FBI Agents Accuse CIA of 9/11 Coverup

By Seth Hettena. Like many great spy stories, this one begins with a brief, mundane scene whose significance only becomes apparent later on. Around lunchtime on February 1, 2000, a man dropped a piece of paper near a table in a Middle Eastern restaurant outside Los Angeles and paused long enough to strike up a conversation with two Arabic-speaking men dining nearby. It would take FBI agents nearly 20 years to understand the full meaning of that small event.

The man who dropped the piece of paper was Omar al-Bayoumi, a Saudi intelligence asset, recently declassified FBI documents show. And the two Arabic-speaking men with whom he struck up a conversation with were Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, the first two future 9/11 hijackers to arrive in the United States. Was this meeting, as the alleged agent later claimed to investigators, mere happenstance? Or was it an intelligence operation being conducted on U.S. soil? It was an intelligence operation, according to a previously-unreported court filing SpyTalk has obtained that corroborates and expands our understanding of this extraordinary meeting, which took place just as the 9/11 plot was taking shape.

The court filing details a five-year inquiry by an investigator for the Guantanamo Military Commission into whether the meeting at the Mediterranean Gourmet restaurant was an operation that involved not only Saudi agents but CIA officers as well.

The theory that the CIA had launched a failed effort to recruit the hijackers through the Saudis has been around for years, and was always circumstantial at best, but the document obtained by SpyTalk reveals there is more evidence to support it. One former FBI agent claimed to the investigator that the CIA possesses top secret “operational” files and a “paper trail” about the Saudi spy who met the hijackers that are still being suppressed.. .

Former FBI agents say the CIA may still be hiding what it knows about the first two 9/11 hijackers to arrive in the United States, as well as the real reasons why nobody told the FBI they were coming to America. By Radar Online. FBI agents are accusing the CIA of allegedly covering up its association with two hijackers involved in the September 11 terrorist attacks, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

The bombshell revelation emerged in a 21-page top-secret report detailing how the CIA tried to recruit two Al Qaeda members in southern California in a failed attempt to penetrate Osama bin Laden’s bloodthirsty terror network.

The report was compiled by Don Canestraro, an investigator for the Office of Military Commissions who submitted the damning report in 2021 at the Guantanamo Bay naval base in Cuba where the 9-11 hijackers faced trials for murder and terrorism. . .

Another FBI agent told Canestraro the red-faced CIA is dead set on keeping the “operational” files about the failed recruitment effort under wraps fearing a public backlash for allowing two known Al Qaeda operatives to freely roam inside the United States.

Other FBI agents claimed the CIA and their bosses at the FBI tried to suppress the link between the CIA and the two terrorists during their investigation into the activities of Al-Bayoumi following 9-11 that left 2977 people dead at the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon outside Washington, D.C. Supreme Court Overturns Another Abortion Ruling

On Monday, the Supreme Court vacated a federal appeals court ruling that upheld a minor’s right to seek court permission for an abortion without parental notification.

The Supreme Court’s decision was issued because it believed the previous decision was moot following the Dobbs ruling in June of last year. The Dobbs ruling overturned Roe v. Wade and ended the federal constitutional right to abortion.

The case before the justices concerned a 17-year-old in Missouri who asked a court for permission to terminate a pregnancy without notifying her parents, as required by state law. The lower court clerk told the girl that her parents would be notified despite her wishes. After traveling to Illinois for the procedure, she sued, arguing that the court trampled her constitutional rights. . .

The Supreme Court’s ruling directs the appeals court to vacate the judgment in the Missouri case and declare it moot. The ruling will have no practical effect in Missouri, which currently has one of the strictest abortion bans in the country, with no exemptions for rape or incest. The procedure is only permissible to save the pregnant person’s life or prevent severe damage to their health. Twitter Erupts in Response to Video of Racist Berating a White Family on the Subway (VIDEO)

A video of a young man viciously berating a little boy and his white parents on a subway train in New York City is fast going viral on Twitter, prompting some to conclude that this kind of racial animosity was the objective of leftists and critical race theory advocates all along.

The video depicts a couple seated with their son in a subway car opposite an individual apparently keen to provoke a fight.

The racist standing opposite the family — a black male who has previously turned up in viral videos issuing similar dehumanizing screeds — focuses his stream of identitarian vitriol on the young boy, calling him a “nasty a**, mutated … white monkey,” before shouting, “You’re a dog in this country!”

