Kavanaugh’s Would-Be Killer Googled ‘Quietest Semi Auto Rifle’ and ‘Most Effective Place to Stab Someone’

The man accused of conspiring to murder Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh asked the internet for assassination tips weeks before he flew to the nation’s capital loaded with weapons.

Nicholas Roske searched on Google for the “quietest semi auto rifle” and the “most effective place to stab someone” before he arrived outside Kavanaugh’s home in June, according to an FBI warrant obtained by Fox News. The 26-year-old also said in an online chat forum he was going to “remove some people from the supreme court” to “stop roe v wade from being overturned.”

“I could get at least one, which would change the votes for decades to come,” Roske said, “and I am shooting for 3.”

Kavanaugh’s brush with death came amid efforts from congressional Democrats to stall legislation meant to beef up security for Supreme Court justices. Additional protections for the judges were provided promptly after the threat to Kavanaugh’s life. 911 Call Confirms Motivations of Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s Alleged Would-Be Killer

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, 26-year-old Nicholas John Roske of Simi Valley, California was arrested outside near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home. The suspect told police he wanted to kill the U.S. Supreme Court justice. The just-released 911 calls reveal that he told this to the operator as well, and also confirm the suspect’s motivations. . .

[Via Fox News:]

[Roske] then describes how he has moved the suitcase away from him, that he said contains firearms, pepper spray, a knife and tools, away from him, and is sitting on the curb. When asked why he came all the way from California and if he knows someone, Roske says: “Brett Kavanaugh…The Supreme Court Justice.”

Roske later told police he was upset by a leaked draft opinion suggesting the Supreme Court is about to overrule Roe v. Wade, the 1973 landmark abortion case. He also said he was upset over the school massacre in Uvalde, Texas, and believed Kavanaugh would vote to loosen gun control laws, the affidavit said.

In the 911 call, the operator asks if he came with the intent to “hurt yourself and him or what was going to happen?”

“Correct” Roske says.

Abortion Activists Send ‘Special Message’ to Kavanaugh’s Wife and Kids — After Would-be Assassin Is Caught by His Home

Pro-abortion activist group Ruth Sent Us sent a “special message” to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s wife and daughters — on the same day that a would-be assassin, armed with a knife and a gun, was arrested near the justice’s property.

The group, named for the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, shared several tweets after reports circulated about the man who was arrested near Kavanaugh’s home — a young man from California who said that in order to give his own life “purpose,” he intended to kill Kavanaugh. He also said that he was angry about the leaked early opinion draft, written by Justice Samuel Alito, which indicated the court might be preparing to strike down Roe v. Wade.

After announcing plans to forge ahead with “peaceful and joyful” protests — outside the homes of Alito, Kavanaugh, Justice Amy Coney Barrett, and Chief Justice John Roberts — in the coming days, they directed the next message to Kavanaugh and his family.

“We offer our thoughts & prayers to Brett & Ashley Kavanaugh after a California man arrived by taxi near their home, armed with a gun & knife, then called the police on himself to confess his murderous rage against the abusive alcoholic ‘Justice.’ We didn’t send him,” the next tweet read.

Democrats Revive Kavanaugh Allegations, Slam FBI Probe

Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats demanded this week that the FBI hand over additional information related to its 2018 investigation into Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

The Democrats led by Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse and Chris Coons raised a series of questions about the FBI’s handling of its sexual misconduct probe into Brett Kavanaugh in response to a letter the Bureau sent them in June. They expressed particular concern that the FBI had received more than 4,500 tips and shared ones deemed “relevant” to former President Donald Trump’s White House.

“The admissions in your letter corroborate and explain numerous credible accounts by individuals and firms that they had contacted the FBI with information ‘highly relevant to . . . allegations’ of sexual misconduct by Justice Kavanaugh, only to be ignored,” seven Judiciary Democrats wrote in a letter addressed to FBI Director Christopher Wray late Wednesday.

“If the FBI was not authorized to or did not follow up on any of the tips that it received from the tip line, it is difficult to understand the point of having a tip line at all,” the letter continued. (Read more from “Democrats Revive Kavanaugh Allegations, Slam FBI Probe” HERE)

Text Messages Reveal NYT Reporter TOLD Kavanaugh Source What to Say

A Senate Judiciary Committee report revealed that New York Times reporter Robin Pogrebin coached sources on what to say and how to respond to her questions based on information she obtained, The Federalist reported. Her motive was to shape a false narrative against now-sitting Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and allegations of sexual misconduct. Pogrebin is one of the co-authors of the anti-Kavanaugh book whose chapter was featured in the New York Times last week.

The newspaper was forced to issue a correction for failing to include exculpatory evidence about the accuser. Earlier this week, Pogrebin said Kavanaugh wanted her to lie about what took place. . .

From The Federalist (emphasis mine):

Pogrebin made a bizarre and unsupported claim this week that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh had told her to lie. It turned out Pogrebin had mischaracterized discussions with the Supreme Court’s public information officer, not Kavanaugh, who had merely explained the terms of an off-the-record interview that was being sought and never obtained. Despite the many errors and false claims Pogrebin and her co-author Kate Kelly made, corporate media picked up on this false statement as if it were true.

