Andrew Cuomo Publicly Trashes Biden, Pelosi and Obama

Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) publicly came out shaming the Biden administration for not standing by him during his sexual harassment scandal last year.

Telling a New York Post reporter, Cuomo said that it was “traumatizing” that no one from his party supported him during that time.

Saying that he has been friends with President Joe Biden for almost 20 years, the disgraced governor said that it was “heartbreaking” to see Biden turn his back on him without knowing the full story.

“It was tough. Traumatizing. Biden, a friend 20 years, not knowing details, immediately said about me, ‘He’s got to go.’ Biden had troubles years before and I stood by him… gave him the benefit of the doubt. It was heartbreaking to see him trash me without reading one page, making one phone call,” Cuomo said.

Calling the phrase “political friends” an oxymoron, Cuomo went on to call out House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif) and former President Obama, as well as other Democrat figures for not being by his side during the allegations. Report: FBI Agents Pushed to ‘Find a Crime’ That Supports Biden’s Claims About GOP ‘Extremism’

The Biden administration is reportedly pushing federal law enforcement to exaggerate the threat from domestic terrorism and white supremacy as the White House uses such threats as political talking points.

Current and former members of the FBI say that President Joe Biden’s administration is pushing the bureau to devote more resources than necessary toward combatting domestic terrorism, especially with racial components, according to The Washington Times.

The FBI leadership’s “demand for [w]hite supremacy … vastly outstrips the supply of [w]hite supremacy,” one agent told the Times. “We have more people assigned to investigate [w]hite supremacists than we can actually find.”

The FBI brass has directed the bureau’s investigative efforts primarily toward domestic extremism cases, especially those with racial components, the agent said. The agent suggested that the push is so forceful that otherwise legal activities are sometimes swept up in the FBI’s scrutiny of certain actions for a potential extremist link.

DOJ Refuses to Release Biden Administration Plan to Intervene in 2022 Election; GOP Sues Elections Board for Allegedly Breaking Mail-in Balloting, Election Observer Laws

By Breitbart. The Department of Justice (DOJ) is refusing to release 15 pages of documents explaining the Biden administration’s strategy to implement a “voter access” policy that is being coordinated with left-wing groups just weeks before the 2022 election.

In March 2021, President Joe Biden signed Executive Order 14019, “Promoting Access to Voting.” . . .

As Byron York of the Washington Examiner notes:

So the strategic plan, the document that would give the world some information on what the administration is doing to enact Biden’s order, remains a secret. But that’s not all. The Justice Department is withholding lots of other information, as well.

One troubling clue did make it past Justice Department censors. On July 12, 2021, the Justice Department held a “listening session” with outside activists working on voting rights. The group included dozens of people, all of them from left-leaning groups. There were 10 from the American Civil Liberties Union, five from the Campaign Legal Center, three from Demos, three from the Southern Poverty Law Center, five from the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, two from Black Lives Matter, and many others. The list would not reassure anyone hoping that the Justice Department is working in a scrupulously nonpartisan way. But of course, we don’t really know what the department is doing because the administration is keeping it a secret.

GOP Sues North Carolina Elections Board for Allegedly Breaking Mail-in Balloting, Election Observer Laws

By The Federalist. The North Carolina Republican Party (NCGOP), along with the chair of the Clay County Republican Party and the Republican National Committee (RNC), filed a lawsuit against the state’s Board of Elections (NCSBE) on Friday for allegedly “unlawful actions restricting party election observers and extending the delivery deadline for absentee ballots.”

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiffs accuse the NCSBE of “undermining both transparency and the rule of law by blocking the right of at-large election observers to have full access to voting places and unilaterally extending the deadline for the return of absentee-by-mail ballots.”

“While Chapter 163 of the North Carolina General Statutes grants certain powers and duties to the NCSBE, those powers and duties are also limited by the specific election laws,” the lawsuit reads. “As such, the NCSBE is not the final arbiter of election law in North Carolina; rather, it must exercise its authority in accordance with the statutes that grant it such power. Recent decisions of the NCSBE, however, have flouted its authority under the law.”

The Republican groups go on to note that under North Carolina state law, “in addition to voting place-specific election observers, the chair of each political party in each county can designate up to ten (10) at-large election observers ‘who are residents of that county who may attend any voting place in that county’” and “‘[t]he chair of each political party in the State shall have the right to designate up to 100 additional at-large observers who are residents of the State who may attend any voting place in the State.’” (Read more from “GOP Sues North Carolina Elections Board for Allegedly Breaking Mail-in Balloting, Election Observer Laws” HERE)

Biden Admin Is Funding Drug Supply Vending Machines

The Biden administration is spending nearly $3.6 million to help fuel the drug epidemic with “harm reduction kiosks.”

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) a $3 million grant was awarded to place drug kiosks filled with items and substances such as naloxone, syringes, fentanyl test strips and condoms in the rust belt of Kentucky.

Some machines may even supply smoke kits that include crack pipes.

The Biden administration claims the kiosks will reduce the stigma for drug users, aiming to make drug use safer rather than eliminate it.

DeSantis to Send Illegal Aliens Who Arrive in Florida to Delaware

The crisis at the border is getting worse day by day, and yet, the Biden administration continues to turn a blind eye, pretending that the chaos they created is not a problem.

In response, Republican governors are taking it upon themselves to send illegal migrants who wander into their state to Democrat cities so they can see firsthand just how much of a problem it is.

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) is a part of this movement to bring awareness to the crisis at the southern border.

He is vowing to “reroute” illegal migrants who arrive in Florida to President Joe Biden’s home state of Delaware.

