Country music superstar Charlie Daniels is comparing today’s political power structure in Washington to the Pharisees of biblical times . . .

In fact, he’s warning that average “rank-and-file” Americans soon will be facing “dangerous precedents” because of the establishment war against the president . . .

“All of a sudden, as unexpectedly as a July snow, a brash outsider, who minces no words, takes no prisoners and calls ’em like he sees ’em, status be damned, is elected to the highest office in the free world, releasing a swarm of flies into their ointment, disrespecting their traditions, and calling not only theirs, but the media’s bluff, without fear of retaliation,” he wrote.

“Whether you hate Trump or love him, if you will be truthful and look behind the curtain and the impotent protestations of ambitious whiners like Adam Schiff, who is like a cloud which continuously promises but never delivers rain, you’ll find that the old guard and the globalists consider this man to be public enemy number one and will stop at nothing to deemphasize or destroy his presidency, the wellbeing of the United States of America be damned.”

Fair? Now Everyone Makes Cheer Squad… Because of a Single Complaint

By WND. A cheer squad in East Hanover, New Jersey, is about to get very crowded because one mother complained that her teenage daughter didn’t make the cut.

So now everyone who has an interest in cheerleading will make the team, say coaches at Hanover Park High School.

“All my hard work has been thrown out the window,” complained cheerleader Stephanie Krueger, according to the New York Post. “I tried my hardest. Now everything is going away because of one child who did not make the team, and their parent complained.”

There will be no more tryouts or cuts. The high-school athletic director said the mother’s complaint is the reason for the policy change.

Everyone Makes School’s Cheer Squad After Parent Complains

By NY Post. A New Jersey mom went to her daughter’s school and complained about her not making the cheerleading squad — so now everyone gets to make the team. . .

Krueger and several other cheerleaders voiced their anger last Wednesday during a board meeting, according to News 12 New Jersey.

“I came up here to state that I did not put in 18 months of work to lead up to this moment, just to be told it didn’t matter anymore,” said sophomore Jada Alcontara.

In response to the outrage, the school board released a statement saying: “In order to facilitate a more inclusive program, the alignment between the various cheerleading squads would be modified to allow all interested students to be able to participate. BOO HOO: Obama Responds to Trump Killing His Iran Deal

On Tuesday, former president Barack Obama, eschewing the time-honored practice of refraining from criticizing his successor (as exemplified by George W. Bush), hastily issued a statement condemning President Trump for quitting the very Iran nuclear deal (JCPOA) that Obama and his administration lied about in order to sell to the American public.

Obama hilariously claimed, “The reality is clear. The JCPOA is working – that is a view shared by our European allies, independent experts, and the current U.S. Secretary of Defense. The JCPOA is in America’s interest – it has significantly rolled back Iran’s nuclear program.”

Obama added that some of the countries of Europe have signed on to the deal in the belief that the Iranians (who have proven to be liars) can be trusted: “Walking away from the JCPOA turns our back on America’s closest allies, and an agreement that our country’s leading diplomats, scientists, and intelligence professionals negotiated.”

He didn’t mention that even Saudi Arabia and the UAE approved of Trump’s decision, not to mention Israel.

U.S. Budget Just Made History

By Daily Wire. In April, the federal government took in a record sum of $515 billion in taxes, according to a newly released Congressional Budget Office report. During that time, we spent $297 billion. Yes, you read that correctly: We actually took in more than we spent — a lot more. That $218 billion surplus is, in fact, a new record, beating the previous record set back in 2001 ($190 billion) by $28 billion.

As The Washington Times points out, the amount of the surplus surprised CBO analysts, who were predicting about $40 billion less, though some of that has to do with a shift in timing of payments. In its report, the CBO suggests that the unexpectedly high tax revenues was a result of “stronger-than-expected” economic growth last year and in early 2018.

“Those payments were mostly related to economic activity in 2017 and may reflect stronger-than-expected income growth in that year,” reads the summary. “Part of the strength in receipts also may reflect larger-than-anticipated payments for economic activity in 2018. The reasons for the added revenues will be better understood as more detailed information becomes available later this year.”

While the news for April is good, a surplus in April is common and some of the record-setting numbers have to do with “shifts in the timing of certain payments that otherwise would have been due on a weekend,” the CBO notes. April Was Best Month in History for U.S. Budget, According to CBO Figures

By Washington Post. The federal government took in a record tax haul in April en route to its biggest-ever monthly budget surplus, the Congressional Budget Office said, as a surging economy left Americans with more money in their paychecks — and this more to pay to Uncle Sam.

