Illegal Alien Convict Charged With Execution-Style Murder After NEVER Being Deported

An illegal alien convict who had been previously granted refugee status by the federal government and was supposed to be deported has now been charged with murdering, execution-style, a Miami, Florida, father of one.

Illegal alien 29-year-old David Panequeusper has been charged with murdering 31-year-old Leandro Lopez this month after surveillance cameras captured the alleged killing in March, depicting an armed Panequeusper shooting Lopez to death.

Panequeusper, Breitbart News confirmed, first arrived in the U.S. in June 2001 from Cuba and was given parole to remain in the country. Years later, in 2004, Panequeusper was granted refugee status by the federal government despite his alleged associations to the violent Sur-13 Gang, which has ties to the Mexican mafia.

In 2007, Panequeusper was convicted of attempted murder and armed robbery and sentenced to ten years in prison, Breitbart News confirmed. The 2007 attempted murder involved a 17-year-old Panequeusper nearly stabbing a man to death outside of a restaurant. After the attack, Panequeusper attempted to cash the victim’s checks. . .

After being released from prison, Panequeusper was ordered deported from the U.S. back to Cuba. Due to Cuba’s non-cooperation with U.S. immigration officials, the illegal alien was never deported and continued living in Miami, unsupervised. Dem: Some Kids Are Unwanted, Kill Them Now or Kill Them Later

Democrat Alabama State Rep. John Rogers made horrifying remarks on the floor of the Alabama House of Representatives on Tuesday about abortion, saying: “Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or you kill them later.” . . .

“Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or you kill them later,” Rogers said. “You bring them in the world unwanted, unloved, you send them to the electric chair. So, you kill them now or you kill them later.”

“Some parents can’t handle a child with problems,” Rogers continued, according to a local media report. “It could be retarded. It might have no arms and no legs.”

“Supporters said the bill is intentionally designed to conflict with the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion nationally, hoping to spark court cases that might prompt the justices to revisit Roe,” Fox News reported. “The bill contains an exemption for situations in which there is a serious risk to the mother’s health, but not for rape and incest.”

“The heart of this bill is to confront a decision that was made by the courts in 1973 that said the baby in a womb is not a person,” Alabama State Rep. Terri Collins (R) said. (Read more from “Dem: Some Kids Are Unwanted, Kill Them Now or Kill Them Later” HERE)

AG William Barr Confirms ‘Multiple Criminal Investigations’ to Find Russia Probe Leakers Are Under Way

In his first congressional appearance since the release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on his investigation into Russian election interference, Attorney General William Barr told members of the Senate Judiciary Committee that his department is actively looking for officials who made unauthorized leaks to the media.

“We have multiple criminal leak investigations under way,” Barr said when asked by former committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, what his team is doing to address leaks to the media from sources within the FBI and Department of Justice throughout the course of the Russia investigation.

Barr, however, did not explain which leaks from the 22-month investigation are currently being investigated.

Grassley’s question followed up on a letter he sent to Barr last week asking whether or not the attorney general was looking into “whether DOJ or FBI officials had unauthorized contacts with the media” during the course of the Russia investigation.

“Much of DOJ’s work involves non-public, sensitive matters,” a Department of Justice outline of the agency’s confidentiality and media contacts policy states. “Disseminating non-public, sensitive information about DOJ matters could violate federal laws, employee non-disclosure agreements, and individual privacy rights; put a witness or law enforcement officer in danger; jeopardize an investigation or case; prejudice the rights of a defendant; or unfairly damage the reputation of a person.”

“DOJ personnel should presume that non-public, sensitive information obtained in connection with work is protected from disclosure, except as needed to fulfill official duties of DOJ personnel, and as allowed by court order, statutory or regulatory prescription, or case law and rules governing criminal and civil discovery,” the DOJ document continues.

In April, House Intelligence ranking member Devin Nunes, R-Calif., sent a letter to Barr outlining eight criminal referrals in relation to the Russian interference investigation, which included “global leaks” among several other allegations. GOP Senator Calls to Investigate Team Mueller’s Leaks to the Media

During Attorney General Williams Barr’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee Wednesday afternoon, Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., encouraged Barr to declassify as much as possible in order to be transparent with the American people about the FBI’s Trump-Russia probe.

Discussing the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, Kennedy commented:

“I do think there were a handful of people — maybe some are still there [at the FBI] — who decided in 2016 to act on their political beliefs.”

