‘Truly Insane’: Lawmaker Introduces Bill to Legalize Cousin Incest (VIDEO)

A Kentucky lawmaker introduced a bill Tuesday to decriminalize sex between first cousins.

Republican Kentucky state Rep. Nick Wilson sponsored House Bill 269 to redefine sex with a first cousin so it would no longer qualify as an act of incest, according to the Kentucky State Assembly’s website.

The bill removes “first cousin from the list of familial relationships” defined as unlawful incest in Kentucky, the website explained. Incest would also be downgraded from a Class C felony to a Class D “unless it is committed with a person who is less than twelve years of age.”

Kentucky law currently states that a person is guilty of incest if they have sex with any person known to be “his or her parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, great-grandparent, great-grandchild, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, brother, sister, first cousin, ancestor, or descendent,” according to Newsweek.

Wilson’s bill has been widely criticized on social media. New York public defender Eliza Orlins blasted the proposed incest law as “truly insane” in a nearly two-minute TikTok video, urging Kentuckians to “flood his office” with phone calls. UFC Middleweight Champion Sean Strickland delivered a verbal TKO to a Canadian reporter at a UFC 297 press conference Wednesday after the journalist made the ill-advised decision to bait Strickland into a “gotcha” question regarding gays.

The reporter began by bringing up Strickland’s 2021 comments when he said that if he had a “gay son I would think I failed as a man to create such weakness.”

Show host and author Dick Morris joined host Rob Schmitt’s program to discuss the consequential Iowa Caucus, the beginning of the 2024 Republican presidential primary. As Morris spoke about former President Donald Trump’s upcoming victory, the unknown man is seen walking into the room and walking past the guest on air.

In a video streamed to Rumble by Rightside Broadcasting, the 38-year-old Ramaswamy said, in his impassioned populist pitch on behalf of Trump, that the nation is in “a war” that is “between the permanent state and the everyday citizen.” He said the country needs “a commander in chief who will lead us to victory in this war.”

After corralling roughly eight percent of the vote in Iowa, Ramaswamy said Tueaday, “The people of Iowa spoke loud and clear”

“We heard ‘We the People’ last night, and that is why last evening I met my friend here. We met in person, and I told him that I would endorse Donald J. Crazy Video: Man Saves Chihuahua From Coyote Attack, “Chokes Out” Predator

Remarkable home security footage captured Timothy Snipes rescuing his Chihuahua, Roxie, from a coyote attack.

The incident occurred on a Friday when Snipes took Roxie for a routine bathroom break. As they were outside, Roxie’s barking alerted Snipes to a nearby coyote preparing to attack, according to WCBD. Instead of fleeing, Roxie confronted the coyote.

Without hesitation, Snipes sprang into action, engaging in a physical struggle with the attacking coyote. Despite sustaining a bite on his leg, Snipes managed to gain the upper hand, later recounting, “I choked him out.”

In a desperate bid to protect his beloved pet, Snipes took control of the situation by grasping the coyote by its tail and depositing it into a nearby dumpster until he could seek assistance, as reported by the outlet.

“I knew I could’ve been alright, even if I would’ve gotten bit and gotten rabies or something, but if she had gotten bit, it was over,” Snipes expressed to WCBD. To ensure the safety of both Roxie and himself, Snipes made the difficult decision to dispatch the coyote.

Following the encounter, Snipes received nine rabies shots as a precautionary measure. The deceased coyote is currently undergoing testing by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control to determine its rabies status.

Trump Shows Restraint in Iowa, But Here’s Where the Liberal Media Cut the Feed (VIDEO)

Donald Trump took the podium in Des Moines, Iowa, where he was flanked by staff and his sons, Eric and Don. Jr. After his historic win in the Iowa caucuses, the former president delivered remarks to supporters. If it holds, Trump will clinch over 50 percent of the vote and win this primary contest by the largest margin of victory ever. The late Bob Dole had the current record in 1988 when he thrashed Pat Robertson by 12.8 points. Trump is going to win Iowa by 20 or more.

Trump vowed we would all come together while crediting his competition, saying they’re all “very smart, very capable” opponents. While he trashed him on Truth Social, Trump said Vivek Ramaswamy did well, coming into this state with virtually zero percent of the vote, but might end up with eight at the end of the night. . .

