DELUSION: Hillary Reacts Just as You’d Expect When She’s Introduced as ‘the Real President’

Former Secretary of State and twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is apparently still under the delusion that she is “the real president” of the United States after taking a historic loss to Donald Trump on November 8, 2016.

At a recent event with Gwen Carr, the mother to the late Eric Garner, Hillary was introduced as “the real president.” The Democrat nodded and smiled along as if this statement somehow reflected reality.

. . .

This sort of thing is par for the course with Hillary, though. The 70-year-old did not take the election less well. At one point, The Daily Wire was able to compile a list of 38 outrageous contributing factors Hillary blamed her loss on, including “being too honest,” content farms in Macedonia, sexism, former FBI Director James Comey, and Netflix.

Still not over the loss, rumors have circulated that Hillary thinks a third time might be the charm.

“On Friday, Former Hillary Clinton Aide Philippe Reines made comments that sparked rumors of a third presidential run. Reines, who worked with Clinton in the Senate, in the State Department and during her 2016 presidential campaign, told Politico that a third Clinton run is unlikely — but not entirely off the table,” notes Bustle. Planned Parenthood Erupts on Trump Admin’s Gender Definition

The Trump Administration is preparing to rollout a new legal definition for sex, completely consistent with science. The Department of Health and Human Services seeks to define sex, by law, by what sex a person is at birth:

“Sex means a person’s status as male or female based on immutable biological traits identifiable by or before birth…The sex listed on a person’s birth certificate, as originally issued, shall constitute definitive proof of a person’s sex unless rebutted by reliable genetic evidence,” the department said in a memo. . .

This policy move, if enacted by the Trump Administration, is not nearly as controversial as these groups wish the public to believe. This policy would implement a solid definition of gender on a biological basis, in order to clarify the ambiguity of Obama-era policies on gender. The Obama Administration widened the definition of gender, and allowed for different interpretations under the law; this lead to policy fights on dormitories on college campuses, public bathrooms and other single-sex activities. Did You Get a Quote or Sign up for Obamacare? You’ll Want to Know This Small Tidbit.

Roughly 75,000 people had their data exposed in a HealthCare.gov system hack earlier this month. Those who went through a broker or agent to receive a quote or sign up for the Affordable Care Act were compromised, CNN reported.

According to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), which oversees the website, all agent and broker accounts that were compromised were “deactivated, and — out of an abundance of caution — the Direct Enrollment pathway for agents and brokers was disabled.” CMS hopes to have the brokers back up and running within seven days. . .

“I want to make clear to the public that HealthCare.gov and the Marketplace Call Center are still available, and open enrollment will not be negatively impacted,” CMS Administrator Seema Verma said in the statement. “We are working to identify the individuals potentially impacted as quickly as possible so that we can notify them and provide resources such as credit protection.”

Healthcare.gov has come under fire since its inception for its vulnerability to cyberattacks, the Wall Street Journal reported. In fact, back in 2015, Health and Human Services’ (HHS) inspector general said millions of Americans’ personal data was being stored in a system that had significant security flaws. Justice Department Charged a Russian With Meddling in the Midterm Elections

The Department of Justice on Friday charged 44-year-old Russian Elena Alekseevna Khusyaynova of meddling in the United States’ midterm elections. Khusyaynova allegedly oversaw the finances of “Project Lakhta,”an international influence operation geared at causing commotion on social media.

“Project Lakhta” pushed “arguments and misinformation online about a host of divisive political issues, including immigration, the Confederate flag, gun control and National Football League protests during the national anthem,” the Washington Post reported. The efforts also focused heavily on mass shootings that took place in Charleston, Las Vegas and Charlottesville, CNN reported.

“The conspiracy has a strategic goal, which continues to this day, to sow division and discord in the US political system, including by creating social and political polarization, undermining faith in democratic institutions, and influencing US elections, including the upcoming 2018 midterm election,” the criminal complaint in the Eastern District of Virginia said Friday. . .

Yevgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin, a close friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin, is said to be behind the two companies, Concord Management and Consulting LLC, and Concord Catering, who started the project, CBS News reported. . .

“Colored LGBT are less sophisticated than white; therefore, complicated phrases and messages do not work,” the guidance said, Business Insider reported. “Be careful dealing with racial content. Just like ordinary Blacks, Latinos, and Native Americans, colored LGBT people are very sensitive toward #whiteprivilege and they react to posts and pictures that favor white people.” (Read more from “Justice Department Charged a Russian With Meddling in the Midterm Elections” HERE)

Explosive Device Found in George Soros’ Mailbox

An explosive device was found in left-wing billionaire donor George Soros’s mailbox at his home in New York on Monday afternoon.

“An employee of the residence opened the package, revealing what appeared to be an explosive device,” the police said in a statement, according to the New York Times. “The employee placed the package in a wooded area and called the Bedford police.”

The device did not detonate on its own, however, the bomb squad technicians did set off the device intentionally. (Read more from “Explosive Device Found in George Soros’ Mailbox” HERE)

President Trump: Only Way the Media Will Investigate Hillary, Nominate Her to Supreme Court

President Trump jokingly suggested during a Texas rally on Monday that the only way to convince the media to dig into Hillary Clinton would be for him to nominate her to the Supreme Court.

Trump’s joke was in response to the intense scrutiny Justice Brett Kavanaugh faced from the media during his confirmation process, during which the media published multiple unconfirmed allegations of sexual misconduct against him. . .

“If you want the fake news media to finally investigate, by the way, by the way …,” the president said, pausing for a “CNN sucks” chant. “Don’t worry, I don’t like them either. But look at this. Look. Just look. Here we are. We are doing a rally for Ted. It’s great. We have a lot of people. Look how many media — this is like the Academy Awards which actually has gone down the tubes. I think we do much better. Look how many. Look at them.”

