Cops Rule Suicide in Death of Clinton Aide Linked to Jeffrey Epstein – Who Was Found Shot and Tied to a Tree with an Electrical Cord around His Neck – Despite No Sign of Weapon

By Daily Mail. The grisly scene where a top Bill Clinton adviser was found hanged from a tree with a gunshot wound to his chest has finally been revealed nine months after he died.

But the sheriff’s report into Mark Middleton’s mysterious death raises more questions than answers as it rules he died by suicide – despite no sign of the weapon that killed him.

Middleton, 59, was found dead last May at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville, Arkansas, an hour west of Little Rock.

Release of the report was held up after members of his family petitioned a judge. They were worried that pictures from the gory scene would be made public.

The judge eventually ruled that details could be released but photographs could not. (Read more from “Cops Rule Suicide in Death of Clinton Aide Linked to Jeffrey Epstein – Who Was Found Shot and Tied to a Tree with an Electrical Cord around His Neck – Despite No Sign of Weapon” HERE)

Death of Shot Clinton Aide with Epstein Ties Found Tied to Tree Ruled Suicide — Despite No Gun at Scene

By New York Post. The mysterious death of an aide to President Bill Clinton with ties to Jeffrey Epstein has been officially ruled a suicide – despite there being no sign of a weapon near the body. . .

Almost one year after Middleton’s death, a police report obtained by the outlet this week revealed that the Little Rock businessman was discovered with a gunshot wound to the chest and an extension cord tying his neck to a tree.

“I could see the male was obviously deceased,” Deputy Jeremy Lawson of the Perry County Sheriff’s Department wrote of his arrival at the grisly scene.

Notably, Lawson’s account includes that while officers located a gun case and three boxes of buckshot in Middleton’s BMW SUV, there was no weapon in sight.

Though the father of two worked for his family’s HVAC business in the years before his death, he previously enjoyed a high-flying lifestyle as special advisor to Clinton and assistant to the Chief of Staff, Thomas F. “Mack” McLarty. Walmart Executives Predict How Long ‘Stubborn’ Food Inflation Will Last

Walmart executives projected during an investors call on Tuesday that food inflation will remain persistent for the foreseeable future.

Even as headline inflation statistics declined from 9.1% in June 2022 to 6.4% in January 2023, an increase in food prices has been especially salient for households attempting to make ends meet, according to recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Costs for food at home increased 11.3% between January 2022 and January 2023, while costs for food away from home rose 8.2% over the same period.

An analyst asked Walmart U.S. CEO John Furner and Walmart CEO Douglas McMillon during the grocery behemoth’s fourth-quarter earnings call whether the company expects food inflation trends to worsen or improve relative to other product categories. Furner remarked that food inflation “has been the most stubborn” driver of elevated price levels and noted that only “a little bit” has declined in the past several months. “We would have hoped and expected it to have come back more than it has going into this year,” he responded.

McMillon added that dry grocery items and consumables are the most “stubborn” and said that inflationary pressures in the categories would “be with us for a while.” He went on to say future nominal disinflation would nevertheless compound price increases from previous years.

“You’ll probably hear inflation numbers that start to sound lower, but you’ll have to remember that’s on a two-year stack,” McMillon continued. “So if inflation in dry grocery and consumables is only 3% or 5%, that’s on top of 15%. And that’s still a problem for the customer and still a pressure to their wallet.” (Read more from “Walmart Executives Predict How Long ‘Stubborn’ Food Inflation Will Last” HERE)

Grand Jury Forewoman in Trump Case Goes on Bizarre Media Tour, Panicking Left

The forewoman of the Georgia grand jury investigating former President Donald Trump has appeared repeatedly on television, laughing about the investigation and apparently hinting at what the jury has decided before any indictments have been handed down, a move progressives fear could derail any possible criminal case against Trump.

Emily Kohrs revealed her identity on Tuesday and has done interviews with The Associated Press, The New York Times, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, MSNBC and CNN about her experience on the jury, which met between May and January to discuss Trump’s alleged interference in the 2020 election.

