Gabbard Hints Obama Has Been Referred to DOJ for Criminal Investigation

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard hinted Wednesday that former President Barack Obama had been referred to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation — but did not address constitutional obstacles to a prosecution.

In a briefing with reporters at the White House, Gabbard laid out the evidence that had been released on Friday and Monday from previously classified reports, showing that the outgoing Obama administration rejected intelligence assessments that said Russia had not interfered meaningfully in the 2016 election, and prepared a new assessment that reached the opposite conclusion, ostensibly to implicate President-elect Donald Trump and to undermine — and perhaps remove — his new administration.

Asked by Townhall reporter Katie Pavlich whether “any of this new information implicates former President Obama in criminal behavior,” Gabbard responded: “We have referred and will continue to refer all of these document to the Department of Justice and the FBI uh to investigate the criminal implications of this.”

She added: “The evidence that we have found and that we have release directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. Florida Judge Says ‘Hands Are Tied,’ Won’t Unseal Epstein Grand Jury Transcripts

A federal judge has denied the Trump administration’s request to unseal transcripts from Florida grand jury proceedings related to a 20-year-old criminal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, saying her “hands are tied.”

U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida Robin Rosenberg wrote in her denial that an unrelated 2020 ruling by the Eleventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals “does not permit” her to unseal grand jury records in instances not covered by the criminal procedure rule, CNBC reported.

“Eleventh Circuit law does not permit this Court to grant the Government’s request; the Court’s hands are tied — a point the Government concedes,” Rosenberg wrote.

President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) petitioned the U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach, Florida, to obtain the transcripts from two grand juries that convened there in 2005 and 2007, respectively.

In its argument for the transcripts, which are normally left sealed in such cases, the DOJ pointed to a “strong public interest in the historical investigation into Jeffrey Epstein,” the convicted sex offender suspected of trafficking minors to other pedophiles. Newly Declassified Report Reveals Putin’s ‘Kompromat’ on Clinton in 2016

Russian President Vladimir Putin possessed “devastating” information about Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election, including internal party emails fretting that her health was terrible and claiming she was on a daily dose of “heavy tranquilizers,” due to psychological problems.

But Moscow, predicting a Clinton victory in November 2016, kept a lid on it so they could use it against her when she entered the White House.

The revelation is part of a newly declassified House Intelligence Committee report, authored by panel Republicans in September 2020, that found significant flaws in the Obama administration’s intelligence assessment that Putin “developed a clear preference” for then-candidate Donald Trump and that Mr. Putin and the Russian government “aspired to help” Mr. Trump win by discrediting Mrs. Clinton.

“There was no collusion, no corruption, except on the part of Barack Obama and the weaponized intelligence agencies at the time,” White House press secretary Karolin Leavitt said Wednesday.

According to a buried House Intelligence Committee report just declassified by DNI Tulsi Gabbard, President Barack Obama and others reportedly had serious concerns about the health of 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton – some of the information Russia had but did not reveal at the time.

Commentator Charlie Kirk points out on X that in the final days of the 2016 campaign Russia “had huge amounts of potential anti-Clinton dirt that it sat on.” This included:

Internal DNC communication that Obama and others found Hillary’s health “extraordinarily alarming.”

Internal claims that Hillary was on “heavy tranquilizers” and suffering “intensified psycho-emotional problems.”

Evidence of severe health ailments like type 2 diabetes and ischemic heart disease.

Notes Kirk: “If Russia was really all-in on supporting Trump and hurting Clinton, it would have leaked this information in October 2016 when her lead in the RCP average slipped to just +1.3. Instead, Russia didn’t – completely debunking the core assumptions of the Russia hoax.

Roy Black, Famed Defense Attorney for Rush Limbaugh and Jeffrey Epstein, Dies

Roy Black, a prominent Miami defense lawyer whose clients included Jeffrey Epstein and William Kennedy Smith has died at the age of 80, his law partner said Tuesday.

The Miami Herald reported that Black, a father of two, died on Monday at his home in Coral Gables.

“For more than 30 years, Roy was my teacher, mentor and friend,” said his law partner, Howard Srebnick, in an email to The Associated Press. “The loss(es) I feel personally and professionally are immeasurable.”

Black represented, and won, a slew of high-profile clients, including Justin Bieber and race car driver Helio Castroneves.

