House Democrats Are Afraid of Putting ‘Abolish ICE’ on Their Voting Record

House Democrats are cowards.

That’s right, they’re afraid of taking their radical open-borders zealotry and putting it on the record for the American people to see in broad daylight. After #AbolishICE protests became all the rage on the Left in recent weeks, several Democratic lawmakers decided to take up the call and adopt the position that the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency should be abolished. A few politically calculating House Democrats even thought it would be a good idea to introduce a bill in Congress to abolish ICE. That is an absurd and extreme position.

Well, now House Republicans are calling the Democrats’ bluff and saying,”Okay, you want to Abolish ICE? Let’s vote on it.” Republicans are bringing the bill up for a vote on the floor of the House, the idea being to expose these radicals for what they are or to show that they’re cynically playing to their base without seriously supporting abolishing ICE.

Well, lo and behold, here’s how the three Democrats who introduced the #AbolishICE bill are responding to getting a vote on their legislation:

And here’s the reaction from the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (all Democrats), via the Washington Examiner:

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus formally announced its opposition to legislation that would abolish U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, known as ICE, dissolving its duties into other departments.

The Democrats-only Hispanic Caucus issued a statement late Thursday night after House Republican leadership said it plans to bring the bill to floor — a political move to put Democrats on the record ahead of the November elections.

“Simply terminating ICE fails to address President Trump’s underlying cruel immigration policies and priorities that target families and children,” Hispanic Caucus Chair Michelle Lujan Grisham, D-N.M., said in a statement. “Any federal agency charged with conducting immigration enforcement, regardless of their name or place on an organizational chart, will continue to implement Trump’s depraved immigration priorities.”

The Democrats don’t actually want to vote on a bill to abolish ICE. They know that most voters support the agency, whose work involves fighting human smuggling and other deplorable crimes. They’re circus clowns, putting on a show to rile up their base and then getting embarrassed when Republicans pull their pants down in front of their audience. Backlash: Left-Leaning Poll Has Really Bad News for Democrats

A new poll released on Monday from a left-leaning news publication showed that the Democrats are paying dearly for their disastrous week last week where they lied about President Donald Trump’s comments regarding violent MS-13 gang members.

The Reuters Poll revealed that the double-digit lead that the Democrats held over Republicans last month in generic ballot voting for the 2018 midterms among registered voters is now completely gone as Republicans have opened up a six-point lead over the Democrats.

The poll, for the week ending on May 20, shows Republicans at 40.7 percent with Democrats falling down to 34.5 percent. Ex-Commie Spy Chief: Dem Intel Abuse Haunting

A former Soviet-bloc spy chief who famously defected to the United States during the Cold War says the effort by the Democratic Party during the 2016 election to distribute a bogus anti-Trump “dossier” filled with Russian propaganda and use it to obtain a warrant to spy on the opposition campaign is reminiscent of disinformation operations he was asked to carry out for his boss, dictator Nicolae Ceaucescu.

“They say that history repeats itself. If you have lived two lives, as I have done, you have a good chance of seeing a re-enactment with your own eyes,” wrote Ion Mihai Pacepa in a column for PJ Media.

Pacepa was referring to the memo released one week ago by the Republican majority on the House Intelligence Committee summarizing evidence that President Obama’s FBI and Justice Department presented to a top-secret intelligence court the dubious opposition-research dossier written by discredited former British spy Christopher Steele and funded by the Hillary Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee, without specifying to the court its origin.

Pacepa, after his change of heart and spectacular defection in 1978, provided invaluable intelligence to the CIA, working with the agency on various plots against the Eastern bloc. In response, the Ceausescu regime served two death sentences on him. The dictator created a special Securitate unit staffed with about 1,000 officers and given the single task of assassinating Pacepa in the United States.

