Biden to World: Russia, Oil Sheiks, and China Control the U.S. Economy

On Friday, after news broke that inflation again accelerated to reach a 40-year high of 8.6 percent, President Joe Biden turned America’s financial crisis into a national security one by telling the world that foreign leaders have near-total control over the U.S. economy.

Shortly after the Bureau of Labor Statistics released May’s price report, which in addition to reporting an 8.6 percent annual inflationary rate showed a full 1 percent increase last month, President Biden began the spin: “Today’s report underscores why I have made fighting inflation my top economic priority. While it is good to see critical ‘core’ inflation moderating, it is not coming down as sharply and as quickly as we must see. Putin’s price hike hit hard in May here and around the world: high gas prices at the pump, energy, and food prices accounted for around half of the monthly price increases.”

The president’s entire pitch struck a chord conflicting with reality. “Biden hasn’t made inflation his top economic priority,” noted Katie Pavlich soon after. “For months, his administration denied inflation was happening, saying it wouldn’t be an issue, before calling it temporary and transitory last summer.” And the skyrocketing inflation began before Russia’s January 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

The public has long known that Biden suffers from an acute case of blameuitis. But the president’s continued claims that Putin holds responsibility for our country’s accelerating inflationary rates, when coupled with Biden’s other actions and inactions, is not merely tone deaf, it is dangerous. While finger-pointing has long been a mainstay for politicians, the Biden administration’s messaging goes beyond shifting blame to conceding that foreign leaders can control the U.S. economy in Joe Biden’s America. DRUG CRISIS: Sheriff Warns Against Picking Up Folded Up Cash In The Street. Here’s Why

A Sheriff’s office in Tennessee is warning the public against picking up folded dollar bills because of possible fentanyl and methamphetamine exposure.

The Giles County Sheriff’s Department saw two incidents where a folded dollar bill was discovered on a local gas station floor that had a white powder inside that was later found to be fentanyl and methamphetamine, the office announced Thursday.

“This is very dangerous issue! Please share and educate your children to not pick up any folded money they may find in or around businesses, playgrounds etc., without using great caution and even alerting a parent or guardian,” the announcement said.

President Joe Biden yelled angrily into the microphone Tuesday over accusations about his “reckless spending” at the 29th AFL-CIO Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Biden attempted to debunk Republicans’ claims that he is a “big spender” and contributing to a rising deficit. He said the administration will cut the deficit by another $1.6 trillion in one year.

“We have spent a lot of money, let’s compare the facts,” Biden said. “Under my predecessor, the deficit exploded, rising every single year and all the benefit going to the top one percent, basically. Under my plan, last year we cut the deficit $350 billion doing all this … When they come to you and talk about big spenders, let them know [there is] almost $2 trillion in deficit reduction.”

“I don’t want to hear any more of these lies about reckless spending. We’re changing people’s lives!” he shouted. “And because of the facts this year, we’re delivering the biggest drop in the deficit in the history of the United States of America.”

Clinton Pollster and Karl Rove Make Stunning Biden Prediction (VIDEO)

A pollster for former President Bill Clinton predicted that President Joe Biden might not run for re-election in 2024 during a Monday appearance on Fox News.

“I’ve always for a long time doubted whether President Biden was actually going to run for re-election,” Mark Penn told Fox News host Martha McCallum on “The Story.” “When you’re the president and you’ve even gotten to the midterms, you really need to tell everybody you’re running because you don’t want to be a premature lame duck.”

Penn expressed surprise at comments by Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York that he described as “yanking the rug” out from under Biden.

“I mean first of all, I’m focused on winning the majority right now and preserving a majority this year in 2022, so we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it,” Ocasio-Cortez said in an interview on CNN Sunday. “But I think if the President has a vision, then that’s something certainly, we’re all willing to entertain and examine when the time comes.”

Congressman Predicts ‘Civil War’ if Republicans Take Control

A Republican takeover of the House in the November midterm elections would “embolden” far-right extremists and white nationalists who “have been pushing” for “civil war,” contends a member of the chamber’s far-left “Squad.”

Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., said in an interview with the MSNBC show “The Cross Connection with Tiffany Cross” that if Republicans regain the majority, they will shut down the Jan. 6 probe, suppress the committee’s findings and “impeach President Biden as quickly as possible, and they will continue to find ways to impeach him going forward.”

“It would also embolden Republicans and the far right, and white nationalists across the country to begin to believe that it is their time to not just take power in the House, but the Senate, the White House and statehouses across the country,” the congressman said.

“We’ve got to understand that this is a group that has been radicalized by the great replacement myth and many other things, and have been pushing for violence and pushing for even civil war. Taiwan Official Warns Supersonic Cruise Missile Can Strike Beijing

You Si Kun, President of Taiwan’s Legislative Assembly, or Yuan, gave a speech on Taiwan Overseas Network where he declared that the country’s domestically produced Yun Feng supersonic cruise missile is capable of reaching Beijing. The message follows ominous warnings made by Chinese military officials directly to their U.S. counterparts to avoid the Taiwan Strait, claiming it is not international waters. However, the United States, along with the vast majority of the international community, does not accept China’s claims in this regard. This also comes as U.S. President Joe Biden recently vowed to defend Taiwan amid a crisis, although the statement was walked back to a degree, leaving allies to question how a crisis could pan out.

