President Trump successfully had worked to make sure federal Title X taxpayer money was not being used to fund abortions.

Joe Biden, when he moved into the Oval Office, immediately reversed that. It’s one of nearly a dozen ways President Biden is moving to cement a “legacy of death,” as critics have described.

But now one state has started a movement to protect its own taxpayers from that burden anyway.

Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte on Thursday signed his state Legislature’s HB620, sponsored by Rep. Amy Regier, that ensures taxpayer dollars funding Title X family planning programs are kept separate from abortion-related activities.

“Taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to subsidize the dangerous work of abortionists. HB 620 helps ensure that Montana women and families maintain access to quality, comprehensive healthcare, including family planning services,” said Denise Burke, a senior counsel to the Alliance Defending Freedom. VP Harris Caught Supporting Border Closure She Opposed Under Trump

The Biden administration has continued to use the Trump-era policy, often dubbed Title 42 in reference to the U.S. code, to effectively seal the border. It does so under the argument that migrants trying to cross could pose a health risk during the Covid outbreak.

More than 60 House Democrats are urging President Joe Biden to end the policy, saying it has no legal basis. Dozens of public health experts say it has “no scientific basis as a public health measure.” Immigration advocates have filed legal challenges as well.

But Biden hasn’t budged; and Harris remains one of several Democrats who was critical of former President Donald Trump but has stayed quiet as the administration faces accusations that it is using Title 42 to control immigration but not the pandemic. […]

President Joe Biden gave an update on the restart of the Colonial Pipeline Thursday, but warned Americans finding full gas stations and getting back to normal won’t be like “turning on a light switch.”

According to the FBI, the cyberattack on the pipeline was not sanctioned by the Russian government.

“Colonial Pipeline has made substantial progress in safely restarting our pipeline system and can report that product delivery has commenced in a majority of the markets we service. By mid-day today, we project that each market we service will be receiving product from our system. The green segments on this map are operational, meaning product delivery has commenced. Trump Lashes Out As Senior Republicans Threaten To Form New Party

Donald Trump lashed out as more than 150 senior Republicans threatened to form a new party if the GOP doesn’t disown him.

The new group is being led by Trump-critics Evan McMullin and Miles Taylor and is calling for a major reform of the party. . .

Mr Trump took to his recently launched blog to attack Mr Taylor and the new group.

“He is a phony who will probably be sued over his fake book and fake ‘Anonymous’ editorial, which caused so much treasonous stir,” wrote Mr Trump.

“Miles Taylor and his fellow RINO losers like Tom Ridge, Christine Todd Whitman, and Crazy Barbara Comstock voted for Biden, and now look what they have — a socialist regime with collapsing borders, massive tax and regulation hikes, unrest in the Middle East, and long gas lines. AZ State Senate Asks Maricopa County To Address ‘Serious Issues’ Found In Audit

The president of the Arizona State Senate asked the chairman of the Maricopa Board of Supervisors in a letter on Tuesday to address “three serious issues that have arisen in the course of the Senate’s ongoing audit of the returns of the November 3, 2020 general election in Maricopa County. “

Arizona State Senate President Karen Fann identified those three issues in her letter to Maricopa County Supervisors Board Chairman Jack Sellers as: (1) ongoing non-compliance with legislative subpoenas, deleted data bases (2) chain of custody and ballot organization anomalies, and (3) deleted data bases.

Arizona Senate Republicans on Tuesday issued subpoenas to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for a scanned ballot audit and ‘full forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment, the software for that equipment and the election management system used in the 2020 general election.’

Israel Sends Ground Troops Into Gaza; Biden Defends Israel Response to Hamas Attack

By Breitbart. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) sent ground troops into Gaza early Friday morning local time, in an effort to uproot Palestinian terrorists who have fired nearly 2,000 rockets at Israeli civilians over the past several days.

The IDF tweeted after midnight:

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted a video message, vowing to restore “quiet and security to the State of Israel.”

Biden: Israel Didn’t Overreact In Its Gaza Response

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden said Thursday that he does not think Israel has overreacted in its response to massive rocket fire from Gaza.

