LinkedIn Blames ‘Error’ After Removing Pro-ICE Post Over ‘Hateful Speech’

The professional networking company LinkedIn removed a conservative organization’s post that encouraged states to cooperate with federal immigration authorities on Wednesday, later saying it did so in “error.” The company initially claimed the post constituted “hateful speech.”

In its post from earlier this week, the State Freedom Caucus Network (SCFN) underscored the “essential” work the Department of Homeland Security is doing in removing the millions of illegal aliens the Biden administration allowed into the United States. The group further noted the importance of states working alongside ICE and Customs and Border Protection officials to remove such individuals — including unlawfully present criminals — from America’s streets.

“Every state must ensure collaboration with ICE and CBP to remove [these illegal aliens]. Our caucuses are on the frontlines leading their states to support [President Trump’s] mission to keep Americans safe!” the post read in part.

SCFN President Andy Roth told The Federalist that his group received a notice from LinkedIn on Wednesday morning, informing them that the post had been removed. The company claimed in its notice that the post constituted so-called “hateful speech,” and therefore violated LinkedIn’s “Professional Community Policies.”

“Our Trust and Safety team has removed [your post] from LinkedIn and only administrators of this page can access it,” the LinkedIn notice reads. “Repeatedly creating content that doesn’t comply with our policies could lead to your LinkedIn account being restricted or your page being restricted.” (Read more from “LinkedIn Blames ‘Error’ After Removing Pro-ICE Post Over ‘Hateful Speech’” HERE)

Former Besties? Epstein Files Dump Includes Melania Trump’s Email to Ghislaine Maxwell — as Journalists Dig Dirt on ‘Melania Boyfriend’

The Jeffrey Epstein file dump on Friday included an email exchange between Melania Trump and Ghislaine Maxwell, where the now-convict called the future first lady “sweet pea.”

The note about getting together in New York City was dated October 23, 2002 and was among the three million documents the Justice Department released on Friday as part of the Epstein investigation. . .

In the email, where she calls Maxwell “G,” Melania mentions the now infamous New York magazine profile of Epstein, in which Donald Trump famously said the billionaire pedophile liked women “on the younger side.”

“Dear GI How are you? Nice story about JE in NY mag. You look great on the picture,” she wrote. “I know you are very busy flying all over the world. How was Palm Beach? I cannot wait to go down. Give me a call when you are back in NY. Have a great time! Love, Melania”

Maxwell responded, calling Melania “sweet pea.”

“Sweet pea – thanks for your message. Actually plans changed again and I am now on my way back to NY. I leave again on Fri so I still do not think I have time to see you sadly. I will try and call though,” she wrote. (Read more from “Former Besties? ‘Unknown’ Epstein Victim Told DOJ of Accomplice ‘100x Worse Than Maxwell,’ Latest Files Dump Reveals; Epstein Claimed Bill Gates Caught STD From ‘Sex With Russian Girls,’ Slipped Melinda Antibiotics in Latest Files Released by DOJ

By New York Post. A woman calling herself an “unknown” victim of Jeffrey Epstein contacted the Justice Department in November 2021 to make allegations about a man she said was “100x worse” than Ghislaine Maxwell, newly released emails show.

Jean-Luc Brunel, a French modeling agent and longtime Epstein friend, “for 40 years traffic[ked] women internationally,” the tipster wrote, more than four months after Brunel was arrested in France for allegedly raping girls.

“He is 100x worse than Maxwell. Maxwell is bad and guilty but she is nothing compared to him. If you are interested in more information or stories about them/Maxwell please let me know,” the woman wrote. “I was a victim of them and MANY others they all knew.”

It’s unclear if the Justice Department contacted the woman, whose name was redacted in documents.

Brunel was found dead in his French jail cell in February 2022. Authorities said he hanged himself. (Read more from “‘Unknown’ Epstein Victim Told DOJ of Accomplice ‘100x Worse Than Maxwell,’ Latest Files Dump Reveals” HERE)

Epstein claimed Bill Gates caught STD from ‘sex with Russian girls,’ slipped Melinda antibiotics in latest files released by DOJ

By New York Post. Jeffrey Epstein claimed in July 2013 that Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, one of the world’s richest men, asked one of his advisers to provide him with medicine to treat sexually transmitted diseases — the consequences of “sex with Russian girls.”

The late convicted pedophile’s stunning allegations — which were rejected as “completely false” by a Gates’s spokesperson — were included in a tranche of 3.5 million pages of documents released by the Justice Department Friday. . .

