Dirt on Trump” please click HERE)

Woman Claims Airport Security Confiscated Her Gun Necklace Because It Was ‘Potentially Dangerous’

A former police officer had her tiny gun necklace confiscated at airport security because it was “too dangerous” and passengers might think it was real.

Claire Sharp, who used to work for special branch, had the piece of jewellery taken off her as she was travelling to Perugia in Italy from London Stansted Airport on Friday.

The charm had sentimental value as it was a present from her husband Nigel Greenwood, who died suddenly in 2001, aged just 32 from a heart attack, because of their shared love of shooting and membership of a gundog club.

It is around an inch long and Sharp wears it everyday in memory of her late husband who she described at the time as her “best friend.”

Sharp was travelling with her current husband, Lee, who is also a sergeant in the Met Police, and their 12-year-old daughter, Faye, when airport security staff told her she would not be able to take the necklace on the plane. Teen Tries to Detonate Bomb at High School, Allegedly Flew ISIS Flag

Police said a homemade explosive device was the item discovered in a backpack at Pine View High School Monday, that forced the evacuation of the school. Police said if the device had detonated, it would have caused significant injury or death. Police have a suspect in custody.

A warrant served at the male juvenile’s home and items were found consistent with the materials used to build the device. Police also said the suspect had been researching information and expressing interest in ISIS and promoting the organization . . .

During the interview with investigators, the suspect admitted to taking the American flag down and replacing it with an ISIS flag at Hurricane High School.

The suspect also admitted to spray painting “ISIS IS COMI” on the school that same morning, police say.

On Monday afternoon, investigators served a search warrant at the suspect’s home, which found several items that tied the suspect to the crime at Hurricane High School. (Read more from “Teen Tries to Detonate Bomb at High School, Allegedly Flew ISIS Flag” HERE)

REVEALED: Broward County Deputy Who Gave ‘Stage’ Order That Kept Cops Outside Parkland Shooting

Fox News has identified the Broward County Sheriff Captain who issued the “stage” and “perimeter” orders that kept officers outside of Stoneman Douglas High School as a school shooter was rampaging inside.

Captain Jan Jordan was in charge of Broward County deputies at the scene, law enforcement sources told Fox, and was the officer who instructed her colleagues to remain outside the scene of a mass shooting, even though department policies indicate that officers can enter such a scene to neutralize the shooter.

“Sources told Fox News it was Jordan giving the commands because they were recorded on the dispatch logs coming from Jordan’s radio insignia 17S1, or ‘Seventeen Sierra One,'” the news network reported.

A spokesperson for the Broward Sheriff’s Office would only confirm that “Captain Jordan asked if a perimeter had been established after the shooter left the building,” but would not say whether Jordan made the call because she had any further information about other law enforcement agencies on the scene, or whether she made a tragic mistake in assessing the situation inside Stoneman Douglas.

The spokesperson also wouldn’t say why Jordan “asked” for a perimeter; as the senior officer on the scene, her “request for information” would have been interpreted as an order. (Read more from “REVEALED: Broward County Deputy Who Gave ‘Stage’ Order That Kept Cops Outside Parkland Shooting” HERE)

Famous Atheist: Let’s Eat Human Meat

Over the weekend, famed atheist Richard Dawkins had a novel suggestion for the future: eating human meat.

Dawkins was responding to a story in the Independent which described “clean meat,” or, in other words, meat grown in laboratories made from stem cells harvested from living cattle.

Josh Tetrick, CEO of clean meat manufacturer JUST, had told CNN that the first items could be available to consumers for human consumption “before the end of 2018.” He told The Guardian that the path to public acceptance of cultured meat is obstructed by “gnarly problems, communication issues, regulatory issues.” . . .

But Dawkins envisions himself as more far-seeing than everyone else. Hence this tweet:

Dawkins is the same guy who said in 2017, “When I see cattle lorries, I think of the railway wagons to Auschwitz.” (Read more from “Famous Atheist: Let’s Eat Human Meat” please click HERE)

This May Be the Dumbest Idea House Republicans Have Ever Had

House Democrats are ready to revolt against Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., if party leadership fails to deliver for the Democrats in the 2018 midterms. But Republicans? Republicans plan on sticking with the same failed leadership if they lose in the midterms.

