What is a natural born Citizen? Why does it matter? Who does it apply to?

Let us begin with, What is a natural born Citizen? The term natural born Citizen was describe by Emmerich de Vattel (Vattel) in his book, Le Droit des Gens” (“The Law of Nations”). The Law of Nations was published in French in 1758 and translated into English two years later. Vattel was a very influential Swiss diplomat and jurist who lived from 1714 to 1776. One of his goals was to apply natural law to international relationships.

The American Founders were very interested in Vattel because they found his writings were very compatible with their interests, were readable, comprehensive and Vattel publicly supported individual liberty.

Vattel was definitely a known person at the Constitutional Convention. Vattel was mentioned in a speech by Luther Martin of Maryland and he also was mentioned during the ratification debates. James Wilson, at the Pennsylvania ratifying convention, argued about Vattel with an Antifederalist delegate. Charles Cotesworth Pinckney of South Carolina advocated for Vattel in a debate with an Antifederalist. New York Governor George Clinton spoke of Vattel during a speech he gave at the State’s ratifying convention. Yeah, Vattel got around.

Back to the question, What is a natural born Citizen? Read The Law of Nations, Chapter XIX, Section 212. Vattel wrote “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.” Later, Vattel clarified that “it is our extraction, not the place of our birth, that gives us rights.”

What is a natural born Citizen? According to the reading above, and following the use of the plural nouns, Vattel wrote that for a child to be considered a natural born Citizen of a country, that child’s father must be a Citizen of the same country. I say this because, according to Vattel, “those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers”. Which begs the question, did Vattel include or not include Mothers in his definition?

As an example, according to some research I performed, “Women in pre-Revolutionary France could not vote or hold any political office. They were considered “passive” citizens”, forced to rely on men to determine what was best for them in the government. It was the men who defined these categories, and women were forced to accept male domination in the political sphere.”

Generally, all of a female’s rights were under her father’s authority until she married. Once married, then the female’s rights would be taken over by and be in the possession of her husband. Thus, a married woman was without rights, no rights over herself or any property. Only after the death of a married woman’s husband would the woman be allowed ownership over property. Side note, by 1946 women in France won the option to vote. Women in Switzerland were not better off. The first federal vote in which they could take part in was on October 31, 1971. In 1990, the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland ruled that women finally gained full voting rights.

This history tells me that at the time Vattel wrote The Law of Nations, he considered a female to be a passive Citizen because she had no rights and she absolutely was expected to follow the way of her father or husband. This all leads me to the conclusion that Vattel believed for a person to be a natural born Citizen of a country, that at the time of their birth, their father was a Citizen of the same country.

Why does this matter? The correct definition of the term natural born Citizen only matters today if the U.S. Constitution matters today. The only place in the U.S. Constitution that these three words come together is in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5. What is written is this, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President, neither shall any person be eligible to the Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” Note that natural born Citizen came before citizen of the United States.

Therefore, to be eligible, a candidate must be at least 35 years old and has resided in the United States for 14 years. These conditions are straight forward. And I believe that no one alive today was alive at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution, this would mean that a person must also be a natural born Citizen to satisfy all conditions in order to be eligible to the Office of President. This is why the term natural born Citizen is so absolutely important.

Who does Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 apply to? Anyone running for the Office of President, that is, every candidate on the ballot. Now we come back to what does it mean to be a natural born Citizen? I personally would like the term to apply to both parents, however, based on a strict reading of the above, it would mean that the father of a candidate for the Office of President must have been a Citizen of the United States at the time the candidate was born. Period.

Look at the candidates running today to become the next President. They keep talking about being born in the United States. They talk about the 14th Amendment. Nice, but that is not what matters. When it comes to being eligible for the Office of President, the plain understanding of natural born Citizen is that your father was a Citizen of the United States at the time of your birth. It is not the ground you are born on, it is the Citizenship of your father.

Yeah, then comes the 14th Amendment argument. The key part of the 14th A is in Section 1. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” If your parents are not citizens of the US when you are born, then you, as a new born are not necessarily subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. More likely you are subject to the jurisdiction of the country or countries your parents are from. Additionally, being a “citizen” is not the same thing as being a natural born Citizen. You can be a citizen and still not be a natural born Citizen. Please do not confuse these two very different terms or conditions.

Side note. On February 25, 2004, during the 108th Congress, second session, S 2128 was introduced. The short title for S 2128 is Natural Born Citizen Act. The bill was never enacted into law. The purpose of the bill was to define the term ‘natural born Citizen’ as used in the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5.

