Ocasio-Cortez Claims GOP Thinks Her Dancing Was ‘Scandalous,’ Gets Roasted for Lying
Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was widely criticized for lying on Friday about reaction that she received to a video that a random Twitter account posted earlier in the week. . .
I hear the GOP thinks women dancing are scandalous.
Wait till they find out Congresswomen dance too! 💃🏽
Have a great weekend everyone 🙂 pic.twitter.com/9y6ALOw4F6

That video was in response to a tweet from “@AnonymousQ1776,” who later deleted their account, which stated: “Here is America’s favorite commie know-it-all acting like the clueless nitwit she is…”
News: @AnonymousQ1776 has deleted their account.

Actually, the GOP doesn't care. One twitter user whose account has since been deleted cared; people across the political spectrum made fun of him. https://t.co/ewNQb0xjEX

No one thinks this is scandalous. Dance away (was actually pretty good).
What is scandalous is increasing income taxes to 70%. It’s wholly unethical for anyone to work a majority of the year just to give their money to the government.
Dancing’s great, but ideas matter more. https://t.co/8RIShEJjAL

No one in the GOP thought your video was "scandalous."
No one in the GOP thinks "women dancing" is scandalous.
This is an entirely media-driven manufactured outrage.
Modern Left playbook:
1. Create an imaginary monster
2. Slay the imaginary monster
3. Claim victory https://t.co/B3VKIzHftx— Benny (@bennyjohnson) January 4, 2019
Cute, but "the GOP"? Or a couple of anonymous Twitter accounts? https://t.co/BNNHotnByZ

Literally everyone in the GOP was roasting the one crazy guy who had a problem with you dancing. No one thought it was scandalous. https://t.co/iTFOhLMEvb

Actually, many of us thought your dance moves were quite awesome. It's your policies we think are scandalous. @HillTVLive https://t.co/zlFMooxPC2 https://t.co/F7WKRqp3PI

Everybody thought the dancing was pretty charming! It's the insane policy to which we object. But keep misdirecting away from that and pretend that we're all John Lithgow from "Footloose." https://t.co/xtFV8R6SUW
