Watch: Massive Fire Tornado That Killed Firefighter

Recently released video from Cal Fire shows the most intense tornado ever in California history that trapped and killed a firefighter in Redding last month.

37-year-old Jeremiah “Jeremy” Stoke was a longtime Redding Fire Department veteran. According to Cal fire, on July 26th, he was driving his truck in northwest Redding and helping evacuate residents from the Carr Fire when he got into trouble.

. . .

While it was not the first documented fire tornado in California – a similar event happened at Coffey Park last October, for instance – but it was certainly the most powerful.

Even for fire researchers like Craig Clements, the director at the SJSU Fire Weather Research Lab, who had seen fire whirls before, it was an extraordinary event.

The video released by Cal Fire clearly shows the Carr Fire winds and flames moving in opposite directions forming a massive vortex. (Read more from “Watch: Massive Fire Tornado That Killed Firefighter” HERE)

Facebook Censors Videos on ‘Masculine Men,’ ‘Moderate Muslims’

Conservative non-profit group PragerU appears to be facing Facebook censorship, as many recent posts from group are suffering from a 99.9999 percent drop in engagement based on Facebook’s own dashboard. The Social Media Masters of the Universe also pulled down two PragerU videos, which it labeled “hate speech.”

Echoing the apparent page limitation of conservative commentating duo Diamond and Silk, the conservative non-profit group PragerU — which produces educational videos on conservative issues — appears to have found its Facebook page’s reach drastically limited. The group’s Facebook page boasts three million followers, but its most recent posts have been seen by almost none of its followers, according to the Facebook dashboard.

PragerU social media influencer Will Witt posted a screenshot of the Facebook page’s dashboard which shows a number of statistics relating to posts from the page, including the reach posts have and how many users have clicked on links in the posts. According to the photos posted by Witt, PragerU’s last nine posts have reached between one and three of their followers. Previous posts have reached between 50,000 and 95,000 of PragerU’s followers.

Witt also posted a number of screenshots of PragerU videos that have been removed by Facebook for “hate speech.” The videos that were removed include one titled “Make Men Masculine Again,” and “Where are the Moderate Muslims?”

Cop Who Revealed Pedophile Ring at Highest Levels of Government Found Dead

South Africa has been gripped by the mysterious death of former police officer Mark Minnie, just a week after he revealed horrific details about an alleged paedophile ring in the once-feared white-minority government that portrayed itself as being made up of devout Christian men.

Minnie, 58, was found with a bullet to his head, but many people are refusing to believe the police version – that he took his own life at the farm of a friend near the coastal city of Port Elizabeth.

“The fact that the suicide note was found doesn’t necessarily mean he wrote it willingly. I mean he could’ve written it under duress. The fact that he shot himself with someone else’s pistol already raises questions,” investigative journalist and author Jacques Pauw told South Africa’s radio 702.

Minnie and journalist Chris Steyn co-authored The Lost Boys of Bird Island, which details shocking allegations against Magnus Malan, the once-powerful defence minister who was accused of setting up death squads and sanctioning military raids on neighbouring states as he fought to maintain white-supremacist rule in South Africa in the 1980s and 1990s. . .

Allen never stood trial – he was found dead, at the age of 37, with a bullet wound to his head, just like the 60-year-old Wiley. (Read more from “Cop Who Revealed Pedophile Ring Found Dead” HERE)

Reporter: Mark Minnie Interview 3 Days Before Death Shows He Was NOT Suicidal but Feared Assassination

By Maygene de Wee. Minnie was totally paranoid and didn’t want people to know that he had already returned to South Africa from China months ago. I had to give him my word that I wouldn’t tell anyone.

Finally, after he had checked out my background, he agreed to meet me. . .

Upon our return to Port Elizabeth he mentioned that he feared for his life, even if only a handful of people knew that he was back in South Africa. . . .

On Tuesday morning I receive the shocking news that Minnie was dead; that he had presumably shot himself.

