Trump says Netanyahu won’t be Arrested in New York, Pushing Back on Mamdani

President Donald Trump said Monday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “will not be arrested” when he visits New York in September, pushing back on a suggestion by Mayor Zohran Mamdani that such an arrest could happen.

Mamdani has said New York City’s legal department is discussing the possibility of arresting Netanyahu when the prime minister is in the city to attend the United Nations General Assembly.

“I believe that Prime Minister Netanyahu belongs in The Hague,” Mamdani told The New York Times’ “The Interview” podcast that published Saturday.

“He’s a war criminal who has been charged by the International Criminal Court. And what you will find is that is an opinion that is held by many purely because of what his actions have wrought over these last many years,” the mayor said.

Trump, in a Truth Social post on Monday, said, “Benjamin Netanyahu will not be arrested, in any way, shape, or form, while in the United States of America.”

‘I’m in’: Lindsey Graham’s Sister will Seek Full Senate Term at Trump’s Urging

U.S. Sen. Darline Graham Nordone, R-S.C., is responding to President Donald Trump’s encouragement by announcing she will run for the full term for her Senate seat previously held by her late brother Sen. Lindsey Graham.

“I’ve made a decision,” Darline told Sean Hannity of Fox News. “I’m in.”

“I have been praying a lot, talking to my family,” she said. “I feel like I can do it. I feel an inner peace about it. Will it be difficult? Yes. Absolutely.”

Last Friday, Trump publicly urged Darline to run, and she told Hannity the presidential request was “a tremendous amount of pressure.”

“We have known each other for a long time,” Trump said of Nordone, who was sworn in last week on a temporary, fill-in basis.

Mom Identifies Teen Found Dead in Home Owned by Congresswoman’s Husband

Family has identified the young woman found fatally shot Saturday inside a Boston home owned by the husband of Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass.

While police have not officially identified the victim, her family identified her as 18-year-old Yoseliani Marte in a GoFundMe campaign created by her mother.

In the fundraiser, Marte’s mother said her daughter was killed as a “result of domestic violence.”

Police responded to a residence in Boston’s Mattapan neighborhood around 1:52 p.m. Saturday, where they found the victim suffering from a single gunshot wound, according to police reports obtained by Fox News Digital.

CIA Report: Venezuela ‘Could Have’ Used Voting Machines To Rig Elections

A newly declassified CIA report says the Venezuelan government “could have” used voting machines to rig elections. President Donald Trump declassified a series of documents and reports related to election integrity on July 16, including a “CIA Note” entitled, “Summary of Select Intelligence Reporting From 2004-2020 on Venezuela’s Electronic Voting Manipulation Capabilities.”

The note says that between 2004 and 2020, “intelligence established that Venezuelan government officials developed sustained interest and likely some capability in manipulating electronic voting systems, including Smartmatic technology, to influence electoral outcomes in Venezuela.” The document says it was produced under the auspices of the CIA’s deputy director of analysis and is dated June 29, 2026.

The CIA produced a baseline assessment of Venezuela’s 2012 presidential election that maintained mass electronic election fraud had not occurred. A 2013 CIA “devil’s advocate” analysis, the note says, provided “plausible scenarios” in which “large-scale electronic manipulation could have occurred in Venezuela’s 2012 election without detection.”

The note summarizes sources reporting that, prior to the 2012 Venezuelan presidential election, Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez’s “intelligence services … worked with the National Electoral Council and Smartmatic to develop plans to manipulate election results using preprogrammed voting machines.” The source or sources of that reporting, however, are censored in the document released Thursday.

The note includes claims that such plans included sending “altered machines” to roughly 300 voting centers in pro-Chavez areas “to ensure victory by approximately 1.5 million votes.” Chavez won that election by roughly 1.6 million votes, according to the note. Convicted Killer Suing Trump Demands $75M, Apology, and US Citizenship

An illegal immigrant serving a lengthy prison sentence for the murder of a Michigan woman is suing President Donald Trump, alleging he faced humiliation when his case was used as a political talking point, and is demanding $75 million, a public apology, and U.S. citizenship.

Brandon Ortiz-Vite, 27, who was previously deported from the United States, is serving a sentence of 39 to 102 years in prison for killing Ruby Garcia in March 2024.

Garcia’s body had several gunshot wounds and was found dumped along a road in Grand Rapids. The pair were in a romantic relationship and were engaged in an argument at the time of the slaying.

