1000+ Top Scientists Challenge the Massive Fraud of Evolution

With Darwin Day, February 12, approaching, it’s good to report that the “Scientific Dissent from Darwinism” list currently tops a thousand names of PhD scientists who publicly declare their skepticism in the face of absolutist claims for evolutionary theory. The key word there is “publicly.”

February 12 is Charles Darwin’s birthday…The Dissent statement represents a splash of cold water on the great man. It reads, “We are skeptical of claims for the ability of random mutation and natural selection to account for the complexity of life. Careful examination of the evidence for Darwinian theory should be encouraged.” The signers hold professorships or doctorates from Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, Berkeley, MIT, UCLA, the University of Pennsylvania, and many other prominent institutions. . .

The nonexistence of scientific skepticism was only natural since, as Darwin lobbyist Eugenie Scott would say in 2009, “There are no weaknesses in the theory of evolution.” See here for the “The Top Ten Scientific Problems with Biological and Chemical Evolution.”

What’s significant about the Dissent from Darwinism list is not so much the names and the institutions listed there but what they tell you about the many Darwin skeptics in the science world who wouldn’t dare sign. Scientists know the career costs that would come from publicly challenging evolutionary theory. Discovery Institute and its sister research lab, Biologic Institute, have welcomed refugees who were chased out of top spots in the research world. The signers of the Dissent list have all risked their careers or reputations in signing. Such is the power of groupthink. The scientific mainstream will punish you if they can, and the media is wedded to its narrative that “the scientists” are all in agreement and only “poets,” “lawyers,” and other “daft rubes” doubt Darwinian theory. In fact, I’m currently seeking to place an awesome manuscript by a scientist at an Ivy League university with the guts to give his reasons for rejecting Darwinism. Kansas Judge Said Minors in Sex-Abuse Case Were ‘Aggressor’

Prosecutors in Kansas are considering appealing the sentencing decision of a judge who called two minor girls the “aggressor” in a sex-abuse case involving a 67-year-old man.

Leavenworth County District Judge Michael Gibbens made the comments during a Dec. 4 sentencing hearing for Raymond Soden, who had been convicted of contacting one of the girls on the internet and offering to pay for sex acts. . .

Dem Senator Manchin Claps, Winks at Trump While Women in White Remain Stoic

As expected, the Democrats’ applause for President Trump was few and far between Tuesday night. When he mentioned historic low unemployment, little to nothing. When Trump said he wants America to choose greatness, Democrats remained expressionless. Some even remained in their seats when Trump recognized our selfless veterans.

Not Joe Manchin. While the Democrats remained mostly stoic and unimpressed with Trump touting his accomplishments, the West Virginia senator was having a grand old time. He clapped heartily at the president’s mention of oil and gas success in the U.S. His reaction was not a surprise, considering how important coal is to the state of West Virginia.

He looked behind him at one point to see if any of his fellow Democrats, particularly the women who were dressed in white to pay homage to women’s suffrage, shared his excitement. He didn’t have much luck. He wasn’t dismayed, however, and even gave the president a wink.

Here’s Why Sheriffs in Washington State Are Now Receiving Death Threats

Spokane County Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich said he refused to enforce Washington State’s latest gun control law, I-1639. According to the Sheriff’s office, a person called into Crime Stoppers to report a threat made on Facebook.

“Sheriff Knezovich is going to get a bullet in his skull,” the post allegedly read. The caller also said he’d shoot anyone who disagrees with I-1639.

When investigators looked into the person’s Facebook account, the user also commented on a news story about Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones refusing to enforce the new law. The person commented on the news story saying, “I am going to kill every single one of them,” referring to Republicans. . .

Spokane County detectives are currently investigating the threats. Any information that is found will be forwarded to the Joint Terrorism Task Force and various law enforcement agencies throughout the state.

The ballot initiative has been controversial since it began collecting signatures. The Second Amendment Foundation challenged various aspects of the ballot measure, including its signature gathering process and the whether or not it violated the Second Amendment. Watch: Bernie Sanders Fakes Phone Call to Ignore Question About Fairfax #MeToo Accuser

The silence from Democrats on whether they believe Virginia Democrat Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax’s sexual assault accuser has been unreal, but Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., just took it to another level.

Sanders took a fake phone call to ignore a question from Daily Caller reporter Henry Rodgers about whether he believes Fairfax’s accuser.

How do we know the phone call is fake? Pause the video around 13 seconds, and you can see his phone is open to the page of a contact, but is not taking a call. Nice.

