The White House pushed for an “assault weapons” ban following a handgun attack that killed three people at the University of Virginia Sunday night.

Breitbart News reported that the shooting occurred by UVA’s Culbreth Garage around 10:30 p.m., wounding two people and killing three. . .

The shooting suspect, a former UVA football player named Christopher Darnall Jones, was apprehended Monday morning. . .

FOX News observed that the White House reacted to the handgun attack by pushing an “assault weapons” ban.

The White House pointed to gun control that President Joe Biden signed after the May 24, 2022, Uvalde shooting, saying, “But we must do more. We need to enact an assault weapons ban to get weapons of war off America’s streets. Supreme Court Rejects Bump Stock Ban Case

On Monday, the United States Supreme Court rejected a challenge to a federal ban on devices known as “bump stocks” that enable semi-automatic weapons to fire like machine guns, according to a report from Reuters.

The Supreme Court justices reportedly declined to review an appeal by a group of firearm dealers and individuals after a lower court rejected their argument that the bump stock ban violated the U.S. Constitution. The ban was first instituted during President Donald Trump’s term (via Reuters):

Trump’s administration moved to reclassify bump stocks as machine guns, which are forbidden under U.S. law, in a rare firearms control measure prompted by a 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas. The Supreme Court in 2019 declined to block the ban from going into effect. The justices last month rejected appeals by a Utah gun lobbyist and firearms rights groups of lower court rulings upholding the ban as a reasonable interpretation of a federal law prohibiting machine gun possession.

Bump stocks use a gun’s recoil to bump its trigger, enabling a semiautomatic weapon to fire hundreds of rounds per minute to let it shoot like a machine gun. Trump pledged to ban them after a gunman used semiautomatic weapons outfitted with bump stocks in a shooting spree that killed 58 people at a country music festival in Las Vegas.

162 Scientist and Researchers From Top US Nuclear Facilities Have Been Working for Communist China

While Biden was meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Indonesia incoherently stating we are not adversaries, there is no need for a Cold War, but that the US and Communist China are friendly competitors. Yet the US and Communist China are definitely in a Cold War, and the population of Communist China have been conditioned by the Communist Party to expect a coming war. Yet the Biden/Obama administration is turning a blind eye to the continued threats to Taiwan by Communist China, and refuses to deliver $15 billion in a backlog of military weapons Taiwan paid for in advance, but the Biden/Obama administration refuses to deliver to them.

Over the last 35 years, 162 researchers and scientist have been working in US facilities involved in nuclear research, and have been spying for Communist China. Those spies have been making considerable contributions to the Communist Chinese military in the development of hypersonic missiles, nuclear weapons, and nuclear submarine programs. Over the years, those Communist Chinese spies have been presenting an array of security risks for the United States, US allies, and the entire free world.

Over the years, Chinese Communist spies have been associated with or working in every Scientific National Laboratory, including DOD facilities, Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), universities doing research for DOD, and scientists with Top Secret clearances at DOE. There are staff members of elected Socialist Democrats in Congress, in major national utilities that have nuclear power reactors, in telecommunications companies, in financial institutions, the IRS, etc. Chinese Communist researchers and post-doctoral students are inserted into many nuclear and military research programs and are paid by US taxpayer dollars—an insane program.

Senator Diane Feinstein’s Chinese driver for 20-years is just one example of spies working for elected Socialist Democrats in Congress. The Communist Chinese spies are working in companies designing nuclear power plants or in the supply chain for US nuclear submarines, in companies developing military missiles, in aerospace companies developing military aircraft, and in companies developing advanced electronics. Much of their research has directly advanced Communist Chinese military technology, which seriously threatens the US national security.

The Biden/Obama administration’s National Security Council and the leadership of the FBI have not been providing the protection, the security, or the leadership to close down the massive aggressive spying ongoing in the US by Communist China. Protection is needed for the US institutions, US research programs, and for scientists advancing innovation in this era of weapons development and strategic military competition. State to Have Record 10% LGBT Legislature

California’s reputation as a trailblazer is about to add another statistic — a record-breaking number of LGBT members in its state legislature.

Three Democrats who are likely winners of the midterm election will bring the total up to 10% LGBT representation, a first in the nation. Depending on the outcome, this will mean 12 to 14 members, including four to six new ones, Mercury News reported.

The seats are in Los Angeles and its suburbs. The secretary of state has announced that election results will be certified by Dec. 16.

“Representation is power,” said Equality California Executive Director Tony Hoang in a statement. “LGBTQ+ people belong in every room and deserve a seat at every table where decisions impacting our community and our lives are being made. ‘So Pissed Off, I Cannot Even See Straight’ — Ted Cruz Blames Mitch McConnell for GOP Midterm Losses

Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz slammed Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell during a Monday podcast, saying the GOP should have won the majority of the upper chamber and blamed McConnell for not supporting Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters.

