Disney Cast Members Getting Woke Makeover as Part of Gender-Neutral Push

Cinderella’s “Fairy Godmother” is apparently going woke, too.

Cast members at Disney’s Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique now will be called “Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices” — instead of “Fairy Godmothers in Training” — according to Disney.

The change is an attempt for the theme parks to be more gender-neutral, Walt Disney World (WDW) News Today shared on Tuesday.

The title change is already reflected on both the Walt Disney World and Disneyland websites. . .

Dull ‘Lightyear’ Is Another Victim of Bored, Woke Filmmakers

Even with the titanic marketing force of Disney and buzz (no pun intended) around featuring a lesbian couple kissing, “Lightyear” proved to be a flop. Although it was expected to top the charts and bring in $70 million in its first weekend (a modest goal, all things considered), the movie made $51 million, second behind the newest Jurassic Park installment. For context, “Top Gun: Maverick” made more than $100 million in its opening weekend.

While it’s fair to see this as yet another instance of the truism, “go woke, go broke,” it’s worth asking why Disney keeps doing this. They have a whole slew of perfectly profitable franchises to tap, and they can churn out blockbusters from any of them without breaking a sweat. Why do they feel the need to shoehorn a scene of lesbians kissing that no asked for? Why did they double-down against their own audience?

Probably the first and foremost reason that Disney executives do this is because they can. They believe they have a monopoly over young audiences and can start treating them like a captive audience. Daniel Greenfield makes a convincing case in Frontpage Mag that this is exactly what Disney is thinking: “Disney may have started out feeding the imaginations of children, but now its business model is acquiring intellectual properties with active fandoms and milking the adult fans for every cent.” Rest assured, Disney will keep issuing more sequels and spinoffs ad nauseam, knowing full well that their cult-like fandoms will continue to watch them.

When entertaining people becomes secondary, it’s only natural to propagate a message. These days, that message is diversity, inclusion, and equity (DIE, as Jordan Peterson puts it), which has become the standard in all popular entertainment. For example, it was clear “Frozen II” would make a lot of money just because it was “Frozen II,” so its creators decided to turn the movie into a convoluted propaganda piece that spoke on the environment, the treatment of indigenous people, and female empowerment. No one seemed to mind that the movie was terrible, and there’s little doubt that Disney will make another sequel when the time is right. Ex-Disney Actor Sentenced to Federal Prison for Trying to Meet a 13-Year-Old for Sex

Former Disney Channel actor Stoney Westmoreland was sentenced to two years in federal prison for attempting to lure a minor to have sex with him.

Westmoreland had faced a 10-year prison sentence for the charge of enticement of a minor over the internet, but copped a plea deal with prosecutors to the lesser charge of using interstate facilities to transmit information about a minor, according to Deadline.

He is required to comply with DNA collection and must register as a sex offender. The actor’s computers and electronic devices are subject to random searches. He must report all of the online accounts he uses for communications, including email and social media. As part of the plea deal, Westmoreland is prohibited from contact with minors without adult supervision.

On December 13, 2018, Westmoreland – who portrayed a grandfather on the Disney Channel sitcom “Andi Mack” – allegedly met a 13-year-old boy on Grindr – the self-described “world’s largest social networking app for gay, bi, trans, and queer people.” Westmoreland reportedly shared explicit photos with the teen on the LGBTQ hook-up app. (Read more from “Ex-Disney Actor Sentenced to Federal Prison for Trying to Meet a 13-Year-Old for Sex” HERE)

Disney Releases LGBTQ Pride-Themed Toys Marketed to Children: ’For Ages 0+’

Amid pushback from parents and Republican leaders, Disney has launched a “Pride Collection” initiative, which includes an LGBTQ pride-themed line of plush toys marketed to young children.

Among the plush toys from Disney, which were made in conjunction with the squish mallow company, are various Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Stitch, all of which feature a rainbow design.

The back of the tag reads, “in celebration of Pride and the company’s Pride collection, The Walt Disney Company is giving funds as part of our ongoing commitment to organizations around the world that support LGBTQ+ communities.” The front of the tag notes that the plush toy is intended for children “0+.”

The release of the pride-themed plush toys is only one facet of the company’s campaign to push leftwing gender theory on children. As Breitbart News reported, the multinational corporation has launched their “Pride Collection,” complete with a clothing line with the rainbow overlaid on the logos of Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar. Disney Continues to Indoctrinate Children

June 1st marks the beginning of gay pride month, which means the season of rainbow colored everything is right around the corner.