Natural Born Citizen Act was to define the constitutional term “natural born citizen,” as: (1) any person born in, and subject to the jurisdiction of, the United States; and (2) any person born outside the United States who derives citizenship at birth from U.S. citizen parents, or who is adopted by the age of 18 by U.S. citizen parents who are otherwise eligible to transmit citizenship.

This bill never became law, therefore it has no meaning with respect to the term natural born Citizen. An interesting note, if S 2128 had passed then it would have meant the term in question would have now been defined by a Law. This new Law would have possibly changed what the original definition of the term is. This would mean that a Law had just amended the Constitution. Oh wait, to Amend the U.S. Constitution an Amendment must be proposed and then ratified by 3/4 of the States. That would mean if the Law had been passed, it would have been Un-Constitutional.

What gets me is that people running to become President most likely know they have to take an Oath to become President. The Oath is in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8. It reads, “Before he enters on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: – “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Yet if you do not absolutely know that you are Eligible for the Office of President, including that you are actually a natural born Citizen, then how can you properly be an Oath Taker. You can’t, because you actually may be an Oath Breaker.

This article is in no way intended to be negative towards anyone who has run for the Office or is currently running for the Office. If you are not a natural born Citizen this does not mean you are not a good person. But please, show the proper respect for the U.S. Constitution, it is the Contract. Read the Contract, Understand It and Follow It.

Why the West Will Return to Christ

. . .I say this having traveled to the farthest depths of secular nihilism myself — and having been jilted by the its false promise. The world of pure rationality posited by the “secular fundamentalist” is a dead world in which life’s universal drive to live — and to live beautifully — is silenced, buried, and disposed of.

Men cannot live in such a world for long. Eventually, human beings observe the ugliness produced by this manner of thinking, living, and believing — and they experience their “moment.”

They pull back, they get canceled, they become disgusted and disillusioned with the very beliefs they once so fervently shouted in the streets. Such a man knows by what he has observed that the fall of man could well be true — and if he has any wits about him, he recognizes that every soul on earth needs guidance to contend with his own fallen nature.

Where better to find such guidance than from an institution that has weathered every storm of the tumultuous history of the West — a contiguous lineage of wisdom that has never been broken since the time of Christ? Its authority was not invented or improvised; it was not created on the fly by false prophets at such and such a date — it was born by the word of the Lord, and it lives.

And what is the antidote to man’s wayward nature but selfless love of the other? Was this not, in many cases, the original impetus that brought many human beings to crave “social justice”? Why Does the FBI Keep Lying About the Attempted Assassination of Trump?

If you lie to Congress under oath, you go to jail. The rules are simple, and they certainly apply to conservatives. Steve Bannon is currently serving a prison sentence for contempt of Congress because he refused to testify in a politically motivated inquiry centered on the events of January 6, 2021. However, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy Director Paul Abbate have both blatantly lied to Congress about the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Neither of these men hesitated to lie; neither do they expect to face consequences for their flagrant disregard for the truth.

The FBI is a dangerous rogue agency that regularly acts with political malice to harm the opponents of the Democratic Party. The agency now appears to be involved in a coordinated misinformation campaign surrounding the shooting of a former president, and it does not expect anyone to hold it accountable.

When the iconic photo of a bloodied Trump pumping his fist after a failed assassination attempt first appeared, progressives reacted by immediately spinning out several conspiracy theories. The heroic image of the former president simply could not exist alongside the left’s conception of Trump as a cowardly con man stoking the resentment of white Americans to make a few dollars.

At first, the hysterical social media mob concocted an elaborate narrative about the Great Orange Hitler paying a skilled sharpshooter to graze his ear, creating a bloody but nonlethal spectacle that would become the new Reichstag fire to usher in an authoritarian regime. This fiction proved too absurd even for rabid and delusional Trump-haters, so a new theory emerged: It was broken glass, not a bullet, that ultimately struck the real estate tycoon. The Biden Administration’s Prisoner Swap With Russia Was Ridiculously Lopsided

The Biden administration’s prisoner swap with Russia is being touted by the corporate press as “historic,” and in a way it is. Nothing like this, on this scale, has happened since the Cold War. But the swap is as lopsided as it is historic.

All Americans should welcome the release of our three unjustly imprisoned compatriots: Evan Gershkovich, a reporter for the Wall Street Journal, Paul Whelan, a former U.S. Marine, and Russian-American journalist Alsu Kurmasheva. They were among the 16 western prisoners released by Moscow in exchange for eight Russian nationals released by the U.S. and allies.