Immediately I think about the circumstances in which John Wiley, former minister of environmental affairs, and businessman David Allen died. Both are believed to have committed suicide. Both had been shot. In the book there are so many questions about Allen and Wiley’s death; questions which still remain unanswered. Book Publisher Spoke with Minnie Right Before He Was “Suicided,” Says He Was “Enthusiastic”

By Citizen Reporter. A spokesperson for Tafelberg publishers says The Lost Boys of Bird Island co-author Mark Minnie’s death was “sudden and unexpected”, and there was no indication that he would take his own life. . .

According to the publishers, they were in contact with Minnie on Sunday night, after which attempts at emailing and phoning him were unsuccessful. They added that Minnie was “enthusiastic” when they last spoke to him and mentioned new leads that led to fresh evidence regarding an alleged apartheid paedophile ring.

While it was initially reported that no foul play was suspected in the death of The Lost Boys of Bird Island co-author Mark Minnie, News24 has reported that Minnie and co-author Chris Steyn had received threats after the book’s publication and had been “living in fear”. . .

The two authors reportedly refused to have a traditional book launch and feared for their safety to the point of not wanting to appear in public. Minnie reportedly met a source on Friday, and was meant to meet another one on Monday. . .

Minnie and Steyn had allegedly been investigating several leads subsequent to the book’s publication, but were afraid to publish what they had discovered. (Read more from “Cop Who Revealed Pedophile Ring Found Dead” HERE)

Former CBS News Reporter Delivers Kill Shot to Liberal Media Narrative That Trump Is Silencing John Brennan

By Townhall. Former CIA Director John Brennan no longer has a security clearance. It’s been revoked. He’s out of the club. Oh, and you bet the liberal news media was all over this, once again going into meltdown mode over something that was perfectly within the president’s authority. But like with anything that Trump does, we’re always on the verge of a total constitutional crisis…in CNN-land. Guy also wrote that Brennan’s pervasive partisan antics warranted his clearance being revoked. Oh, but it’s all politically motivated, you see (via Politico):

President Donald Trump’s decision to revoke former CIA director John Brennan’s security clearance is a “politically motivated” attempt to silence those who disagree with the president, Brennan said in a New York Times op-ed on Thursday.

“Mr. Trump clearly has become more desperate to protect himself and those close to him,” Brennan said. “which is why he made the politically motivated decision to revoke my security clearance in an attempt to scare into silence others who might dare to challenge him.”

Brennan’s op-ed published Thursday, one day after the White House announced the president had revoked the former CIA director’s security clearance and placed the clearances of several current and former officials under review. Brennan, who has often been critical of Trump, helmed the intelligence agency from 2013 to 2017.

Wait, you’re saying there’s a campaign to silence you, yet you can still say whatever you want, right? You just did. And the anti-Trump media are going to give you even more media its and exposure over this security clearance nonsense. Former CBS News investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson also torpedoed this absurd narrative.

Trump Tears Into John Brennan in Tweetstorm After Revoking Former CIA Chief’s Security Clearance

By Newsweek. President Donald Trump embarked on a Twitter spree on Wednesday evening, sharing criticisms of former CIA Director John Brennan as they aired on Fox News, before unleashing a string of commentary on topics covered by the broadcaster.

“John Brennan is a stain on the country, we deserve better than this,” Trump tweeted, quoting Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service agent and author of a new book, Spygate: The Attempted Sabotage of Donald J. Trump, who frequently appears on Fox News as a conservative commentator.

“Thank you Dan,” Trump added. “Good luck with the book!” (Read more from “Trump Tears Into John Brennan in Tweetstorm After Revoking Former CIA Chief’s Security Clearance” HERE)

Study: Children With Religious Parents Less Likely to Commit Suicide

Having religious parents significantly decreases the risk of children having or acting upon suicidal thoughts according to a recently published study from JAMA Psychiatry.

The study, titled Association of Parent and Offspring Religiosity With Offspring Suicide Ideation and Attempts, showed that having religious parents was associated with an 80 percent decrease in risk of those parents’ children having suicidal thoughts and behavior. The decrease in risk of suicidal behavior was observed in children with religious parents regardless of whether or not the children themselves adhered to religious belief and practice.

“We found that a parent’s belief in the high importance of religion was associated with an approximately 80% decrease in risk in suicidal thoughts and behaviors in their children compared with parents who reported religion as unimportant,” study authors Connie Svob and Priya Wickramaratne of Columbia University and the New York State Psychiatric Institute told PsyPost.