Cruz released an episode of his podcast, titled Verdict with Ted Cruz, where he and co-host Ben Ferguson discussed the midterm elections and the GOP’s failure to recapture the Senate. Cruz mentioned his frustration, saying there was no excuse for McConnell to abandon Masters, calling it “indefensible.”

“Well, Ben, let me start off by saying I am so pissed off, I cannot even see straight,” Cruz said.

“We had an extraordinary opportunity. We had a generational opportunity. This should have been a fundamental landslide election. We should have won the House and the Senate. We should have a 30, 40, 50 vote majority in the House. We should have 53, 54, 55 Republicans in the Senate,” Cruz continued. Pack of 10 Poodles Attacks California Beachgoer and Her Elderly Corgi Service Dog

A violent dogfight broke out at a California beach last month — as 10 vicious poodles attacked a 13-year-old corgi and her owner, according to a report.

Kathrin Burleson was walking her corgi Emma on Trinidad State Beach with a friend on Oct. 29 when the pack of standard poodles jumped out of a nearby car and began sprinting towards them, according to the Mad River Union newspaper. . .

The two were quickly plowed over by the crazed pack of poodles.

“Then they jumped us,” Burleson told the paper. “We were at the bottom of a pack of 10 snarling, biting dogs.” . . .

As she tried to fend off the pack of poodles, Burleson felt her finger being bitten. She was stunned when she realized it was the owner of the poodles, who was allegedly biting her finger, the paper said. Oregon Counties Vote ‘Yes’ on Secession From State: Report

The secessionist movement by conservative Oregon counties seeking to join Idaho continues to gather steam.

“Residents in Morrow County and Wheeler County have voted in favor of a measure related to moving the state line between Oregon and Idaho, joining nine previous eastern Oregon counties to vote in support of ‘Greater Idaho,” KPTV reported. “The Oregon Secretary of State website shows on Wednesday afternoon that of 800 votes in Wheeler County, 58% were in favor, and of the 3,837 votes in Morrow County, 60% were in favor.”

Harney County joined the movement in the 2021 election, joining, “Lake, Grant, Baker, Malheur, Union, Sherman, and Jefferson

According to the group pushing the idea, Citizens for Greater Idaho, there are now 11 counties that have supported the idea at the ballot box: Baker, Grant, Harney, Klamath, Jefferson, Lake, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Union, and Wheeler. TikTok Has a Child Pornography and Chinese Espionage Problem: Report

TikTok allegedly has child sex abuse material hiding in plain sight all over the social media platform, according to a Forbes investigative report.

According to the report, graphic social media content depicting lewd and pornographic acts from minors is easy to come across on the video-sharing app.

“They typically read like advertisements and come from seemingly innocuous accounts,” Forbes reports. “But often, they’re portals to illegal child sexual abuse material quite literally hidden in plain sight—posted in private accounts using a setting that makes it visible only to the person logged in.”

The grotesque material can be found in “post-in-private” accounts, which predators easily access using specific phrases to avoid algorithms that would lead to a violation.

FBI Informant Has Heart Attack on Way to Testify in Jan. 6th Case for Oath Keepers Founder

Lawyers for Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes have called an FBI informant to testify as a witness in Rhodes’ defense against charges of seditious conspiracy in the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot. Lawyers said that FBI informant was on his way to the trial when he suffered a heart attack.

Greg McWhirter, who served as the Oath Keepers’ vice president while informing on the group for the FBI, was set to testify as a defense witness in Rhodes’ case on Tuesday, the New York Times reported. At an impromptu meeting on Tuesday, Rhodes’ attorneys said McWhirter had boarded a plane to come testify for the trial but had to be taken off and hospitalized over a heart attack.

According to the New York Times, McWhirter is the second FBI confidential source that they are aware of that was in position to pass information about the Oath Keepers’ activities on Jan. 6, 2021 to federal authorities. Rhodes’ defense team made the unusual move to call McWhirter to testify as a defense witness after federal prosecutors rested their case last week without calling him and several other cooperating witnesses to testify against Rhodes.

McWhirter, 40, previously worked as a sheriff’s deputy in Montana. He boarded a plane on Tuesday to come to federal court in Washington D.C., where Rhodes is being tried, but lawyers said he was taken off the plane after suffering a heart attack. . .

In court on Monday, Rhodes said he was at a hotel room in Virginia when demonstrators entered the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. He further testified that he never planned for Oath Keepers to enter the Capitol that day for any reason. Brain Inflammation and the mRNA Vaccines

Three large insurance databases showed sharp increases in cases of severe brain inflammation after the Covid mRNA shots, according to a new peer-reviewed paper.

People who received the Pfizer jab or booster had a 40 to 70 percent higher chance over the next six weeks of encephalitis or encephalomyelitis. The Moderna jab carried an even higher risk after the second primary dose or a booster.

Encephalitis is inflammation of the brain itself, while encephalomyelitis is inflammation of nerve sheaths in the brain or spinal cord. Both can range from relatively mild conditions to serious or even fatal illnesses. The researchers reported 47 cases following Pfizer’s jab; they did not disclose an exact figure for Moderna’s.
