The Centers for Disease Control pulled a world-renowned expert off a vaccine safety advisory committee after he publicly disagreed with the agency’s pause of the Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine.

In an email, the CDC’s Dr. Amanda Cohn said Dr. Martin Kulldorff of Harvard Medical School was being removed for communicating to the public his expert opinion, which differed from what the CDC was saying publicly at the time. Four days later, however, the CDC reinstated the use of the vaccine, effectively adopting Kulldorff’s recommendation after punishing him for publicly communicating it. . .

On April 13, the CDC paused the use of the Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine nationwide after six cases of blood clotting in women following their vaccination, among which were three deaths. The agency later determined the risk of this outcome was seven cases per 1 million people among women ages 18 to 49, the highest-risk group.

The CDC’s decision to pause the vaccine based on the majority opinion of the committee it pushed him off “did not reflect my views,” Kulldorff told The Federalist. That’s because the risks of COVID are far higher than the essentially zero risk of blood clots from the vaccine for the elderly. Feds Execute Search Warrant at Rudy Giuliani’s Manhattan Apartment

Federal investigators executed a search warrant at Rudy Giuliani’s apartment in Manhattan as part of an investigation involving dealings with Ukraine, according to a Wednesday report.

The New York Times, citing “three people with knowledge of the matter,” reported that the feds executed a search warrant at the lawyer’s Upper East Side apartment as part of the investigation into his dealings with Ukraine — specifically, the accusations that he “illegally lobbied Trump administration in 2019 on behalf of Ukrainian officials and oligarchs.”

“One of the people said the investigators had seized Mr. Giuliani’s electronic devices,” the Times reported, noting the significance of executing the search warrant given Giuliani’s status as a lawyer for the former president, particularly:

While the warrant is not an explicit accusation of wrongdoing against Mr. Giuliani, it shows that the investigation has entered an aggressive new phase. To obtain a search warrant, investigators need to persuade a judge they have sufficient reason to believe that a crime was committed and that the search would turn up evidence of the crime.

Democratic Texas state Rep. James Talarico’s office defended Tuesday the lawmaker’s assertion that there are six biological sexes rather than two.

Talarico spoke before the state’s Public Education Committee last week on legislation that would ban biological males from from girls’ K-12 scholastic sports, the Washington Times reported.

“Modern science obviously recognizes that there are many more than two biological sexes,” Talarico said.

“In fact there are six,” he continued, “which honestly surprised me too, cause I am not well versed in this issue area. A Maryland man was booted off a Southwest Airlines flight for not wearing a mask while eating Twizzlers.

“I, Avi Mandel, just got kicked off a plane because I wasn’t wearing my mask in between bites while I was eating,” the frequent flier from Baltimore County said in a video he took on the plane, WJZ reported. . .

Mandel was waiting for the plane to take off from Thurgood Marshall Baltimore Washington International Airport for Fort Lauderdale on Sunday when he opened a pack of his frequent snack, WJZ reported. . .

“And I’m like, ‘Oh, I guess she didn’t know I was eating.’ Then I hear on the loudspeaker, ‘Everyone who’s eating has to wear masks in between bites,’” Mandel continued.

Yesterday President Joe Biden officially informed Americans about common sense guidelines already being practiced: they don’t have to wear masks outdoors.

But during his full remarks on the status of the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, Biden bizarrely celebrated more “seniors of color” being vaccinated than whites.

“Two-thirds of our seniors are fully vaccinated. More than 80 percent of our seniors have had a least one shot. That effort resulted in a drop of 80 percent in deaths in seniors. A 70 percent drop in hopsitlizations,” Biden said. “By the way, based on reported data a proportion of seniors who have been vaccinated is essentially equal between white and seniors of color. I said from the beginning we were going to fight this virus with equity, equity for all. In fact, if I’m not mistaken there are more Latinos and African-American seniors that have been vaccinated as a percentage than white seniors. Future of Arizona Election Audit in Doubt

A judge cast doubt on the future of a Republican-backed 2020 election audit in Maricopa County that Democrats are trying to shut down through a legal challenge raising concerns about adherence to state election laws and regulations.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel Martin, who was assigned to the case on Monday after the first judge recused himself, said that he has some reservations about the review process but needs to hear more during a hearing set for Wednesday.

“I will share with you all, I am not yet persuaded that there has been a showing that the rights of the voters in Maricopa County are being protected,” Martin said during a lengthy hearing on Tuesday. “And I think we will touch on this tomorrow when we address the policies and procedures and whether or not they can be withheld from public view.”

The Arizona Democratic Party and Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo, the sole Democrat on the board, sued last week to stop the GOP-led Arizona Senate’s audit, which is being led by Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based consulting firm, and will include 2.1 million ballots cast, a forensic audit of the voting machines, and follow-up interviews with voters. Hunter Biden to Lecture University About ‘Fake News’

Hunter Biden will be a guest lecturer at Tulane University for a course titled “Media Polarization and Public Policy Impacts” that focuses, in part, on “fake news.”

