David Chipman, Joe Biden’s nominee to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, refused to say during a Senate Judiciary hearing on Wednesday whether Hunter Biden should be prosecuted for an illegal firearms purchase in 2018.

According to a March report by Politico, subsequent reporting by The Federalist, and Hunter Biden’s own memoir, the president’s son appears to have lied about his drug use on an ATF form, a felony that earlier in the hearing Chipman had considered a serious crime. When Sen. Tom Cotton, a Republican from Arkansas, specifically asked the ATF nominee about the Biden son’s gun purchase, however, Chipman evaded the question. . .

On March 25, Politico reported that Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son, applied for a handgun that was later thrown in the trash and had to be recovered by Secret Service agents in 2018. Politico reported that Hunter Biden completed this background check and answered no to the question of whether he was an unlawful user of or addicted to any drug. Hunter Biden has since published a book and gone on a nationwide book tour conducting numerous interviews stating that he was in fact very much addicted to drugs at the same time that he purchased this firearm. This would mean that by his own admission, hunter Biden lied on that form and, by your earlier testimony, committed a serious felony. Should Hunter Biden be prosecuted for breaking this law?”

Scientists: This Is the Maximum Age Humans Can Physically Reach

Researchers believe they have identified the upper limit of human mortality: 150 years old. . .

Using an iPhone app and a huge amount of medical data from volunteers in the UK and US, scientists think they’ve confirmed the maximum age people can anticipate ever living to, the researchers wrote in a study published Tuesday in the journal Nature Communications.

Artificial intelligence analyzed the health- and fitness-related information, and researchers determined that the human lifespan is most significantly based on two data points: biological age (associated with stress, lifestyle and chronic diseases) and resilience (how quickly the person returns to normal after responding to a stressor).

Using these findings and related trends, researchers reckoned that, at around 120 to 150 years old, the human body shows “a complete loss” of resilience, resulting in an inability to recover, according to a press release. Citing information obtained from the infamous “laptop from hell” allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the Post reported Wednesday:

The dinner, on April 16, 2015, was held in the private “Garden Room” at Café Milano, a Georgetown institution whose catchphrase is: “Where the world’s most powerful people go.” The next day, Hunter received an email from Vadym Pozharskyi, an executive of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, to thank him for introducing him to his father.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together,” Pozharskyi wrote on April 17, 2015. “It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure.”

The guest list prepared by Hunter three weeks before the Café Milano dinner included Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina and her husband, corrupt former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov, who since has died. Baturina wired $3.5 million on Feb. 14, 2014, to Rosemont Seneca Thornton LLC, a Delaware-based investment firm co-founded by Hunter and Devon Archer, a former adviser to Secretary of State John Kerry.

At the time, Burisma was paying Hunter $83,333 a month to sit on its board. . .

Hunter told guests before the dinner that his father would be attending. In one email, he appears to use his role on the board of World Food Program USA as a cover story for the evening’s true purpose of introducing his father to his business associates.

“Ok – the reason for the dinner is ostensibly to discuss food security,” writes Hunter on March 26 to Michael Karloutsos, son of the then-head of the Greek Orthodox Church.

Majority of Americans Believe Crime Is Higher Under Biden Than Trump

Seventy-three percent of Americans believe crime is higher now under President Joe Biden than under former President Trump in 2020.

“Majorities think crime is increasing both nationally (73 percent say there is “more” crime), as well as in their local communities (54 percent),” according to a Fox News poll released Wednesday.

Fifty-four percent of polled respondents also said their local area has more crime now than it did this time last year. Only 28 percent said their local area had less crime.

9-Year-Old Boy Born With 2 Percent of His Brain Undergoes Surgery to Help Him Walk

A 9-year-old boy born with just 2 percent of his brain hopes to learn how to walk after undergoing a five-hour operation to straighten his legs.

Noah Wall from Carlisle in Cumbria, England, developed a rare brain condition in the womb, and his parents Michelle, 49, and Rob, 55, were told by doctors he would likely never talk, walk, or eat on his own. . .

Tragically, a “do not resuscitate order” was placed on Noah and his parents were asked five times if they wanted to terminate the pregnancy. . .

The 9-year-old, who recently celebrated his birthday, has seen his brain grow to 80 percent, and his proud mom said she was astonished by how smart he was.

The victim was taken to Abbott Northwestern Hospital before being transported to Hennepin County Medical Center for injuries that were not life threatening, Minneapolis police said.

The shooting occurred shortly after 10 a.m. on Tuesday in the 3800 block of Elliot Avenue, Minneapolis police said in a statement. The incident occurred a block away from the intersection where Floyd died, which has become an ongoing memorial known as George Floyd Square. Drive-by Shooting Near George Floyd Square Injures Man Hours Before Memorial Festival

By Yahoo News. A gunman fired shots near the Minneapolis intersection where George Floyd died a year ago just hours before a festival in honor of the black man who died during a police arrest sparking a global movement for racial justice.

One man was injured in the shooting by 38th Street and Chicago Avenue – informally known as George Floyd Square – with witnesses saying as many as 30 shots were fired. . .

A news broadcast reporting on the family-friendly street festival to mark a year since Floyd’s death at the hands of police was interrupted by the gunfire.

People can be seen falling to the ground to find cover and cycling away from the memorial as others shout to “get down”.

Congressman With ‘Severe Distress’ at Jan. 6 Riot May Have Another Problem

A lawsuit by Rep. Eric Swalwell, one of the organizers of the Democrats’ two failed impeach-and-remove campaigns against President Trump, in which he claims he suffered emotionally during the Jan. 6 events at the U.S. Capitol, should be dismissed, a lawyer for Trump has argued.

For one thing, lawyer Jesse Binnall explained in a court filing, the claims violate “well-established, important, constitutional doctrines” including the First Amendment.

Secondly, Trump, as president, has “absolute immunity” for the proceedings given his tenure in the Oval Office, the lawyer said.

The Washington Examiner reported Tuesday on the arguments against Swalwell’s claims for damages because of his suffering on that day in January, when some members of a crowd broke into the building and vandalized parts. . .

Binnall said, “Plaintiff’s theories run directly afoul of well-established, important, constitutional doctrines. Doctor’s Warning: Don’t Get the COVID Shot

Dr. Peter McCullough, a prominent cardiologist, internist and professor of medicine who has testified to the U.S. Senate, has explained that he is not against vaccines, and many of his patients have been vaccinated for COVID-19.

But he said in a new interview this week that with increasing reports of adverse effects, it’s too risky for people who have a more than 99% survival rate to receive one of the experimental vaccines.

“Based on the safety data now, I can no longer recommend it,” he said in an interview with journalist and author John Leake.

“There are over 4,000 dead Americans, there are over 10,000 in Europe that die on days one, two and three after the vaccine,” said McCullough.
