Former Trump official Michael Caputo slammed the Biden administration following the FBI’s Monday raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida.

In an exclusive statement to Fox News Digital, Caputo compared the FBI to the Soviet-era KGB in Russia, declared the nation was in a “full-blown constitutional crisis,” and predicted the raid would lead to President Biden facing an indictment following a loss in the 2024 presidential election.

“America is in a full-blown constitutional crisis. The American people have endured a slow, creeping attack on our nation. I had a front row seat in the Russia hoax, and I’ve watched it get steadily and methodically worse ever since,” Caputo said.

Biden Paid Taliban More Than $1 Billion Over Last Year

In the aftermath of Joe Biden’s report that he ordered a military drone strike that killed al-Qaida leader Ayman al-Zawahiri in downtown Kabul, Afghanistan, a report has emerged that Biden has paid, over the last year, about $1 billion to the Taliban.

That would be the extremist Islamist organization that took over Afghanistan when Biden last year abruptly pulled American soldiers out.

Biden left behind hundreds of Americans, thousands of America-supporting nationals who likely would be targeted by assassination squads for their work, as well as some $80 billion in American war machinery.

Now a report from Foreign Desk News explains that Biden has been sending, and plans to send more, money to the Taliban.

Trump: Biden Sends $60B to Ukraine for Weapons to Be ‘Obliterated’ by Russia

Not only would Russia have not waged war on Ukraine under the Trump administration, but the U.S. taxpayers would not have had to sink $60 billion and counting into Ukraine’s defense – to watch Russia “obliterate” the weapons Ukraine is sent – former President Donald Trump lamented Saturday night.

“Ukraine would have never happened under the Trump administration,” Trump told the young conservatives at the Turning Point Action Summit in Tampa, Florida. “Russia would have never done what they did – and they didn’t.”

Trump took another bow for his pressing NATO nations to contribute their fair share for their collective defense, to the tune of $430 billion, he said.

“We were being taken advantage of by Europe,” Trump said. “If you look at Ukraine now, we have so far given $60 billion to Ukraine. Court Orders DOJ to Cough up Biden’s Election-Takeover Documents Before Midterms

A federal district court ruled last week that the Biden Department of Justice must hand over documents related to Biden’s executive order federalizing elections before the 2022 midterms and not after.

As a lawsuit filed by the Foundation for Government Accountability details, the DOJ sought to release the documents in 2023, because any time before that would “put an undue strain on agency resources.” The court sternly disagreed with the DOJ’s timeline and ordered it to provide all the documents requested by the Foundation for Government Accountability before the midterm elections, a major blow to the Biden administration.

As The Federalist has reported, Biden’s executive order directs all 600 federal agencies to focus on increasing voter registration and turnout. Multiple agencies subsequently decided to turn federal facilities — especially those that deal with federal benefits — into voter registration agencies. Russia Ridicules Biden’s Trans and Non-Binary Appointees

Russia is ridiculing transgender Assistant Health Secretary Rachel Levine and non-binary Deputy Assistant Nuclear Energy Secretary Sam Brinton, after a photo of the queer duo at the French ambassador’s home went viral last week.

Russian Foreign Affairs communications official Maria Zakharova posted a photo on Telegram of Brinton and Levine in heels and skirts at the party with the caption as translated: “Answer the question honestly for yourself: Are these the values that you are ready to instill in your children? Or do we still fight for our own?”

Russia’s United Nations diplomat Dmitry Polyanskiy also reposted a photo of Levine and Brinton with the caption: “Keep going that way, our dear American ex-partners! I don’t think we even need any long-term strategies to counter your malicious role in the world – you are doing the right thing yourselves! Texas Sues Biden Administration Over Emergency Abortion Guidance

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration on Thursday after the Department of Health and Human Services reiterated guidance this week that says doctors are required to perform an abortion if a pregnant woman’s life is in danger.

“President Biden is flagrantly disregarding the legislative and democratic process—and flouting the Supreme Court’s ruling before the ink is dry—by having his appointed bureaucrats mandate that hospitals and emergency medicine physicians must perform abortions,” the lawsuit, which names Health Secretary Xavier Becerra and other officials as defendants, says.

Becerra issued the guidance to health care providers on Monday, writing in a letter that under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, physicians “must” provide an abortion if it is the “stabilizing treatment necessary to resolve” an emergency medical condition.

“When a state law prohibits abortion and does not include an exception for the life and health of the pregnant person — or draws the exception more narrowly than EMTALA’s emergency medical condition definition — that state law is preempted,” Becerra wrote in the letter.