“There were two investigations here. One was an investigation of Donald Trump. There was another investigation of Hillary Clinton. I’d like to know how that one started too,” the Louisiana senator added.

“And it would seem to me that we all have a duty, if not to the American people, to the FBI, to find out why these investigations were started, who started them, and the evidence on which they were started,” Senator Kennedy continued.

“And there’s another short way home here as well,” he told AG Barr. “All you’ve got to do is release — the president [of the United States] can — release all the documents at the FBI and the Justice Department pertaining to the 2016 election. Now you can redact national security information, but just release them instead of us going through all this spin and innuendo and leaks and rumors. Let’s just let the American people see them.”

“When you’re investigating leaks at the Department of Justice and the FBI, I hope you’ll include the Mueller team as well,” he concluded.

Conservatives have long suspected that Mueller’s team of Democrat prosecutors was leaking selective information on the investigation in order to damage the president. On Tuesday evening, the night before Barr’s testimony, a letter from Mueller to AG Barr leaked through the media.

During his testimony Wednesday, AG Barr also confirmed that the Department of Justice has “multiple leak investigations” under way. It remains unclear if that includes leaks from the Mueller team.

Joy Behar Claims Trump ‘Culprit’ Behind Synagogue Attack. Here’s the Truth.

ABC’s “The View” co-host Joy Behar falsely claimed on Monday that President Donald Trump was “the culprit” behind the tragic attack on a California synagogue over the weekend. . .

Behar, a leftist, sought to immediately politicize the attack when the show ran again on Monday by falsely claiming that Trump was “the culprit” behind it and that he needed to take responsibility for it.

“He’s provocative. He gives dog whistles constantly to these people,” Behar said. “Take responsibility for your actions, Mr. President. You are the culprit.”

Behar conveniently did not tell viewers what the alleged terrorist wrote about Trump in his alleged manifesto, where the terrorist answered his own questions so people could know his views. . .

The terrorist hated Trump because of Trump’s love for Israel and the Jewish community.

Watch: Chaos in Venezuela as Armored Vehicle Plows Into Crowd Amid Uprising

Protests are underway in Venezuela, as citizens took to the streets in response to U.S.-recognized President Juan Guaido calling for an uprising to end Socialist dictator Nicolas Maduro’s regime. But Maduro is fighting back, and footage shows an armored vehicle plowing into a crowd of pro-Guaido supporters.

Guaido posted a video on Twitter shortly before dawn on Tuesday, showing him flanked by armed troops outside the La Carlota airbase in the capital of Caracas. The opposition leader called on Venezuelans and the military to back him in what he called the “final phase” of toppling Maduro, Reuters reported.

Guaido was also joined by his mentor, politician Leopoldo Lopez, who was meant to be under house arrest, according to Newsweek. Lopez tweeted, “I’ve been freed by soldiers following the constitution and President Guaido. I’m at the base. Let’s all mobilize. It’s time to win Freedom.” . . .

Several hundred people also rallied outside Maduro’s palace in support of the dictator. While Maduro did not make a public appearance, he issued a statement saying he had spoken with military leaders who reassured him of their “total loyalty.” Maduro’s second in command told the media that Venezuela was in a state of “absolute calm,” despite the uprising staged by what he referred to as “the coup-mongering, murderous far right.” (Read more from “Watch: Chaos in Venezuela as Armored Vehicle Plows Into Crowd Amid Uprising” HERE)

Here’s Why Rashida Tlaib Was ‘Really Afraid’ of Fellow Americans

Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib revealed in an interview she was “terrified” for herself and her family after the Sept. 11 terror attacks that left nearly 3,000 Americans dead.

“I was probably in my second year of law school when 9/11 happened and I was really terrified of what was going to happen to my husband, who was only a green card holder at the time,” Tlaib said during an interview with “Makers,” a media company founded to “accelerate the women’s movement.”

“I immediately called my brothers and told them to be very careful who you hang out with,” she continued. “Telling my sisters ‘just be real careful out there’ and being really afraid of my fellow Americans.”

Tlaib, along with fellow Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, became America’s first Muslim congresswomen when sworn into office in January. Their time in office has been embroiled in allegations of anti-Semitism and anti-American sentiments.