Pacepa told WND in a December 2016 interview that the Soviet Union’s massive intelligence apparatus, like the Romanian service he headed, was focused less on spying and more on activities such as rewriting history, manufacturing false documents, defaming noble people and planting anti-American disinformation in the liberal Western news media. Democrat Cave? Senator Signals an Unconditional Surrender on Immigration Deal

Senior Senate Democrat Dick Durbin (IL) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that legislators are unlikely to reach a deal on the Delayed Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) before the president’s March deadline, but that Democrats will not force a second government shutdown over the impasse.

“There is not likely to be a DACA deal, though we’re working every single day on telephone calls and person-to-person to try to reach this bipartisan agreement,” Durbin told host Jake Tapper. “I don’t see a government shutdown coming.”

This leaves Democrats with few options — and no leverage — going into the final weeks of negotiations over an immigration deal that they were, by all accounts, poised to ink with the president. But earlier in January, the deal broke down, reportedly over an included stipulation that would have given indefinite amnesty to parents of DACA recipients even though those parents knowingly violated U.S. immigration law.

When Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) realized he’d lost Republican cooperation, he ordered his colleagues to filibuster a continuing resolution on the budget, sending the government into a three day shutdown. But having lost the media, and activists in both the middle and on the far left, Schumer caved to the president’s shutdown deal and ordered his colleagues to negotiate on the budget and on immigration separately. Fractured GOP Struggles with Immigration Strategy

By The Hill. Republicans are barreling toward a fight over immigration despite divisions on what the party’s strategy should be.

GOP lawmakers decamped Friday from a retreat in West Virginia meant to tout unity around their 2018 agenda without finding a consensus on what to do about recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

The political cacophony comes as the Senate is expected to turn to a debate as soon as this week on the fate of the Obama-era program, which allows certain immigrants brought into the country illegally as children to work and go to school in the U.S. . . .

Democrat Eyeing 2020 Race Against Trump

Bernie Sanders convened his top political advisers in Washington on Saturday for a planning meeting that included a discussion of the feasibility and shape of a possible 2020 presidential campaign, half a dozen senior Democrats familiar with the gathering confirmed to POLITICO.

The top-line message the Vermont senator received from the operatives gathered during the government shutdown was a more formal version of the one they’ve been giving him regularly for months: You would be one of the front-runners for the Democratic nomination. And if you want to run, it’s time to start seriously planning accordingly.

The Democratic socialist’s response to the series of presentations, according to multiple Democrats: I haven’t yet made a decision about 2020, but I still think beating Donald Trump is the most important thing for this country. And I want to be ready if I do decide to run.

Sanders regularly speaks with a close group of advisers and periodically brings top allies in to discuss his political maneuvers, but Saturday’s get-together included planning for the rest of 2018 as well as a specifically slated 2020 component, said Democrats familiar with the session, which was scheduled for the one-year anniversary of Trump’s inauguration. Part of the discussion included gaming out how the rest of the field might look, since 2016’s landscape — effectively pitting Sanders directly against Hillary Clinton — was far more straightforward than the expected 2020 free-for-all.

Multiple Democrats close to Sanders insisted that the meeting was not solely a 2020 planning session and that the conversation was one in a series of talks that he frequently has with aides and associates in regular, less formal sessions. But they all acknowledged that this gathering was larger than the rest, and that it included a preplanned discussion of the next presidential race. Same Democrats That Attacked Trump’s “Sh*Thole” Remark as Racist Are Running Network of Black Genocide Planned Parenthood Abortion Centers

Leftist Democrats, “RINOs” (Republicans in Name Only), and their media lapdog buddies are having a heyday condemning the President as a black-hating racist over negative remarks he allegedly made during a private meeting about immigration that recently took place in the Oval Office. But these same hypocritical stone-throwers apparently have no problem whatsoever with the continued government funding of Planned Parenthood abortion mills that racially target the lives of unborn black babies.