Biden Admin Drops $1.5 Million on ‘Transgender Programming’ for Inmates

The Biden administration spent nearly $1.5 million to produce a “transgender programming curriculum” for inmates held in the nation’s 122 federal prisons.

The Justice Department disbursed the funds for a consulting firm to develop a program to help transgender inmates “manage identity concerns during incarceration” and advocate for their “sexual health and safety,” according to a government summary of the contract. The contract also asks the firm to develop a program to help transgender inmates access hormone treatment after they are released.

There are only about 1,200 transgender individuals serving sentences in federal prisons, according to a 2021 Department of Justice estimate, meaning the Biden administration spent roughly $1,250 per transgender prisoner. That is more than the $1,200 checks Americans received during the first round of COVID-19 stimulus payments.

The Justice Department’s $1,496,500 contract is part of President Joe Biden’s larger, controversial effort to promote transgenderism—even among minors. The Justice Department in March sent a letter to all state attorneys general warning them against restricting transgender hormone treatment for children. That same month, Biden’s State Department announced it would allow individuals to select “X” as their gender when completing passport applications. The administration also released updated guidelines in January that make it easier for transgender inmates to be placed in facilities that match their “gender identity.”

Following a district court ruling last month, a convicted terrorist is set to become the first transgender inmate to receive federally funded sex-reassignment surgery, the Washington Free Beacon reported. The American Civil Liberties Union, a Biden administration ally, waged the successful legal battle on behalf of Cristina Iglesias, who in 2005 mailed fake anthrax to British government office buildings. The Biden Administration Insisted It Wouldn’t Fund Crack Pipes. A New Report Shows Otherwise.

The Biden administration is funding the distribution of crack pipes, according to a report from the Daily Caller, which indicates that so-called harm reduction facilities that received administration grants are in fact distributing the pipes.

The news comes after administration officials insisted taxpayer dollars would not be used for this purpose and described a Washington Free Beacon report on their harm reduction grant program as “misinformation.” The Caller reported Friday, however, that it received two smoking kits that contain crack pipes, condoms, and lubricant from the New York Harm Reduction Educators, which received $398,960 in May from the Department of Health and Human Services through its harm reduction grant program.

The Caller received its crack pipes “after spending about 10 minutes on paperwork with basic information,” according to the report. Not only were they given drug paraphernalia: The reporters were invited to smoke on the premises. One employee asked a reporter to use the crack pipe in a supervised room at the harm reduction center, saying the drug paraphernalia could not be used outside the facility because it was too close to a school.

When HHS announced the recipients of its $30 million harm reduction program in May, it included a note at the top of its grant webpage stating that “no federal funding is used directly or through subsequent reimbursement of grantees to purchase pipes in safer smoking kits.” The announcement came after the Free Beacon first reported in February that the HHS harm reduction program was set to fund the distribution of crack pipes. The White House denounced the story as “disinformation” and said smoking kits funded by its program would not include a crack pipe. Biden Administration Commits Another $400M to Ukraine

The Biden administration has announced another $400 million in military aid to Ukraine, a senior defense official told reporters on Friday.

This aid, which is the 15th presidential drawdown since Russia invaded Ukraine in late February, includes four more Lockheed Martin-created High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, known as HIMARS, ammunition for them, three tactical vehicles, a thousand rounds of 155 mm artillery ammunition, demolition munitions, a counter-battery system, and spare parts.

Prior to the latest announcement, the United States had provided Ukraine with eight HIMARS, all of which are currently there and still operational despite claims from the Russian military that it had hit such targets. Tens of Thousands of Soldiers Barred From Service Due to Biden Vaccine Mandate

Sixty-two thousand Army National Guard and Reserve soldiers are being deprived of pay and benefits, due to noncompliance with the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate.

The military service members who are not vaccinated, or do not have a pending or approved exemption, will no longer be allowed to drill or train, Army officials said last week. If noncompliance continues, officials say they will discharge them. The move to bar soldiers from service, pay, and benefits comes as the armed forces have struggled with recruitment. The Army cited “maintaining readiness” as the branch’s rationale for enforcing the vaccine mandate, according to a statement.

Army officials point out their “policy affords every Soldier the opportunity to request an exemption, such as for medical or religious concerns.” Previous reporting by the Washington Free Beacon, however, found that military leadership has granted few. In the Marine Corps, just three service members were granted religious exemptions. Congressional Republicans have pressured the Pentagon for more information about the armed forces vaccine mandate, but their calls have gone unanswered.