A 2018 text exchange between Karen Yarasavage and Kerry Berchem shows them discussing Deborah Ramirez’s claim against Kavanaugh. Yarasavage was extremely close to Ramirez — having asked Ramirez to be a godmother to one of her children — and knew Kavanaugh well, too. Berchem was younger and not at Yale when the alleged incident was said to have taken place. While in reality, the text exchanges show Berchem trying to get Yarasavage to say something supportive of Ramirez’s claim, even though Yarasavage said she’d never even heard of any such incident and felt confident she would have if it had happened, the media characterized the discussions as evidence of Kavanaugh’s guilt.

Kavanaugh’s ‘Mystery’ Accuser Is Former Clinton Lawyer, Obama Donor

Max Stier, the man behind a new sexual misconduct allegation against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, was not only a former classmate of Kavanaugh’s at Yale but also a foe during the Bill Clinton impeachment trial.

Stier, 53, served on the team defending Clinton, while Kavanaugh served on Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr’s team that was investigating Clinton. . .

The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway noted in a piece that during those proceedings Stier had “worked closely with David Kendall,” who would later defend Hillary Clinton against allegations of illegally handling classified information.

Stier once worked for a Republican congressman decades ago — Rep. Jim Leach (R-IA) in 1982, but he would later donate to Democrats. He donated $250 to the Democratic National Committee in 2000 while he worked at Housing and Urban Development, and then donated about $1,000 to former President Barack Obama in 2007 and 2008, according to the Federal Election Commission website. . .

Since President Trump’s tenure, Stier has been careful not to criticize Trump, although he has in several interviews disparaged the notion of the “Deep State” and defended federal employees as hardworking public servants. NYT Admits to Leaving out Damning Detail About Kavanaugh Accuser

The New York Times published a correction late Sunday night after leaving out exculpatory evidence in a story about Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s time as an undergraduate student at Yale University.

Times reporters Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly wrote an article in Sunday’s paper drawing from their forthcoming book, “The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation.”

“A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student. Mr. Stier, who runs a nonprofit organization in Washington, notified senators and the F.B.I. about this account, but the F.B.I. did not investigate and Mr. Stier has declined to discuss it publicly,” Pogrebin and Kelly wrote in the story’s original version, adding that they “corroborated the story with two officials who have communicated with Mr. Stier.”

The article left out a crucial fact that was included in the book: The alleged victim reportedly has no recollection of the incident in question. The woman “refused to discuss the incident” with the authors, and “several of her friends said she does not recall it,” Pogrebin and Kelly wrote in the book. . .

“An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book’s account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article,” reads an editor’s note tacked onto the bottom of the story. (Read more from “NYT Admits to Leaving out Damning Detail About Kavanaugh Accuser” HERE)

WATCH: President Trump UNLOADS on the New York Times

Over the weekend, the New York Times published an excerpt from a new book about Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, where he is accused of sexual misconduct similar to the allegations made by Deborah Ramirez during his confirmation hearings. The Times ended up making a correction on Sunday saying exculpatory information was not included in the excerpt. Specifically, the excerpt failed to mention that the female student in question didn’t want to be interviewed and her friends said she didn’t recall the incident.

During a Q&A with reporters, President Donald Trump was asked about the Times’ decision to run the excerpt without including that bit of information.

“Do you think the New York Times should fire the individuals responsible for claiming that [Supreme Court Justice Brett] Kavanaugh committed sexual misconduct without including exculpatory information?” the Daily Caller’s Amber Athey asked Trump. . .

“The New York Times made another terrible mistake. It’s a shame that a thing like that can happen. I see that they’re making a big correction today. They just announced there’s a correction. But to do that about a Supreme Court justice is a terrible thing I think,” Trump replied. “I think false accusation, whatever happened with the New York Times, I mean, I can tell you personally, they never check. They never do– we used to have a thing called fact checking. They don’t do fact checking anymore. They used to call and say, ‘What about this? What about that?'”

“How can they do a thing like that and destroy someone’s life?” Trump asked. “I mean, they’re destroying lives and it’s fake news, fake news.”

New York Times Release New Assault Accusations Against Brett Kavanaugh

The New York Times on Saturday published an opinion piece from reporters Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly, who claim to have details about a new accuser and sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The piece was an excerpt from their upcoming book, “The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation.”

We also uncovered a previously unreported story about Mr. Kavanaugh in his freshman year that echoes Ms. [Deborah] Ramirez’s allegation. A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Stier has declined to discuss it publicly. (We corroborated the story with two officials who have communicated with Mr. Stier.)

According to the Huffington Post, Pogrebin and Kelly “looked into both Ramirez’s and Ford’s claims for their upcoming book, which takes a deeper look into Kavanaugh’s prep school and Ivy League days in an attempt to piece together who he is.” . . .

Deborah Ramirez’s allegations against Kavanaugh came out during his confirmation process last fall. She claimed he exposed himself during a party in a dorm room in 1983 but was reluctant to come forward because she had been drinking and her memory was foggy. WATCH: Christine Blasey Ford’s Lawyer Reveals What, in Part, Motivated Her to Accuse Kavanaugh

New video has surfaced of leftist activist Debra Katz, the attorney for Christine Blasey-Ford, admitting her client (falsely) accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct in order to protect abortion and Roe v. Wade.

“In the aftermath of these hearings I believe that Christine’s testimony brought about more good than the harm the misogynist Republicans caused by allowing Kavanuagh on the court,” Katz said during an event in Baltimore. “He will always have an asterisk next to his name. When he takes a scalpel to Roe v. Wade we will know who he is, we know his character and we know what motivates him. It’s important that we know and that’s part of what motivated Christine.”
