Trump Pushes to Impeach ‘Troublemaker’ Judge as Major Conflict of Interest Is Discovered

Multiple district court judges across the country, many with reputations as left-leaning activists, have been busy since the start of President Donald Trump’s second term, issuing nationwide injunctions to try to prevent him from implementing his policies for the executive branch.

More than 100 cases remain to be decided, with expectations many will reach the Supreme Court in one form or another.

But the courts’ lawfare against the president has created what many analysts have suggested is a constitutional crisis, with the judges’ deliberate interference in the constitutional responsibilities of the president.

Now Trump is responding, in one specific case, with a call for the judge to be removed.

On Truth Social, Trump cited the activism of James Boasberg, a federal judge in Washington who was appointed by Barack Obama, who had demanded that terrorists being deported by the Trump administration be returned to the U.S. (Read more from “Trump Pushes to Impeach ‘Troublemaker’ Judge as Major Conflict of Interest Is Discovered” HERE)

Actor Claims ‘Trump Is Attacking the U.S. More Effectively’ Than 9/11 Terrorists Ever Could

Hollywood actor Jon Cryer, of Two and a Half Men and Supergirl fame, took to social media site Blue Sky on Tuesday morning to accuse President Donald Trump of committing terrorism in his daily efforts to drain the swamp in Washington, DC.

Cryer, who has previously referred to himself as “somewhat stupidly woke,” attacked Trump using the labored equivalence of Al Qaeda, writing: “Donald Trump is attacking the United States more effectively than Al Quaeda ever could.”

Judge Who Tried to Block Trump Migrant Deportations Spared Russiagate Lawyer (and was a Member of Skull and Bones While at Yale)

By The Telegraph. The judge who tried to block Donald Trump’s deportation of 200 alleged Venezuelan gangsters previously spared a Russiagate lawyer from jail.

Judge James Boasberg spared Kevin Clinesmith, the former FBI lawyer, from prison after he was convicted of forgery during the federal investigation of Russian interference into the 2016 election.

Clinesmith pleaded guilty to a felony in August 2020, admitting to doctoring an email that served as support for a Russiagate wiretap of Carter Page, a former campaign official for Mr Trump. . .

However, Judge Boasberg sided with Clinesmith’s attorney, who argued that probation would be more appropriate as Clinesmith said he was not motivated by political bias.

Appearing sympathetic to the cost the lawyer had paid by “standing in the eye of a media hurricane,” he instead ordered him to work 400 hours of community service and 12 months probation. (Read more from “Judge Who Tried to Block Trump Migrant Deportations Spared Russiagate Lawyer” HERE)

Editor’s note: This activist judge was also a member of Cross and Bones while at Yale.

Federal Judge Appoints Himself President [Satire]

By The Babylon Bee. The Trump Administration agenda was stopped in its tracks this week after a federal judge appointed himself the new President of the United States.

“There’s nothing we can do,” said legal experts. “He’s a federal judge.”

Sources confirmed that Judge Mortimer Dithers of the Northern District of California granted himself all the powers of the executive branch in an emergency move to stop Trump. “Last night, the Constitution appeared to me in a dream and told me to do this,” said Judge Dithers. “You can’t argue with that. Also, my word on this is law because I’m a federal judge.”

President Judge Dithers has already issued several executive actions, including orders for Tesla to stop making cars, Elon Musk to punch himself in the face, and Trump to not move his head next time someone shoots at him. “This is the bidding of your new leader,” said Judge Dithers. “So let it be done, by the order of your new Federal Judge President.”

Trump later responded to the ruling on Truth Social by accusing the judge of “looking like a potato.” (Read more from “Judge Who Tried to Block Trump Migrant Deportations Spared Russiagate Lawyer” HERE)

Buried Fortune: U.S. Finds $8.4 Billion in Rare Earths Sitting in Coal Ash Landfills

For years, the United States has depended on imports of rare earth elements, the critical materials found in everything from smartphones to renewable energy technologies.

But in a surprising twist, researchers from The University of Texas at Austin have discovered that a massive domestic supply has been sitting right under our noses all along.

Trapped within the country’s coal ash deposits lies a staggering $8.4 billion worth of these essential elements, a finding that could significantly reduce dependence on imports and reshape America’s approach to sourcing critical minerals. . .