The racist continues unabated, screaming, “You’re nothing over here. You’re a dog. Shut up! I’m a black American! I’m over you!”

During his rant, the racist managed to cover some of the themes that Nikole Hannah-Jones of “The 1619 Project” took up in her anti-white letter to her college paper.

Ron Takes on Don: DeSantis Rips Trump’s Character, Chaotic Leadership Style

By New York Post. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has finally taken the gloves off and launched a blistering attack on his former mentor President Donald Trump. . .

On Monday, Trump went nuts after DeSantis took a shot at him over his anticipated indictment over alleged payoffs to ex-lover Stormy Daniels, saying, “I don’t know what goes into paying hush money to a porn star to secure silence over some type of alleged affair.”

The inferred morally censorious tone sparked a furious response from Trump, who raged on his own Truth Social platform: “Ron DeSanctimonious will probably find out about FALSE ACCUSATIONS & FAKE STORIES sometime in the future, as he gets older, wiser and better known when he’s unfairly and illegally attacked by a woman, even classmates that are ‘underage’ (or possibly a man!). I’m sure he will want to fight these misfits just like I do!” . . .

When I asked DeSantis to cite specific differences between him and Trump, he said: “Well I think there’s a few things. The approach to COVID was different. I would have fired somebody like Fauci. I think he got way too big for his britches, and I think he did a lot of damage.”

DeSantis also slammed Trump’s chaotic, self-obsessed, and divisive management style, saying: “I also think just in terms of my approach to leadership, I get personnel in the Government who have the agenda of the people and share our agenda. You bring your own agenda in you’re gone. We’re just not gonna have that. DeSantis Hits Republican Poll Low as Trump Tightens Grip on Primary

By The Guardian. Donald Trump may be in legal trouble over his alleged weakness for vice, but his predicament is increasingly placing Ron DeSantis – his chief rival for the Republican presidential nomination – in a political vise. . .

DeSantis has floated criticism of Trump over the hush money payment but on Tuesday a new poll showed how Trump, who is also fundraising off his legal peril, has tightened his grip on the primary race.

The Morning Consult survey shows the former president has 54% support among likely primary voters and DeSantis has 26%, tying his lowest score since the poll began in December.

The two men are still way ahead of the rest of the field. Trump’s former vice-president, Mike Pence, was third in the Morning Consult poll, with 7%, three points ahead of Nikki Haley, the former South Carolina governor.

Liz Cheney, the former Wyoming representative who lost her seat after turning against Trump over the January 6 attack on Congress, and who has not ruled out a run, had 3% support. ‘People Will Die’: There’s Another Supply Chain Crisis

From groceries to baby formula and microchips to cold medicine for children, the supply chain issues that have arisen and grown into crises on President Biden and his administration’s watch are nothing new. But worsening shortages in the supply of drugs used to treat cancers are drawing dire warnings from medical professionals and those who rely on such medical interventions to save lives.

According to the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, shortages of critical drugs are “the worst they’ve been in a decade” due to “[quality control issues, selected plant closures and other manufacturing woes” that have seen oncology drugs “hit particularly hard in recent months,” Axios reported Tuesday.

“People will die from this shortage, for sure,” came another stark warning from the University of Alabama’s Jonathan McConathy in The Wall Street Journal.

Among the medicines running critically low or being rationed are chemotherapy drug methotrexate, cisplatin, and fluorouracil. Already, Pluvicto — a life-extending drug used in cases of metastatic prostate cancer — has run out and won’t be available to patients for months, Axios added. The House Oversight Committee, amid its ongoing scrutiny of President Joe Biden’s family and their business dealings, released new documents on Thursday that include bank records showing Biden family members received more than $1 million from a Chinese energy company after passing through the account of a family associate.

The revelations come as a result of subpoenas filed by Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) in February.

Subpoenaed Bank Records Reveal ‘New’ Biden Family Member Who Got China Cash

By New York Post. President Biden’s daughter-in-law Hallie is the mysterious “new” Biden family member who got paid Chinese cash in 2017, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer revealed exclusively to The Post Thursday.

Comer said the payments to first son Hunter Biden’s sister-in-law-turned-former lover were revealed in subpoenaed bank records.

