Biden’s SCOTUS Nominee Sentenced Child Porn Offenders to Nearly 60% Less Time than National Average

President Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson sentenced those in possession of child pornography to nearly 60 percent less time than the national average, according to documents from Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) reviewed by Breitbart News.

Furthermore, cases of child porn distribution in which Jackson was the presiding judge were sentenced 47 percent less than the national average. Jackson also sentenced the production of child porn 35 percent less than the national average.

In fact, in every single child pornography case she heard, Jackson sentenced the defendant below the sentencing guidelines, according to documents reviewed by Breitbart News. Similarly, in every single child pornography case, Jackson sentenced the defendant at or below the recommendation from the prosecutor. In all but one child pornography case, Jackson sentenced the defendant below or at the probation office’s recommendation.

Jackson has also been verbally sympathetic to those she has sentenced in recent years.

“[You’re] obviously aware of my policy disagreement. I just think it’s very, very hard to deal with number of images as a significant aggravator…” she said in relation to the 2019 case, United States v. Cane. Joe Rogan Threatens to Quit His $200 Million Spotify Deal

Joe Rogan is giving Spotify an ultimatum — again.

The hugely popular, and hugely controversial, podcast host is threatening to quit the music streaming giant, leaving their $200 million deal on the table.

During a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Podcast,” the former mixed martial arts commentator got into a conversation with MMA fighter Josh Barnett about the cutthroat podcast industry ring.

“I will quit. If it gets to a point that I can’t do it anymore, where I have to do it in some sort of weird way where I walk on eggshells and mind my p’s and q’s, f–k that!” Rogan said.

Referring to recent headlines spawned by his problematic banter — from using the N-word to spreading COVID-19 misinformation — Rogan, 54, described his fear of being picked apart by the public for “every little thing.” (Read more from “Joe Rogan Threatens to Quit His $200 Million Spotify Deal” HERE)

Madison Cawthorn Allegedly Walks Back Lawmaker ‘Orgy’ Claims

Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) allegedly admitted to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) during a meeting on Wednesday that his claims that senior lawmakers have used cocaine in front of him and that they have invited him to their homes for orgies are not true.

“Then all of a sudden you get invited. ‘We’re going to have a sexual get-together at one of our homes, you should come.’ ‘What did you just ask me to come to?’ And then you realize they’re asking you to come to an orgy,” Cawthorn claimed without any evidence during a podcast last week. “You watch them do a bump of cocaine right in front of you. And it’s like, this is wild.”

Cawthorn’s unsubstantiated claims set off a firestorm among House Republicans this week, which resulted in McCarthy having a meeting with Cawthorn.

Axios reported on the meeting:

McCarthy said Cawthorn conceded some of his remarks were untrue and “exaggerated.”

Judge on Military Vaccine Mandate: ‘Hard to Imagine a More Consistent Display of Discrimination’

On Monday, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas expanded that lawsuit – as well as the preliminary injunction the court issued in January – to now prevent punishment of any Navy personnel who (1) have religious objections to the DoD’s vaccine mandate and (2) have requested a religious accommodation from the mandate.

In his decision, Judge Reed O’Connor stated:

“Here, the potential class members have suffered the ‘same injury,’ arising from violations of their constitutional rights. Each has submitted a religious accommodation request, and each has had his request denied, delayed, or dismissed on appeal. Exactly zero requests have been granted. And while Defendants encourage this Court to disregard the data, it is hard to imagine a more consistent display of discrimination. As previously explained in this Court’s preliminary injunction order, Plaintiffs have suffered the serious injury of infringement of their religious liberty rights under RFRA and the First Amendment.”

The original injunction was issued in favor of dozens of elite Navy SEALs. Mike Berry of First Liberty Institute explains that from the get-go, his legal group hoped to support more than the roughly three dozen elite Navy personnel in the original lawsuit – and specifically asked O’Connor to allow that. Twitter Locked My Account for Telling the Truth About ‘Woman of the Year’ Rachel Levine

Over the weekend, Twitter locked me out of my account for stating the obvious fact that Rachel Levine, the U.S. assistant secretary for health, is a man. The corporate press, Big Tech, and even the U.S. government all refer to Levine, 64, as a “trans woman.” But this only means he dresses and presents himself as a woman, and asks the rest of the world to indulge him in what amounts to at best a flight of fancy, and at worst a dangerous delusion. And for the most part, the world obliges.

But there is no way around the stubborn fact of Levine’s manhood. He lived the first 54 years of his life as a man, fathered two children with his wife of 25 years, and only decided to “transition” about ten years ago. Twitter has told me it will unlock my account if I delete my offending tweet, but I’m not going to. Rachel Levine is a man, he will always be a man, and I refuse to pretend he’s not.

I’m not the first commentator to get locked out of Twitter for pointing this out. Indeed, my offending tweet was merely linking to a column I wrote last week detailing how Twitter had locked out The Babylon Bee, its Editor in Chief Kyle Mann, its founder Adam Ford, and Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA, all of whom ran afoul of Twitter’s terms of service for saying Levine is a man. (Actually, Mann got locked out for joking, in response to the Bee’s account getting locked, “Maybe they’ll let us back into our @TheBabylonBee Twitter account if we throw a few thousand Uighurs in a concentration camp.” But you get the point.)