All told the government collected $515 billion and spent $297 billion, for a total monthly surplus of $218 billion. That swamped the previous monthly record of $190 billion, set in 2001.

CBO analysts were surprised by the surplus, which was some $40 billion more than they’d guessed at less than a month ago.

Analysts said they’ll have a better idea of what’s behind the surge as more information rolls in, but for now said it looks like individual taxpayers are paying more because they have higher incomes . . .

‘Cocaine Mitch’ Trolls Don Blankenship After Loss in Very Questionable Tweet

On Tuesday, the official Twitter account of Mitch McConnell for Senate trolled Don Blankenship after he labeled McConnell ‘Cocaine Mitch’ and then got blown out in West Virginia’s GOP Senate nomination race.

The nickname, started by Blankenship last week, was featured in an ad that said: “One of my goals as US senator will be to ditch Cocaine Mitch.”

After Blankenship was blown out by double-digits, Team Mitch tweeted a photoshopped image of McConnell in a picture from Netflix’s “Narcos,” a show about Latin American drug cartels, that said: “Thanks for playing, Don Blankenship‌.”

Charged: Clinton-Linked Nxivm Cult’s Doctor Forced Women to Watch Murders, Rapes in Horrendously Sick Experiments

By The New York Post. A doctor described as the resident physician to the twisted upstate sex cult Nxivm has been charged by a state oversight board with illegally conducting human experiments.

The action comes eight months after the state Health Department refused to act on a complaint from a former cult member who alleged that Dr. Brandon Porter, 44, forced her to watch disturbing rape and dismemberment videos for a “fright study” he was conducting.

Jennifer Kobelt, the former member of the notorious cult whose leaders are accused of brainwashing and blackmailing women into becoming sex slaves, said in her August 2017 complaint that Porter may have performed his “fright study” on as many as 100 people.

“He continued to film my reaction for at least 10 minutes as I just sat there, dry heaving like I was going to puke and crying very hard,” Kobelt, a Canadian actress, said in the complaint to the Health Department, adding that Porter began showing her the violent images without warning. Nxivm Doctor Accused of Conducting Illegal Human Experiments in ‘Fright Study’

By Newsweek. . .The New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct said in a letter to Kobelt in September 2017 that they were not going to investigate Porter because “the issues you have described are not medical misconduct,” the New York Post reported.

The board is now accusing Porter of moral unfitness, gross negligence and gross incompetence, according to the Post. The doctor is also accused of “human subjects an actual video of the horrific and brutal murders and dismemberment of four women by machetes; and violent film clips, including a male African American being viciously stomped by a Nazi; a conscious male being forced to eat a portion of his own brain matter; and a graphic gang rape,” according to a report cited by the Post.

Porter has been also charged with not informing health officials about attendees falling ill with flu-like symptoms at an NXIVM event, the Post reported.

The internist doctor from Albany, New York, got his New York medical license in 2009 from the University of Iowa, according to public records. Disturbing Message About Hillary’s Server Found in FBI Office Storing It

By Conservative Tribune. . .During the 2016 presidential campaign, it was the slow drip of revelations from WikiLeaks that helped doom the Clinton candidacy by exposing its rigging of the Democrat primary process and publicizing the machinations of Clinton campaign manager John Podesta.

Now, WikiLeaks is publicizing revelations about the FBI “investigation” of Clinton’s private email server when she was secretary of state that should be setting off alarm bells all over the country.

Buried in FBI files released under Freedom of Information Act requests is a nugget WikiLeaks posted on Twitter Saturday that makes the entire FBI Clinton probe more than a little suspect . . .

Essentially, the FBI confiscated the server that housed Clinton’s email operation from Platte River Networks in Denver on Aug. 12, 2015, and took it to the FBI’s Operational Technology Division for storage as item “1B3.”

When an FBI special agent (“SA [blank]” in the file) went to pick up the server on Oct. 20 — more than two months later — he was greeted with the disturbing message that the chain of custody for what could well be the single most important piece of evidence in the investigation had gone missing. Hillary Clinton Goes After ‘Reality TV’ Trump in New Zealand Speech

By Fox News. Hillary Clinton slammed President Trump as a “reality TV” candidate and again claimed sexism contributed to her defeat in the 2016 election while on a speaking tour in Auckland, New Zealand on Monday.

Clinton, who is promoting her book “What Happened,” took multiple jabs at Trump throughout her speech and during interviews with New Zealand media, although she didn’t mention him by name much, the New Zealand Herald reported. In particular, she called him “a creep” for standing close behind her during a town hall-style debate, a moment during the campaign she’s often brought up since the election.

