NYU Law Student President Says Israel ‘Bears Full Responsibility’ for Terror Attack in Newsletter

The president of New York University’s student bar association sent an incendiary pro-Hamas message to the school Tuesday — cheering the terror attack on civilians and blaming Israel for the bloodshed.

Ryna Workman also accused the Jewish state of “genocide” in the missive — which caused so much outrage a law firm rescinded a cushy job offer to the student.

“I want to express, first and foremost, my unwavering and absolute solidarity with Palestinians in their resistance against oppression towards liberation and self-determination,” wrote Workman, who identifies as non-binary.

“Israel bears full responsibility for this tremendous loss of life. This regime of state-sanctioned violence created the conditions that made resistance necessary,” their post continued.

“I will not condemn Palestinian resistance,” they went on to write, instead condemning the “violence of… apartheid, military occupation, the United States military industrial complex and obfuscating genocide as a ‘complex issue,’” among other things. Looters Ransack Locally Owned Pharmacy With Axes, Hammers — Cause $150K in Damage, Theft

Surveillance video shows a group of thieves ransacking a local Philadelphia pharmacy while armed with axes and hammers during a wild night of looting across the City of Brotherly Love.

The Philadelphia Police Department Northwest Detective Division released footage from September 26 in an attempt to identify suspects who are wanted by police for looting commercial properties.

The group of alleged thieves stole “all medication” from a local mom-and-pop pharmacy, police said.

Law enforcement said that estimated damages and theft are $150,000. . .

Reporter Lights up State Dept. Spox After He Tries Blaming Trump for $6 Billion Biden Unfroze for Iran

Though the statement President Joe Biden gave Tuesday about Hamas’ terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians was far more pointed regarding the situation and supportive of Israel than the brief, bumbling remarks he gave Saturday, the overall response from the Biden administration to date has to many, to put it mildly, been sorely lacking and quite frankly unacceptable.

To further prove the point, we turn to a State Dept. briefing held earlier where spokesman Matt Miller and Associated Press reporter Matt Lee had a heated exchange on the issue of the $6 billion in Iranian assets Biden unfroze as part of a hostage-freeing deal with Iran that was first reported on in July, but which became official in September.

Since the attacks began, Republicans and other staunch supporters of Israel have been accusing Biden of essentially helping to fund the atrocities being committed by Hamas, pointing to the $6 billion hostage-swapping agreement and how it paved the way for Iran to further fund attacks on U.S. allies in the region. Relatedly, some House and Senate Republicans are now calling on Biden to refreeze those assets in light of the Israel-Hamas war.

Over the weekend, Biden National Security Council spokesperson Adrienne Watson insulted everyone’s intelligence by declaring that, “Not a single cent from these funds has been spent, and when it is spent, it can only be spent on things like food and medicine for the Iranian people,” while adding, “These funds have absolutely nothing to do with the horrific attacks today and this is not the time to spread disinformation.”

What she conveniently left out though was that the funds are fungible, which means holding them in the bank solely for “humanitarian aid” frees up Iran to use existing funds they have on hand for terrorism.

Senator Tuberville Responds to Calls He Should Be ‘Removed From the Human Race’

On Monday night former National Security Agency Director General Michael Hayden called for the removal of Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville “from the human race.” Hayden is upset Tuberville continues to hold up military promotions as long as the Pentagon funds travel for abortions.

Tuberville responded Tuesday afternoon and called for Hayden to be prosecuted.

“This morning my office was made aware of a statement made by General Michael Hayden calling for a politically motivated assassination. This statement is disgusting and it is repugnant to everything we believe in as Americans. Given General Hayden’s long career in Washington, he must have known that, by making such a statement, he was committing a serious crime. His own efforts today to reinterpret what he said are only a tacit admission of guilty,” Tuberville said. “If we still have a nonpolitical justice system in this country, then General Hayden will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Biden Admin Has Issued Lowest Amount of Offshore Oil Permits in Almost 20 Years

The Biden administration has approved a record low number of permits for new offshore oil wells since 2005, according to E&E News.

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), a subagency of the Department of the Interior (DOI), approved 105 applications for permit to drill (APDs) combined in 2021 and 2022, President Joe Biden’s first two years in office, compared to 148 in former President Donald Trump’s first two years and 275 in the first two years of the Obama administration, according to E&E News. The Biden administration has described itself as responsible for the aggressive climate agenda in U.S. history, establishing goals to have the U.S. energy sector reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2035 and the overall economy achieve net-zero by 2050.