But this wasn’t a Cold War-era prisoner swap of the kind immortalized in the Oscar-winning 2015 film “Bridge of Spies.” It was a dangerously uneven exchange that saw the release of a Russian assassin along with Russian spies and hackers, all of whom have committed serious crimes in western countries. Essentially, Moscow arrested a bunch of innocent western journalists and political dissidents, and then used them as bargaining chips to secure the release of its own killers, criminals, and spies.

Among the Russians released from western prisons, for example, was Vadim Krasikov, a Russian assassin who in 2019 killed a Chechen separatist commander in broad daylight in a park in central Berlin. Krasikov, who shot his victim twice with a Glock 26 and then threw it in a river, was sentenced to life in prison in 2021. At the time, German officials said he was a member of the F.S.B., Russia’s domestic spy agency.

Also released was suspected F.S.B. agent Vadim Konoshchenok, arrested in 2022 on espionage charges in Estonia and extradited to the U.S. He was accused of conspiring to obtain military-grade technologies from U.S. companies and pass them to Moscow. USA as I Knew It Has Passed Into the Trash Bin of History

Kamala Harris says she has raised $230,000,000 in campaign funds from rich American liberals. Why are rich American liberals so determined to have Kamala as President of the United States?

One reason could be because she, unlike Trump, is easily controlled, so the explanation is the rich are electing their own self-interests.

But are they? The Democrats’ have two agendas: One is to normalize and legitimize sexual perversity. The other is open borders. To put it in different words, the Democrats are devoted to transforming traditional America into a Sodom & Gomorrah Tower of Babel.

Does this serve rich liberals’ interests beyond providing them with a servant class?

The main benefactors are sexual perverts and immigrant-invaders.

Do rich liberals prefer their genes not to be passed on because their transgendered kids are unable to procreate and are made infertile by Covid vaccines and a variety of testosterone-inhibitors that leave even young men unable to have a natural erection?

Their politics suggest that the interests of the rich liberals diverge from their heirs, the future of their country, and their self-respect. Everything with which the rich liberals are involved–Diversity, equity, and inclusion, global warming, globalism, the WEA’s Great Reset–undermines their commitment to their country. Rich liberals see America as a resource to be used in behalf of “larger agendas.”

So where does America’s leadership class come from?

It comes from the Jews. The Secretary of the Treasury is a Jew. The Secretary of State is a Jew. The Secretary of Homeland Security is a Jew. Finance, media, Hollywood and entertainment are in the hands of Jews. As Netanyahu told Congress yesterday, every Jew is a Zionist, a defender of Israel. And every American who is not a defender of Israel is an anti-semite. John V. Whitbeck describes the total humiliation of “Proud America” on its knees kissing Netanyahu’s feet. A totally conquered country whose obeisance is shown with 58 standing ovations. See this.

In America today the remaining patriots are “Trump deplorables.” They are despised by the elite and the left-wing and regarded as white supremacists, threats to democracy, and insurrectionists. The FBI puts their names on watch lists and brings false charges against those who attended the January 6 Trump rally.

The Democrats having moved Biden out of the picture are set to steal the November election. Democrats in the swing states have legalized and institutionalized the theft mechanisms they used to steal the 2020 and 2022 national elections. For example, the Democrat state Supreme Court in Wisconsin overturned the ban on drop boxes, thus making it possible for invalid ballots to become part of the vote count. A large number of such practices that enable electoral fraud are now legal in the swing states.

Democrats could not steal the election with Biden as candidate as no one would believe he won. Biden was moved out of the way. Now polls are being rigged showing Kamala leading Trump by 3 points. The rigged polls create public believability of a Kamala win. If the Democrats did not intend to steal the election, they would not have legalized the theft mechanisms in the swing states.

The public accepted the last two stolen national elections and will accept a third. A people this insouciant have no chance of preserving their liberty and the accountability of government. Considering American insouciance, one wonders if the voting public and the Republican Party realize that if the Democrats take the election with so much going for Trump, the result will be to solidify the Uni-Party. The Republican establishment will conclude that the only way the party can compete with Democrats is to better represent the interests of the ruling elite. Henceforth there would be no more Trumps. “Representative Democracy” would only represent the ruling elite.

If Trump is elected despite the Democrats’ intent to steal the election, what can he do? Can he find people willing to accept the risks of helping him to reconstruct America? Can such people get confirmed in office by the Senate? Can Trump survive another four years of media, FBI, CIA attacks, and can his appointees? Can Trump survive assassination? Most certainly Trump cannot rely on Secret Service protection.

