Ridiculous Eighth-Grade Graphic: ‘Fat, Short, Unattractive’ People Are Oppressed

“Fat, short, unattractive” people, females and individuals without children are among the groups facing “oppression” or “resistance,” according to a graphic allegedly given to eighth-graders at a California prep school.

A screenshot of the slide appeared on an Instagram account dedicated to posting about the purported “woke excesses” at the Harvard-Westlake prep school in Los Angeles.

“If you are ‘urban’ you are privileged, but if you are ‘rural’ you are oppressed,” the post from @WokeAtHW reads. “We don’t get it either.”

A Harvard-Westlake spokesperson declined to comment.

13 Killed in California Crash Allegedly Entered U.S. Illegally via Border Fence Hole

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials said they believe the victims killed in the collision in Southern California just miles from the U.S.-Mexico border were illegal immigrants who were smuggled through a dilapidated border fence near Calexico.

A Ford Expedition carrying more than two-dozen people collided with a semi-truck in Imperial County, California, on Tuesday, leaving at least 13 dead and more injured, local officials said.

Border Patrol agents and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) opened an investigation to see whether the car was carrying smuggled migrants.

“We pray for the accident victims and their families during this difficult time,” said El Centro Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gregory Bovino in a news conference on Wednesday. Agents, he said, believe the deceased individuals were part of a larger group of about 44 migrants who were smuggled through a hole in the fence near Calexico, a California city that lies along the border and is next to the Mexican city of Mexicali.

Video Catches California Governor Inside Restaurant Ignoring His Own COVID Rules

Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom was seen inside a restaurant in Fresno, California, where restaurants are only permitted to be open if they are outside because of Newsom’s own stay-at-home order.

Newsom is seen on a TikTok video and photos at the Los Amigos restaurant in Fresno. Based on Newsom’s “Blueprint for a Safer Economy” restrictions, Fresno is a purple tier area, which means the area has “widespread” COVID-19 infections. Purple tier regions prohibit bars, breweries, and distilleries to be open, plus indoor dining is banned. Only restaurants and wineries may offer outdoor service.

Despite Newsom’s own strict coronavirus constraints that he signed into effect, the governor was inside a restaurant. Newsom, who has preached social distancing to his constituents for months, is seen not physically distancing in the restaurant.

Lawsuit: Navy Veteran Dies After California Police Officers Knelt on His Neck for Five Minutes

A California Navy veteran died after a police officer knelt on his neck for nearly five minutes in December 2020, his family alleges in a lawsuit.

The sister of Angelo Quinto, 30, called law enforcement on Dec. 23 after he was purportedly experiencing a mental health emergency, according to a lawsuit filed by the family against the city of Antioch, California. A pair of officers restrained Quinto, placed him on the floor, and one of the policemen knelt on his neck for around five minutes while the veteran “started bleeding from his mouth,” the suit alleged, adding that “at no time while being restrained did Mr. Quinto resist physically or verbally.”

“I trusted the police because I thought they knew what they were doing, but he was actually passive and visibly not dangerous or a threat,” Maria Quinto-Collins, his mother, said last week. “It was absolutely unnecessary what they did to him.”

The suit alleged Quinto said, “Please don’t kill me,” as the officers restrained him.

The family’s attorney posted a video on YouTube of the incident that appears to show Quinto bloodied and immobile before being transported by police in a carrying device. The footage does not show law enforcement kneeling on the 30-year-old’s neck, and the Washington Examiner was not able to verify its authenticity. Only 100,000 More Signatures Needed to Recall California Governor

Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom is less than 100,000 signatures away as of Thursday from being forced into a recall special election.

California state law stipulates that a sitting governor must face a recall special election if 12% of voters from the previous gubernatorial election, in this case 1.5 million California residents, sign a petition to recall the governor. At the time of publication, 1.4 million Californians have signed a petition to recall Newsom.

The recall milestone comes amidst Newsom’s poll numbers hitting historic lows in response to the governor’s controversial COVID-19 policies, according to a report from Politico.

The report indicated only 46% of Californians approve of Newsom’s performance as governor, down from nearly two-thirds back in November of last year.

American Dies Hours After COVID Vaccine

By WND. Officials in California are investigating the death of a local resident who died just hours after receiving a vaccine for the coronavirus.

The Placer County Sheriff’s office made the announcement on Facebook Saturday evening, but details were sparse:

“Placer County Public Health and the Placer County Sheriff-Coroner Division were recently notified of the death of an individual who tested positive for COVID-19 in late December.