In Miami, Black was viewed in legal circles as the GOAT, the greatest of all time, said fellow defense attorney David O. Markus, who compared his late colleague to NBA Hall of Famer Michael Jordan.

“He worked harder than any lawyer I know. And he outlawyered every prosecutor who he ever went up against. I will miss him. Ghislaine Maxwell Preparing ‘New Evidence’ Ahead of Highly Anticipated Meeting with Feds, Her Brother Explains

Ghislaine Maxwell is assembling “new evidence” to present to the feds when she meets with them this week, her brother told The Post.

Jeffrey Epstein’s madame never gave her version of events to federal prosecutors before her 2021 trial, which resulted in a 20-year sentence for recruiting women and underage girls for Epstein to sexually abuse. She also never testified in her own defense.

“She will be putting before that court material new evidence that was not available to the defense at her 2021 trial, which would have had a significant impact on its outcome,” Ian Maxwell told The Post in an email Wednesday.

Maxwell, 63, is the lynchpin in the Epstein affair and one of the few people still alive who knows the names, times, dates and places of his entanglements — both in business and private. Epstein died in jail while awaiting trial in 2019.

“If she squeals on some of the people that she has videos on they won’t be happy, ” former Epstein sex slave Virginia Guiffre alleged in an interview with Gayle King on CBS News in 2020. French President Sues Conservative Influencer For Calling His Wife A Man

French President Emmanuel Macron is suing right-wing media personality Candace Owens for repeatedly calling Macron’s wife a man, according to court filings released Wednesday.

Macron filed the suit in the Superior Court of Delaware, alleging Owens defamed him and his wife, Brigitte Macron, by claiming on her show and public social media that Mrs. Macron is a man and that the Macrons engaged in forgery and fraud to cover up her true identity. Owens previously stated in 2024 that she would “stake [her] entire professional reputation on the fact that Brigitte Macron is in fact a man.”

Owens published an eight-part series earlier this year called “Becoming Brigitte” which aimed to expose the supposed true gender of Mrs. Macron.

“These outlandish, defamatory, and far-fetched fictions included that Mrs. Macron was born a man, stole another person’s identity, and transitioned to become Brigitte; Mrs. Macron and President Macron are blood relatives committing incest; President Macron was chosen to be the President of France as part of the CIA-operated MKUltra program or a similar mind-control program; and Mrs. Macron and President Macron are committing forgery, fraud, and abuses of power to conceal these secrets,” the lawsuit reads. REPORT: Shocking Details Emerge Surrounding Ozzy Osbourne’s Final Moments

Medical professionals reportedly attempted to save Ozzy Osbourne’s life for roughly two hours before he tragically passed away at the age of 76.

A Thames Valley air ambulance was dispatched to the Osbournes’ country residence, located near the village of Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire, England, according to the Daily Mail. The aircraft touched down on the grounds of the Welders House, the singer’s Grade II mansion, at approximately 10:30 am. The crew reportedly spent roughly two hours attempting to save the Black Sabbath singer before he passed away.

Residents in the nearby village of Jordans told the outlet they realized “something serious” was unfolding when they noticed the helicopter land. The helicopter was observed taking off at approximately 12:30pm.

“I went out to have a look and saw that it was landing close to Ozzy’s house,” a local anonymously told the Daily Mail.

“All of us were talking about it and wondering what had happened. Pilot with ‘Ideological Motive’ Hijacks Small Aircraft, Forces Major Airport Shutdown

A stolen plane triggered a major security incident at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) on Tuesday afternoon, temporarily halting operations and forcing multiple flights to reroute.

Just before 1:30 p.m. local time on July 15, a “security incident” involving a small private plane led to a temporary halt in airport operations, according to a statement from YVR. The plane, flying within YVR’s airspace, forced nine incoming flights to reroute to different airports.

At approximately 1:45 p.m., following a 39-minute air traffic suspension, the Cessna 172, operated by a single individual, safely landed. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) then apprehended the pilot.

In an air traffic control recording obtained by the Vancouver Sun via LiveATC.net, a controller alerted other pilots: “We do have an aircraft that has been hijacked and is in the vicinity of the airport … just in case anything starts heading toward [you], you have the ability to move at your discretion.”

“They are currently flying overhead,” a voice from air traffic control can be heard saying. “At this time, I have no further updates.