It is clear that America is split more decisively than it was by tariffs that led to the so-called “Civil War.” All relations in American society have been damaged by the liberal-left. Feminism has made women unsupportive and even hostile to men. Consequently, men cannot trust women. Families, the basis of society, are weakened. Men’s testosterone levels have dropped so much that you can’t even get into a fight in a redneck bar.

The Republicans point to Kamala’s warchest provided by rich American liberals and ask their working class supporters to help fund Trump’s election. The mismatch of resources between Democrat billionaires and Republican working class “deplorables” is extraordinary. But note that for both parties the election is a matter of who has the most money.

Crowdstrike Disaster Foreshadows Potential for Cyber Apocalypse

Cyber attacks have truly become the digital equivalent of natural disasters—sudden, catastrophic, and terrifyingly inevitable. The recent CrowdStrike update debacle, which triggered a global meltdown affecting multiple critical sectors, was a glaring example of this modern reality.

Imagine hospitals unable to access patient records, emergency services offline, airports grounded, and banks in utter disarray. This isn’t the plot of a dystopian novel but the grim reality faced over the weekend by the world following the compromised CrowdStrike update. Reports on the ground detailed a scene of unprecedented chaos that unfolded as critical sectors went dark.

Experts suggest that the catastrophe likely stemmed from skipped checks during the update process—a simple oversight with disastrous consequences. It’s a scenario eerily reminiscent of the infamous SolarWinds hack, where the attackers exploited the software update mechanism to infiltrate numerous high-profile organizations, including U.S. federal agencies.

To truly grasp the magnitude of the CrowdStrike incident, we must revisit the SolarWinds attack. Both breaches leveraged the Achilles’ heel of modern IT infrastructure: the software update. In the SolarWinds case, the attackers injected malware into a routine software update, enabling them to access the networks of thousands of customers over several months. The CrowdStrike update, albeit less sophisticated, achieved a similar level of disruption by bypassing critical internal security checks.

Both incidents highlight the vulnerability of software updates in even the most robust cybersecurity systems. No matter how fortified your digital fortress is, if the keys to the kingdom are handed over through a trusted update, all bets are off. Trump’s Triumph at the RNC Suggests Something Bigger Than Politics is Unfolding in America

It’s difficult to describe historical moments as they’re unfolding, but let me hazard a few initial observations about former President Donald Trump’s speech at the Republican National Convention on Thursday night.

Watching a presidential candidate (and former president) describe his near-assassination less than a week after a bullet came within millimeters of ending his life is quite simply the most captivating, awe-inspiring thing that has ever happened at a political convention in this country.

“I will tell you exactly what happened, and you’ll never hear it from me a second time because it’s actually too painful to tell,” Trump said.

In a calm, almost somber tone, Trump recounted in detail his near-death experience to a breathless watching world. “I’m not supposed to be here,” he said, attributing his survival to “the grace of Almighty God.” Many in attendance, and not a few watching at home, were in tears as Trump told his tale. He described getting shot in the ear, the blood running down his face, and the Secret Service agents shielding him. Again he invoked divine providence: “There was blood pouring, and yet, in a certain way, I felt very safe because I had God on my side.”

Then he described the crowd’s reaction: They didn’t run, they didn’t stampede. They were worried about him, Trump said, afraid he might be badly wounded — or worse. Trump said he wanted to show them he was all right, that he wasn’t going anywhere. So he stood up, raised his fist, and shouted, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” When he said this, the crowd at the convention echoed him in chorus.

Biden’s Team Deliberately Kneecapped Trump’s Security to Allow an Assassination Attempt

Nobody wants to hear this because of the implications, but oh well, because it needs to be said: Joe Biden’s security regime deliberately and with malice aforethought created the conditions that led to an attempted assassin shooting Donald Trump in the head. It is by the grace of God that he lived and our nation is not currently in the midst of a violent civil war.

They deliberately starved Trump’s security team of the resources it needed. And they did it repeatedly, over many weeks and months.

With Trump’s security detail understaffed, under-resourced, and stretched to its limits, Biden’s security regime reportedly diverted even more resources to a hastily planned Jill Biden event that just happened to be in the area.

Biden’s security regime then ordered the most obvious assassination perch in the entire area to remain outside the main security perimeter.