“During the past few weeks I have been caught up in a severe marital dispute between Melinda and Bill,” Epstein wrote in Nikolic’s voice on July 18, 2013.

“… In my role as his right hand I had been asked on mulitple occassion [sic] and in hindsight, wrongly acquiesced into participating in things that have ranged from the morally inappropriate, to the ethically unsound and had been repeatedly asked to do other things that get near and potentially over the line into the illegal,” Epstein continued.

“… From helping Bill to get drugs, in order to deal with consequences of sex with russian girls, to facilictating [sic] his illicit trysts, with married women, to being asked to provide adderall [for] bridge [tournaments] . I feel I owe it to my friends and futre [sic] colleagues to admit a moral failure , to ask forgiveness and to move on with my life.” (Read m ore from “Epstein claimed Bill Gates caught STD from ‘sex with Russian girls,’ slipped Melinda antibiotics in latest files released by DOJ” HERE)

Senate Strikes Deal to Fund Government, Averting a Shutdown

The U.S. Senate struck a deal to fund the government on Thursday, averting a partial government shutdown as the mid-term elections loom large.

Senate Democrats and Republicans agreed to split the bill “funding the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) off from a ‘minibus’ package of five other major funding bills,” per The Hill.

The Senate will instead move a stopgap bill known as a continuing resolution (CR) that would fund DHS at current levels until Feb. 13.

The two sides had haggled over the length of the CR, with Democrats insisting on the two-week version that won out.

Republicans had sought a six-week CR.

Top Republicans will reportedly circulate the deal among its members to see if any amendments will be necessary. The five remaining bills covering the departments of Defense, Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, Health and Human Services, Labor and Education are “full-year measures, meaning that roughly 96 percent of the government will be funded for fiscal 2026.” (Read more from “Senate Strikes Deal to Fund Government, Averting a Shutdown” HERE)

Disgraced Former CNN Anchor Don Lemon Arrested for Church Riot

Don Lemon, a disgraced former CNN anchor, was arrested Thursday night in Los Angeles, according to news reports.

Lemon’s attorney Abbe Lowell said in a statement released Friday morning:

Don Lemon was taken into custody by federal agents last night in Los Angeles, where he was covering the Grammy award. Don has been a journalist for 30 years, and his constitutionally protected work in Minneapolis was no different than what he has always done. The First Amendment exists to protect journalists whose role it is to shine light on the truth and hold those in power accountable.

Instead of investigating the federal agents who killed two peaceful Minnesota protesters, the Trump Justice Department is devoting its time, attention and resources to this arrest, and that is the real indictment of wrongdoing in this case. This unprecedented attack on the First Amendment and transparent attempt to distract attention from the many crises facing this administration will not stand. Don will fight these charges vigorously and thoroughly in court.

Hopefully, Don will fight these charges until he’s bankrupt. He spent the night in police custody and is expected to make a court appearance Friday morning. (Read more from “Disgraced Former CNN Anchor Don Lemon Arrested for Church Riot” HERE)

California Man Admits Funding ISIS and Stockpiling Explosive Device

A Long Beach man pleaded guilty today to federal criminal charges for sending a dozen payments to suspected members of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, a designated foreign terrorist organization, and for illegally possessing a homemade bomb.

Mark Lorenzo Villanueva, 29, pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Villanueva has been in federal custody since August 2025.

According to his plea agreement, Villanueva began communicating in February 2025 over a social media messaging platform with an individual who represented himself to be an ISIS fighter living in Syria. This individual told Villanueva how to send him money in Syria.

Based on these instructions, Villanueva sent more than $1,600 with the understanding that the money would be spent on ammunition, weapons, and other supplies for ISIS to conduct operations. Villanueva also discussed conducting operations for ISIS in the United States. (Read more from “California Man Admits Funding ISIS and Stockpiling Explosive Device” HERE)

Actress Molly Ringwald Claims Trump Supporters Will Be Found Guilty Of Treason

Actress Molly Ringwald shared a video across her social media channels January 28 lashing out against America and venting about her disdain for Trump supporters and ICE.

She delivered a grim warning to Americans about the current political climate, and sternly cautioned Trump supporters that their judgement day would come. The actress suggested Trump supporters would be found guilty of treason when he is no longer in power. She spoke of the death of Alex Pretti and Renee Good in Minneapolis before launching her attack.

“I feel like I can’t stay silent and neither should you,” Ringwald said.

“There’s something horrible, horrible going on in our country right now. And we have one of the greatest countries — had one of the greatest countries in the world.”