The son of President Joe Biden is one of nine guest speakers for the class, which focuses on “the current state of the media landscape in the United States and how media polarization, fake news, and the economics of the new business impact public policymaking in Washington, D.C.,” said Fox News, which first reported the story.

School Announces It Won’t Employ Vaccinated Teachers or Staff

A private school in South Florida notified the students’ parents Monday that its new policy prohibits vaccinated teachers and staff members from being employed at the school.

The statement sent out Monday informed parents that the school has requested its employees who have not received “experimental COVID-19 injection” to “wait until the end of the school year” to do so.

“It is our policy, to the extent possible, not to employ anyone who has taken the experimental COVID-19 injection until further information is known,” the statement read.

The Centner Academy, founded by the anti-vaccine advocate Leila Centner in 2019, has about 300 students and promotes “medical freedom” from vaccines on its website. The school also offers help to parents willing to opt out of some immunization programs mandatory for students in Florida, according to U.S. News & World Report. Calls to Fire John Kerry Grow

President Joe Biden “should fire John Kerry” if the allegations against him — that he allegedly leaked information about covert Israeli military operations to Iran — prove to be true, according to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), who made the remarks during a Tuesday appearance on the Mark Davis Show.

The Texas senator responded to reports of former U.S. Secretary of State and Biden Climate Czar John Kerry leaking information to Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif about Israeli military operations in Syria.

“These allegations are deeply concerning, Iran’s foreign minister on tape alleged that Kerry told him that Israel carried out over 200 military strikes on Iranian forces in Syria,” Cruz said, describing it as “utterly disqualifying,” if true.

“If that is true, it is criminal. It is disclosing serious, sensitive, classified information about one of America’s closest allies, the nation of Israel” to a “dangerous enemy of America and enemy of Israel. The caveat, if it’s true, is important,” he added. . .

By WND. Iran’s foreign minister disclosed in leaked audio reported by the New York Times that John Kerry informed him that Israel engaged in more than 200 covert operations against Iran in Syria.

Mohammad Javad Zarif – who was Iran’s chief negotiator in the 2015 nuclear deal – claimed he received the intel while Kerry was serving as secretary of state, according to the report. Zarif said that at the time, the Revolutionary Guard Corps and supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei kept him in the dark about Iran’s government negotiations and military operations.

The Times reported, citing the audio, that Kerry’s disclosure shocked Zarif.

After widespread condemnation on Monday, Kerry denied the report. . .

On Monday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh confirmed the authenticity of the recording, explaining it was part of a seven-hour interview Zarif made for a think tank tied to the Iranian presidency. Khatibzadeh called the leak “illegal,” insisting it was “selectively” edited. But he said nothing about how it might have been released. John Kerry Isn’t the First Massachusetts Democrat Accused of Assisting an Enemy

By Breitbart. The news about John Kerry is startling. The former U.S. senator from Massachusetts and secretary of state, now President Joe Biden’s climate czar, is accused of leaking sensitive—possibly classified—information to an enemy power, Iran. . .

Back in 2010, investigative journalist Kevin Mooney recalled the sneakiness—some would call it treasonous—committed in the early 1980s by Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA) and a close friend, former Sen. John Tunney (D-CA).

Mooney’s article pieced together various earlier reports—including from a Russian defector, Vasiliy Mitrokhin, as verified by American scholars Herbert Romerstein and Paul Kengor—to summarize serious accusations against Kennedy and Tunney.

Back in 1983, Kennedy dispatched Tunney, whom a KGB spy memo described as Kennedy’s “close friend and trusted confidant,” to deliver a message to Moscow; the message was that the the Russians should work with Democrats, and not the Republican president at the time, Ronald Reagan, to advance the joint interests of Democrats and Russians.

Tunney explained that if the Soviet Union played ball with him, then American liberals in the media would repay the favor by showcasing favorable coverage of the communist empire and its leader, Yuri Andropov. John Kerry’s Possible Defense in Iran Leak Uproar Could Show He Undermined Trump

A leaked recording of Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif has prompted allegations that John Kerry gave classified information to Iran, but the former secretary of state’s most persuasive defense could depend on his willingness to explain whether he undercut former President Donald Trump’s “maximum pressure campaign” against Tehran.

Zarif’s statement that Kerry notified him about “more than 200 attacks on Iranian forces in Syria” strikes some Republican lawmakers as an indication that Kerry betrayed Israeli secrets. Other observers, including the London-based Persian outlet that first published the audio, think it more likely that Zarif is referring to comments made during meetings after Kerry left office, when the Israeli barrages were well known — and the new U.S. administration suspected that their Democratic critics were encouraging Iranian officials to defy Trump’s use of economic sanctions to pressure them to begin negotiating a stricter nuclear deal.

“This is an impetus, many of us have been waiting for, to press current senior officials to disclose as much detail as possible about their ongoing relationships with senior officials of the leading state sponsor of terrorism over the last four years,” said Richard Goldberg, one of Trump’s top Iran advisers. “How did these now-current officials of the U.S. government actively undermine the United States of America in front of a leading state sponsor of terrorism. That’s the outrage.”
