UPDATE: Gay Singer Could Face 50 Years in Prison for Incest

By Daily Caller. Ricky Martin’s 21-year-old nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, accused the singer of domestic violence and incest in Puerto Rico, who could face up to 50 years behind bars, TMZ reported Friday.

It was previously reported that an unidentified victim made domestic violence and sexual assault allegations against Martin in early July, and Friday’s publication of Spanish news website Marca identified the accuser as being Martin’s nephew, according to TMZ. Sanchez has already obtained a temporary restraining order against Martin, who faces harsher penalties if convicted of incest and sex crimes under Puerto Rican law, according to TMZ.

“All I want is for you to forget all your issues tonight,” he [told concert-goers in Los Angeles]. “Just focus on love and light and let’s just have a good time.”

On Thursday, during a hearing in Puerto Rico, a judge ruled against extending a temporary order of protection against the singer after the case was withdrawn. Martin appeared remotely, as he resides in Los Angeles.

NBC News confirmed that the person who filed for the restraining order was the son of Martin’s half sister. The nephew also alleged that he and Martin had had a sexual and romantic relationship that lasted for seven months, according to a court document obtained by Telemundo and shared with NBC News. Trans “Woman” Impregnated 2 Inmates in Women’s Prison Moved to Male Facility

An incarcerated transgender [“woman”] has been accused of impregnating two fellow inmates at a New Jersey women’s prison. The incident prompted officials to move Demi Minor, 27, from the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women to the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility last month. The latter is a prison for young adults in Burlington County.

Dan Sperrazza, a Department of Corrections spokesman, told NJ.com that the DOC moved Minor to the vulnerable unit at the facility where [he] is the only [“woman”] prisoner at present. Minor’s move comes months after it was revealed [he] had impregnated two fellow inmates after engaging in “consensual sexual relationships with another incarcerated person.”

New Jersey enacted a policy in 2021 that allows prisoners to be housed according to their preferred gender identity. The policy was part of a settlement from a civil rights suit that a woman forced to live in men’s prisons for 18 months had brought. Trans Swimmer Lia Thomas Nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year Award

University of Pennsylvania transgender swimmer Lia Thomas has been nominated for the NCAA’s Woman of the Year Award.

Thomas is one of 577 athletes nominated for the award, according to a release from the NCAA.

“Established in 1991, the award recognizes female student-athletes who have exhausted their eligibility and distinguished themselves in their community, in athletics and in academics throughout their college careers,” the release read.

“As 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of Title IX, the NCAA Woman of the Year program is an important opportunity to honor and reflect on the impact of women on intercollegiate sports.” . . .

A Servicewoman Questions How She Can ‘Defend Constitution’ With Roe Overturned

A servicewoman took to TikTok after Roe v. Wade was overturned to vent her anger over the decision.

“How am I supposed to swear to support and defend the Constitution and a country that treats its women like second-class citizens?” @rahasenfratz said in a 3-minute video.

The TikTok user, identified by the New York Post as an Army medic, went on to say that the Supreme Court’s decision to overrule Roe in the case known as Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization will “ruin” the careers of some female service members.

Michael Knowles, political commentator for The Daily Wire, shared the video on Twitter and asked: “Has the girl who publicly questioned her loyalty to America after Dobbs been fired from the military yet?”

Story of 10-Year-Old Rape Victim Seeking Abortion Takes Another Turn

There’s a new development in the story Joe Biden repeated from the White House last week of a ten-year-old Ohio girl who sought an abortion after being raped, subsequently being referred to a doctor in Indiana allegedly because Ohio’s pro-life law restricted her options.

Reporting from The Columbus Dispatch appears to confirm the story repeated by Biden, but brings an inconvenient truth for Democrats who have spent weeks using the despicable crime to attack pro-life Americans. As it turns out, Democrats and the mainstream media have been repeatedly citing a situation in which a 27-year-old man who is ‘believed to be undocumented,’ according to The Dispatch, repeatedly raped a ten-year-old girl.

After the White House was unable to offer corroboration for the story Biden repeated and Ohio’s Attorney General said he hadn’t heard “a whisper” about any matching reports or filings, The Columbus Dispatch said Wednesday that an arrest had been made on Tuesday and charges were filed against a 27-year-old man who confessed to the crime. . .