“That’s why the governor has worked with the legislature, to secure funding to make sure…that people that are coming illegally…that they don’t stay here with their arms crossed, thinking about what they will be able to do. We are going to send that person, frankly, to Delaware, the president’s home state,” Florida Lt. Gov. Jeanette Nuñez said. CBO: Yes, Americans Making Under $400K Will Get Audited by the IRS (VIDEO)

Despite claims from Biden administration officials that new funding for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will not increase the auditing burden on individuals and small businesses, a Friday letter from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) reveals new auditing activity targeting taxpayers who report less than $400,000 per year will be expected to contribute to about $4 billion in revenue.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Aug. 10 directed the IRS to not use the $79 billion funding increase granted to the organization in the Inflation Reduction Act to increase the “share of small business or households below the $400,000 threshold that are audited relative to historical levels.” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters “No. Very Clear. No.” when asked if there would be new audits on “anyone” making less than $400,000 per year, and Yellen herself said that “small business[es] or households making less than $400,000 per year will not see an increase in the chances that they are audited,” in the directive’s announcement.

However, the CBO now expects that new auditing efforts targeting individuals making less than $400,000 per year will partially account for $4 billion of $180 billion in revenue over the next 10 years, alongside reduced administrative costs, according to a letter containing updated revenue projections written by CBO Director Phillip Swagel. This expectation accounts for Yellen’s directive, with the CBO estimating that if the Inflation Reduction Act had included language prohibiting new audits on those reporting less than $400,000, the IRS would expect about $4 billion less in revenue than if it only followed Yellen’s directive.

Biden Plans to Use Tax-Payer Money to Fund Amtrak to Send Illegal Aliens to American Towns

Rumor has it the Biden administration is on the verge of using Amtrak to transport illegal migrants from parts of the U.S. Mexican border.

According to 19 House Republicans, President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security is planning on using hard-earned taxpayer money to fund the transportation of illegal aliens from the border to cross into the country.

The House Transportation Committee blames Biden’s urgent need to end Title 42 for the massive spike of illegals crossing the border, inciting GOP members to heighten the need to expose the president’s plans.

In a letter to Amtrak officials, Republicans cautioned that Biden may use their transportation services for processing if immigration checkpoints are inundated with new arrivals, furthering the crisis at the border.

“We are concerned about the impact that a significantly greater border surge could cause to your services and the potential use of Amtrak in the Administration’s response to its self-created border crisis,” the letter reads. ‘Isn’t It Almost Orwellian?’ White House Fumbles Trying to Explain Misleading Inflation Bill (VIDEO)

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre fumbled Sunday when asked about the “Orwellian” nature of the Inflation Reduction Act by “This Week” host Jon Karl.

An ABC News/Ipsos poll from early August found only 37% of Americans approve of President Joe Biden’s handling of the economy, Karl explained to Jean-Pierre, and asked her why, if things are getting better with inflation, so many Americans disapprove of the president. Jean-Pierre argued that the White House is aware of what the American people are feeling. She then gave examples of how the president has “partly” helped in attempting to improve inflation issues, noting the introduction of the Inflation Reduction Act.

“Let me ask you. It’s called the ‘Inflation Reduction Act,’ but the Congressional Budget Office [CBO], which is nonpartisan, said there would be a negligible impact on inflation this year and barely impact inflation at all next year,” Karl responded, “Isn’t it almost Orwellian? How can you call it the ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ when nonpartisan experts say its not gonna —”

Pentagon Sends Biggest Arms Package Yet to Ukraine

The Biden administration on Monday pledged $1 billion worth of additional military equipment to Ukraine, the largest single drawdown of firepower from U.S. stocks since the start of Russia’s invasion almost six months ago. The security assistance package includes more warheads for the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) and almost 100,000 rounds of artillery and mortar ammunition that Ukrainians say have helped turn the tide of battle in fierce fighting in the south and east.

The latest drawdown is the 18th since Russia invaded its neighbor on Feb. 24, Pentagon officials said Monday.

“This package provides a significant amount of additional ammunition, weapons and equipment — the types of which the Ukrainian people are using so effectively to defend their country,” Colin H. Kahl, undersecretary of defense for policy, told reporters. “These are all critical capabilities to help the Ukrainians repel the Russian offensive in the east and also to address evolving developments in the south and elsewhere.”

The latest round brings the total U.S. security assistance to Ukraine to $9.8 billion since the start of the Biden administration, officials said. Officials in Kyiv say even more firepower is needed to hold off the bigger and better-armed Russian forces.

Report Shows Biden Admin Run by Former Registered Foreign Agents

More than a dozen high-ranking members of the Biden administration previously worked as registered foreign agents, according to a new report obtained exclusively by The Federalist. The report was published by the Biden administration watchdog “Inside Biden’s Basement,” itself a project of the nonprofit Transparency Action Fund.

Titled, “Foreign Agents Lurking Inside Biden’s Basement,” the group’s new report outlines the networks of at least 13 officials under President Joe Biden who were once paid to represent foreign interests and registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Their prior clients range from Iran and Kazakhstan to Canada and Mexico.

FARA records show White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su’s law firm paid out $30,000 a month to Mercury Public Affairs on behalf of the government of Kazakhstan in 2018. Biden Special Assistant Erin Pelton was employed with Mercury in the same year and worked on behalf of both Kazakhstan and Qatar, according to public government documents.

In 2006, Biden’s U.S. Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski’s public affairs firm, McGuireWoods Consulting, was paid nearly $140,000 over a six-month period by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO).
