Watch: Ocasio-Cortez Speaks to Black Audience in Accent

Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was accused of making patronizing and racist remarks on Friday when she used an accent to tell an audience of predominately black people that there is nothing wrong with them serving other people in low skilled jobs for their careers.

“This is what organizing looks like, this is what building power looks like, this is what changing the country looks like,” Ocasio-Cortez said in a southern accent while speaking at Al Sharpton’s National Action Network in New York City.

“I’m proud to be a bartender, ain’t nothin wrong with that,” Ocasio-Cortez continued. “There’s nothing wrong with working retail, folding clothes for other people to buy. There is nothing wrong with preparing the food that your neighbors will eat. There is nothing wrong with driving the buses that take your family to work.” . . .

Ocasio-Cortez’s comments immediately sparked outrage as many accused her of racism, noting that her accent while speaking to black people was similar to how two-time failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton would speak to black people — which was widely condemned as racist.

Terrifying Times: Nation of Islam Leader Claims to Be Jesus

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, who has reportedly led a chant of “death to America” and recently called for a separate state for black Americans, has made more controversial comments, claiming to be Jesus and clarifying his “anti-termite” statement.

Farrakhan made many shocking claims during NOI’s Saviours’ Day keynote address in February at the United Center arena in Chicago. He told Rep. Ilhan Omar “you have nothing to apologize for,” and he praised her fellow colleague freshman, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. . .

“Some of you do today reject because the white man told you I’m an evil man, I’m a hater, I’m an anti-Semite. I hate Jewish people, I hate gay people. Here I am in front of you. I represent the Jesus that saves. I don’t represent somebody that came to judge you and me for our errors and mistakes…Everywhere I went I found myself rejected. My black people, they accepted me. But now white people are frightening the hell out of black people. College presidents are punished for allowing me or anyone that represents me to come on the college campus because they fear what’s in my mouth from my teacher the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.” . . .

Farrakhan has a long history of anti-Semitic comments. Last year, he lost his verified status on Twitter after posting a video in which he asked: “I wonder, will you see the Satanic Jew and the Synagogue of Satan, which has many races in it because Satan has deceived the whole world?” Farrakhan has also said that he is not an anti-Semite, but rather “anti-termite,” and led a “Death to Israel” chant during a visit to Iran in November. Lib Comedian Samantha Bee Knocks Pro-Life Film ‘Unplanned,’ a Surprise Hit, as ‘Mostly Made-Up’ Propaganda

By Fox News. “Full Frontal” host Samantha Bee blasted the newly released pro-life film “Unplanned,” which made an impressive debut at the box office last weekend.

Bee began her show Wednesday night by calling “Unplanned” an “anti-choice propaganda movie” and noted its “not awful” showing at the box office, where it earned more than $6 million and placed fourth behind blockbusters “Dumbo,” “Us,” and “Captain Marvel.”

“It’s obviously ridiculous and no one should see it, but the trailer is honestly wonderful,” Bee sarcastically told her audience. “Ordinarily, I wouldn’t waste precious time talking about a movie so bad, it makes ‘A Christmas Prince 2: Royal Wedding’ look like ‘Citizen Kane 2: A Christmas Cane’… but the vice president tweeted about it from his official account, which makes it news.” . . .

Bee also called the pro-life film “mostly made-up,” unlike the “real and terrifying laws” that are being passed in certain states, invoking Georgia’s recently passed “heartbeat” bill that outlaws abortion if a heartbeat can be detected. Democrats Vote to Subpoena Mueller Report Over Republican Objections

Democratic efforts to compel the release of the Mueller report to Congress from the Department of Justice ended as expected on Wednesday, but not without vocal pushback from Republicans.

A meeting of the House Judiciary Committee resulted in a party-line 24-17 vote to authorize a subpoena of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report of his investigation and all the underlying evidence from Attorney General William Barr.

“Why are we here?” asked Judiciary member and Oversight Committee ranking member Jim Jordan, R-Ohio. “Seems to me we’re here because the Mueller report wasn’t what the Democrats thought it was going to be.”

“In fact, it was just the opposite,” Jordan continued. “What’d the attorney general tell us that the principal findings of Mr. Mueller’s report were? No new indictments, no sealed indictments, no collusion, no obstruction.”

Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, also called out Democratic efforts to keep digging into the issue, despite the findings of the Mueller report.

“Enough is enough, for heaven’s sakes, let’s please move on,” Gohmert said, before turning his critiques directly to committee chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y.