In his speech, You encouraged the Chinese government to think twice before invading Taiwan, reminding them that the largely secretive Yun Feng supersonic cruise missile is a capability they won’t shy away from using. The speech also underscored a growing desire held by Taiwan to develop a more self-sufficient military-industrial complex for the country to more freely prepare for a potential conflict with China.

These ambitions are echoed by purported pressure from the U.S. government urging Taiwan to decrease its focus on some advanced weapons procurement programs in favor of less flashy but potentially more combat-relevant initiatives. You compared his aspirations to Ukraine’s will to defend its sovereignty throughout its war with Russia, insisting that Taiwan should not wait for China to invade and instead actively prepare for what may prove to be inevitable. Liberty Times Net writes of You’s remarks:

You Xikun [Si Kun] mentioned that Taiwan’s defense advantage is due to the natural dangers of the Straits. The CCP [Chinese Communist Party] must cross the Taiwan Strait to attack Taiwan, which is different from Russia’s attack on Ukraine… If you want to land, you will fight on the beachhead. If the landing is successful, everyone in Taiwan must be as determined to die as Ukraine. Go out and never let China swallow Taiwan.

…Yunfeng missile can already hit Beijing, and Taiwan has the ability to attack Beijing. China must think twice before invading Taiwan.

Starbucks CEO Begs Employees to Come Back to Work; Why Employees Don’t Want to Return to Work

During a New York Times event, Schultz said he has begged his employees to come back to work, desperately saying “I said I’ll get on my knees… I’ll do push ups, whatever you want. Come back.” . . .

“I have been unsuccessful, despite everything I’ve tried to do, to get our people back to work…no, they are not coming back at the level I want them to. And, you know, we’re a very collaborative, creative group. Why the Return to the Office Isn’t Working

By Vox. . .The majority of Americans don’t work from home, but among those who do, there’s a battle going on about where they’ll work in the future. And it’s not just people who enjoy remote work who are upset about the return to the office.

Those who want to be remote are upset because they enjoyed working from home and don’t understand why, after two years of doing good work there, they have to return to the office. People who couldn’t wait to go back are not finding the same situation they enjoyed before the pandemic, with empty offices and fewer amenities. Those who said they prefer hybrid — 60 percent of office workers — are not always getting the interactions with colleagues they’d hoped for.

The reasons the return to the office isn’t working out are numerous. Bosses and employees have different understandings of what the office is for, and after more than two years of working remotely, everyone has developed their own varied expectations about how best to spend their time. As more and more knowledge workers return to the office, their experience at work — their ability to focus, their stress levels, their level of satisfaction at work — has deteriorated. That’s a liability for their employers, as the rates of job openings and quits are near record highs for professional and business services, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data. The Biden Admin Said Gas Would Be $2.88 This Year; Gas Prices Too High? It’s All Part of Biden’s Plan to Eliminate Fossil Fuels

By Townhall. At the end of 2021, the Biden administration released its energy outlook forecast for 2022, and their predictions show just how little they understand about American energy and how utterly unprepared they were for the energy crisis Biden was creating.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration — under the Department of Energy led by Secretary Jennifer Granholm — releases “short-term energy outlook” reports each month to provide information on liquid fuels and forecast their future trends. Their report issued December 7, 2021 — archived here — notes that the forecast “remains subject to heightened levels of uncertainty related to the ongoing recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic” but proceeded to estimate that “U.S. GDP will grow by 5.5% in 2021 and by 4.4% in 2022.”

And here’s what the Biden administration predicted for gasoline in 2022, just six months ago:

U.S. regular gasoline retail prices averaged $3.39 per gallon (gal) in November, a 10 cents/gal increase from October and $1.29/gal higher than in November 2020. The November monthly average was the highest since September 2014. We forecast that retail gasoline prices will average $3.13/gal in December before falling to $3.01/gal in January and $2.88/gal on average in 2022.

Gas Prices Too High? It’s All Part of Biden’s Plan to Eliminate Fossil Fuels

By New York Post. If you think gas prices are high now, just wait. They’re going much higher, thanks to President Joe Biden’s “irreversible” plan to eliminate fossil fuels. Truth is, your pain at the pump is being planned and executed by the White House.

Over the weekend, buyers paid $5 a gallon or roughly $100 bucks to fill the tank.

Gas prices have doubled since Biden took office. J.P. Morgan analysts predict $6 a gallon by August. And experts warn this crisis will continue even after Biden’s term ends because he’s dismantling fossil-fuel production.

When Biden was running for president, he promised to shut down oil producers: “No ability for the oil industry to continue to drill, period.” He pledged to put the country on “an irreversible” path toward “doing away with” fossil fuels.

‘Beyond Pissed’: Border Patrol Hits Rock Bottom Under Biden

The morale of U.S. Border Patrol agents on the southern border has been sinking steadily over the past year, but it now has hit rock bottom amid outright animosity from the Biden administration, the Washington Examiner reports.