Expectations from GOP lawmakers who spoke to The Hill Tuesday show that if Republicans blow their majority in November, Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., is in a good position to take the number one GOP leadership spot. It all hinges on whether or not Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., leaves Congress after the election.

“Hopefully in November, we’re talking about a third term for Speaker Ryan,” one House Republican told the Hill. “But if that’s not the case, I think Kevin’s the guy, and that comes from a more conservative member.”

Why is Kevin “the guy?” According to The Hill, if Republicans go back to being a minority party, McCarthy would need just a majority of the GOP conference to secure the minority leader job. His closest competition might be the number three Republican, Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., but the Republicans who spoke under condition of anonymity say that while Scalise could win the speaker job if Ryan leaves and the GOP keeps its majority, it’s “McCathy’s to lose” in the minority. Many Republicans are in McCarthy’s debt after he’s crisscrossed the nation fundraising in their districts. The favors he’s owed, plus his good relationship with the president, would likely be enough to head off a challenge from a more conservative Republican.

“I think there will be a play from the right. But will it be the Freedom Caucus 30 or will it be a larger movement? And would Scalise lead it? I don’t know,” said another GOP lawmaker. “But if McCarthy shows strength and there’s no opening, then I think McCarthy stays on as leader.”

Keeping the current GOP leadership in the House after losing the majority under said leadership would be dumb. Really, really, dumb.

Why are Republicans in a position where they could lose their House majority in the first place? Because when the failures of Obamacare were the pressing issue on the minds of most Americans, Republican leaders put forward their own RINOcare bill that broke their promise to repeal Obamacare. Because when it came time to cut taxes, bungled messaging from House Republicans and a flawed bill convinced too many Americans that their taxes were going up. Because when it comes to advancing the Trump immigration agenda and securing the border, leaders like McCarthy are dragging their feet at the behest of open-borders, big-agriculture businesses.

Republicans aren’t keeping their promises to voters.

What is the purpose of Republican leadership? The idea is to lead, right? The point is to make sure that Republicans make their best effort to persuade voters to vote for the GOP — and then keep the promises they make to voters after they are elected. And the goal is to keep getting elected, right?

Well, if Republicans aren’t keeping the promises they made to voters, and if voters punish them for it in 2018, how could it possibly make sense to keep the same leadership team if the party fails under that leadership?

If Republicans lose their House majority, they should drop McCarthy along with the entire leadership team and start from scratch, rebuilding the the conservative agenda that put them in power in the first place. Our Government Shut Down on March 5

President Trump promised to fully end Obama’s most unlawful act on March 5 and stop granting benefits to people who are not entitled to be in this country. Yet thanks to a political system that has crowned district judges the kings of our society, the very underpinnings of the self-governing nation established in the Declaration of Independence have now been abandoned. We have district judges who can unilaterally make denizens of aliens – the power of a king, according to Alexander Hamilton in Federalist #69. The sovereignty of the American people has been stolen by unelected judges not “deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

Justice Robert Jackson, the great champion of due process and the dissenter in the Korematsu case, said that “due process does not invest any alien with a right to enter the United States, nor confer on those admitted the right to remain against the national will” (Shaughnessy v. Mezei, 1953).

This conclusion reigned supreme in our body politic and the court system from the founding of our country. Even during the darker days of the Warren-era Supreme Court, when the courts were completely taking over abortion, social issues, and major political decisions from the elected branches of government, there was a universal understanding that only the people, not the courts, can determine who gets to come into the country and who stays. Even as they were concocting one BS right after another for Americans, they all understood the concept of national sovereignty – that courts cannot create rights for aliens to immigrate or remain in the country against the national will. This is reflected in an uninterrupted stream of caselaw that has been regarded as the most settled area of law.

Yet here we are, on March 5, when the president promised to terminate Obama’s illegal amnesty, and the citizenry of this country is now forced against our will to accept foreign nationals into our society. Consider the following:

Money for illegal alien Obamacare, but not for the wall: Remember when Obama promised during a speech before Congress that illegal aliens would not benefit from Obamacare, and Rep. Joe Wilson shouted out, “You lie!”? Well, it turns out they receive roughly $18.5 billion a year in benefits, $11.2 billion at a federal level from Medicaid and Obamacare exchange subsidies. According to Chris Conover, most of the benefits come from federal payments to hospitals for uncompensated care and to community health care centers. In the budget bill that recently passed Congress, legislators refused to block funding for illegals while expanding these programs. Republicans could easily fund the border wall by cutting several years’ worth of benefits for illegal aliens, but nobody is willing to speak up for the taxpayer.