“There was a time when I loved and appreciated the current chairman’s desire to protect privacy rights; I saw that dramatically eroded during the Obama administration,” Gohmert continued. “But I am still hoping and praying that our now-chairman’s once great desire to protect privacy rights and to try to hold back the bounds of what Orwell described as happening now … it’s time to go back and clean up the mess that’s been made over years of abuse.”

The committee’s top Republican took issue with Democrats’ demand for underlying evidence, saying that Barr would have to violate federal law to comply with it.

“The subpoena for the Mueller report and its underlying evidence commands the attorney general to do what the unthinkable is,” said committee ranking member Doug Collins. “We’re going to ask the attorney general to break his regulations, to break the law.”

“The attorney general’s entire mandate is to enforce the law, and he’s expressly forbidden from providing grand jury [material] outside of the department, [with] very limited and narrow exceptions,” Collins added. “Congress is not one of the exceptions and the chairman knows it.”

A few weeks ago, the House of Representatives voted almost unanimously to make as much of the report public as possible, though a small handful of Republicans objected to the resolution by voting “present.”

Barr told congressional leaders last week that he plans to release what he can of the report and that he expects his department “will be in a position to release the report by mid-April, if not sooner.”

In his opening statement, Nadler said that he won’t issue the report right away, but will instead give Barr a chance to “change his mind” about whether to send a redacted or unredacted report to Congress.

Joe Biden Promises to NOT Manhandle Any More Women

Former Vice President Joe Biden has heard the allegations lobbed against him. And he’s not sorry. He’s not letting alleged instances of being a bit too aggressive with some women hold his 2020 plans back. These aren’t allegations on par with creeps like Harvey Weinstein. Still, Biden’s overt affections, for lack of a better term, has landed him in hot water with four women who said they were more or less totally creeped out and uncomfortable with the shoulder touching, the hair sniffing, the kissing on the back of the head, and the hands being placed in the thigh region.

Yeah, say what you will, Democrats. This still could be construed as sexual harassment. And these are your rules; will you abide by them? Or will you play by the not-so-secret Democratic protocols that give political cover to your allies when they are accused of bad behavior? It could get nasty, but for now, Creepy Joe has released a video where he said that he wouldn’t manhandle women as much[.]

WATCH: Georgia Rep Asks Question That Triggers Alyssa Milano

Actress and progressive activist Alyssa Milano has been all over the news this week, largely thanks to her efforts to thwart a Georgia bill that would ban abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected. After getting dozens of her Hollywood colleagues to join her in threatening Georgia with a film industry boycott if the abortion bill goes through, Milano appeared in the Georgia statehouse on Tuesday to protest in person.

One particular moment from Milano’s legislative protest that was caught on video by a statehouse reporter has gotten some attention online: Republican State Rep. Dominic LaRiccia asked Milano a question about residency that prompted a rather tense exchange, ending with the actress declaring that LaRiccia was one of the people “trying to vote on what is going on inside my uterus.”

Milano’s protest targets the state’s “LIFE (Living Infants Fairness and Equality) Act” (H.B. 481), which states: “It shall be the policy of the State of Georgia to recognize the presence of a fetal heartbeat as the point of ‘fetal viability,’ creating a compelling state interest to protect ‘the independent essence of the second life’ as an ‘object of state protection’ from abortion,” and to “recognize unborn children as natural persons.” The bill would also not allow an abortion to be performed unless a physician has tested for a heartbeat. Abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected is barred except if a the pregnancy is medically futile, the mother is at serious physical risk, or in cases of rape or incest. . .

On Tuesday, Milano led about 30 fellow protesters to the statehouse to make sure her voice was heard. It was while she was there that LaRiccia turned to the actress and asked, “What district of Georgia do you vote in?”

“I don’t vote in Georgia, but there is 30 people outside that do vote in Georgia that I was going to escort in,” she replied.

WATCH: Video Shows Illegal Aliens Abusing Children at Border

A video published by ABC News shows a group of migrants abusing young children who appear to be in no imminent danger by forcing them under a razor-wire lined border fence in a water-filled ditch. The children scream in terror as the adults force them into the cold water and submerge them while passing them under the concertino wire-lined border barrier.

“The blades of the concertina wire ensnare shirts and jackets of asylum seekers who are dunked into the 55-degree water, wading through the drainage ditch just yards from the San Juan del Rio Colorado border crossing,” ABC News’ Matt Gutman wrote. “One cannot easily make out faces, only wet fists gripping the steel slats and the piercing screams of children. On the other side, U.S. Border Patrol agents are filming and shouting in Spanish, ‘Go back…don’t do this. Look at the child! Hey! Be careful with the child! Be careful with the child!’”