“This finding was independent of a child’s own belief (or lack of belief) in the importance of religion and independent of other potent parental risk factors (e.g., parental depression, history or suicidal behavior, divorce),” they added.

The researchers noted that parents’ religious beliefs were a better predictor of whether or not their children would display suicidal behavior than was the parents’ religious service attendance. The study authors proposed that this finding suggests that religious teaching in the home has more of an association with decreased risk of suicide than does consistent service attendance. Pro-Abortion Bernie Sanders: There Is Something Morally Wrong With the Country

Socialist Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders trashed America on Wednesday while downplaying the debate between the ideas behind socialism and capitalism.

Appearing on “CBS This Morning,” Sanders told co-host John Dickerson that he was not concerned that millennials are unable to name someone whom they think is the leader of the Democratic party. . .

Sanders continued by bashing America, claiming that there is something morally wrong with the country.

“But I will also say this, John, I think that there is growing resentment, not only among young people who in many cases are going to have a lower standard of living than their parents, I think that there is an understanding or something fundamentally immoral and wrong about a nation in which we have three people who own more wealth than the bottom half of the American people,” Sanders continued. “That does not make sense.”

At the very end of the segment, co-host Bianna Golodryga quickly interjected that many Americans want to know how Sanders plans to pay for all of his ideas but then ended the segment, saying, “We’ve run out of time, Senator.” (Read more from “Pro-Abortion Bernie Sanders: There Is Something Morally Wrong With the Country” HERE)

Politicians and the Media Are Punishing Your Doctor, Not Drug Traffickers, for Our Drug Crisis

On the so-called opioid crisis, the media and political class are continuing to treat a migraine by amputating a toe. We have plain but totally ignored evidence and data showing that the record fatalities from drugs are a national security-related many-drug crisis brought on by drug cartels, the surge in Central American immigration, and sanctuary cities, not prescription opioids.

Yesterday, the New York Times and other media outlets posted articles headlining the record 72,000 deaths from drugs in 2017, according to preliminary data from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). They immediately proceeded to make the issue all about addiction and health care and prescription opioids when, in fact, prescription deaths are down dramatically in most states and the entirety of the surge in deaths is from illicit drugs and poisonous substances laced into other drugs by cartels and drug traffickers, not doctors.

Meanwhile, Roll Call reports that red-state Democrats are trying to save their seats by passing more expensive drug-monitoring programs and more government involvement in health care. In fact, these are the very same politicians who have created and exacerbated the problem with open borders, sanctuary cities, weak immigration laws, and the dismantling of tough-on-crime policies.

There are two reasons why the political class cannot tell the truth about the nature and cause of the epidemic-level increase in fatalities since the border surge of 2014: It implicates their open-borders agenda, and it implicates their agenda to decriminalize drug trafficking as part of “criminal justice reform.” These are two sacred cows with the weight of the political and corporate universe behind them. It’s a lot easier to treat doctors like drug traffickers and stable, chronic pain patients like drug addicts than to address the real drug cartels. And to the extent that there is a health care problem, a lot of it is because of the Medicaid program creating a pipeline of diverted prescriptions on the streets. That is another political untouchable.

According to the preliminary 2017 data (still just an estimate), only 14,330 of the fatalities were from prescription opioids, which is fewer than the 16,800 in 2016 and in line with the long-standing trend. And as I’ve explored ad nauseum in this column, most of those deaths are due to mixing with illicit drugs, sleeping pills, or alcohol. In addition, there is strong evidence that a number of the fatalities listed on death certificates as morphine-related were really from heroin. In other words, pain patients or post-op patients who need painkillers and have no history of abuse or mental or emotional issues rarely overdose. Yet they are being harmed by government clamping down on prescriptions while ignoring the illicit drug trade.

In an article in the April issue of the American Journal of Public Health, CDC researchers admitted that previous government data inaccurately conflated prescription drug deaths with illicit street drug deaths. They conceded that although “opioid-involved deaths were at their greatest levels ever in 2016 … prescription opioid-involved deaths estimated more conservatively have leveled off since 2012.”