The Biden administration’s policies “make it more difficult to substantiate the long-term, capital-intensive investments required for production in the Gulf of Mexico,” Holly Hopkins, vice president of Upstream Policy for the American Petroleum Institute, told E&E News. “This is a concerning trend for the future of American energy security.”

Biden-Appointed Prosecutor Ignored Potential Conflict of Interest in Hunter Biden Case, Testimony Shows

Biden-appointed U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Matthew Graves does not believe he had a conflict of interest by playing a role in the Hunter Biden investigation.

Graves testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Oct. 3 and rejected the notion that his appointment by President Biden, work on Biden’s presidential campaign and donations to Biden posed a conflict of interest with his role in the Hunter Biden case, according to a transcript of his testimony reviewed by the Daily Caller.

Graves clarified that he was on an unpaid committee role for the Biden campaign and donated money to the campaign. He downplayed his communications with the Biden campaign when he took on the unpaid policy role.

“So I knew someone who had some affiliation to the campaign; said that I was interested in criminal justice issues. I got put on this committee, and my responsibilities, being on this committee, consisted of receiving emails from the committee that anybody basically, almost anybody who contributed. I had no direct interaction … or in direct interaction with anybody on the campaign,” Graves said. A man was recorded walking naked through the aisles of a Seattle-area department store as several adults tried to corral him.

The group of adults were reportedly parents who eventually attacked the man they accused of attempting to touch children, the New York Post reported.

According to the Daily Mail, the incident happened at a JCPenney store in Tukwila, a city south of Seattle, Washington.

In the video footage, the naked man is seen being confronted by another man wearing a brown jacket, light-colored pants, and a tan-colored hat.

Moments later, another man, wearing a striped shirt, follows the pair deeper into the store as the naked man walks backwards, apparently trying to escape:

Terrorism: Black Lives Matter Supports Hamas Amid Terror Attack on Israel

Black Lives Matter Grassroots organization showed support for the Palestinian militant group Hamas on Tuesday as the terrorist group launched the deadliest attack on Jewish people since the Holocaust.

Black Lives Matter Grassroots, which represents 26 local BLM chapters across the country, issued a lengthy statement “in solidarity with the Palestinian people.”

Hamas launched a terror attack on Israel from Gaza over the weekend on the Jewish holiday of Shemini Atzeret, the final day of the annual High Holy Day cycle. The attack has resulted in over 900 deaths and at least 2,500 wounded, according to the latest reports. At least 11 Americans were also killed during the violent terror attacks.

The statement references the violent attacks on Israel as an understandable “desperate act of self-defense.”

Amazon Alexa Tells Users the 2020 Presidential Election Was ‘Stolen by a Massive Amount of Election Fraud’ Causing Bezos’ Empire to Scramble to Explain Content

Amazon’s Alexa has told users that the 2020 presidential election was ‘stolen by a massive amount of election fraud’ causing Jeff Bezos’ empire to scramble to explain the concerning content.

An investigation by the Washington Post showed when the devices were asked if the election was stolen, they would cite unproven facts and say that electoral fraud had taken place.

The Alexa said it was ‘stolen by a massive amount of election fraud,’ while citing Rumble, a right-wing video streaming site.

Amazon did not say why the machines use information from unvetted sources when answering questions posed by users.

Biden Admin’s Lies About Aid to Gaza Are Totally Unbelievable

White House aides spent the weekend crying about “misinformation” from those critical of the Biden administration’s decision to unfreeze $6 billion for Iran — the financial and often strategic backer of Hamas and other anti-Israel terrorist organizations — as well as seeking to dispel talk that “aid” money Biden sent to Gaza boosted Hamas terrorists. . .

But that’s a lie. The Biden administration did know that such aid — as they admitted in internal documents — came with a “high risk” that Hamas would benefit as a result.

According to reporting from The Washington Free Beacon’s Adam Kredo in August, the outlet obtained internal documents that showed the Biden administration “pushed through plans to distributed hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer aid” to areas controlled by Hamas “despite internal assessments that those plans could boost the Iran-backed terrorist group.”