“Do you recognize many of those happy faces back there? I know every one of them. I know every one of them, and 15 percent of them are great,” he said. “Every one of them. I know every one,” he continued.

“But if you want the fake news to finally investigate Hillary Clinton, we will just have …” Trump added. “I didn’t do it. I didn’t do it! I didn’t do it! So if you want them to investigate, we will just have to nominate Hillary Clinton to the United States Supreme Court. How do you like that idea?” (Read more from “President Trump: Only Way the Media Will Investigate Hillary, Nominate Her to Supreme Court” HERE)

I’m on Welfare, and That’s How I Know It Needs to Be Abolished

Inefficient. Wasteful. Dehumanizing. Inhumane. Conservatives and libertarians commonly attach all of these epithets to the American welfare system. Any reader of Charles Murray’s voluminous accounts of these programs will know, in exacting statistical detail, just how true these claims are of the welfare and entitlement state. But few have gone through the alphabet soup of programs themselves, and even fewer have written about the “personal” side of the welfare process.

I have applied for these programs. I have consulted lawyers, social workers, and other advocates to help me jump through so many hoops and fill out so many forms that I long ago lost count. I am a diagnosed schizophrenic and a college drop-out, but I have enough sense (and enough of an understanding of economics, particularly public choice theory) to appreciate the unalloyed, banal horror of those who fall through the cracks of American society, and the unnecessary barriers put in the way of self-advancement and personal initiative by the very measures designed to help them.

My thesis is simple: first, the welfare state as currently constituted systematically discriminates against the poorest, sickest, and most vulnerable; second, the programs themselves are deeply paternalistic and stifle rational, adult decision-making at every conceivable level of action; and third, that the entirety of the welfare state should be abolished along with labor market regulations (such as the minimum wage) and replaced with a negative income tax or universal basic income.

The first contention, even to conservative ears, is probably the most shocking: welfare spending doesn’t go to those who need it most? Let’s consider Social Security. In general, Social Security payments for non-retirees fall into two categories: Social Security Insurance (SSI), which is earmarked for individuals who have never held a job, and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), which is for people who have either worked and become disabled (that is, have “paid into” the system to some degree) or were disabled prior to reaching adulthood and have no reasonable expectation of becoming employed due to their disability. . .

The first and most obvious step to take would be to stop limiting their employment options. Minimum wage laws, which price individuals with low labor productivity out a job, should be abolished. Even the Americans with Disabilities Act, which raises the specter of lawsuits directed at businesses that “wrongfully” fire a disabled person, should be repealed. Any and all laws restraining free, uncoerced trade, from state occupational licensing laws to laws limiting where and when small businesses can be established, should be ended outright. We’re in a deep pit on our policies regarding the disabled and unemployed: it’s time to stop digging. (Read more from “I’m on Welfare, and That’s How I Know It Needs to Be Abolished” HERE)

Here’s the Plot for the Next ‘Roseanne’ Reboot America Needs

Days before last week’s premiere of “The Conners”—the reworked sitcom ABC developed after firing Roseanne Barr—The Daily Mail reported that two senior executives shared concerns over the network’s rash decision to dump the show’s matriarch. According to one insider, axing the creator and star of “Roseanne” due to the comedian’s race-singed tweet about former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett was a knee-jerk reaction by the show’s executives, Ben Sherwood and Channing Dungery.

While the team at ABC held their breaths to see how Tuesday’s launch would fare sans Roseanne, one fan had an idea: James Woods and Barr team up for “a crazy sitcom together.” Retweeting the suggestion, Woods said he’d “consider doing that,” and raked up almost 50,000 hearts from his nearly two million conservative-leaning fans. . .

While it does not appear that Barr commented on that proposal, she seemed to have responded to ABC’s decision to kill her off via an opioid overdose in the first episode of “The Conners.”

Barr is correct: She isn’t dead. She just faked her death after learning that her husband was having an affair with her sister. At least, that’s the backstory for the re-reboot of “Roseanne” America needs. . .

Now, it is likely ABC retains the rights to the name “Roseanne,” so Barr will have to transition quickly to Rosy, but what could be better than a new name to represent her new start in life! The contrast between Barr’s demeanor and “Rosy” will also be good for some laughs when, with her perfect comedic timing, Barr first spits it out to Woods during introductions, as he pulls her away from the m-word. Hero Who Died Fending off Potential Rapist Underscores the Dangers of Me Too

Local reports say a man died a hero after trying to help a woman who was sexually assaulted on a street in Arlington, Virginia. It is a tragic testimony of how women need good men to protect them from the bad.

On Thursday night, Patricio Salazar, 54, noticed as a man identified as Michael Nash, 27, was walking with a woman and suddenly began to sexually assault her. Instead of staying clear of danger, Salazar rushed in to help the woman but was beaten unconscious [later pronounced dead] when Nash attacked him, according to police reports. . .

This story sadly comes at a time when stories of sexual assault are circulating in relation to the Me Too movement and men are being cast as predators or presumed guilty without corroborating evidence. In this case, we don’t have just one man—the predator—but a good man who gave his life for a stranger. Salazar’s actions remind us of the good a man can do when faced with a crisis, and how honor and strength still beat in the heart of humanity.

Salazar’s sacrifice is proof of how necessary it is for men to protect women they know are in threatening situations. As we have learned from the accounts of many in the MeToo movement, people often know abuse is happening, but they stand by and do nothing because they are too concerned about their own interests.

It’s not enough simply to be aware that sexual assault happens. We need to follow Salazar’s example and act, even at risk to our own lives or interests. To encourage men to do this, society needs to create an environment in which men will be motivated, not dispirited, from taking such actions.
