Judge Lets 8 Men Who Gang-Raped Girl Walk Free

A German court delivered its verdict Tuesday concerning those responsible for the barbaric September 2020 gang-rape of a 15-year-old German girl in the northern city of Hamburg.

Of the eleven men initially charged in relation to the gang-rape of the minor — only four of whom were technically German — two were acquitted. Nine were found guilty. Eight got probation, not exceeding two years. Only one is headed to prison.

There has been significant backlash following the release of eight convicted rapists, prompting officials to condemn critiques of the judgment, particularly those of an “anti-migrant” nature.

Spiegel reported that the victim attended a party on the festival lawn in Hamburg’s over 350-acre city park on Sept. 19, 2020. Four of the men dragged the girl, then intoxicated, into a bush and raped her. One of the rapists added insult to grievous injury and stole her phone and wallet. . .

After the initial series of attacks, the victim reportedly began stumbling away, right into the arms of yet another rapist from the pack. The rapist who intercepted her near the festival meadow was then joined by three additional rapists, who are suspected to have all similarly sexually assaulted the victim. The United States’ Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, John Kerry, found himself at the center of an unexpected incident during the Climate Change Conference in Dubai on Sunday. While passionately discussing US policy on coal power plants, Kerry inadvertently unleashed a burst of wind energy of a different kind — a momentary flatulence that became the unexpected highlight of the international event.

The incident occurred as Kerry was advocating against permitting more coal-fired power plants worldwide. In the midst of his anti-coal diatribe, a distinct sound of passing gas interrupted his speech. The unexpected noise, commonly known as a Bronx cheer, was captured by microphones, providing an amusing twist to the serious discussions on climate policy.

Kerry’s fellow panelists, Becky Anderson, Managing Editor of CNN Abu Dhabi, and Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency, maintained their composure as the crowd, seemingly unfazed, broke into applause. Anderson, seated within potential striking distance, subtly jerked her head aside and discreetly placed her hand to her mouth, possibly anticipating any lingering effects of the comical interruption.

Despite the unexpected interruption, Kerry continued with his impassioned speech on the interconnected nature of the climate crisis and health issues. The incident, however, did not go unnoticed, with some critics viewing it as an embarrassment to the United States on the international stage.

Larry O’Connor of Townhall Media emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, “The biggest problem is, during this entire exchange, representing us, The United States of America, he ripped a fart out.”

Don’t Be Surprised if Fox News Fires Greg Gutfeld After This…

Tucker Carlson recently openly discussed how Fox News is basically controlled opposition and heavily influenced by very specific sectors of corporate America, such as Big Pharma. This is how networks control their talent. They know what they can and cannot say based on who is paying the bills.

However, it’s not limited to Fox News; this is essentially how our entire news media functions. This is why a significant portion of what we hear is left-wing propaganda. After all, the woke progressive left is closely aligned with the “establishment,” and their authoritarian agenda revolves around the same goals: money, power, and control. So, it’s really no surprise that Tucker called this out. However, what is surprising to many is that Greg Gutfeld essentially echoed the same sentiment, albeit in a somewhat more gentle manner. Nevertheless, Greg supported Tucker and stated that he was let go due to “special interests,” making it clear that Fox isn’t exactly “fair and balanced”—more like bought and paid for.

Many are now wondering if Gutfeld will be next on the chopping block.

Texas Gets One Step Closer to Leaving US

Advocates for Texas’ secession from the United States believe they are on the verge of scoring a crucial victory.

The Texas Republican Party’s executive committee is set to vote over the weekend on which ballot propositions voters will decide during the Republican primary elections in March 2024. One measure would ask Republican voters, “Should the State of Texas reassert its status as an independent nation?”

Ahead of the vote, the Texas Nationalist Movement, an organization that supports Texas’ independence from the U.S., warned the GOP they have enough signatures to force a vote on the question of whether they support secession.