Illegal aliens are stealing our birthright, the right to vote: A new government-issued photo identification card will be granted to illegal aliens by the city of Chicago, and the state board of elections will allow counties to use it as a form of ID for voter legislation. The State Board of Elections officials claim they are not worried about voter fraud, because registrants must still check a box attesting to their citizenship. Yes, an honor system … after issuing them valid ID cards and with no requirement to show a birth certificate! This is a problem in almost every state with legal immigrants, let alone illegal. In Pennsylvania, there is now a lawsuit stemming from a report that as many as 100,000 non-citizens are registered to vote in the Keystone State. But it’s particularly problematic in sanctuary cities that insist upon giving illegal aliens driver’s licenses.

Illegal aliens benefiting from tax season: Thanks to judicial amnesty, 11,360 illegal aliens have been able to file renewals for amnesty, even after Trump ended the program, according to new numbers from the USCIS. There are now roughly 682,750 still enrolled in the program from before Trump’s moratorium, 13 months after Trump took office. Elections don’t matter, at least not for illegal benefits for illegal aliens. Also, remember that at this time of the year, a lot of Americans are getting back refunds from the federal government. Illegal aliens are disproportionately a low-income population, and all of the DACA recipients are receiving refundable tax credits, even when they pay no taxes.

Even red states being forced to issue driver’s licenses to illegals: Given that courts are now treating amnesty, not statutes, as the law of the land, states like Arizona are being forced to issue driver’s licenses to illegal aliens. Oh, and at the same time, the courts have prevented Arizona from asking for proof of citizenship to ensure that motor-voter laws don’t allow illegals to seamlessly use their driver’s licenses to register for the franchise. Arizona is once again asking the Supreme Court to stay the lower court decisions on these issues. Don’t hold your breath waiting for SCOTUS to grant relief.

Identity theft of illegal aliens and how stolen sovereignty leads to stolen identity: An illegal alien has recently confessed to stealing the identity of an American for 37 years and securing $361,000 in government benefits. How did he secure federal benefits? Through a California driver’s license! This is why sanctuary cities is not a “state issue” and affects taxpayers in every state. Yet we refuse to fully clamp down on sanctuaries and mandate the seamless use of federal databases for driver’s licenses and employment to weed out identity fraud.

Isn’t it time for a new revolution built upon the timeless principle of the original one – that Americans should determine their own future? Shouldn’t the franchise be for citizens, and shouldn’t immigration only be consensual and never a liability for taxpayers?

There is a budget bill coming up later this month, and despite the GOP controlling all of government, we only hear of the Democrat demands being entertained in the bill, such as gun control and more amnesty. What about fixing voter ID and motor-voter laws? What about requiring proof of citizenship to vote? What about not counting illegals in the Census? What about defunding benefits for illegal aliens? What about clamping down on sanctuary cities? What about preventing illegals from unilaterally asserting jurisdiction with false identities or Mexican ID cards and stealing our birthright citizenship?

The only remaining question for the citizenry of this country is how much longer are we “disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable” and tolerate this “long train of abuses and usurpations.” (For more from the author of “Our Government Shut Down on March 5” please click HERE)

Trump Not Getting Rich as POTUS, Sees Staggering Drop on Forbes Richest List

President Donald Trump dropped over 200 spots on Forbes Billionaires List from his position last year.

Trump currently comes in at No. 766 for Forbes 2018 list with a net worth of $3.1 billion versus 2017 when he was No. 544 with $3.5 billion on his ledger.

This year’s drop follows another one of over 200 spots in 2017.

Trump announced his candidacy for president in June 2015 and clearly devoted much of his energy to winning the race.

Additionally, he stepped down as the Trump Organization’s CEO in December 2016, turning over the reins to his sons Donald Jr. and Eric.

Also to address the issue of the appearance of conflicts of interest, Trump’s attorney announced his organization would undertake no new foreign deals, while he was in office, which effectively shut down one avenue stream.

The Washington Times reports about half of Trump’s net worth — $1.5 billion — is in real estate. The next largest share — $560 million — is invested in his golf clubs and resorts.

