Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that it would take 24 minutes to explain to former President Donald Trump he can not end the Ukraine war in 24 hours because Russian President Vladimir Putin can’t be managed.

Anchor Kristen Welker said, “Former President Trump who is the GOP frontrunner has said if he is reelected he could end this war in 24 hours. What is your reaction and message to former President Trump about that?”

Hezbollah Leader Calls U.S. ‘Great Satan,’ Insists Israelis Committed Gruesome Massacres of Jews, Not Hamas

Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah gave a speech to his followers on Friday in Lebanon in which he declared that there was no outside involvement from other governments in the Hamas massacre of Israelis on October 7, called the United States “The Great Satan,” and made the incredible claim that the Israeli themselves were the perpetrators of the horrific, gruesome actions taken by the forces of Hamas.

“From the very first hours, it was clear that the enemy was lost … you know it was the Sabbath, perfect timing by the commanders,” said Nasrallah, bragging that the attack took place on the Jewish Sabbath.

Speaking of the Israelis, he continued, “It took them hours to come out; they came out in hysterical state, angry and in insane fashion.”

He then claimed that the atrocities committed by Hamas had actually been perpetrated by Israelis, stating “That’s why when they had to recapture the settlements within Gaza envelope, they perpetrated massacres against the Israeli settlers. Not Hamas.” . . .

Israel to ‘Decrease’ Military Campaign as U.S. Seeks ‘Very Significant Pause’ in War

Israel has “significantly refined” its military campaign against Hamas following U.S. pressure to curb Palestinian civilian casualties in Gaza, according to a senior U.S. official.

“The overall scale of their campaign [is expected to undergo] a decrease in what we’ve seen and more of a tactical focus on the ground campaign as they’re working to clear out some specific areas where there are tunnel complexes and things,” a senior administration official told reporters Friday evening. “So, that’s what we anticipate seeing over the next week.”

That forecast points to a new phase in the military operation and an expansion of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, after weeks of bombardment. The shift could also portend another step toward the mass release of the hostages seized by Hamas in the Oct. 7 terrorist attack, with President Joe Biden’s administration seeking “a very significant pause in the conflict” to enable their departure.

“So there’s an active process going on here with multiple lines of effort, including indirect engagement to try to find a framework to get the hostages out of Gaza,” the senior administration official said. “It would take a very significant pause in the conflict in the fighting to be able to do this. Illegal Alien, Wanted for Terrorism, Arrested Near One World Trade Center Had Been Freed Into U.S. By Biden’s DHS

An illegal alien wanted for terrorism in Senegal was arrested in late October just blocks from New York City’s One World Trade Center after having been released into the United States by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Just this week, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas repeatedly told the Senate Homeland Security Committee that illegal aliens who are “national security threats” are promptly arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and deported.

Despite Mayorkas’ assertion, an illegal alien — from either the Islamic Republic of Mauritania or Senegal — arrived at the United States–Mexico border on Oct. 3 near Lukeville, Arizona. The illegal alien was given a Notice to Appear (NTA) before a federal immigration judge and released into the United States interior.

A week later, ICE agents in New York City were notified by Homeland Security Investigations agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Counter Terrorism Division that the illegal alien was wanted in Senegal for terrorist activities.

At that point, the illegal alien had traveled to New York City, a sanctuary jurisdiction that refuses to work with ICE agents seeking to have criminal illegal aliens deported. Lebanon Border Closer to War; Israel Encircles Hamas in Gaza City

The Lebanese-Israeli border is closer to war than it has been thus far in the conflict between Israel and Hamas, as the Palestinian terrorist group claimed responsibility for rockets fired from southern Lebanon at the Israeli city of Kiryat Shemona on Thursday.

Hamas is based in Gaza but also has a presence in Palestinian communities in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) and in other countries, including southern Lebanon, as well as in more distant countries like Qatar, where the Hamas leadership resides.

Hezbollah, a proxy of Iran, controls southern Lebanon (and much of the Lebanese government as well). It has threatened to enter the war and has fired on Israeli positions, killing several soldiers and forcing the evacuation of Israel’s northernmost cities. Israel has responded to each incident by striking the Hezbollah position responsible for the fire. It has also launched preemptive strikes on terrorists who have tried to fire rockets or to infiltrate into northern Israel. But thus far, a broader war has not yet erupted.

Israel has said that it will hold Hezbollah responsible for any rocket fire from southern Lebanon. Accordingly, it struck a number of Hezbollah positions on Thursday evening after several Hamas rockets caused significant damage. Audio: Hamas Admits Taking Fuel From Gaza Hospitals for Itself

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) released an audio recording Wednesday of a phone call it says was between the manager of a hospital, the commander of a Hamas battallion, and a citizen in Gaza in which the Hamas terrorist admits taking fuel from the hospital.