The study estimates that U.S. coal ash contains 11 million tons of rare earth elements.

That’s nearly eight times the country’s known domestic reserves.

This is the first national assessment of coal ash as a resource, presenting a new way to strengthen America’s supply of critical minerals. (Read more from “Buried Fortune: U.S. Finds $8.4 Billion in Rare Earths Sitting in Coal Ash Landfills” HERE)

A Cheap Daily Supplement Appears to Boost Brain Function in Older People

What’s good for your aging gut may also be good for your aging brain. The first study of its kind in twins found that taking daily protein and prebiotic supplements can improve scores on memory tests in people over the age of 60.

The findings, published last year, are food for thought, especially as the same visual memory and learning test is used to detect early signs of Alzheimer’s disease.

The double-blinded trial involved two cheap plant fiber prebiotics that are available over the counter in numerous nations around the world. Prebiotics are non-digestible consumables that help stimulate our gut microbes.

One is called inulin, and it is a dietary fiber in the class fructan. Another is called fructooligosaccharide (FOS), and it is a plant carbohydrate often used as a natural low calorie sweetener.

To test the effect of these supplements on the aging brain, researchers at King’s College London enrolled 36 pairs of twins over the age of 60. (Read more from “A Cheap Daily Supplement Appears to Boost Brain Function in Older People” HERE)

‘Lowest Ever Recorded’: CNN Drops ‘Staggering’ Poll Showing ‘Brutal Reality’ of Democrat Disapproval Ratings

By Mediaite. CNN’s Manu Raju shared a poll on Sunday’s Inside Politics he said shows the “brutal reality” of how negatively Americans view Democrats, with the favorable/unfavorable rating at its lowest point since the network began tracking the metric some 30 years ago.

Raju opened Sunday’s show with a full breakdown of a CNN/SSRS survey, reporting that it found only 29% of those polled viewed Democrats in a favorable light.

Fifty-four percent of those surveyed told CNN they viewed the Democratic Party unfavorably — something Raju called “staggering.”

While Democrats found themselves historically upside down in the survey, the Republican Party fared better, but not by much, coming in at just 36% favorable, and 48% saying they view the party unfavorably.

“Americans’ favorable views of the Democratic Party’s brand are at a record low, just 29%,” Raju reported. “It is the lowest ever recorded for Democrats in CNN polling, going back more than 30 years.” (Read more from “‘Lowest Ever Recorded’: CNN Drops ‘Staggering’ Poll Showing ‘Brutal Reality’ of Democrat Disapproval Ratings” HERE)

Poll: Democratic Party Favorability Sinks to Historic Low

By Breitbart. Almost nobody cares about the Democratic Party anymore, not even its own membership. That is the outcome delivered by a poll released Sunday that shows the party’s favorability rating among Americans has sunk to a historic low thanks in part to underwhelming views from its own frustrated supporters.

A CNN poll conducted by SSRS found with many in the Democratic Party publicly say their meek leaders should do more to challenge President Donald Trump, Democrats and Democratic-aligned independents say, 57 percent to 42 percent, that Democrats should mainly work to stop the Republican agenda, rather than working with the GOP majority to get some Democratic ideas into legislation.

CNN reports that weak, dithering leaders and poor political judgement combine to disillusion former backers of the party which has seen it slide into irrelevance:

The majority’s desire to fight the GOP marks a significant change in the party’s posture from the start of Trump’s first term. A September 2017 poll found a broad 74% majority of Democrats and Democratic leaners saying their party should work with Republicans in an attempt to advance their own priorities, and just 23% advocating for a more combative approach.

Democratic-aligned adults say, 52% to 48%, that the leadership of the Democratic Party is currently taking the party in the wrong direction. That’s another shift from eight years ago, when views on this metric were largely positive.

Among the American public overall, the Democratic Party’s favorability rating stands at just 29% – a record low in CNN’s polling dating back to 1992 and a drop of 20 points since January 2021, when Trump exited his first term under the shadow of the January 6 attack at on Capitol. The Republican Party’s rating currently stands at 36%.

Overall Democrats have yet to consolidate around any one-party leader to serve as a counterpoint to a surging and increasingly confident President Donald Trump.

Is This the Aide Behind Biden’s Controversial Autopen Signings?