According to Forbes, the president’s decline in net worth can be mostly attributed to the New York City real estate market.

“The rise of e-commerce has pushed down the value of properties like Trump Tower, which sits in the heart of shopping mecca Fifth Avenue in New York City,” Forbes reported. It estimated the value of the property has declined $41 million.

Additionally, longtime tenant Nike announced it is vacating approximately 65,000 square feet of retail space at Trump’s property at 6 East 57th Street.

However, on the positive side, profits have surged at other properties that Trump owns stakes in located in New York and San Francisco.

In his speech at the Republican Convention in July 2016, Trump’s son Eric noted his father would be making a sacrifice to run and to be president.

“So my father made the courageous decision to set aside a company to which he has dedicated his entire life, to set aside a global brand that he has made synonymous with success, with quality, with uncompromising … just the best,” Eric Trump said.

“At a time when people at the pinnacle of their career like my father would have held fast to a lifestyle that has truly become the epitome of the American dream, my father instead chose to give that dream back to the people it had eluded for so long,” he added.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, who tops the 2018 Forbes list, has done very well under Trump, surpassing Microsoft founder Bill Gates to become the wealthiest man in the world, with an estimated worth of $112 billion.

Bezos was the first person to ever surpass the $100 billion mark.

Gates’ net worth now stands at $90 billion, followed by Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett at $84 billion, French businessman Bernard Arnault with $72 billion and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg at $71 billion. Moore Accuser Leaves GOP, Will Run for House as Democrat

A woman who claims to have dated failed Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore when she was only a teenager has now reportedly changed her party affiliation from Republican to Democrat.

According to The Hill, Deborah Gibson said she was only 17 when she and the Republican politician — who was 34 — dated, and that she has left the GOP in order to vie for a spot as a Democrat in the Florida Legislature.

The sought-after spot by the newly-initiated Democrat is for the 89th District seat in the Florida House, a position that is currently held by Republican Bill Hager.

“Coming off the sidelines for the first time politically seems a natural response to realizing that too many of us, particularly women, have felt that some special mysterious qualification was needed to participate in our democratic process as a candidate,” said Gibson, whose statement was posted on her campaign’s fundraising site.

“The past 5 months have crystallized what’s been coming to me for a decade more gradually — the Republican Party is no longer the right fit for me,” she added. “I am proudly running as a Democrat.”

Gibson had been one of the first women to come forward, accusing Moore of inappropriate behavior in a report by the Washington Post last fall, and even shared a card that Moore allegedly gave her when she graduated from high school.

“Happy graduation Debbie,” the card states. “I wanted to give you this card myself. I know that you’ll be a success in anything you do. Roy.”

The romantic pursual reportedly began when Moore was an Alabama chief justice for the Etowah County District Attorney’s Office and had spoken at the high school Gibson attended.

The accusation was just one among a handful of women accusing the Alabama hopeful of having a relationship with them while they were only teenagers and he was in his thirties, with select others alleging sexual misconduct.

Though noting the differentiating age of the pair, Gibson said that Moore hadn’t assaulted her, but that their brief relationship consisted “only of consensual kissing.”

The peak of the allegations occurred during his Senate campaign last year, where he ran against Democratic opponent Doug Jones.

The allegations spurned a back and forth between both the women and Moore, Democrats and Republicans alike, as it came amid the ever-growing “Me Too” movement that helped give a voice for victims of sexual harassment or abuse to come forward.

Moore vehemently denied the allegations, labeling the women as liars and citing the accusations as a ploy created by the Democrats to end him politically. He ultimately lost the special election to Jones later in December.

Leigh Corfman, one of the women who had accused Moore of assault, has reportedly filed a defamation suit against Moore, alleging that his campaign and the politician himself defamed her by stating she was immoral and a liar.

As for Gibson, who intends to pursue her political pursuit despite a rough beginning in the world of politics, stated on her fundraising site that her platform includes “equality for all, common sense gun law reform,” and “education quality and access” among a host of other issues.

“There is a Chinese proverb that says ‘Women hold up half the sky,’” Gibson wrote on her site. “Yet women do not hold 50% of the positions in our government.”

“Division has itself become a primary and proximate issue, and it is time that we govern again,” she added. “I humbly ask your support for a place at the stakeholder table.” (For more from the author of “Moore Accuser Leaves GOP, Will Run for House as Democrat” please click HERE)