July 4 Has Always Been About Resisting Tyranny, and This Year is No Exception

Despite America being currently shaken to its foundation, we are a blessed nation, with holidays such as Independence Day — commonly known as the Fourth of July — to reminisce on that fact. If more Americans understood that they are the true heirs and protectors of the birth of freedom in the world, July 4 celebrations might well take on a new dimension, potentially igniting Americans from all walks of life to sacrifice their time and resources and join the ranks of the growing patriot movement dedicated to saving America’s freedom at this critical time.

The fact is that every other nation before the United States came into being from an evolution of tribes or clans, royalty and blood lineage, inevitabilities of language, culture, tradition, and geography, or from the results of war where the victors carve up the vanquished. America is the only nation in human history that was completely born of noble and deeply spiritual principles: that all men are created equal, that they have been given by God certain rights that cannot be taken away by any man or earthly authority, and that those unalienable rights combine to create and protect a thing called freedom in life. As a result, Americans have always been free to pursue happiness, worship God, speak publicly about their views, and, of course, choose their leaders.

Consider this: The very freedoms and rights we have taken for granted for hundreds of years in the United States did not even exist in Asia — the most populated part of the world — before World War II. Asian states and societies were all autocratic with people at the top having all the power and privileges and the people at the bottom having neither rights nor much in the way of freedom. But after the victory of the Allied powers, democratic self-government was granted to India and Japan in 1947, spreading from there, however imperfectly.

No matter the odds against freedom today, we can take heart and resolve from our history. In the first few years of the War of Independence, George Washington’s undertrained, underequipped, and underfunded Continental Army was only half the size of the highly trained professional British army and their allied German Hessian mercenary troops. The naval mismatch was even greater. The Continental Navy had about 25 converted merchant ships while the British naval power was more than 10 times greater, with 270 dedicated warships concentrated around East Coast colonial ports. Things looked grim for the American cause.

However, the courage, determination, and godly faith of the founders made the difference. The last sentence of the Declaration of Independence before the space allotted for signatures reads, “…for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protections of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.” (Read more from “July 4 Has Always Been About Resisting Tyranny, and This Year is No Exception” HERE)

Mike Benz: Once You Understand That Hunter Biden Was a CIA Intelligence Asset, Everything Makes Sense…

If you take a step back and look at things from a different angle, everything starts to make a lot more sense. Instead of just seeing Hunter Biden as some perverted crackhead who grew up with a silver crack pipe in his mouth, what if we saw him as something more sophisticated, like a well-groomed CIA asset? This twist adds a whole new layer to the long-standing drama around the Biden crime family.

Mike Benz, the director of the Foundation For Freedom Online, has been all over this idea. He’s been suggesting for a while that Hunter might be more than he appears. Back in September, Mike highlighted growing evidence that suggests Burisma was part of a CIA operation during Biden’s VP days, which focused on controlling Ukraine’s energy sector. He even pointed to an article with photos of Ambassador Yovanovitch meeting Burisma officials after being flagged about their corrupt dealings. That article is below.

Photos deleted from the now-defunct Burisma Holdings website show former U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch met with Vadim Pozharskyi—the Burisma official who worked closely with Hunter Biden—at two separate events after she had been told the Ukrainian energy company was considered corrupt by the State Department.

The photos are likely to raise fresh questions about parts of Yovanovitch’s testimony to Congress during former President Donald Trump’s first impeachment. It also raises the question of why the U.S. embassy in Ukraine engaged with company representatives in a public relations campaign with the U.S. government at the same time that internal embassy communications focused on the company’s corruption.

Photos obtained from the now-deleted Burisma website and the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) show that Yovanovitch attended two meetings hosted by the USUBC in Kyiv with Vadim Pozharskyi, the Burisma executive who met with then-Vice President Joe Biden and appears frequently in Hunter Biden’s emails.

The Burisma website also referenced one other meeting, though no photos were provided. Pozharksyi—the corporate secretary who ran the day to day operations with the board of the company—was at the epicenter of Burisma’s public relations campaign to close down investigations into the company by former Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

Yovanovitch testified at Trump’s first impeachment because she served as the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine when Trump made the infamous phone call to the newly inaugurated Ukrainian President, Volodymr Zelensky.

In her October 2019 testimony as part of the first Trump impeachment inquiry, Yovanovitch told congressional investigators that Burisma—and Hunter Biden’s role with the company—was not a focus during her time at the embassy.

Honestly, there’s a whole lot about Hunter Biden that flies under the radar, including his involvement in a business that thrives on a steady flow of illegal immigrants. Could this be why his father threw open the floodgates, sparking a massive invasion at the border? It seems like a rhetorical question in light of everything we know about this criminal family.