For years, many conservatives have been trying to sound the alarm about Planned Parenthood’s racist roots, as the Margaret Sanger-founded organization has been exposed as a fake “women’s health” group, the true purpose of which is to of exterminate the “human weeds” of the world, a.k.a. black lives. There have been undercover videos, unearthed historical documents, and mounds of other evidence proving that Planned Parenthood exists solely for the purpose of genocide, and yet you won’t hear a peep of truth about any of this from the mainstream media.

At the same time, fake news outlets like CNN and The Washington Post are gleefully taking the opportunity to repeat ad nauseum on the air a curse word that President Trump may or may not have actually said, as they accuse him of hating people with dark-colored skin. Democratic Senator Dick Durbin from Illinois told the media that the President used words that were “hate-filled, vile, and racist,” while at the same time admitting that he’s “committed” to protecting abortion “rights.”

“I am committed to women’s rights under the law, reproductive rights certainly, and our party is,” Sen. Durbin stated back in April, at a time when the truth about Planned Parenthood and its anti-black agenda was reaching a crescendo. “… when it comes to the policy position, I think we need to be clear and unequivocal … (and) prepared to back women’s rights as we’ve defined them under the law.”

What Planned Parenthood has been doing for many decades with its butchering of unborn lives, many of which were black, and selling of the body parts on the black market for cash is infinitely more detestable than anything the president may or may not have said during what should have been a confidential meeting. But you wouldn’t know this by listening to the talking heads on television.

Somehow President Trump’s rightful condemnation of our nation’s broken immigration policy is the most evil thing in the world. But murdering unborn black lives at Planned Parenthood clinics on the taxpayer dime? No big deal.

Don’t forget that Planned Parenthood is actually under investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for profiteering on the sale of aborted human fetal tissue – which as of this writing has been collected from some 59 million aborted babies since abortion became “legal” in the United States back in 1973. According to statistics, roughly 18 million of these murdered unborn children were black.

“Planned Parenthood was born in eugenic racism and elitism, and Margaret Sanger was the mother who gave birth to the world’s largest abortion chain,” stated Ryan Bomberger, chief creative officer at The Radiance Foundation, to Breitbart News. In Bomberger’s view, it is simply beyond the pale that leftist Democrats are decrying President Trump’s alleged comments as representing the downfall of America at the same time that they ignore the abortion industry’s total annihilation of nearly 60 million unborn lives, and counting.

“In the city where Planned Parenthood began, more black babies are aborted than born alive according to the New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. This is not the result of justice. Mass Exodus: Hundreds of Thousands of People Fled These Three Deep Blue States in 2017

Three Democrat-leaning states hemorrhaged hundreds of thousands of people in 2016 and 2017 as crime, high taxes and, in some cases, crummy weather had residents seeking greener pastures elsewhere.

The exodus of residents was most pronounced in New York, which saw about 190,000 people leave the state between July 1, 2016 and July 1, 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data released last week.

New York’s domestic out-migration during that time period was about the same as it was in the same time 2015 and 2016. Since 2010, the state’s outflow of just over 1 million residents has exceeded that of every other state, both in absolute terms and as a share of population, according to the free-market think tank Empire Center.

Despite the massive domestic out-migration flow, New York’s net population grew slightly, largely due to high levels of international immigration and a so-called “natural increase” — the difference between births and deaths in a given year.

New York’s net migration was about minus 60,000 residents, but the state had 73,000 more births than deaths, resulting in a net population growth of about 13,000.

Illinois was not so fortunate.

Long beset by twin budget and pension crises and the erosion of its tax base, Illinois lost so many residents that it dropped from the fifth to the sixth-most populous state in 2017, losing its previous spot to Pennsylvania.

Just under 115,000 Illinois residents decamped for other states between July 2016 and July 2017. Since 2010, the Land of Lincoln has lost about 650,000 residents to other states on net, equal to the combined population of the state’s four largest cities other than Chicago, according to the Illinois Policy Institute.

