Now a report from Becker Hospital Review points out that doctors in positions to manage their industry are taking the same censorious position: Agree with us or we’ll hurt you badly.
The report explained the Federation of State Medical Boards has warned that “physicians and other healthcare professionals could be at risk of losing their medical licenses if they spread COVID-19 vaccine misinformation on social media, online and in the media” . . .
The report explained the federation represents all U.S. state medical boards and threatened that anyone offending its perception of “vaccine misinformation” would be dealt with in an immediate fashion.

A new study has found that individuals that have previously contracted COVID-19 show a more potent antibody response than those who were solely vaccinated for the respiratory virus.
Conducted by a research team at Rockefeller University in New York, the analysis found “that between a first (prime) and second (booster) shot of either the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine, the memory B cells of infection-naïve individuals produced antibodies that evolved increased neutralizing activity against SARS-CoV-2,” but also that “no additional increase in the potency or breadth of this activity was observed thereafter.”
Meanwhile, researchers determined that not only do recovered COVID-19 patients possess neutralizing antibodies up to a year after infection, but that such infection simultaneously assists in offering protection against developing variants.

A new coronavirus mutation known as the lambda variant that is thought to have increased resistance to vaccines has appeared in the United States.
Also known as C.37, the lambda variant was first discovered in Peru in November 2020. Peru has been one of the countries hit hardest by the pandemic, with 595 COVID-19 deaths per 100,000 people, the highest in the world. Peru has relied heavily on the Chinese vaccine known as Sinopharm, which is 79% effective at preventing hospitalizations. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are 94% effective against hospitalization.
The lambda variant has since spread to eight countries in South America and 41 countries around the world, according to global science initiative GISAID.
“There are currently more than 1,300 Lambda (C.37) sequences in the U.S. as of August 4, 2021, and the Lambda variant has been identified in 44 states,” a spokesperson with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently told Newsweek. The Biden administration is considering using federal regulatory powers and the threat of withholding federal funds from institutions to push more Americans to get vaccinated — a huge potential shift in the fight against the virus and a far more muscular approach to getting shots into arms, according to four people familiar with the deliberations.
The effort could apply to institutions as varied as long-term-care facilities, cruise ships and universities, potentially impacting millions of Americans, according to the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive conversations.
The conversations are in the early phases and no firm decisions have been made, the people said. One outside lawyer in touch with the Biden administration on the issue is recommending that the president use federal powers sparingly. Poll: Majority Not Confident Government Reports Unbiased Information on Vaccine Effectiveness
By Breitbart. A majority of likely American voters are not confident the federal government is reporting unbiased information on the effectiveness of vaccines for the Chinese coronavirus, a Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group survey released Thursday revealed.
The survey asked respondents, “How confident are you that the federal government is reporting unbiased information on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines?”
Overall, a majority are not confident that the federal government is presenting unbiased information. Just over 50 percent, 50.8 percent, said they are either not very confident or not confident at all. Of those, 37.4 percent said they are not confident whatsoever.

Yelp Adds ‘Proof of Vaccination Required’ and ‘All Staff Fully Vaccinated’ Filters

“To help consumers understand how a business is currently operating as pandemic guidelines continue to evolve, today, Yelp is announcing two new, free attributes – “Proof of vaccination required” and “All staff fully vaccinated,” the company announced on Thursday.
The new filters will reportedly help users sort out jab-friendly establishments when searching for restaurants, nightlife, and the like. According to Yelp, businesses who pledge allegiance to the Chinese coronavirus vaccine will be clearly labeled for users to see. Several exclaimed “Yes” when Dice droned on about how “we don’t need those people walking among us,” and “we’ll have to decide for them what’s best.”
There were several who accused Dice of being a socialist for advocating such extreme government intervention in individual lives, and one astute passer-by took Dice out with “This is a joke.”

A majority of Americans oppose requiring proof of vaccination to enable people to dine at restaurants.
Asked in what situations proof of vaccination should be required, 59% of those polled said that restaurants should not require proof of vaccinations status, compared to 37% who support the idea, according to the results of a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday.
But Americans were more split on whether proof of vaccination should be required in other places. Asked if travelers should be required to show proof of vaccination on airlines, 52% supported that mandate compared to 45% who opposed it. More respondents also felt that attendees of large sporting or entertaining events should show proof of vaccination, with 49% supporting the idea compared to 47% who opposed it.
“There are varying opinions on who should be required to prove they have had the vaccine. Yes on proof of vaccination for those who fly, a toss-up for people attending large events, and a no for people going to restaurants,” Quinnipiac University Polling Analyst Tim Malloy said of the results. And there probably is no more clear an illustration of that uncertainty as the recent announcement from Carnival that there are positive COVID cases aboard its Carnival Vista cruise ship.
That’s because, according to The Liberty Daily, every staff member and every guest on the ship was vaccinated.
“Somewhere near Cozumel in the Caribbean Sea, there’s a cruise ship that had zero unvaccinated people aboard but that still suffered an outbreak of Covid-19,” the report said. “This goes against the narrative that the reason for ‘breakthrough cases’ is due to too many unvaccinated people mingling with those who have taken the experimental injections.”
It continued, “The Carnival Vista, which departed from Galveston, Texas, on July 31, has issued strict face mask protocols and ordered infected people aboard into isolation. President Joe Biden is reportedly readying a plan that will require foreign visitors to the United States to show proof of vaccination for the Chinese coronavirus before entering the country.
A report by Reuters on Wednesday details a plan by the Biden administration that would “require nearly all foreign visitors” to be fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, according to a White House official with knowledge of the plan.
The Biden administration has interagency working groups working “in order to have a new system ready for when we can reopen travel,” the official said, adding it includes “a phased approach that over time will mean, with limited exceptions, that foreign nationals traveling to the United States (from all countries) need to be fully vaccinated.” [Emphasis added]

The White House has held discussions with airlines and others about how it would implement a policy of requiring vaccines for foreign visitors. There are other questions the Biden administration must answer, including what proof it would accept of vaccination and if the United States would accept vaccines that some countries are using but which have not yet been authorized by U.S. regulators.
