Senate Dems Float Making Women Register for Draft

Senate Democrats are floating an overhaul of military draft laws that would require women to register for the Selective Service System, according to a draft bill authored by Senate Armed Services Chair Jack Reed.

The proposed legislative changes, reported first by Politico, could be attached to the National Defense Authorization Act, one of Congress’ “must-pass” bills responsible for funding the Department of Defense.

The draft would reportedly expand registration for the selective service to “all Americans” instead of just males. Currently, men must register once they turn 18, though there has not been a draft call since near the end of the Vietnam War.

Calls to expand those eligible for the draft have grown in recent years, and a congressionally-mandated commission studying the draft backed the change in 2020. Vaccinated Pelosi Aide Tests Positive for COVID After Contact With Texas Dems

A spokesperson for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tested positive Monday for coronavirus following a meeting last week with members of the Texas Legislature who fled the state for Washington, D.C.

Drew Hammill, a top aide to Pelosi, said the staffer was fully vaccinated and did not have recent contact with the California Democrat, though the Speaker’s office is taking extra precautions as result.

“Yesterday, a fully-vaccinated senior spokesperson in the Speaker’s Press Office tested positive for COVID after contact with members of the Texas state legislature last week,” Hammill said in a statement obtained by Fox News.

“This individual has had no contact with the Speaker since exposure. The entire Press Office is working remotely today with the exception of individuals who have had no exposure to the individual or have had a recent negative test. MASTER OF MISINFORMATION: Joe Biden’s Worst Lies

. . .[Joe] Biden has been assisted by deliberate misinformation by social media companies, who suppressed the (true) story of Hunter Biden’s laptop, and he has also produced misinformation, for political advantage, that has damaged the country.

1. Misinformation about neo-Nazis. Biden launched his presidential campaign in April 2019 by claiming that President Donald Trump had referred to neo-Nazis and white supremacists in Charlottesville, Virginia, as “very fine people.” In fact, Trump had said they should be “condemned totally.” Biden did not invent the lie, but by repeating it, he convinced many Americans that their president was a Nazi sympathizer, and stoked racial tensions that fed nationwide unrest.

2. Misinformation about the coronavirus vaccine. In August 2020, then-candidate Biden told Americans they could not trust a vaccine that was being produced by Trump’s Operation Warp Speed. “It’s not likely to go through all the tests and the trials that are needed to be done,” Biden said, slandering the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). He also said Trump was “moving it quicker than the scientists think it should be moved,” falsely claiming the authority of science.

3. Misinformation about officer-involved shootings. When police shot Jacob Blake Jr. in Kenosha last August, Biden called Blake “a victim of excessive force” and said that “the officers must be held accountable.” In fact, Blake was armed with a knife; had fought with officers; and was wanted on an outstanding warrant for sexual assault. A subsequent investigation exonerated the officers. Biden’s lie fueled outrage that had already exploded into riots on Kenosha’s streets.

4. Misinformation about Antifa and riots. As violent radicals affiliated with the Antifa movement attacked a federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon, for several months, firing incendiary devices and shooting laser beams at federal law enforcement officers, Biden claimed that the feds were “brutally attacking peaceful protesters.” His demonstrably false claim gave political cover to the radicals, who continued their destruction — in Portland, Kenosha, and elsewhere.

Fauci Admits COVID Shot Doesn’t Work: Tells Vaccinated People to Still Wear Masks (VIDEO)

On Monday’s “PBS NewsHour,” White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci said that fully vaccinated people might want to wear a mask in areas with low vaccination “For a number of reasons, to protect yourself, but particularly, for example, if you have, at home, in your own home, vulnerable people, like the elderly or people who have underlying conditions, you might want to make sure you take that extra step of protection.” And “That’s what’s going on in Los Angeles. They want to go the extra mile to show that you can protect yourself more, even if you are vaccinated.”

Fauci said, “If you look at the overall recommendations, Judy, from the CDC, they say, overall, if you are vaccinated, you don’t need to wear a mask outdoors or indoors. But there’s a big however with that, and the however is, you should also pay attention to what’s going on in the area where you are living. So, if you live in an area where you have a high dynamic of infection, and that’s usually in an area where there’s a low level of vaccination, if you happen to live in that area, you may want to go the extra mile and get the extra degree of protection of wearing a mask, even though you are vaccinated.”

Report: ‘Impossible’ to Pinpoint Why 2020 Polls Were the Least Accurate in Decades

Presidential polls surveying November’s election were the least accurate in 40 years and state polls were the worst in the past 20, a report released Monday shows.

While the report from the American Association for Public Opinion Research outlines how far off the polls were, it was unable to directly attribute what led to the inaccuracy.

“We could rule some things out, but it’s hard to prove beyond a certainty what happened,” said Josh Clinton, a Vanderbilt University professor and chair of the 19-member election task force, Politico reported. “Based on what we know about polling, what we know about politics, we have some good prime suspects as to what may be going on.”

One of the main “prime suspects,” the report notes, is a lack of response to polls in the first place, echoing other pollsters who have tried to diagnose why they were so off. Other reports have attributed polls’ growing inaccuracy to Republicans’ unwillingness to participate in them, exacerbated by former President Donald Trump repeatedly labeling any surveys he did not like as “fake.”