Trump immediately went into his top agenda items, which overall center on rebuilding the country. He touched upon inflation, warning that nations who did not resolve this economic crisis did not survive, with Trump describing them as “dead” nations. He also touched upon stopping crime and curbing the illegal alien invasion, where he warned that prisons and mental hospitals in Latin American countries are emptying their wards and sending these folks here. Whether you believe it or not, it’s not far-fetched. We have people on the terror watch list slipping through.

In all, this was a tamer version of Donald Trump, but it still led to liberal media outlets cutting the feed or outright not broadcasting the speech. Of course, they would run away once immigration entered the mix.

Pro-Palestinian Demonstrators Test White House Security; Staff ‘Relocated’ (VIDEO)

In a tumultuous incident outside the White House, the Secret Service reported that staff members and journalists were temporarily relocated as pro-Palestinian demonstrators vigorously shook the security fence and threw objects at law enforcement officers on Saturday evening. The demonstration followed a nearby rally in support of a ceasefire in Israel’s conflict with Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

President Joe Biden was not present at the White House during the incident, having traveled to Camp David earlier that day. Despite his absence, a sizable crowd gathered outside the barriers, resulting in heightened tensions and clashes with law enforcement.

The Secret Service released a statement acknowledging the temporary disruption caused by the demonstrators. The statement mentioned that a portion of the anti-scale fencing, erected for the event, sustained temporary damage, but it was promptly repaired on-site by Secret Service support teams. As a precautionary measure, some media members and staff in proximity to Pennsylvania Avenue were relocated during the resolution of the issue.

The Secret Service emphasized that no arrests were made in connection with the march, and there was no reported property damage to the White House or adjacent buildings.

Reports indicate that Lafayette Square, situated across from the White House, hosted a gathering of a few hundred people. According to eyewitnesses, at least one person attempted to scale the fence, while others sought to unhook sections of it before law enforcement intervened to reinforce the barrier.

Journalist Julio Rosas, who was on the scene, shared videos depicting individuals hitting and shaking the security fence. Rosas noted a moment when D.C. police and Secret Service agents had to swiftly respond to prevent a potential breach.

Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela Smith addressed the situation in a statement, acknowledging the right to peaceful protest as a cornerstone of democracy. However, she underscored that violence, destructive behavior, and criminal activities would not be tolerated. While the majority of the demonstration remained peaceful, instances of illegal and destructive behavior in Lafayette Park, including items thrown at officers, prompted an investigation by the United States Park Police.

Illegal Alien Accused of Officer’s Death Claims Victimhood by Alleging Racism (VIDEO)

Virgilio Aguilar-Mendez, a 19-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, stands accused of causing the death of St. Johns County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Michael Kunovich. However, Aguilar-Mendez is not just facing charges; he is asserting that he is a victim of racism, police brutality, and a violation of his “constitutional rights.”

The incident, which unfolded in May 2023, has taken a complex turn as Aguilar-Mendez’s defense attorney, Phillip Arroyo, has issued a threat of a federal lawsuit against St. Johns County prosecutors. Arroyo claims that his client’s rights have been violated, and he demands the charges be dropped [via Breitbart News]:

“Mr. Virgilio was a victim of police brutality. He was a victim of racial profiling,” Arroyo said. “He was a victim of violation of his fourth, fifth, and sixth amendment constitutional rights. Those who are responsible for this abuse will be held accountable.”

Arroyo also said the charges against Aguilar-Mendez are some “of the greatest injustices he’s ever seen” in the court system, calling them a “grave injustice” and “disheartening.”

The threat of a federal lawsuit comes as a local judge recently found Aguilar-Mendez incompetent to stand trial and ordered him to undergo competency treatment while he remains in St. Johns County custody.

According to police accounts, the fatal encounter occurred when Sgt. Kunovich lawfully attempted to pat down Aguilar-Mendez, who was sitting outside a closed business. Instead of complying, Aguilar-Mendez resisted and attempted to flee, sparking a confrontation that involved multiple officers.

The struggle between Kunovich and Aguilar-Mendez endured for over six minutes, during which Aguilar-Mendez allegedly attempted to seize the officer’s taser. Despite being handcuffed and disarmed of a pocketknife, Aguilar-Mendez’s resistance led to the tragic collapse of Sgt. Kunovich. Despite efforts by first responders, Kunovich was pronounced dead after being rushed to a nearby hospital.

Aguilar-Mendez’s status as an illegal alien has added a layer of complexity to the case. Having arrived at the United States-Mexico border the previous year, he was released into the United States.