Kohrs — the only juror to come forward — told the Journal-Constitution that she felt “amazement at the media attention she had received over the last several hours.”

Kohrs laughed when CNN asked her how many people the jury recommended for indictment.

“I’m hesitant to speak to something that the judge made a decision not to share … The sections [of the grand jury report] that were removed were consciously chosen to be removed, and I don’t want to say ‘I have better judgment than the judge,’” Kohrs said while smiling and rolling her eyes. Joe Manchin Makes Big Announcement about 2024 Plans

Democratic West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin said he will not run for president in 2024 during an interview on Wednesday.

He was interviewed at the West Virginia State Capitol by Metro News radio host Hoppy Kercheval, an influential figure in the state’s politics. “I’m not running for President of the United States,” Manchin said. He told Kercheval his presidential ambitions could change “two years from now, a year and a half from now.”

“You don’t know who the Democrat and Republican nominee are going to be,” Manchin continued. “My goal is to bring the country together.” (Read more from “Joe Manchin Makes Big Announcement about 2024 Plans” HERE)

Chemicals in Household Products Could Cause Cancer, Diabetes in Kids: Study

Exposure to manmade “forever” chemicals could alter the biological development of children and cause diseases, a new study has found.

Polyfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS, are used in a wide range of household products and are referred to as “forever” chemicals because they break down very slowly and build up in the environment and in the human body.

Studies have discovered that these chemicals have been proven to increase the risk of certain diseases. However, a recent study published in Environmental Health Perspectives found exposure to them can also impact children’s biological development — particularly thyroid function — which is particularly concerning for kids.

“Our findings were surprising and have broad implications for policymakers trying to mitigate risk,” said Jesse Goodrich, assistant professor of population and public health sciences and lead author of the study. “We found that exposure to a combination of PFAS not only disrupted lipid and amino acid metabolism but also altered thyroid hormone function.” (Read more from “Chemicals in Household Products Could Cause Cancer, Diabetes in Kids: Study” HERE)

Ariz. Rancher Charged with Mexican Man’s Murder Framed by ‘Traffickers’: Defense

The elderly Arizona rancher charged with murdering a Mexican national on his property is being framed by violent traffickers who have been using his lands for illicit activities, his defense argued Wednesday.

George Alan Kelly, 75, faces one first-degree murder charge and two assault charges for the Jan. 30 death of Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, 48, on his ranch on the border outside Nogales, Ariz.

In Santa Cruz County court, however, Kelly’s defense attorney Brenna Larkin said her client was being targeted by smugglers who were intimidating witnesses and skewing the investigation.

“Absolutely the least likely thing that happened in this case is that Mr. Kelly randomly decided to … start shooting at random people,” Larkin argued, noting that there was a “large incentive” for deceitful witnesses to come forward after “succumbing to pressure from traffickers.”

Larkin alleged the traffickers are interested in “securing their route” through Kelly’s property, and are using his case as a message to others not to challenge them. (Read more from “Ariz. Rancher Charged with Mexican Man’s Murder Framed by ‘Traffickers’: Defense” HERE)

Trump Will Visit Ohio Town Impacted by Train Crash

Former President Donald Trump is slated to visit East Palestine, Ohio, on Wednesday as the small rust belt town is grappled by a train derailment and subsequent chemical fallout.

Local and state authorities previously evacuated all residents within one mile of the February 3 derailment and started a controlled burn of industrial chemicals on the vehicle to decrease the risk of an explosion, which could have sent shrapnel throughout the small town. Vinyl chloride, a known human carcinogen used to manufacture PVC, was emitted from five train cars in the form of massive plumes of dark smoke, prompting concerns about air and water quality for the millions of people who live in the Ohio River Basin.

As Trump continues his third bid for the White House, he is expected to draw attention to President Joe Biden’s relative silence on the disaster and the minimal attention publicly paid to the crisis by senior administration officials. The highest-ranking Biden staffer to visit East Palestine has so far been EPA Administrator Michael Regan, who canceled a climate change mission to Africa he was scheduled to lead alongside celebrity couple Idris and Sabrina Elba as his agency addresses the fallout, which has produced worrisome health concerns for humans and livestock.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, the former Democratic presidential contender whose tenure at the agency has been marked by a number of infrastructure issues, has yet to visit the small town and did not publicly address the crisis for more than a week after it occurred. He nevertheless appeared at the National Association of Counties Conference to comment on matters such as racial equity in the construction sector. On Monday, Buttigieg said he would visit East Palestine “when the time is right.”

Biden himself made an appearance in Kyiv, Ukraine, on Monday as his administration supplies the war-torn nation with more than $113 billion amid the invasion from Russia. The Federal Emergency Management Agency, also known as FEMA, meanwhile granted a request for aid to East Palestine only after Trump revealed his plans to visit the small town of 4,700 residents, a note that the former commander-in-chief sounded on social media. Defendants Dumbfounded after Judge Warns Their Chats Are Being Leaked

For the first time following Townhall’s bombshell investigation into a suburban LGBTQ pedophile ring near Atlanta, gay activists turned-alleged child rapists Zachary and William Zulock, who are accused of sexually abusing their adopted sons, made physical appearances in the courtroom for separate motion hearings on Feb. 1 as the Georgia child-prostitution case gears up for trial.

There, during back-to-back court proceedings, Judge Jeffrey Foster considered Walton County District Attorney Randy McGinley’s motion for the restriction of “extrajudicial statements,” commonly referred to as a gag order, and cautioned that the same-sex couple’s not-so-private communications from behind bars have been made public by a family whistleblower of sorts.

The judge’s warning came after Townhall published Zachary and William’s recorded jailhouse calls and text conversations with a concerned family member, who shared the material exclusively with Townhall to shine a spotlight on the Zulock case that has seen an all-out media blackout—at the local and national level—since news of the married men’s arrests broke over the summer.

“My instinct is that much of what is out there was conversation that was assumed to be in confidence that, obviously, was not held in confidence,” Foster, alluding to the leaked calls and chats, stated. “I’m sure, after discussions with counsel, the nature of any exchanges and conversations with family members would probably be much more guarded, in light of the circumstances now anyway.” The judge underscored: “But, I can’t compel third parties who would become aware of information to not say anything.” (Read more from “Defendants Dumbfounded after Judge Warns Their Chats Are Being Leaked” HERE)

Poll: Only 33% Think America Is Going in the ‘Right Direction’

Only 33 percent of likely U.S. voters think the country is heading in the “right direction,” which is down from the previous survey, polling released Monday by Rasmussen Reports found.

The Rasmussen Reports survey also found that 61 percent think the country is going in the “wrong” direction, with six percent unsure how they felt. The survey was taken online with 1,500 respondents during the week ending February 16, 2023.

The percentage of respondents who thought the county was going in the “right” direction was down two points from the week prior, with the percentage of respondents believing the country was headed in the “wrong” direction going up one percent. . .

Over the last several weeks, the country has been dealing with inflation, as it was last year; however, it is also dealing with slightly higher tensions with China. This follows the United States military shooting down a Chinese balloon that flew over continental America for days, which was believed to have electronic surveillance technology capable of monitoring communications signals. MMA Star Goes off on the Evil of Homosexuals Kissing in Primetime TV Ad, Cites Scripture

Nate Marquardt, a former mixed martial arts star who competed in UFC and Strikeforce, received backlash on social media over the weekend when he tweeted about watching a commercial featuring two men kissing.

Marquardt called the commercial “disgusting.” He apparently tuned in to ESPN to watch Erin Blanchfield defeat Jessica Andrade via submission and Zac Pauga defeat Jordan Wright via decision.

“Wow disgusting commercial watching @ESPNPlus with my kids and have to tell them to look away so they don’t see two men kissing,” he tweeted.

The 43-year-old Wyoming native defended himself in subsequent tweets as his remarks made the rounds across social media. He wrote he was “standing up against evil in the media.”

“It is not hateful to say that homosexuality, pedophilia, or fornication is disgusting,” he added. “It’s not loving to be silent when the culture praises things that lead people to Hell (1Cor 6:9-11). It’s not hateful, but loving to protect children from this world’s evil demented propaganda.”