The actress addressed her fand and followers and said, “We are human beings, and we cannot forget our humanity, but right now this is a fascist government.”

She asserted, “Right now this is a fascist government. It’s not becoming a fascist government. It is a fascist government. And ICE is brutalizing people.” (Read more from “Actress Molly Ringwald Claims Trump Supporters Will Be Found Guilty Of Treason” HERE)

Mayor Says He’s Coordinating With Other Cities’ Leaders To Thwart ICE

Democratic Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson admitted Wednesday he was “in regular communication” with other mayors leading so-called “sanctuary cities” in efforts to impede enforcement of federal immigration laws.

President Donald Trump called for an end to “sanctuary cities” in a post on Truth Social Monday, following a series of shootings, two of them fatal, that took place in Minneapolis involving Department of Homeland Security personnel engaged in immigration enforcement operations. Johnson said during a press conference at the National Press Club he’d been talking with Democratic Mayors Jacob Frey of Minneapolis and Michelle Wu of Boston about how to combat United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“To respond to the operation in Chicago, I leaned heavily on other cities’ responses, like Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass shared her experience governing while the city was in Trump’s crosshairs,” Johnson said. “We’ve been in regular communication both at the executive level and the staff level with cities like Minneapolis and Portland, Oakland, Boston, and Denver and Baltimore to learn from each other’s experiences and develop strategies to protect our constituents.”

The fatal shootings of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti took place during confrontations connected to “rapid-response” networks seeking to thwart ICE operations. Such groups monitor ICE vehicles, share the locations of ICE officers and summon mobs to confront agents as they try to arrest illegal aliens with criminal records, sometimes resulting in physical altercations, Fox News Digital reported.

The shooting of Pretti, who had a concealed carry permit, is under investigation, with two Border Patrol agents involved in the shooting being placed on administrative leave. Video shot by bystanders appeared to contradict initial statements made by Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem regarding the incident, including apparently showing one Border Patrol agent in possession of Pretti’s gun before the shots were fired. Minnesota: DOJ Arrests 16 Anti-ICE Activists for Rioting, Including Viral ‘Bananas and Rice’ Somali Migrant

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced the arrests of 16 individuals in Minnesota for allegedly rioting and assaulting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, including a Somali immigrant who recently went viral for saying that “being Somali isn’t just eating bananas with rice.”

“I am on the ground in Minneapolis today. Federal agents have arrested 16 Minnesota rioters for allegedly assaulting federal law enforcement — people who have been resisting and impeding our federal law enforcement agents,” Attorney General Pam Bondi wrote on X:

We expect more arrests to come. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Nothing will stop President Trump and this Department of Justice from enforcing the law.

Among those arrested is 23-year-old Nasra Ahmed, a Somali American, who recently went viral online when, during a press conference, she said, “Being Somali isn’t just eating bananas with rice.”

“It’s like, it’s a, it’s a… it’s kind of like the bananas and rice,” Ahmed said. “It’s like that combination of banana and rice, but you, you, you’re gonna get what I mean.” (Read more from “Minnesota: DOJ Arrests 16 Anti-ICE Activists for Rioting, Including Viral ‘Bananas and Rice’ Somali Migrant” HERE)

Prime Pink Slips: Amazon to Cut 16,000 Corporate Jobs

Amazon announced Wednesday it will eliminate 16,000 corporate positions as part of an organizational restructuring aimed at reducing management layers and streamlining operations.

Bloomberg reports that Amazon announced Wednesday it will eliminate 16,000 corporate positions as part of an organizational restructuring. The job cuts represent part of a broader effort by the technology giant to remove bureaucratic obstacles and increase employee ownership across the company.

Beth Galetti, Amazon’s senior vice president of people experience and technology, disclosed the workforce reduction in a blog post on Wednesday. The company will provide affected US-based employees with a 90-day period to search for alternative positions within the organization. Those unable to secure new roles will receive severance packages and transition assistance.

Galetti emphasized the company’s commitment to organizational improvement, stating that Amazon has been working to strengthen its structure by reducing layers, increasing ownership, and removing bureaucracy. She also sought to reassure employees and stakeholders that the company does not plan to announce broad staff cuts every few months, though Amazon will continue to make adjustments as deemed necessary.

The latest round of layoffs brings Amazon’s total announced job cuts to 30,000 over a three-month period, following an initial wave of reductions in October. The scale of these cuts reflects Chief Executive Officer Andy Jassy’s determination to address organizational concerns that emerged following a pandemic-era hiring surge that significantly expanded the company’s corporate workforce.