The 2016 Democratic presidential nominee described her presidential election loss as a “perfect storm” involving former FBI Director James Comey, the media who covered her email scandal, Russian interference and division within the country.

“The forces at work in the 2016 election in the United States are still with us and not only in my country but around the world,” Clinton said. “It was a perfect storm: deep currents of anger and resentment flowing through our culture. Our political press that told voters my emails were the most important story. The unprecedented intervention in our election by the FBI director. The information warfare waged from within the Kremlin.”

Nunes Calls for ‘Arrest’ of John Kerry

After news broke of John Kerry’s spokesperson admitting that the former Secretary of State violated the Logan Act, Congressman Devin Nunes took to Twitter to express his feelings on the unveiling situation:

John Kerry is in the hot seat after new reports revealed that former President Obama’s Secretary of State was actively working with his Iranian counterparts to keep the Iran Nuclear Deal in place.

The Boston Globe reported Friday that Kerry has been secretly meeting with politicians and diplomats around the world in an attempt to salvage the future of the Iran nuclear deal and undermine the current administration.

According to The Globe, Kerry met with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif multiple times over the last few months. He also met with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, French President Emmanuel Macron and multiple members of Congress here in the United States.

Enraged Federal Judge Ellis Could Be a Bigger Nightmare for Mueller Than He Thinks

Federal Judge T.S. Ellis III, a Reagan appointee, could be the ultimate nightmare for Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who may lose his legal case against Paul Manafort, according to an extraordinary May 4 exchange in the U.S. District Court for Eastern Virginia.

A dismissal could be a major wrecking ball to Mueller’s overall case in his Russian collusion case against President Donald Trump.

Amid Friday’s legal event, Ellis was best known for invoking an NFL term to dismiss Mueller’s legal posture, saying “C’mon man!” as he challenged the special counsel’s attempt to drag an unrelated bank fraud case back in 2005 to indict Manafort. Those charges are well beyond Mueller’s original mandate to investigate alleged collusion with Russia in 2016 and had to be dismissed, the judge said, according to the hearing transcript.

“If I look at the indictment, none of that information has anything to do with links or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of Donald Trump,” he lectured Michael Dreebeen, Mueller’s lawyer in the court room. “So I don’t see what relation this indictment has with anything the special prosecutor is authorized to investigate.”

The federal judge also was enraged that Mueller redacted 75 percent of an August 2017 order from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, which further outlined the special counsel’s mandate, according to the transcript. Ellis has handled numerous espionage cases and enjoys among the highest level government clearances, the judge reminded the government’s lawyer. Bombshell: Parkland Shooter Was Assigned to Obama-Era Program, Superintendent Lied, Report Suggests

Broward school district officials admitted Sunday that the confessed Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School gunman was assigned to a controversial disciplinary program, after the superintendent repeatedly claimed Nikolas Cruz had “no connection” to the alternative punishment designed to limit on-campus arrests.

Two sources with knowledge of Cruz’s discipline records told WLRN he was referred to the so-called PROMISE Program for a three-day stint after committing vandalism at Westglades Middle School in 2013.

When asked for a response, a spokeswoman for Superintendent Robert Runcie stated on Friday that district administrators were aggressively analyzing Cruz’s records. Then Tracy Clark said on Sunday afternoon the district had “confirmed” Cruz’s referral to PROMISE after he vandalized a bathroom at the middle school on Nov. 25, 2013.

However, it’s unclear if Cruz ever attended the program.

Clark said he appeared at Pine Ridge Education Center in Fort Lauderdale — an alternative school facility where PROMISE is housed — for an intake interview the day after the vandalism incident. Parkland Shooter Assigned to Obama-Era Program

By The Daily Wire. . .Superintendent Robert W. Runcie implemented the PROMISE Program in Broward County Public Schools in 2013 at the behest of the Obama administration’s efforts to reduce the number of minority students who ended up in prison from crimes that they committed on campus.

The Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro analyzed a report from Real Clear Investigations and wrote that Broward County Public Schools “had rewritten its disciplinary policies to make it nearly impossible to suspend, expel, or arrest students for behavioral problems including criminal activity.”

School district spokesperson Tracy Clark told WLRN on Friday that administrators in the district were analyzing the shooter’s records and on Sunday they confirmed that he had been referred to PROMISE after he vandalized a bathroom at the middle school shortly after the program was put in place in 2013.