A look at the CDC’s state-by-state data, as well as other data I’ve compiled from more accurate state health agencies in the most affected states, reveals the following:

Fentanyl is the 800-pound gorilla in the room. It is directly responsible for the most fatalities and is responsible for many of the fatalities from other drugs because it is laced in by the cartels and distributors.

Heroin deaths have declined over last year, being supplanted by fentanyl, but are still at very high levels.

Cocaine and meth, which aren’t opiate-based, continue to be the fastest-growing problems. They are exclusively the result of increased Mexican drug cartel trafficking and MS-13 activity. Meth is mainly a problem in white parts of the country, while cocaine is ravaging predominantly black areas, such as Baltimore. Fentanyl is being laced into these drugs, which is making them even deadlier. The role of sanctuary cities as major hubs is unmistakable.

Alabama has the highest rate of prescriptions in the entire country! Yet the state has a low rate of prescription deaths, and it is getting lower. Heroin and fentanyl are the main problems but are finally peaking. And cocaine and meth are now surging. Yes, this is a Mexican drug cartel problem, not a problem with your doctor.

As another proof that this is a general cultural problem, there has been an uptick in fatalities from benzodiazepines, which are sleeping pills/anxiety drugs. Fentanyl is being laced into that supply as well. This has nothing to do with a prescription opioid addiction.

Even Canadian officials are now concerned that the vast network of Mexican drug cartels in America are creating a new Canadian fentanyl problem, yet our media refuses to recognize the Mexican cartels as the primary source of our own problem.

The Senate is now working on dozens of bills designed to spend more money, clamp down on doctors, and harm pain patients. But legislators refuse to recognize the border and sanctuary problem. Worse, they are working on convincing Trump to go weaker on drug traffickers. We’re not talking about your parents’ marijuana here.

Sen. Tom Cotton perfectly illustrated the insane hypocrisy of the political class on this issue:

As I observed earlier this week, a growing part of this problem is synthetic marijuana sold at Yemeni-owned convenient stores and mini-marts containing rat poison. Twenty youngsters dropped like flies in a Connecticut park yesterday after overdosing on a bad batch of synthetic marijuana. This is not a health care issue; it’s a cultural issue tied into a national security issue.

Several weeks ago, four people died and over 300 were sickened in the D.C. area as youngsters dropped in the streets like zany zombies from what is believed to be a poisoned batch of K2 synthetic marijuana. The CDC believes that 255 people have died the same way this year.

A sane country that believed this was a true emergency would:

Immediately build the wall

End the flow of Central Americans into the country

Ban all sanctuary cities

Raise, not lower, penalties for and prosecution of drug traffickers

Take military action against the cartels violating our sovereignty and poisoning our people

Instead, politicians did the exact opposite on those issues and then severely limited pain medication for those who never overdose. Cutting off legitimate pain medication while flooding our country with Mexican drug cartels and releasing drug traffickers from prison might be the most insane and toxic mix of policies the government has pursued in recent memory. At this point, the pendulum on prescription killers has swung too far the other way, the same way the pendulum on de-incarceration of drug traffickers has already swung too far.

This disgraceful amalgamation of government inanity – pursuing a witch hunt against doctors and coddling drug traffickers – will either exacerbate the growing suicide crisis or push more otherwise stable people into the street market of dangerous poisonous drugs, thanks to open borders and the war against prosecuting drug traffickers. The real opioid crisis is the ignorance of the politicians – a very expensive commodity indeed. Your Hardworking Senate Passes Pro-Media Resolution: ‘Not the Enemy of the People’

The United States Senate took a rhetorical stand against President Donald Trump Thursday, passing a resolution defending the press and declaring that the press is “not the enemy of the people.”

This nonbinding resolution passed with unanimous consent by voice vote and was introduced by Sen. Brian Schatz, D-Hawaii, and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

This resolution follows tweets Trump sent Thursday morning criticizing the “FAKE NEWS” media.

It’s nice to know the United States Senate called off the August recess to stay in Washington and pass virtue-signaling resolutions offered by Democrats to throw shade at the president.