A key aide to former President Joe Biden is under scrutiny following accusations that she overused the former president’s autopen, a device typically used for signing official documents. This raised concerns about the authenticity of her signature on critical matters. In addition to this controversy, she faced a Hatch Act complaint for allegedly making illegal fundraising solicitations in her official government role. These allegations have sparked criticism over potential misuse of power and violation of ethics rules within the Biden administration.

Reports suggest Neera Tanden, Biden’s former White House Staff Secretary, may have used the autopen to sign pardons while President Biden was golfing in St. Croix in December 2022. The Oversight Project pointed out that six individuals received pardons during Biden’s vacation on December 30, 2022, raising concerns that the president may not have been present or fully aware that the pardons were being signed.

Last week, I covered a report about documents signed by Biden’s autopen that could be considered invalid, alleging that one of Biden’s key aides may have abused the device to sign official papers. President Donald Trump has increased scrutiny over Biden’s use of the autopen throughout his presidency, with sources close to the administration suggesting that the device may have been misused.

Trump claimed that Biden’s autopen pardons are “null and void” “because I’m sure Biden didn’t have any idea that it was taking place.”

In response, Tanden, an ultra-progressive liberal, lashed out at Trump, urging lawyers to file lawsuits against the president.

Preacher Doesn’t Flinch as Trans Activist Points Apparent Gun at His Head

Shocking video has been released showing the moment a pastor had an apparent gun pointed in his face by an activist – but the cool-headed preacher hardly moves a muscle.

Kevin Kihara, 37, a pastor of Christian Forgiveness Ministries in San Francisco, was speaking out against the transgender ideology in Santa Ana on Wednesday when the unhinged aggressor came at him, brandishing what appeared to be a firearm.

Kihara, who was speaking into a mic on a sidewalk, then calmly looks and sees the person – who is out of shot – fast approaching.

“What are you going to come attack me now?” Kihara says bluntly.

That’s when the emotionally charged person — dressed in denim overalls and a black and white striped T-shirt – walks up to him and pulls out what appears to be a large handgun and points it in Kihara’s face.

“I should,” the tattooed person responds. (Read more from “Preacher Doesn’t Flinch as Activist Points Apparent Gun at His Head” HERE)

Fani Willis Is Going to Pay Big for Violating State Law While Prosecuting Trump

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis just got some more horrible news. A judge has ordered her to pay over $54,000 in attorney’s fees and hand over documents her office held in violation of Georgia’s Open Records Act.

Willis withheld important documentation related to the prosecution against President Donald Trump. Ashleigh Merchant, the attorney who filed an open records request to obtain information related to Willis’ inappropriate relationship with another prosecutor she had appointed to Trump’s case, said she had been “completely stonewalled” by Willis’ office in September 2023, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Merchant said she requested about a dozen sets of records from the DA’s office, including non-disclosure agreements employees are required to sign, a list of attorneys hired by Willis since taking office and receipts for the DA’s contract with a New York-based “media monitoring service.”

The ruling, issued Friday by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Rachel Krause, marks a rare win for those seeking access to public records held by government agencies.

Krause determined the DA’s office failed to comply with Georgia’s Open Records Act by withholding public documents and said those failures “were intentional, not done in good faith, and were substantially groundless and vexatious.”

Because the DA’s office lacked justification for denying the records, Willis’ office must pay attorney fees and litigation expenses to Merchant, her husband, John, and the attorney couple’s paralegal, all of whom worked to get the records, the judge ruled.

As ICE Arrests Increase, Illegal Aliens Are Fighting Back

Federal officers are pursuing illegal immigrants, and the illegal immigrants are increasingly fighting back, according to court documents and officials who describe a surge in assaults on law enforcement.

Experts said the violence is driven at least in part by immigrant advocates who deliver know-your-rights briefings that seem to encourage defiance.

“It’s deliberately intended to fuel that,” Matthew J. O’Brien, a former immigration judge, told The Washington Times.

In California, a Russian migrant has been charged with chomping on the hand of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer hard enough to break his finger. In New York, an illegal immigrant from Nicaragua stands accused of roughing up U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents who tried to arrest him at a jail.

In Denver, city authorities released Abraham Gonzalez into a jail parking lot, where he took on a half-dozen ICE officers, congressional Republicans said. (Read more from “As ICE Arrests Increase, Illegal Aliens Are Fighting Back” HERE)