“Under Biden, things are the worst they have ever been by far,” said one of eight agents who spoke with the paper about the situation.

“Agents are calling in all the time. You always hear, ‘It doesn’t matter,’ or, ‘What’s the point?’ in reference to doing our job,” the Arizona-based agent said. “Agents are afraid of ending up on the news for doing their job or getting in trouble for doing their job. There is no morale.”

Amid a change in policies from Donald Trump to Joe Biden, the agents have been battling the largest migration event in U.S. history. The physical workload has been overwhelming.

Weapons for Spiritual War in a Post-Truth World

Men are men. Women are women. A man cannot become a woman. A woman cannot become a man. Men are better at some things than women. Women are better at some things than men. Marriage is between a man and a woman. We should not kill babies. Children should not be exploited or abused. Men should protect and provide for the family. Women should nurture and care for the family.

These statements were self-evident truths for thousands of years, only in the past few decades did they become “hateful” or “bigoted.” Satan is attempting to turn God’s creation upside down and invert it. Up is down, left is right, right is wrong, evil is good, good is evil. The “truth” is relative and whatever you want it to be. These are the lies of the enemy. This is the post-truth trash world.

We may live in a post-truth world, but that doesn’t mean that the objective Truth that has been revealed to us through God’s Word will not stand the tests of a world gone mad. Going against the Truth of God’s design for men, women, children, and families is like going against gravity: eventually, you’re going to fall back to earth.

I was having a discussion with my pastor about these things earlier this week and he said something that struck me: it should come as no surprise when worldly people fall into the trap of completely rejecting Truth, but what is astonishing to see is that people who call themselves Christians are buying into lies of the enemy wholesale without question.

Wear the mask. Don’t question it.

Lock down the church. Don’t question it.

Take the experimental DNA-altering aborted fetal tissue vaccine. Don’t question it.

Accept the election results despite the rampant irregularities. Don’t question it.

Support Congress sending $40 billion to Ukraine. Don’t question it.

Hand over your guns. Don’t question it.

Attack, demonize, and destroy anyone who questions it.

The rejection of Truth by Christians causes those of us who are grounded in God’s Truth to become incredibly frustrated, even dizzy at the prospect of trying to communicate effectively and wade through the adversary’s mountain of lies. This is what the enemy wants and we must fight back against the urge to stay silent. If Christians are denying God’s Truth when it is right in front of their faces we have a big problem and we need to course-correct, quickly. The only way to do that is by speaking the Truth loudly, boldly, and often.

Part of the problem is that we are trying to fight the enemy on their terms and in their battlefields. We are all guilty of this, myself included. We enter the adversary’s battleground–Twitter and Facebook for example–and expect to gain ground on land that the enemy controls where they can wipe us out with the click of a button. We consume news and media that is carefully crafted by the enemy and expect things to change by lending them our time and attention. We immerse ourselves in the culture of the enemy and are surprised when that culture turns on us.

If we are going to win a spiritual war, we must dare to stand for God’s Truth in this post-truth world, but how do we do that? Here are a few simple examples.

Boldly defend the sanctity of life in a world that praises child sacrifice.

Boldly defend the holiness of marriage between one man and one woman as God designed.

Boldly defend God’s creation and the unique roles and gifts God has given men and women.

Boldly rebuke the Den of Vipers and their wicked ways.

Boldly share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This is a spiritual battle and therefore we must use spiritual weapons to expose and fight the enemies of Truth, including when those enemies of Truth happen to be our brothers and sisters in Christ. We must lovingly and boldly rebuke Christians who reject Truth in favor of political allegiances and narratives and let God handle the rest.

Jesus Christ and God’s Word are the ultimate sword and shield in this war.

The mere NAME of Jesus causes God’s enemies to lose their minds.

They have no recourse to fight back against you when you wield spiritual weapons against them. To smear and attack you they will need to smear and attack Jesus, and in doing so they show their hand. We have many spiritual weapons available to us: prayer, communal worship, fasting, and reading God’s Word to name a few. If you want to become a victorious warrior in the post-truth spiritual war the best way to do so is by using the spiritual weapons and gifts at our disposal.

Let me remind you of something important brothers and sisters: we have the power of the one and only Holy Creator God inside of us. Whom then shall we fear?

Jesus didn’t die on the cross for you to “feel good” about yourself or to live in apathetic complacency as His enemies mock, attack, and destroy Truth. He didn’t tell us to sit around getting crushed by the enemy waiting to die. We were commanded to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20) and Jesus is waiting for his enemies to be made his footstool. (Hebrews 10:13.)

So pick up your spiritual weapons: we are in the footstool making business, Christian.

Let us turn now to the Word of God, our most powerful spiritual weapon, for how we are to proceed in light of the truths that have been revealed to us as we wage spiritual battle in a post-truth world.

32 Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you endured in a great conflict full of suffering. 33 Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult and persecution; at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. 34 You suffered along with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions. 35 So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded

36 You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. 37 For,

“In just a little while,

he who is coming will come

and will not delay.”[f]

38 And,

“But my righteous[g] one will live by faith.

And I take no pleasure

in the one who shrinks back.”[h]

39 But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved.