Now how about the senators get to work securing the border and addressing the staggering national debt? (For more from the author of “Your Hardworking Senate Passes Pro-Media Resolution: ‘Not the Enemy of the People’” please click HERE)

American Couple Dies Tragically While Biking Through ISIS Territory Trying to Prove Evil Does Not Exist

An American couple decided to bicycle around the world in an attempt to prove evil does not exist. They chose to bicycle through ISIS territory and ISIS killed them.

Jay Austin and Lauren Geoghegan left their D.C. government jobs nearly two years ago to embark on a worldwide bike tour. The wide-eyed, optimistic couple kept track of their trips on a website where they posted stunning photos of their travels and whimsical musings on evil, the media and the goodness of people.

In one post, Austin — who is a vegan — said he worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development during Obama’s presidency explained how he and his girlfriend were planning to bike around the world with hopes to meet “generous” and approachable people. . .

The couple chose to bike through the Muslim country of Tajikistan with another group of cyclists. They met a gruesome fate when confronted by five members of ISIS.

ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack in a video featuring the killers posing with an ISIS flag and pledging allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. According to the New York Times, the men vowed to kill the “disbelievers.” (Read more from “American Couple Dies Tragically While Biking Through ISIS Territory Trying to Prove Evil Does Not Exist” HERE)

Horror: 71 Overdoses Rock Park Near Yale in Just One Day

On Wednesday, New Haven, Connecticut, underwent a lengthy day of horrific overdoses, all caused by what is thought to be one batch of synthetic marijuana, also known as K2.

As many as 76 overdoses occurred in 24 hours. Most of them were at a city park called The Green, but seven occurred between Fair Haven and Westville.

After three overdoses occurred on The Green Tuesday night, police stationed themselves there to prepare for any other overdoses, City Office of Emergency Management Director Rick Fontana told the Regiswter. The officers were also there to prevent any more buyers from purchasing the synthetic cannabinoid K2, which authorities believed could have been laced with the deadly drug fentanyl.

By Thursday afternoon, according to CNN, there an additional 19 overdoses in the area, bringing the total to 95.

Synthetic marijuana “is plant material sprayed with chemicals that mimic the high from real marijuana,” according to Fox News.

Fontana confirmed that 71 people had overdosed between 8 a.m. and 9:28 p,m, on Wednesday. That number increased as the night went on.

According to Fox News, call after call came in to the police department, as bystanders would pass by and spot victims drop, one by one.

“We have a guy laid out in the alley way, unresponsive, eyes wide open. He’s out cold,” an unidentified bystander said as they stood on The Green, according to the Register.

Another bystander called 911 after spotting a man acting strangely.

“All I know is that he was sitting on the chair first, then on the ground, back on the chair and then back on the ground, shaking like crazy,” the caller said.

“This was a particularly odd, rare occasion where (there was) call after call for man down, obviously with symptoms of some kind of overdose, and at the time of getting that patient packaged and transported to the hospital, we’d see another immediately fall down, right there,” Lt. Ernest Jones, an emergency medical technician for the New Haven Fire Department, told the Register.

“At that point, we’d go help that patient, and while helping that patient, another person went down. So it became a domino effect.”

CBS News reported that symptoms were spotted such as “vomiting, hallucinating, high blood pressure, shallow breathing, semi-conscious and unconscious states.”

Police officers and other first responders often use Narcan, the brand name form of the drug naloxone, to revive victims of drug overdoses of this type, but the dosages carried by the New Have officers weren’t strong enough to be effective, Fox News reported. Most of the victims had to be taken to area hospitals were they were treated with a series of stronger doses before they could be released, according to the Hartford Courant.

Eventually, Police Chief Anthony Campbell took to camera to urge citizens not to purchase this K2:

“Do not come down to the Green and purchase this K2,” he told WVIT-TV. “It is taking people out very quickly, people having respiratory failure. Don’t put your life in harm.”

Police did end up arresting 37-year-old identifed as Felix Melendez in connection with the overdoses, the Courant reported. He has a lengthy, drug-related criminal history, with an arrest as recent as May. (For more from the author of “Horror: 71 Overdoses Rock Park Near Yale in Just 1 Day” please click HERE)