The records show Hallie Biden received $35,000 over two transfers in 2017 from Biden family associate Rob Walker, who got $3 million on March 1, 2017, from State Energy HK Limited, a firm affiliated with CEFC China Energy.

President Biden, who allegedly was the “big guy” mentioned in communications about the same Chinese venture, dined at Hallie Biden’s residence last Friday during his regular weekend trip home to Delaware. It’s unclear if they discussed the looming bombshell, which Comer (R-Ky.) publicly teased Monday night on Fox News’ “Hannity.”

One transfer to Hallie from Robinson Walker LLC was for $25,000 on March 20, 2017, Comer’s staff wrote in a Thursday morning memo to committee members. Another $10,000 was transferred on Feb. 13 — raising “many questions” according to a committee aide because it came shortly before, rather than after, the $3 million haul. If Biden Gets His Way, Using Correct Pronouns Could Be a Human Rights Violation

By The Federalist. President Joe Biden’s Department of Education plans to enact new rule changes to civil rights law this May that would end free speech as Americans have known it.

The changes would inject gender ideology straight into the heart of Title IX of the Civil Rights Act by erasing the Supreme Court’s long-standing distinction between protected speech and punishable conduct.

In its 1999 ruling in Davis v. Monroe County Board of Education, the Supreme Court held that expressive activity such as speech can only constitute harassment when it is “so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive” that it can no longer be considered pure speech and is more properly viewed as actionable conduct. In the process, the court emphasized that single instances of speech — no matter how offensive to the listener — do not rise to the level of harassment.

The Biden administration is purposefully muddying the waters between mere speech and harassing conduct specifically to force the use of pronouns and gender-affirming language. Under the proposed rule, students and faculty can violate Title IX simply for refusing to use someone else’s “preferred” pronouns.

Ideally, investigations involving Title IX are mindful of First Amendment protections and proceed according to the American standard of due process that a person is innocent until proven guilty. Title IX has typically been reserved for incidents of sexual assault or harassment. Under the Biden administration, however, students and faculty could be reported for mere speech. By coercing and compelling speech, this administration will set legal precedent ablaze and steamroll arguably our nation’s most foundational principle. Department of Education hears comment on rules involving library content, gender identity

By KOCO News 5. The Oklahoma State Department of Education heard public comment Friday on new rules that will be considered by the department.

One rule being considered could downgrade a school’s accreditation if oversexualized content and pornographic material is made available to minors in school libraries. Another rule claims to reinforce parental rights, and it would require schools to inform parents if their child identifies a certain way.

“We should not give material that is inappropriate for younger kids in the schools, because they are not able to digest it,” a person said during public comment.

Walters said he supports the rule regarding certain material in school libraries. But opponents of the rule argue Oklahoma already has plenty of procedures in place to make sure books are appropriate. . .

The other rule that was up for public comments, as it is written, would allow parents to inspect school materials and be informed by school staff if a student brings up certain topics like gender identity or sexual orientation while at school. The daily White House press briefing had a rocky start Monday after News Africa chief correspondent Simon Ateba, who rarely gets called on, demanded equal treatment from Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre and his colleagues.

“This isn’t China, this isn’t Russia, this is the United States. This is the White House,” Ateba, adding Jean-Pierre shouldn’t only call on reporters who she likes or who ask convenient questions. “There are people in the back don’t get any questions.”

“You shouldn’t discriminate against some people because you don’t agree with their question,” he continued.

Federal Law Enforcement Pressured Dozens of Americans to Forfeit Gun Rights: Report

A trio of federal law enforcement agencies have reportedly worked together to strip dozens of Americans of their gun rights through secretive plea agreements and a form not authorized by Congress.

The FBI, Secret Service, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement stripped at least 60 people of their right to firearms between 2011 and 2019, according to The Washington Examiner. In at least one case, the FBI and Secret Service worked with a federal prosecutor to pressure a defendant into signing his gun rights away as a condition for a legal agreement.

“Dear Agent [redacted], You will find enclosed the NICS firearm form which has been signed by my client and his doctor. This is being provided in compliance with [redacted] plea agreement. Yours sincerely,” an attorney’s letter to a Secret Service agent on June 10, 2019, said according to the Examiner.

The letter was obtained by the gun rights group Gun Owners of America through a Freedom of Information Act request. It’s unclear what the defendant was charged with or why the FBI and Secret Service were involved. The case number on the letter was redacted.