Illinois’ domestic out-migration problem has become a nightmare for lawmakers, who must find a way to solve the worst pension crisis in the nation as the state’s tax base shrinks year after year.

Illinois’ Democrat-dominated legislature has tried to ameliorate the situation with tax hikes, causing even more people to leave and throwing the state into a demographic spiral. Illinois experienced a net loss of about 33,000 residents in 2016, the fourth consecutive year of population decline.

“As people leave the state, they take their pocketbooks with them. That means there are fewer Illinoisans to pay the bills,” Orphe Divounguy, chief economist with the Illinois Policy Institute, told the Chicago Tribune. “It’s worrying because if you have a declining population and a declining labor force, you will for sure have a further slowdown of economic activity going into 2018.”

California was the third deep blue state to experience significant domestic out-migration between July 2016 and July 2017, and it couldn’t blame the outflow on retirees searching for a more agreeable climate. About 138,000 residents left the state during that time period, second only to New York.

However, because California was the top receiving state for international migrants, its net migration was actually 27,000. Add to that number a “natural increase” of 214,000 people, and California’s population grew by about just over 240,000, according to the Census Bureau.

Going forward, one factor that could worsen domestic out-migration from New York, California and Illinois is the newly enacted tax reform bill, which caps state and local tax deductions at $10,000. The limit on the SALT deduction is poised to hit taxpayers harder in those states than it will in just about any other.

According to the Tax Foundation, New York, Illinois and California had three of the five highest tax rates expressed as a percentage of per capita income, with residents paying 12.7 percent, 11 percent and 11 percent, respectively. Fired up Dems Smell Blood as They Eye 2018

Amid a record-high Dow, low unemployment, a rise in job creation, a housing boom and overall consumer optimism, the party in charge took a thumping Tuesday night.

It’s now the Republicans turn to figure out “What Happened,” the title of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election post-mortem, after Democrats took the Virginia and New Jersey gubernatorial races, regained control of the Virginia House of Delegates and the Washington State Senate, won mayoral races in Charlotte and St. Petersburg, and celebrated the passage of a referendum on Medicaid expansion in Maine.

President Trump blamed Republican gubernatorial candidate Ed Gillespie, who lost by 9 points, for the setback in Virginia.

It’s Been 10 Months and Democrats Still Have No Answer to This Question

More than 10 months after the 2016 election, California Democratic Rep. Jackie Speier still has no answer for who the leader of the Democratic Party is.

When asked who her party’s leader is an interview Wednesday afternoon, Speier dodged the question and declined to name a single Democratic leader.

“Who’s the leader of the Democratic Party right now in this country?” asked MSNBC host Craig Melvin.

“Well, good question. I think there are a lot of leaders. What we need to determine over the next, I’d say, six to eight months is who really rises to the top. But there’s a great bench of Democrats who are looking at running for president and we’ll see how many of them get traction,” Speier said. Historian Ties Dems to Marxist Plan to Collapse U.S. From the Inside

The concept of “fundamental transformation” has been discussed vigorously since then, especially in light of the many sweeping changes Obama brought to the country over his eight years in office.

Historian Charles Sasser sees Obama’s “fundamental transformation” in the context of an older and more sinister plan articulated by a pair of Marxist activists nearly 50 years ago.

“What we’re seeing now is this fundamental transformation, and it goes all the way back to [Herbert] Marcuse,” Sasser said during a recent appearance on the “Prophecy Hour” radio program. “In the 1960s when he [Marcuse] was talking about the ‘long march through the institutions,’ this is what Obama was talking about – the fundamental transformation of America.”

The “long march through the institutions” was coined by student activist Rudi Dutschke in the late 1960s to describe his strategy for bringing about the conditions for a Marxist revolution in the United States.

The plan was for Marxists to infiltrate all of America’s major institutions – politics, the news media, the education system, the churches, the entertainment industry – and slowly subvert those institutions from within, thereby subverting America.
