Department of Justice Violates Epstein Files Law By Failing to Inform Congress of Reasons Behind Redactions

A source familiar with the release of the Epstein files confirms that the United States Congress has yet to receive a required explanation from the United States Department of Justice regarding redactions made to the Epstein file productions.

This omission represents yet another apparent violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a statute enacted to ensure public accountability, congressional oversight, and transparency surrounding one of the most consequential criminal investigations in recent history.

Under the law, the Department of Justice was required to formally explain and justify any redactions made to the released Epstein-related materials. That deadline was January 3, a statutory date clearly outlined prescribed by the Act. As of now, no such explanation has been delivered to Congress.

The failure to meet a clear legal requirement—particularly one designed to prevent secrecy—raises serious questions about compliance, intent, and accountability within the Justice Department.

This lapse does not exist in isolation. It comes amid broader concerns about executive overreach and what critics describe as unconstitutional actions by the President. Regardless of those developments, the law remains the law—and compliance is not optional. Lingerie-Wearing Florida Man Allegedly Hid Gun Under Prosthetic Breasts, Sheriff Says

A Florida man wearing red lingerie allegedly concealed a loaded handgun beneath prosthetic silicone breasts while trespassing at a Polk County construction site, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies arrested Matthew Zaccarino, 39, of Altamonte Springs in the early morning hours of Dec. 14 after finding him on private property posted with no trespassing signs, according to the arrest affidavit obtained by Blaze News.

A deputy approached and found Zaccarino allegedly standing beside his vehicle’s open passenger door while putting on women’s clothing.

Zaccarino told the deputy he was heading to a costume party but could not provide a location or name anyone attending, the affidavit stated. He then allegedly refused commands to stop moving, removed his bra and prosthetics, and reached into the vehicle.

The deputy handcuffed him and allegedly discovered a loaded 9mm pistol on the floorboard beneath the discarded items.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd described the scene during his Monday briefing. (Read more from “Lingerie-Wearing Florida Man Allegedly Hid Gun Under Prosthetic Breasts, Sheriff Says” HERE)

Northern US To Experience Snow, Ice As Back-To-Back Storms Forecast To Move Through Region

A clipper system is set to sweep through New England early this week, delivering another dose of snow to northern regions of the United States already burdened by a snowy winter so far.

According to the FOX Forecast Center, light snow is anticipated throughout the Northeast, including areas such as upstate New York, Vermont and New Hampshire prior to shifting into Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

This latest snowfall arrives as the Northeast continues to grapple with an abundance of winter weather this season. Notably, regions right outside New York City, including Mamaroneck, New York, have already seen light snow.

Buffalo, New York picked up around five inches of snow Sunday, coinciding with the Bills’ final regular-season game at Highmark Stadium before the venue’s closure.

Isolated snow showers may pop up Monday across New York City and Long Island, though no major disruptions are anticipated. (Read more from “Northern US To Experience Snow, Ice As Back-To-Back Storms Forecast To Move Through Region” HERE)

Alleged JD Vance Home Vandal Is Son of Wealthy Doctor, Dem Donor — Who Recently Changed Name to Julia

The deranged hammer-wielding alleged vandal accused of busting several windows at Vice President JD Vance’s home in Cincinnati is allegedly the son of a prominent millionaire family — and appears to have been going by “Julia” in recent weeks.

William DeFoor, 26, was arrested early Monday after allegedly shattering four windows at Vance’s home. Police said that DeFoor was attempting to break into the home around midnight.

The Vances, who moved into the vice president’s official residence in Washington, DC, after the inauguration, were not in Ohio at the time.

It’s unclear whether DeFoor identifies as transgender or nonbinary, but he recently appeared to be posting under the name Julia DeFoor. Cops listed the suspect’s name as William, and his gender as male.

In his mugshot, DeFoor has an unkempt, matted mullet – and a dead-eyed stare.

DeFoor’s father, also named William, is a successful Harvard University graduate. (Read more from “Alleged JD Vance Home Vandal Is Son of Wealthy Doctor, Dem Donor — Who Recently Changed Name to Julia” HERE)

Trump Admin Moves To Strip Alleged Foreign War Criminal Of Citizenship

The Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a civil complaint Monday to revoke the citizenship of a man facing a war crimes arrest in Bosnia.

Sead Miljkovic allegedly gave false information to immigration authorities upon receiving his U.S. citizenship in 2007, according to a DOJ press release.

Miljkovic was a member of the security forces of the Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia (APZB) and was subject to an arrest warrant issued by Bosnian courts regarding alleged war crimes against civilians during the time he received his citizenship, according to the DOJ.

The DOJ alleges that Miljkovic, who also used the last name Dukic, hid his true identity by failing to disclose that he had used more than one name, listed more than one date and place of birth, more than one name of his father and more than one woman listed as his wife in multiple applications.