In Twitter-world, saying Levine is a man amounts to “hateful conduct.” As you can well imagine, Twitter’s hateful conduct policy is rather capacious. It isn’t limited to prohibitions on obvious things like violent threats or harassment, or calling for harm to specific groups of people. It also includes, “targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals.” (Read more from “Twitter Locked My Account for Telling the Truth About ‘Woman of the Year’ Rachel Levine” HERE)

Does Trump Even Want to Be House Speaker? We Finally Have His Answer

One strategy that would return President Donald Trump to leadership in Washington, D.C., has been closed down – by President Donald Trump.

In an interview this week he said he has little interest in becoming the speaker of the House of Representatives, which easily could be accomplished with the expected return by the GOP to the majority in the body.

“No, I think it’s not something I want to do. A lot of people bring it up. It’s brought up all the time. No, it’s not something I want to do. I want to look at what’s happening, and then we’re going to be doing something else. No, it’s not something I would be interested in,” he said in an interview with Just the News founder John Solomon and Real America’s Voice correspondent Amanda Head.

The Washington Examiner explained the “political gambit has been proposed over the past year as a means by which Trump could lead an impeachment effort against President Joe Biden.”

The Constitution requires that the speaker of the House be elected by the House, but it does not require the speaker to be a member of the House. (Read more from “Does Trump Even Want to Be House Speaker? We Finally Have His Answer” HERE)

Are Biden and Harris ‘Incompetent’? See How Many Americans Think So

. . .[A] new poll from McLaughlin & Associates reveals that six of 10 Americans think either Biden or Harris – or both – are “incompetent.”

The pollster explained in an analysis at Newsmax, “This means six in 10 voters view either our president, the vice president or both as incompetent. This is a very disturbing result at a time when inflation is rampant and war is threatening the world.”

Further, the polling shows that Americans are backing a brain test for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, an octogenarian, too.

Paul Bedard in his Washington Secrets column noted it was a “growing sign of voter concern about the cognitive abilities of the nation’s elderly leadership.” . . .

On the question of competency, 15% say Biden is more incompetent, 11% say Harris is more incompetent, and 33% say both. A minority of 35% said neither was incompetent. (Read more from “Are Biden and Harris ‘Incompetent’? See How Many Americans Think So” HERE)

Here’s How Much ‘Bidenflation’ Is Really Taking Out of Your Bank Account

Our era is known for deluging consumers in more information than they can thoughtfully intake, and the Biden White House is counting on you to glance past the record-breaking bad inflation numbers that keep revealing the dangers of Congress’s high-dollar spending. You might give only a cursory look to a list of percentages from the Labor Department, but apply those numbers to your own paycheck, savings, and expenses, and the numbers start to sound a lot bigger and more painful.

The average annual wage earned by American workers was $53,383 for the year 2020, according to the Social Security Administration. Take 7.9 percent of that — the year-over-year inflation rate for February — and you have $4,217. So, for that average American salary to maintain the same value it had a year ago, it would have to increase by just over $4,200; if it hasn’t, inflation has cost you roughly $4,200 in depreciation of your salary’s value.

To compare, the average annual pay raise employees are expected to receive in 2022 is 3.4 percent — less than half of the past year’s inflation rate. Using the previous average wage, even if you got a 3.4 percent raise (adding $1,815 to your yearly income), you’d still be down more than $2,400. And that’s with an average raise that’s already higher than pay bumps in previous years; in 2021, the average employer gave out 2.8 percent raises.

Not only does inflation mean you’re effectively getting paid less, it also means that in many sectors, you have to spend even more of those dollars to purchase the same amount and quality of goods. Some goods, like the cost of food, have a comparable rate of inflation to the overall rate of 7.9 percent, but other commodities have jumped far more drastically. Oil Industry Report Warns of Massive Job Losses From Biden’s Anti-Drilling Agenda

The Biden administration’s failure to pursue a plan for offshore oil and gas leasing will have long-term impacts on American jobs, gross domestic product (GDP) and energy security, an industry report found.

American oil production would decline by roughly 500,000 barrels per day and at least 57,000 energy industry jobs would be lost if the administration declined to issue a five-year leasing plan by July, according to a report published Tuesday by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA). U.S. GDP would decline $5 billion per year under the projection, the study further showed.

“If this delay persists, the impacts will likely continue to grow, reducing longterm oil and natural gas development and production in the region and the economic activity and government revenues that activity supports,” the report stated.

The Department of the Interior (DOI) is required, under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act of 1953, to formulate and publish five-year plans detailing prospective offshore oil and gas lease sales. Without a plan in place, the federal government would be unable to hold any offshore lease sales.

But the Biden administration hasn’t moved forward on a new plan even as the current one is set to expire in June, according to a recent Congressional Research Service report. (Read more from “Oil Industry Report Warns of Massive Job Losses From Biden’s Anti-Drilling Agenda” HERE)

1.1 Million More Illegal Aliens in US Since Biden Took Office

The population of illegal immigrants in the United States has jumped by 1.1 million in President Joe Biden’s first year, says a report released Tuesday by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS).

CIS said in an announcement distributed to the press that the data from the Department of Homeland Security is from 2018, so it used the federal government’s “household survey” to get more current information about the number of illegal aliens inside the country.

Data from the survey showed the illegal alien population was 11.4 million in January of 2022. The center’s preliminary population estimate for February 2022 is 11.5 million.

“The number of illegal immigrants grew dramatically this past year as the result of Biden administration policies which released most of the people encountered at the border and stopped most interior enforcement,” Steven Camarota, the Center’s director of research and the report’s lead author, said.