“One of the things I’ve seen thus far is that there has not been a significant overreaction [by Israel],” he said during a press conference.

“The question is how they get to a point where there is a significant reduction in the attacks, particularly the rocket attacks that are indiscriminately fired into population centers, but I expect that I’ll be having some more discussions,” Biden added.

‘Our Nation Is In Deep Peril’: More Than 120 Retired Flag Officers Call on Americans to ‘Save America’ From Joe Biden’s Agenda

By Daily Caller. Over 120 retired flag officers — military officers entitled to carry a flag indicating their rank — have signed a letter warning Americans of the “tyrannical” and “dictatorial” threats posed by the Biden administration.

“Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776,” the letter, penned by a group of former generals and admirals known as Flag Officers 4 America, stated. “The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty.”

Ret. Major General Joe Arbuckle, a spokesperson for Flag Officers 4 America, told the Daily Caller that the group’s purpose in writing the letter was “to encourage citizens to take a close look at what is happening to our Nation and then get involved now at the local, state and national level to elect political representatives/officials who will act to Save America, our Constitutional Republic, and hold those currently in office accountable.”

The letter expressed support for measures to ensure election integrity and warned that the Biden administration “has launched a full-blown assault on our Constitutional rights in a dictatorial manner,” referencing the “more than 50 Executive Order” the president has signed. Colonial Pipeline Restarting Operations After Cyberattack

Colonial Pipeline has restarted operations after a cyberattack that led to gas shortages across much of the South, the company said Wednesday afternoon.

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm first announced Colonial’s plans after speaking with the company’s CEO.

Minutes later, Colonial confirmed it “initiated the restart” at 5 p.m. ET. However, the company warned it will take several days for deliveries of transportation fuels to return to normal.

A 4,600 Mile Army Airborne Message Drop to Russia

The U.S. military illustrated on Friday why America remains the instrumental global force for freedom.

It did so by delivering the 3rd Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Airborne Division 4,600 miles from its Fort Bragg home base to Estonia. Without stopping to rest or refuel, approximately 750 paratroopers were dropped into northern Estonia in a simulated forcible entry operation. Once on the ground, they were just 70 miles from the Russian border and 150 miles from Vladimir Putin’s home city of St. Petersburg. The U.S. paratroopers jumped alongside B company, 2nd Battalion of the British Army’s Parachute Regiment.

In war, supported by an allied air campaign and as in 1944 in Normandy, the American and British paratroops would be outnumbered and surrounded by the enemy. They would be tasked with delaying Russian forces in their advances to Estonia’s capital, Tallinn, and buying time for NATO armored and mechanized forces to launch a counteroffensive. Theirs would be a high-risk, bloody operation. Put another way, an operation in the finest tradition of the Airborne Infantry.

In this case, the 3rd Brigade was acting as the Army’s Immediate Response Force. Under that contingency, one brigade of the 82nd Airborne is always deployable on 18 hours’ notice. No other nation can match this speed and scale of flexible response. It’s not just about the airborne troops. Software To Manipulate Totals Found on Voting Machines, Lawyer Says

A lawyer fighting an election-fraud case in Antrim County, Michigan, has revealed that the voting machines there contained a software program that could have been used to manipulate vote totals.

In fact, lawyer Matthew DePerno said in a podcast interview that with the MySQL program installed on the machines, and them all being linked, someone with access could “do whatever you want.”

DePerno, just a day earlier confirmed in a court hearing that there were 1,061 “phantom votes” in the county during the 2020 presidential election, because while a recount of ballots tallied 15,962, the Michigan secretary of state’s database showed only 14,901 votes were cast. . .

Rucker said the bombshell that DePerno delivered was that all of the voting machines were connected to each other through an intranet, that itself was not connected to the internet. However, he said a laptop computer with access to the intranet and access to the internet was left on during the Election Night counting.

He explained, “What we’ve seen in Antrim County is that all of the computers in the county are connected on a dedicated network, an intranet. So, remember back when I was coming up as a lawyer, we had email within the office that wasn’t connected to the internet. It was self-contained, an intranet, right, a dedicated email network.