So, the horrific story that has been used nationally as a bludgeon against pro-life Americans as supposed proof that overturning Roe and returning decisions on abortion to the American people and their elected representatives was a preventable crime that could have been stopped if the suspect had been unable to illegally enter and/or remain inside the United States. Trans Woman Returns to Life as Man and Takes Aim at the ‘Activist’ Doctor Who Turned His Life Upside Down

After living nearly a decade of his life as a transgender woman named Brianna, Brian Wagoner ultimately came to realize his transition had been a mistake. In February, the 31-year-old made the decision to detransition back to his biological gender and live once again as a man.

“It was basically like medical professionals cheering on a girl with bulimia for puking up her lunch when her ribs are already poking out,” he said of the estrogen treatment he was put on for years. “There’s a lot of money to be made by doctors here. They see the dollar signs, and in the end, money talks.”

Wagoner reached out to The Post after reading an article in June that profiled two young women who regretted transitioning to men in their teens. One of those detransitioners, Chloe Cole, who had a double mastectomy, is now campaigning for a Florida rule that will block Medicaid funds from paying for medical interventions in cases like hers. . .

As a closeted teen, Wagoner began dabbling in drugs, and by the time he transferred from a junior college to the University of La Verne in California to study sociology at age 20, he said, he was regularly using marijuana, ecstasy, Adderall and cocaine that he got from friends and dealers at his school. He said he began experiencing withdrawal, was staying up for days on end, and even contemplated suicide. . .

Desperate for a lifeline, in early 2012, he started searching for information about the transgender movement on YouTube and found a clinical social worker based in Los Angeles who made videos about trans people. He made an appointment to see her. During their first in-person session, he said, she immediately told him he could be transgender. Woke Church of England Refuses to Define the Word ‘Woman’

The Church of England refused to offer up a definition of a woman, arguing that recent developments required “additional care” when attempting to define the word.

“There is no official definition, which reflects the fact that until fairly recently definitions of this kind were thought to be self-evident, as reflected in the marriage liturgy,” Senior Bishop Rt Rev Robert Innes said when asked to define the word, according to reporting from GB News.

Innes’ remarks came in response to a question posed by lay member Adam Kendry during the General Synod, who asked: “What is the Church of England’s definition of a woman?”

The Bishop argued that the definition of a woman used to be “self-evident” but no longer had a simple answer.

‘I Lost My Job for Saying Males Aren’t Women. So I Sued My Employer’

On July 6, I won a claim I had first brought to a U.K. employment tribunal three years ago; that I was unfairly discriminated against by my employer, and subsequently denied employment, because of my personal views about sex and gender. . .

In July that year, the U.K. government published a public consultation on the the Gender Recognition Act 2004 (GRA) seeking opinion on updating the law to allow anyone to change their recorded sex through a simple process of self-declaration.

So, I tweeted about the issue, including saying that “men cannot change into women.” I wasn’t intending to be impolite to people with who identify as transgender: I respect people’s freedom, but when it comes to areas such as sports, prisons, women’s refuges, showers, toilets and dormitories, my view is that sex matters and government policies should reflect this. . .

I did not imagine the reaction my tweets would set off at CGD’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. I was asked to put an “all views my own” disclaimer on my twitter profile, which I did. But a whispering campaign started, with some staff lobbying for my removal. The organization commissioned reports about me and by March 2019 I was out of work; my position as a visiting fellow was not renewed and I was not offered a permanent position of employment. This Dem State Senator Says She Focuses on ‘Real Issues’—Like Twerking

Democratic Rhode Island state senator Tiara Mack on Thursday posted a series of flyers saying she will “twerk for trans rights,” among other reasons.

Mack was responding to a video posted on Monday by influential Twitter account “Libs of TikTok” that shows the state senator “twerking”—dancing in a provocative manner that involves shaking her butt and thrusting her hips. Mack in response blasted “the media” for “trying not to cover the real issues.”

“Not on MY watch,” she wrote. “I #TwerkFor joy, abortion justice, body autonomy, trans rights, and intersex rights.” She then posted the flyers.

While Mack will likely win reelection in her heavily Democratic state Senate district, Democrats face a surprisingly tough race in one of the deep-blue state’s congressional districts. Republican Allan Fung is polling ahead of all potential Democratic nominees in Rhode Island’s Second Congressional District, a seat the GOP has not held for 30 years.