“The individual was administered a COVID-19 vaccine several hours before their death on January 21, 2021. The vaccine was not administered by Placer County Public Health. There are multiple local, state, and federal agencies actively investigating this case; any reports surrounding the cause of death are premature, pending the outcome of the investigation. Our thoughts are with the family of the deceased.”

California resident dies several hours after receiving COVID-19 vaccine; cause of death remains unclear

By Fox News. . .It is unclear if the individual received the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.

Some people have had allergic reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine, though severe allergic reactions remain extremely rare. Last week, California State Epidemiologist Dr. Erica S. Pan recommended that providers halt the administration of one lot of the Moderna vaccine “out of an extreme abundance of caution” after it caused an allergic reaction in less than ten people.

“While no vaccine or medical procedure is without risk, the risk of a serious adverse reaction is very small,” the California Department of Health wrote. “While less data exists on adverse reactions related to the Moderna vaccine, a similar vaccine shows that the expected rate of anaphylaxis is approximately 1 in 100,000.”

The vaccines do have some side effects, including tiredness, headache, chills, and a fever, but these are “normal signs that your body is building protection” and should go away in a few days, according to the CDC. 33 Missing Children Rescued in Anti-Human Trafficking Operation in California

A multi-agency anti-human trafficking operation led by the FBI rescued 33 missing children in southern California. The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced the news about the investigation on Friday in a press release.

Operation Lost Angels launched on Jan. 11 and found 33 “vulnerable missing children,” eight of which were said to be being sexually exploited or trafficked when law enforcement saved them, according to the feds.

“Two were recovered multiple times during the operation while on the ‘track,’ a common term used to describe a known location for commercial sex trafficking,” the FBI said. “It is not uncommon for victims who are rescued to return to commercial sex trafficking either voluntarily or by force, fraud, or coercion.”

“This harmful cycle highlights the challenges victims face and those faced by law enforcement when attempting to keep victims from returning to an abusive situation,” the news release stated. “Victims may not self-identify as being trafficked or may not even realize they’re being trafficked.”

Hmm, Why Is Gavin Newsom Hiding Coronavirus Data From the Public?

California Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom is hiding key coronavirus data from the public while inexplicably allowing several counties in the state to reopen.

Following a surge in November, Newsom unveiled new lockdown orders that divided the state into five regions, with each region locking down whenever ICU hospital capacity dipped below 15 percent. Before long, about 98 percent of the state’s population fell under the new restrictions.

Despite ICU capacity still south of 15 percent, the governor has lifted restrictions for 13 counties in the Greater Sacramento area, the AP reported. State data updated daily shows the Sacramento region currently has an ICU capacity of around 7.8 percent at the time of this writing.

In those 13 counties, restaurants are once again allowed to offer outdoor dining, worshipers can attend church services, hair salons and other businesses are allowed to make money and retailers can operate at a higher capacity. Lucky them.

When asked about the underlying data used to justify the reopening of those counties, state health officials cited “projections” purportedly showing ICU capacity in those counties rising above the 15-percent threshold in coming weeks. California Is the Worst State at Vaccine Distribution

The State of California became the worst of the 50 states in distributing its share of coronavirus vaccines on Thursday, as other states picked up their pace.

Despite improving from 27.5% last week to 37.3% this week, California is “dead last,” as SFGate.com reported Friday:

Thursday’s update to Bloomberg’s vaccine tracker shows that the national rate increased from 38.8% last week to 48.6% this week. Last week’s 50th-ranked state was Alabama, which saw its usage rate jump from 21.2% to 41.1% week-over-week. For reference, California was ranked 49th last week.

This week, the 49th, 48th and 47th ranked states in order are Minnesota (39.8%), Virginia (40.2%) and Alabama (41.1%). The top three states are North Dakota (82.8%), West Virginia (73.0%) and New Mexico (68.6%).

California’s 55 Electoral Votes for Biden Suddenly Targeted in Brand-New Action

A lawsuit accuses California officials of rampant election-code violations and fraud that irreparably contaminated the results of the 2020 election.

“The lack of integrity in our elections strikes at the heart of our republic,” said Joshua Kroot of Primary Law Group, one of the teams working on the case on behalf of the Election Integrity Project. “The failure to correct this problem immediately will do irreparable injury to our nation and devastate the credibility of all elections into the distant future.”

While more than 60 lawsuits have been filed following the Nov. 3 general election on behalf of President Trump, the complaint goes further, challenging the entire election procedure in California. It also is significant because it requires the decertification of California’s November election results, a move that by itself, could deprive Joe Biden of the presidency.

Biden is expected to get 306 Electoral College votes of 270 needed to win. But California’s lode is 55 votes.