A spokesman for U.S. Customs and Border Protection told the reporter that policy prevents U.S. officials from intervening. However, agents can be heard yelling “You’re going to traumatize this poor child. She’s crying. … if she crosses the child can drown.”

The children did not appear to be in any immediate danger before being forced into the terrifying situation by the adult migrants. Mexican police can be seen attempting to stop the abusive behavior as U.S. Border Patrol agents watched from the other side of the fence, paralyzed by regulations and policies prohibiting their intervention, ABC News reported. . .

“Yuma Sector does not condone the activity seen in the video,” Yuma Sector Special Operations Supervisor Vinney Dulesky told Breitbart News on Tuesday. “We work extremely hard to ensure the safety of everyone to include those we apprehend.” (Read more from “Video Shows Illegal Aliens Abusing Children at Border” HERE)

James Comey Responds to Hillary’s Claim the FBI’s Reopened Investigation Cost Her the Election

Failed 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton claimed for months after her defeat that the FBI’s reopened investigation into her emails cost her votes. Former FBI Director James Comey announced they were resurrecting the investigation just 11 days before the election.

“I was on the way to winning,” she said in May 2017, “until a combination of Jim Comey’s letter on October 28th and Russian WikiLeaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me but got scared off. And the evidence for the intervening event is, I think, compelling, persuasive.”

“I respect her view,” Comey said in response in an interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour on Tuesday. “I accept the criticism. It doesn’t change how I think about it though.” . . .

“My view, and the view of my team was, we cannot conceal from the American people that the investigation we told them, and fought to tell them, is done, is not done,” Comey reasoned. “And the result could change. We just couldn’t do that.” (Read more from “James Comey Responds to Hillary’s Claim the FBI’s Reopened Investigation Cost Her the Election” HERE)

AOC’s Former Staffer Has an Interesting Admission About ‘Democratic Socialism’

MSNBC’s Chris Hayes conducted a “Headliners” profile on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), how she decided to run for Congress and why she’s popular amongst the Democratic Party. Two interesting points came up during the profile: AOC had a huge “burden” to decide to run and, according to one senior campaign aide, Democratic Socialism isn’t as fringe as it’s often made out to be. . .

But the scariest thing to come about: AOC’s former senior campaign aide, Walid Shaheed, explaining how Democratic Socialism has become more mainstream.

“I think Bernie Sanders really opened the window for the debate on Democratic Socialism in this country,” Shaheed said during the special. “It’s not as fringe as you might think. In fact, what’s becoming fringe is if you call yourself a capitalist openly.”

Ocasio-Cortez’s team likes to seize on this idea that conservatives are obsessed with the Congresswoman because she threatens their power, she threatens the status quo, not because her ideas are dangerous to America’s future or because these ideas have become “the norm.” (Read more from “AOC’s Former Staffer Has an Interesting Admission About ‘Democratic Socialism'” HERE)

Ouch: AOC Tries to Dunk on Liz Cheney and It Backfires in a Big Way

[Ocasio-Cortez’s] latest media showcase occurred on MSNBC late last week, during with the freshman Congresswoman made all sorts of attention-grabbing assertions and comparisons — including advancing the notion that “environmental justice” must only be achieved alongside “economic justice,” which certainly won’t hlep dispel many skeptics’ suspicion that programs like the green new deal are less about addressing an urgent crisis, and more about redistributing wealth and amassing governmental control. Among other topics, she explained that the Tea Party is different than her movement because unlike those xenophobic white supremacists, she doesn’t call her opponents names:

Her point is correct, except for the fact that (a) President Roosevelt (who ignored the Washington-set precedent of serving a maximum of two consecutive terms) had been dead for roughly two years when the 22nd Amendment was passed by overwhelming and bipartisan Congressional majorities, and approximately six years by the time it was ratified by the states and implemented, and (b) even if it had been directed at FDR while he were still in office, the amendment only applied to future presidents. It’s also worth noting that Republican majorities were only able to introduce this ultimately-successful amendment because they’d won sweeping landslide victories in the 1946 midterm elections, winning control of both legislative chambers. Also, at least two Republican presidents opposed the amendment, with Ronald Reagan going so far as to urge its repeal. Some dutiful media acolytes are performing their own version of Trumpist ‘translations’ in order to ostensibly demonstrate how AOC was actually kind of correct, if you ignore the actual substance of her core claim.

Conservatives are popping popcorn over this spat, with some trollingly applauding her stance:
