Trump Sends Hostile Easter Message to New York Attorney General

Former President Donald Trump delivered an aggressive Easter Sunday message to New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is engaged in a civil investigation into possible fraud committed by the Trump Organization.

In his missive, sent via an email blast from Trump’s Save America PAC, Trump seized on James suspending her campaign for governor to seek reelection as attorney general instead.

“Happy Easter to failed gubernatorial candidate and racist Attorney General Letitia James,” Trump said. “May she remain healthy despite the fact that she will continue to drive business out of New York while at the same time keeping crime, death, and destruction in New York!”

James, a Democrat, filed a motion to hold Trump in civil contempt of court earlier this month, claiming he failed to turn over key documents for her inquiry. (Read more from “Trump Sends Hostile Easter Message to New York Attorney General” HERE)