Presidential polls in the final two weeks before the election were off by about 4.5 points, the report said, while state polls were off by just over five. While President Joe Biden’s support was only overestimated by about a point, Trump’s was underestimated by over three. Nancy and Paul Pelosi Making Millions in Stock Trades in Companies She Actively Regulates

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is the sixth-richest member of Congress, according to the most recent financial disclosure statements filed in 2019. As the California Democrat has risen through party ranks and obtained more and more political power, her personal wealth has risen right along with it. Pelosi “has seen her wealth increase to nearly $115 million from $41 million in 2004,” reports the transparency non-profit group Open Secrets. Even by the standards of wealth that define that legislative body — “more than half of those in Congress are millionaires” — the wealth and lifestyle of the long-time liberal politician and most powerful lawmaker in Washington are lavish.

And ever since ascending to the top spot in the House, Pelosi and her husband, Paul, keep getting richer and richer. Much of their added wealth is due to extremely lucrative and “lucky” decisions about when to buy and sell stocks and options in the very industries and companies over which Pelosi, as House Speaker, exercises enormous and direct influence.

The sector in which the Pelosis most frequently buy and sell stocks is, by far, the Silicon Valley tech industry. Close to 75% of the Pelosis’ stock trading over the last two years has been in Big Tech: more than $33 million worth of trading. That has happened as major legislation is pending before the House, controlled by the Committees Pelosi oversees, which could radically reshape the industry and laws that govern the very companies in which she and her husband most aggressively trade.

To underscore the towering conflict of interest at the heart of Speaker Pelosi’s self-enrichment, consider the company in which the Pelosis traded most often: Apple. Buying and selling in that one company accounted for 17.7% of the Pelosis’ overall trading volume. And yet, during this same period, Pelosi held at least one private conversation with Apple CEO Tim Cook about the state of Apple and possible effects on the company from various pending bills to reform Silicon Valley. New Study Reveals Drug That Could Potentially Treat COVID-19

Ivermectin (IVM) attenuates COVID-19 inflammation and other clinical symptoms in animals infected with SARS-CoV-2, according to a recent study by the French Pasteur Institute. The paper was published in EMBO Molecular Medicine last Monday and states clearly that “standard doses” of Ivermectin can prevent clinical deterioration and reduce olfactory deficit. The abstract noted: “Altogether, this study supports the use of immunomodulatory drugs such as IVM, to improve the clinical condition of SARS-CoV-2-infected patients.”

In a normal world the Pasteur Institute’s study would mark a turning point in the COVID-19 crisis, relativizing the “vaccine” narrative. It is remarkable that the study was published on the very day that French president Emmanuel Macron announced what amounts to mandatory vaccination for the entire population aged 12 and over: compulsory vaccination of all healthcare workers and members of related professions, and a universal COVID passport that would require testing every two days for those who refuse the jab to be able to live normally – with a 10,000 euro fine for individuals who would try to enter cafés, restaurants, hospitals, homes for the elderly, long-distance trains and coaches, cinemas, shopping centers, and the like. . .

It continued: “It also warrants for the search of immunomodulatory drugs that could improve disease outcome. Here, we show that standard doses of ivermectin (IVM), an anti-parasitic drug with potential immunomodulatory activities through the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway, prevent clinical deterioration, reduce olfactory deficit, and limit the inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tracts in SARS-CoV-2-infected hamsters.”

The study showed that Ivermectin did not reduce the viral load of the infected hamsters but did “dampen” and “modulate” several types of inflammatory response, even “dramatically” reducing “the Il-6/Il-10 ratio in lung tissue.” The researched noted that IVM “promotes macrophage M2 polarization, which might account for the more favorable clinical presentation of IVM-treated animals.” It was more efficient in female than in male hamsters. Insanity: Trans ‘Woman’ Weightlifter Cleared To Compete in Tokyo Olympics

The International Olympic Committee has cleared a transgender athlete to compete in the upcoming Tokyo games.

The IOC ruled Saturday that Laurel Hubbard, 43, who is a biological man, can compete for New Zealand in the women’s weightlifting super-heavyweight category and that [his] inclusion does not violate the current rules on the books.

[He] is on track to be the first transgender athlete to ever compete in the games.

1619 Founder Touts Cuba as ‘Most Equal’ Multi-Racial Country in Western Hemisphere (VIDEO)

Sir Winston Churchill once said, “Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.”

More than a half-century later, Nikole Hannah Jones, the founder of the 1619 Project, seems to agree with Churchill’s equality assessment, although she may not realize it given her affinity for misinformation.

According to Hannah-Jones, “multiracial” Cuba is the greatest model for equality in the Western hemisphere and she boastfully attributes that to socialism.

“Cuba’s universal health care system is seen by many as a world model,” the liberal ideologue said. “Neighborhood clinics and municipal hospitals provide free treatment, including laser vision correction and cosmetic surgery to fix deformities. HIV and AIDS drugs cost nothing.”

One of the many complaints heard over the past week about life in Communist Cuba is the lack of basic supplies like food and water — even coffins are in short supply. A video making the rounds features a Cuban woman explaining when a loved one dies in some hospitals, the body is given to family members and they must transport it home and dispose of it however they can.

Russia Successfully Tests State-of-the-Art Missile in ‘Invincible’ Arsenal

Russia has successfully tested a state-of-the-art cruise missile hailed by President Vladimir Putin as the best in the world, according to reports.

“The tactical and technical characteristics of the Tsirkon missile were confirmed during the tests,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

The defense ministry said the missile was fired from a warship in the White Sea and traveled at approximately seven times the speed of sound to a target more than 217 miles away on the coastline of the Barents Sea, Reuters reported.