Fairfax has forcefully denied the allegations from a woman named Vanessa Tyson, who claims Fairfax assaulted her at the 2004 DNC convention.

Last September, Sanders was quick to call for a “full investigation” into the accusations from Christine Blasey Ford against Justice Brett Kavanaugh. WATCH: Brutal MS-13 Murder on NYC Subway in Ocasio-Cortez’s District Goes Viral. She’s Called for the Abolition of ICE.

A gruesome video of a gang-related murder on the New York City subway has gone viral. A suspected MS-13 gang member shot a member of a rival gang in the face numerous times in a daytime shooting on Sunday. The suspected gang member has since been arrested. . .

Notably, Ocasio-Cortez has been an outspoken advocate for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). MS-13 is a murderous gang comprised of mainly immigrants from El Salvador, and the suspect in Sunday’s murder was previously arrested by ICE.

Ramiro Gutierrez, 26, “was reportedly free on $2,500 bail at the time after being busted on attempted murder and other charges in December,” reported Fox News.

Gutierrez was arrested by authorities on Monday and charged on Tuesday with second-degree murder, gang assault, and criminal possession of a weapon. The victim has been identified as Abel Mosso, a 20-year-old reported member of the 18th Street Gang, a rival gang of MS-13.

Gutierrez was indicted by a Queens County grand jury in December, along with 11 other alleged MS-13 gang members, “on various charges including attempted murder and conspiracy, in addition to drug and weapons charges,” according to Fox News. Gutierrez’s immigration status was never expressly specified.

Trump to Announce Plan Stop HIV Transmission in U.S. At State of the Union

By Daily Wire. During Tuesday’s State of the Union address, President Trump is expected to announce a plan to end the spread of HIV by 2030.

POLITICO reported that four individuals “with knowledge of the planned remarks” said that Trump plans to address the HIV epidemic, though the speech is still not finalized.

“Under Trump’s HIV strategy, health officials would spend the first five years focusing on communities across roughly 20 states where the most HIV infections occur,” POLITICO reports. “The ultimate goal is to stop new infections over a 10-year period, said two officials, with some parallels to how the Trump administration is targeting the opioid epidemic.”

One of the biggest influencers of Trump’s decision is reportedly AIDS researcher Robert Redfield, who became the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in March of last year. . .

Trump’s State of the Union Pledge: Ending HIV Transmissions by 2030

By Politico. President Donald Trump plans to use Tuesday night’s State of the Union address to promise an end to the HIV epidemic in America, four individuals with knowledge of the planned remarks told POLITICO.

Under Trump’s 10-year strategy, health officials would target the U.S. communities with the most HIV infections and work to reduce transmissions by 2030. The strategy has been championed by top health officials, including HHS Secretary Alex Azar and CDC Director Robert Redfield.

While Trump’s plans for the address remain fluid — and one official cautioned that the speech is not finalized — HHS has pressed the White House to ensure the HIV strategy is highlighted on Tuesday night, said two individuals. The agency is also planning a broader rollout this week.

Elizabeth Warren Claimed American Indian Heritage In Texas State Bar Application

Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) claimed American Indian ancestry in her application for the State Bar of Texas, according to a new report documenting the previously undisclosed example of Warren claiming American Indian ancestry.

“Warren filled out the card by hand in neat blue ink and signed it,” The Washington Post reported. “Dated April 1986, it is the first document to surface showing Warren making the claim in her own handwriting. Her office didn’t dispute its authenticity.”

The Post notes that this latest revelation is likely to cause problems for Warren because Democrats “want a nominee who can move beyond any problems in their past and present a strong challenge to President Trump.”

“The Texas bar registration card is significant, among other reasons, because it removes any doubt that Warren directly claimed the identity,” the Post added. “In other instances, Warren has declined to say whether she or an assistant filled out forms.” . . .

“The date Warren reported herself as minority in the directory every year starting in 1986 — when AALS first included a list of minority law professors — to 1995, when her name dropped off the list,” The Post continued. “Warren also had her ethnicity changed from white to Native American in December 1989 while working at the University of Pennsylvania. SOTU: Trump Calls on Congress to Put Drug and Human Traffickers out of Business at the Border. Kamala Harris Shakes Her Head ‘No’

As President Donald Trump addressed the illegal immigration issue in his State of the Union address, Democrats were notably silent, refusing to stand or clap.

At one point, after Trump called on Congress to “confront an urgent national crisis” and “secure our very dangerous southern border” and said we should be committed to putting “the ruthless coyotes, cartels, drug dealers, and human traffickers out of business,” Democratic 2020 presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., actually shook her head “no.”