In a statement via the Government Press Office (GPO), the IDF said:

This conversation between a commander of Hamas’s Western Jabaliya Battalion and a Gazan resident, with the participation of the director of the Indonesian Hospital, was intercepted by the Israeli Military Intelligence. Despite the sensitive nature of this intelligence, this intercept is being declassified to expose Hamas’s cynical exploitation of humanitarian resources in the Gaza Strip. The video confirms that Hamas controls energy distribution in Gaza, prioritizing terrorist needs over the needs of their civilian population.

In this phone call, a Hamas commander repeatedly alludes to Hamas taking fuel from the hospital’s stocks, “working as a government for the sake of the country.”

Hamas continues to exploit humanitarian infrastructure in the Gaza Strip to support its terrorist activities at the expense of the residents of Gaza.

Outgoing Senior UN Official Calls for One-State Solution, Slams U.S., Israel: ‘Chilling Words’

A high-ranking United Nations official has retired after calling for a one-state solution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict. In his letter, the official wrote on what he called “essential points” regarding the war between Israel and Hamas terrorists.

In what was described as his “last official communication” as the director of the New York Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Craig Mokhiber sent an Oct. 28 letter to Volker Türk of Austria, the U.N. high commissioner for human rights, detailing what he believes a “U.N.-norm-based position” on the war would look like.

In what critics are calling comments devoid of historic fact, Mokhiber called for a one-state solution, which could mean the end of the Jewish state.

“We must support the establishment of a single, democratic, secular state in all of historic Palestine, with equal rights for Christians, Muslims and Jews, and, therefore, the dismantling of the deeply racist, settler-colonial project and an end to apartheid across the land,” Mokhiber stated.

U.S. Sending 300 More Troops to the Middle East as Israel Escalates Airstrikes

Pentagon press secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder announced Tuesday that the U.S. will be sending an additional 300 troops to the Middle East.

These soldiers reportedly specialize in communications and explosive ordinance disposal.

In addition, Ryder said that attacks on U.S. military bases in Syria and Iraq have risen to 27 — 16 on bases in Iraq and 11 in Syria.

The announcement comes shortly after the IDF confirmed the death of a senior Hamas commander responsible for all military operations in the northern Gaza Strip.

Iran-Backed Terror Group ‘Declare War’ on Israel After Reported Killing of Saudi Troops

Ansar Allah, the Yemeni Shiite jihadist terror organization known more commonly as the Houthis, took responsibility on Monday for a “large number of ballistic and cruise missiles” as well as drone attacks against the nation of Israel.

The Iranian state outlet Mehr News reported that a spokesman for the Houthis formally “declare[d] war” on the nation of Israel in support of the Sunni genocidal terrorist organization Hamas.

The Houthis are an Iran-backed terrorist organization that seized control of the capital of Yemen, Sana’a, in 2014 and ousted legitimate President Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi, triggering a civil war that remains ongoing, albeit in a ceasefire state, at press time. The group’s slogan is “Allahu akbar, death to the United States, death to Israel, curse the Jews, victory for Islam.” Despite Ansar Allah’s direct ties to the world’s most prolific state sponsor of terrorism, Iran, and its stated goal of destroying America, the administration of leftist President Joe Biden removed the Houthis from the official U.S. government list of foreign terrorist organizations as one of his first acts in office in February 2021.

The formal declaration from the Houthis that they had begun a terror assault targeting Israel followed a report published in Bloomberg revealing that the Houthis had also started attacking Saudi Arabia directly again despite the ongoing truce, reportedly killing four Saudi soldiers.

Saudi Arabia is a Sunni Muslim state — a longtime rival of Houthi patrons Iran —and granted Hadi refuge when the Yemeni civil war began, making the country a prime target for Houthi terrorism. Prior to the current alleged truce, the Houthis repeatedly used drones and missiles to bomb Saudi targets across the border, preferring to attack oil facilities in an attempt to limit Saudi oil profits. In early 2022, Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia were so numerous that Riyadh warned the world it could not guarantee a steady supply of oil if the bombings continued. China Wipes Israel From Digital Map

Chinese companies Baidu and Alibaba removed the name of the state of Israel from their digital maps Tuesday, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported.

Although Baidu’s map demarcates the internationally recognized borders of Israel, including key cities and the Palestinian territories, Israel is not listed by name, the outlet reported. Alibaba’s map identifies less recognizable countries like Luxembourg while excluding a label for Israel.

While social media users recently noticed the absence of Israel on Chinese maps, it is unknown whether this is a new development, according to the outlet. However, China has been diplomatically ambiguous in the region amid Hamas’ Oct. 7 attacks against Israel. . .

China’s foreign ministry responded to a question from a Reuters reporter during a press conference Tuesday inquiring whether they played a part in removing the label of Israel from the companies’ maps.

“I believe you are aware that China and Israel have a normal diplomatic relationship,” ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said. “The relevant country is clearly marked on the standard maps issued by the Chinese competent authorities, which you may refer to,” Wenbin said.