The controversy kicked off after Omar delivered the keynote speech at a fundraiser for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) on March 23. A video from the event was uncovered weeks later where Omar was shown urging Muslim Americans to “raise hell” and “make people uncomfortable.” Omar faced backlash after a part of the speech surfaced where she described the Sept. 11 attacks as merely an event where “some people did something.” (Read more from “Here’s Why Rashida Tlaib Was ‘Really Afraid’ of Fellow Americans” HERE)

Revealed: This Is the Trump Team’s Campaign Strategy Heading Into 2020

President Donald Trump’s campaign manager, Brad Parscale, discussed the team’s 2020 strategy on Sunday’s episode of “Face the Nation.”

During the discussion, Parscale revealed a few key battleground states that they’re targeting. The goal is simple: to win the same states they won during 2016 but expand to even more states. . .

“I can go across America and say, ‘hey, here is a voter in Minnesota that if I know if I get, you know, 26,000 of these perfect people to show up that didn’t show up last time, I can flip that state.’ So what I do, go find them now,” Parscale explained. “We are spending millions of dollars a month, light years ahead of any campaign in history to build a foundation of who we need to market to, what we need to understand, what we need to say to them and how exactly to deliver to them.” . . .

“There are some key states, obviously, we have to go back and win Michigan again, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, we plan on also being in Minnesota very soon. I think New Mexico is in play in 2020,” Parscale said. “I think New Hampshire. I think we continue to grow the map. I think Nevada, you know, even Colorado. And so those are states we did not win in 2016, I think are open for 2020.”

Although the Trump campaign plans to focus heavily on digital advertising and social media, the ground game, like rallies and campaign events, are still heavily in play.

Elderly Pro-Life Woman Attacked Outside Abortion Clinic

By Townhall. An elderly pro-life woman was attacked and thrown to the ground last month outside of an abortion clinic in Kentucky, suffering a broken leg and multiple head injuries.

The incident was captured on video by a surveillance camera outside of the EMW Women’s Surgical Center in Louisville.

The victim is long-time pro-life sidewalk counselor Donna Durning. She can be seen in the video being pushed to the ground, after calmly approaching a woman who’d exited the abortion facility. Durning said she was merely attempting to give the woman some literature about a crisis pregnancy center.

“I had a little card from Little Way Crisis pregnancy center, and I just offered it to her. And I said, ‘Honey, if you need to talk to anybody, there’s a number on here,’” the pro-lifer said, WLKY News reported. . .

According to LifeNews, abortion activists in the Louisville area are using the recent assault to bolster calls for so-called “buffer zones,” which “prohibit pro-lifers from coming within a certain distance of the abortion clinic.” (Read more from “Elderly Pro-Life Woman Attacked Outside Abortion Clinic” HERE)

Anti-Abortion Activist Says She Was Assaulted Outside Kentucky’s Last Abortion Clinic

By WLKY. Durning has approached countless women outside of abortion clinics over the last 23 years.

“I was there, as I am five days a week, talking to girls, offering them alternatives to abortion,” Durning explained.

But this encounter went differently. Durning said the woman came after her and threw her to the ground.

“I saw a lot of hatred in her face and, I’m not exaggerating, I saw the face of Satan in her eyes,” Durning said.

Durning suffered a broken femur and a head injury. She underwent surgery and is now recovering in a rehabilitation center. (Read more from “Anti-Abortion Activist Says She Was Assaulted Outside Kentucky’s Last Abortion Clinic” HERE)

Oof: Team Biden Didn’t Contact Family of Woman Killed in Charlottesville Before Invoking Her Memory in Launch Video

In my post assessing Joe Biden’s candidacy yesterday, I registered my surprise at the darkness of his rollout video’s tone and themes. The very first word of the clip is “Charlottesville,” and much of the subsequent content featured images and audio from that terrible 2017 weekend. Biden reportedly wanted to launch his campaign with a rally in that city, but his team pulled the plug on that idea when some residents expressed concerns about politicizing those events. One might imagine that Biden’s brain trust would have realized that weighing community sentiment and buy-in would be an important component of planning any such address, but it seems like they were forced to scrap their idea to dodge a potentially-avoidable controversy. Having endured that (mostly) behind-the-scenes drama, one might also imagine that because they were going to lean so heavily into the Charlottesville narrative in their first public communication about a brand new campaign, they would have been extra careful about their approach. For instance, surely they would have had the good sense to check in with the family of the young woman who was killed by a white supremacist in that awful melee prior to featuring her memory in a partisan video, right? Wrong:

This is political malpractice, plain and simple. A big, unforced, unthinking, amateurish error on literally the first public manifestation of Biden’s presidential campaign. A large team had been building toward yesterday’s announcement for months. How did this happen? And on a related issue of preparedness and professionalism, how could this happen?