Obviously it’s no surprise Disney, the head of brainwashing kids, launched a LGBTQ- friendly clothing and accessory line.

The 2022 “Disney Pride Collection” has been rebranded from its original name “Rainbow Disney Collection” in order to mold to the woke mob’s narrative.

Disney Funds In-School Campaign to Sexualize Children

Walt Disney Company has repeatedly donated to an organization that infiltrates public and private schools with LGBT ideology, according to Disney’s Pride Collection webpage.

Disney announced that it donated a portion of its 2022 “Pride Collection” funds to the organization GLSEN — pronounced “glisten” — among other global LGBT organizations. In 2020, Disney announced that it would donate $100,000 to GLSEN. Disney’s 2022 funds will reportedly create new LGBT-oriented programming.

Disney’s PRIDE page dubbed GLSEN a leader in “educational equity” and stated that the organizations have collaborated “for more than 20 years.”

GLSEN is the touchpoint between political activism and LGBT activism in K-12 public and private schools. The LGBT organization crafts school policy guides, curricula and teacher training for schools nationwide, according to an analysis from Parents Defending Education. Is Disney About to Fire Its CEO?; Biden Berates Florida Republicans for Punishing Disney

By Townhall. As the showdown between The Walt Disney Company and Florida Republicans comes to a head with the passage of a bill to strip Walt Disney World of its special district status, Bob Chapek’s tumultuous tenure as CEO of Disney has come into glaring focus.

Facing criticism from all sides, Chapek — who replaced former CEO Bob Iger — appears to be on thin ice with growing calls for the embattled leader to step aside in order to let Disney right its ship.

As The New York Post reported on Wednesday as the Florida Senate passed the bill to strip Disney’s Florida resort of its autonomy, there are growing calls for Chapek to go and Iger to return as Disney’s CEO, even if just for a little while.

According to The Post, “Hollywood insiders” are questioning “whether 71-year-old Iger, who stepped down as executive chairman in December, would be able to restrain himself from reaching for the wheel at Disney after a series of missteps by Chapek” that it characterized as a “fumbling response” to Florida’s recently signed parental rights law. Joe Biden Berates Florida Republicans: ‘Nothing Conservative’ About Punishing Disney

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden criticized Republicans for trying to punish Disney after the company attacked Florida’s parental rights bill signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis.

The president spoke out against the bill during a fundraiser hosted in Seattle by Brad Smith, the president and vice chair of Microsoft.

“There’s nothing conservative about throwing Disney out of its current posture… over saying gay?” Biden said, referring to the Republican-led effort to strip Disney’s special tax status on Thursday.

Florida Republicans pushed the law forward after the family entertainment company said they would fight Florida’s new law preventing teachers instructing students in kindergarten through third grade on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Florida Lawmakers Vote to End Disney’s Tax Privilege, Self-Governing Status

Florida’s Republican-led Senate approved a bill on Wednesday that would eliminate the Walt Disney Company’s special tax district that has allowed the company to self-govern its land.

The Florida House is also expected to vote in favor of the legislation after Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Tuesday that lawmakers will be “considering termination of all special districts that were announced in Florida prior to 1968 — and that includes the Reedy Creek Improvement District.”

The special tax district allows Disney wide-ranging autonomy, including over local police and fire departments on the land where its theme park sits in Orlando. It currently saves the company tens of millions of dollars a year in exemptions from various regulations, taxes and fees, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing a person familiar with the company’s finances.

‘Gayest Kids Movie Yet’ From Disney Unleashed on America

It’s being called Disney’s “gayest kids movie yet,” and it comes at a time when Americans are dumping the entertainment giant because of its support for LGBT causes and opposition to Florida’s anti-grooming law giving parents a voice in the education of their children.

“Better Nate Than Ever” is a musical comedy released this month by Disney+, and is aimed at the minds of pre-teenagers.

It stars Rueby Wood as 13-year-old Nate, a boy who heads to New York City for a chance to win a role in a Broadway play after losing an audition for his own high-school musical.

Breitbart News noted: “While the movie never affixes the label of ‘gay’ to its young star, according to the Daily Beast, the movie is an homage to every gay kid who loves stage plays and musicals.”

“Rueby Wood, the film’s 15-year-old star, is frequently seen in gender-bending garb. At the film’s premier, he wore a black frock festooned with a colorful rock necklace, fruit-tart finger rings, and colorful, long fake fingernails.”