Texas nationalists have for years pushed for a referendum on Texas secession, despite the fact there is no provision for a state to secede in the U.S. Constitution. The state seceded from Mexico in 1836 and spent nine years as its own nation before becoming a U.S. state. IRS Doubles Penalty for this Common Mistake

The Internal Revenue Service penalty for tax underpayments has nearly tripled since 2021, putting gig economy workers and consultants at the largest risk of having to cough up big bucks to Uncle Sam.

As of Oct. 1, the IRS will now charge 8% interest on estimated tax underpayments, up from 3% two years ago, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The penalties are largely applied to pay-as-you-go workers who do not have taxes withheld and fail to make estimated quarterly payments before filing their taxes in April.

Workers who do have taxes withheld would still be hit with the new higher penalty if they don’t accurately calculate and pay taxes on any additional income, as would people earning higher-than-expected dividend payments.

Karla Dennis, a La Palma, Calif., enrolled agent, said taxpayers who change their withholding to get more weekly cash could also run into trouble. (Read more from “IRS Doubles Penalty for this Common Mistake” HERE)

A “beautiful woman with the face of an angel’’ was raped by eight to 10 Hamas terrorists in Israel on Oct. 7, while another tragic victim was beheaded with a shovel trying to defend herself, a stricken survivor says.

Yoni Saadon, a 39-year-old father of four, told the UK’s Sunday Times that he is still haunted by the horrific scenes he witnessed at the Nova Music festival, when the Palestinian fiends slaughtered at least 364 festival-goers, including the gang-raped woman, who begged to be killed.

“I saw this beautiful woman with the face of an angel and eight or 10 of the fighters beating and raping her,” recalled Saadon, a foundry shift manager. “She was screaming, ‘Stop it already! I’m going to die anyway from what you are doing, just kill me!’

“When they finished, they were laughing, and the last one shot her in the head,” he said.

Saadon said he witnessed the gruesome act after pulling over him the body of a slain woman who had also been shot in the head — and smearing her blood on himself so it looked like he, too, was dead. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) joined Chris Salcedo on Newsmax recently to discuss the government operation on January 6, 2021.

Rep. Higgins told Salcedo that “at least 200” FBI agents dressed as Trump supporters were in the crowd on January 6, 2021. . .

This is exactly what J6 political prisoner Jeffrey McKellop told The Gateway Pundit from his prison cell back in March 2023.

Jeffrey is a decorated former 3rd Special Forces Group soldier and US government contractor. Jeffrey McKellop is being held as a political prisoner after he served his country for 22 years. After his arrest in March 2021, Jeffrey delved into video footage and documented evidence from the January 6 protests. Jeffrey was able to identify numerous government informants and agitators in the massive Trump crowd that day. After putting together his evidence, he sent it to numerous contacts. That was when the FBI came into his prison cell and took his research. They then attempted to silence him and banned him from phone and mail privileges. We recently heard that Jeffrey was moved to a mental hospital. They really want him silenced.

Jeffrey McKellop, who is trained in crowd control and worked overseas for much of his career described Jan. 6 as a government operation. Jeffrey told TGP in March, “I know for a fact that there were undercover agents, man. I saw them. I spotted it. And when you find one, then you know what to look for, and then you find them. All undercover agents, they all wear the same thing. They all move the same way. They all get together the same way. Why do I know this? However, two weeks later, Emily’s family received a knock on their door from DHHS saying Paul had tested positive for cocaine.

Naturally, Emily was shocked and confused. She explained that she had never taken drugs and that this must be a mistake.

VICE Posted a List on How White People Can Behave better…and It’s Unintentionally Hilarious

The issue here is that this could easily be viewed as a satirical piece. Maybe it is, perhaps it isn’t, but that’s how insane the Left has become—where a list such as this for white people is tragically taken seriously by some. It’s an old list, however. Social media has a way of resurrecting woke think pieces if they slide under the radar at the time of publication or people forget about them. Vice had this 100-item list for how white people can make life less miserable for nonwhites and something, something else, but you can tell where this was heading in the opening sentences:

As someone with very low tolerance for racist bull***t, I’ve managed to surround myself with white people who are cognizant of their privilege and strive to make the world a less terrifying and frustrating place for people of color.