In a handwritten complaint filed in federal court, Ortiz-Vite named Trump and White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Steven Cheung as defendants. . .

Ortiz-Vite’s case garnered national attention and was highlighted when Trump, who made combating illegal immigration a large part of his campaign, visited Grand Rapids in 2024. Resumption of Iran War Pushes Average Gas Price over $4

. . .With the resumption of the war with Iran, gas has returned to a national average of $4 a gallon this week. Gas prices had started coming down after the U.S. and Iran agreed to a peace deal, which brought stability to the market. Then, as everyone with an IQ over 70 expected, that all fell apart as Iran continued to violate the agreement. Nevertheless, we did have a few weeks of gas prices coming down.

“The price is a national average, meaning drivers in some states have been paying well over $4 a gallon for a while now, while others pay less. Prices vary between states due to factors ranging from nearby supply to differing tax rates,” reports the far-left Associated Press. “People around the world are also dealing with high gas prices as a result of the war.”

We are less than four months out from the November 3 midterm elections. Hopefully, Trump can mop this up pretty quickly with a lasting victory against the jihadist mullahs in Iran and get those prices down. Voters don’t like the war. Voters hate high gas prices. Still, if the victory against Iran is decisive in the minds of voters, they could come around to approve Trump’s decision in hindsight.

Suspect in Custody After Device Ignited Outside Federal Plaza

A suspect is in custody after a device was ignited outside of 26 Federal Plaza in New York City on Monday around 8:30 a.m.

WBAL-TV reported that “two people suffered minor injuries” in the incident.

ABC 7 New York noted that “a man armed with a collection of weapons started a fire” outside the building with “some kind of flammable liquid.”

FBI Director Kash Patel posted to X: “This morning an individual deployed an incendiary device outside of 26 Federal Plaza in New York. The individual is in custody and two minor injuries reported thus far. FBI [Joint Terrorism Task Force] is investigating the incident.”

Trump Hits Canada with Surprise 50% Tariffs

President Trump slapped a mammoth 50% tariff on certain Canadian goods — a move meant to combat what the administraion described as the country’s “continuous discrimination” on American products.

The new tax will apply to a range of imports, including wine, hockey sticks, and cement and goes into effect in 30 days, but the administration indicated in a Monday briefing call that it was open for negotiations on the matter.

“Canada has retained substantial retaliation against the United States,” a senior administration official told reporters on a Monday briefing call.

“These are defensive measures by the United States taken to remedy discriminatory actions by Canada,” the official said, vowing the administration would hold America’s northern neighbor “accountable.”

Enraged Trump warns Iran Each US Soldier Killed Will be Avenged ‘Many Times Over!’

President Trump threatened to attack Iran “many times” over for each American soldier killed as fighting escalates — even as a Qatar-proposed 10-day cease-fire is under consideration.

At least 17 American soldiers have been killed thus far in the war. Three Americans were killed since Friday with a fourth missing and presumed dead — in the first fatalities from enemy fire since March.

“Every time Iran kills an American Soldier they will pay for that killing many times over!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“This directive has been passed on to Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Daniel Caine, and every Leader in the Military.”

The US has bombed Iran for nine consecutive nights following the collapse of last month’s memorandum of understanding that called for a 60-day reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and continued nuclear talks. US Launches New Wave of Strikes Against Iran for Ninth Straight Night; CENTCOM Announces 3 US Service Member Deaths in Jordan, Iraq

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) launched another round of strikes against Iran on Sunday, extending its military campaign into a ninth straight night.

“CENTCOM began conducting a new wave of strikes against Iran at 7 p.m. ET today for the ninth consecutive night,” the command said in a post shared on X. . .

President Donald Trump said Sunday that the U.S. military campaign against Iran is focused on ensuring Tehran has no path to obtaining a nuclear missile.

“We were doing a little job and stopping them from having a certain capability,” Trump told reporters at Joint Base Andrews.

“Now we’re just ending it, so it’s really not the same thing. What we’re doing now is we’re ending any chance that they can have a nuclear missile,” he added. . .

President Donald Trump on Sunday paid tribute to U.S. service members killed in recent attacks linked to Iran, saying American forces launched another round of strikes “in honor” of them.

At Joint Base Andrews, Trump also said the service members had sacrificed their lives to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.

“Well, we feel very badly. But you know, those great people, those great patriots were out there fighting so that Iran could not have a nuclear weapon,” Trump said.