“This Administration will not permit aliens to come to this country and hide their past to acquire the precious gift of U.S. citizenship,” Assistant Attorney General Brett A. Shumate of the DOJ’s Civil Division said in a statement. “Decades might pass, but when we find you, we will take action.” (Read more from “Trump Admin Moves To Strip Alleged Foreign War Criminal Of Citizenship” HERE)

Two Major Hospitals Pull the Plug on ‘Gender-Affirming Care’ for Minors

On December 18, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. announced new and sweeping regulatory changes that would bring an end to “gender-affirming care” for minors. This includes a ban on puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures for those under 18 years of age.

The reforms mean that hospitals that continue to provide such “gender-affirming care” to children would be stripped of all federal funding as a condition of their participation in Medicare/Medicaid programs.

In his announcement, Kennedy said, “Doctors assume a solemn obligation to protect children. Yet doctors across the country now provide needless and irreversible sex-rejecting procedures that violate their sacred Hippocratic oath, endangering the very lives that they are sworn to safeguard.” . . .

According to 9News, both Children’s Hospital Colorado and Denver Health said they would no longer be writing or filling prescriptions for “gender-affirming care” for minors, including puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. Neither facility performed “gender-affirming surgeries” on minors.

In a statement, Children’s Hospital Colorado said, “Following the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) announcement of an investigation against Children’s Hospital Colorado (Children’s Colorado), the hospital must suspend all medical gender-affirming care for patients under 18 years old. At the same time, we await federal court rulings and assess the rapidly evolving legal landscape. This referral threatens Children’s Colorado’s Medicare and Medicaid funding, risking care for hundreds of thousands of children.” (Read more from “Two Major Hospitals Pull the Plug on ‘Gender-Affirming Care’ for Minors” HERE)

Trump Admin’s Top Secret Military Operation Plans Reportedly Leaked To Legacy Media Outlets

Despite an unidentified party leaking plans of the Trump administration’s top secret military operation targeting Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela to both The New York Times and the Washington Post, neither publication decided to expose it, Semafor reported Saturday night.

Two anonymous sources, described as familiar with the communication between the administration and media outlets, told Semafor that both outlets declined to break the news on the operation before it happened out of concern for U.S. troops involved. The military incursion, carried out early Saturday, resulted in the capture and ouster of socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro, whom a grand jury later indicted on four charges, including narco-terrorism conspiracy.

The identity of the leaker or leakers was not made public as of Sunday morning.

President Donald Trump gave his final approval to go ahead with the operation at 10:46 p.m. on Friday night, fewer than eight hours before he announced on Truth Social that Maduro had been captured and flown out of Venezuela. A string of photos posted to the president’s primary social media account Saturday afternoon show him alongside senior members of his administration in a situation room at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.

While a few U.S. soldiers were injured during the strikes, there were no American fatalities during the operation, according to Trump.

Eight Epstein survivors call for Trump to be impeached over handling of file release

By Independent UK. Eight Jeffrey Epstein survivors are calling for the impeachment of Donald Trump, as well as demanding an investigation into Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI boss Kash Patel, over the government’s handling of the Epstein files release.

Since the Epstein files were released on 19 December, survivors of the convicted pedophile have been critical of the heavy redactions of the documents.

One of the survivors, Haley Robson, has spoken out publicly in an exclusive interview to reporter Sabah Choudhry from Channel 5 News in the UK.

She called Trump’s actions “illegal” after some files were still withheld despite the December 19th deadline, demanding the full release of the documents.

Robson said: “It’s important we push for impeachment of President Trump after 20-plus years of trying to find a resolution with our abuser and enablers.” (Read more from “Eight Epstein survivors call for Trump to be impeached over handling of file release” HERE)

‘This Isn’t Over’: MAGA Congresswoman Sends Blistering Message to Trump

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) is firing back after President Donald Trump issued his first vetoes of his second term, including against a measure she sponsored.

Trump rejected a bipartisan bill on Tuesday that cleared the House and Senate to finish Colorado’s Arkansas Valley Conduit, a decades-long project aimed at delivering water to dozens of communities in the southeastern portion of the state. The bill would specifically lower payments that residents within the Arkansas River Valley are required to make for construction of the water pipeline.

“Enough is enough,” Trump wrote in his message to Congress. “My Administration is committed to preventing American taxpayers from funding expensive and unreliable policies. Ending the massive cost of taxpayer handouts and restoring fiscal sanity is vital to economic growth and the fiscal health of the Nation.”

Boebert criticized his decision in a lengthy statement shared on X.

“Nothing says ‘America First’ like denying clean drinking water to 50,000 people in Southeast Colorado, many of whom enthusiastically voted for him in all three elections,” Boebert wrote. “I must have missed the rally where he stood in Colorado and promised to personally derail critical water infrastructure projects. My bad, I thought the campaign was about lowering costs and cutting red tape.”
