Trump at Texas Border: ‘This is a Joe Biden Invasion’

Former President Donald J. Trump visited the small Texas border town of Eagle Pass on Thursday, offering his assessment of the current border situation. Trump began by describing the horrible murder of Laken Riley, a nursing student at the University of Georgia at Athens. The former President blamed the murder of Riley and other crime victims on what he referred to as the “Joe Biden Invasion.”

Trump’s remarks included details concerning his plan to regain control of the border as he lamented the deliberate destruction of the most secure border in history. The destruction occurred on January 21, 2021, with President Joe Biden canceling the former president’s strict and successful border policies. Trump’s statement described his assessment of the border, saying, “Three years ago, we had the most secure border in history, people weren’t coming because they knew they couldn’t get in, we weren’t promising free education, free medical, free everything.”

Trump went on to tout the progress towards securing the border under his administration, saying, “We ended catch and release, we built 571 miles of border wall, much more than I promised I would build.” Trump added, “We purchased another 200 miles (of wall materials), and they sold that — much of it for five cents on the dollar.”

Trump went on to describe the removal policies canceled President Biden’s watch, including “Remain in Mexico,” Asylum Cooperative Agreements (ACA’s) to speed asylum adjudication while migrants wait in Central American northern triangle countries, and the Title 42 COVID-19 expulsion mechanism. Democrat Judge Removes Trump From State’s Presidential Ballot

A Democrat state judge in Illinois ordered on Wednesday that former President Donald Trump must be removed from the presidential ballot, claiming that Trump engaged in insurrection during the January 6 riot on the U.S. Capitol.

Judge Tracie R. Porter of the State Circuit Court in Cook County ruled that the State Board of Elections “shall remove Donald J. Trump from the ballot for the General Primary Election on March 19, 2024, or cause any votes cast for him to be suppressed.”

Porter stayed her order, giving Trump until Friday to appeal her ruling while early voting in the state’s presidential primary is already underway.

“The Soros-funded Democrat front-groups continue to attempt to interfere in the election and deny President Trump his rightful place on the ballot,” a spokesperson for the Trump Campaign said in a statement. “Today, an activist Democrat judge in Illinois summarily overruled the state’s board of elections and contradicted earlier decisions from dozens of other state and federal jurisdictions. This is an unconstitutional ruling that we will quickly appeal. In the meantime, President Trump remains on the Illinois ballot, is dominating the polls, and will Make America Great Again!” (Read more from “Democrat Judge Removes Trump From State’s Presidential Ballot” HERE)

Getting Pressed: Undercover Video Captures Trump Judge at Health Club

The New York judge who cooperated with AG Letitia James in her war on President Donald Trump, finding him guilty of fraud where there were no victims of any of his business dealings, no one lost any money and, in fact, the banks wanted to do MORE business with him, has been caught on undercover video.

Arthur Engoron complains he’s been getting “hate mail” but says he’s “strong,” in the video from James O’Keefe’s O’Keefe Media Group:

Engoron repeatedly censored Trump during a weeks-long trial, claimed there was evidence of “fraud,” wildly claimed he knew better than real estate experts and that Trump’s Florida home was worth under $20 million when experts put it at closer to $500 million, and imposed a judgment of more than $$350 million in the case, which now is on appeal.

O’Keefe reported, “An insider where the Judge works out at Equinox in Great Neck, N.Y., also recorded Judge Engoron ‘creeping girls out.’ Sources say Engoron does this ‘every visit’ each morning. The video shows a woman using a machine clearly annoyed and gesturing with her hands for him to ‘back off.'” (Read more from “Getting Pressed: Undercover Video Captures Trump Judge at Health Club” HERE)

Supreme Court Will Decide if Trump Immune From Prosecution for Attempting to Overturn Election

The U.S. Supreme Court has granted former President Donald Trump’s request to decide if he is immune from prosecution on charges of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

The court will consider “Whether and if so to what extent does a former President enjoy presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his tenure in office.”

The Wednesday court order granting certiorari to Trump says oral arguments will begin the week of April 22. The order also instructs the appellate court to keep Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case against Trump paused until the Supreme Court reaches a decision on the immunity matter.

That question has already delayed what was an expedited schedule for the prosecution. A federal grand jury in D.C. indicted Trump on four counts on August 1, 2023, and after legal back-and-forth between Smith and Trump’s legal team, the court set a March 4, 2024 trial date.

Before today’s order by the court, District Judge Tanya Chutkan had delayed that trial date, as the case has been on hold since December. Today’s order makes clear that pre-trial work in that prosecution must remain on hold.

The Possible Return of Donald Trump Sends Deep State Into Tailspin

The intelligence community is reportedly “on edge” over former President Donald Trump’s potential return to the White House and what it may mean for those who oppose him.

Politico — the outlet that published a debunked article implying the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation — interviewed 18 former officials and analysts who worked in the sprawling bureaucracy as either appointees or career officials, with the majority wanting to snipe at Trump anonymously, allegedly to “avoid provoking backlash.”

The piece cites Trump critic Fiona Hill — a Russia analyst and former intelligence official who served under George Bush and Barack Obama and went from the liberal think tank Brookings Institution to join the Trump National Security Council, where a number of holdovers from the Obama administration served. . .

The critics and anonymous former officials warned that Trump could “overhaul the nation’s spy agencies in a way that could lead to an unprecedented level of politicization of intelligence.” They warned that Trump would “push even harder” than his first administration to oust people hostile to his political agenda.

While Politico acknowledged, “America’s spy agencies are never completely divorced from politics,” it implied that is only a problem under Trump:

[A]n overhaul of the type Trump is expected to attempt could undermine the credibility of American intelligence at a time when the U.S. and allies are relying on it to navigate crises in Ukraine and the Middle East. It could also effectively strip the intelligence community of the ability to dissuade the president from decisions that could put the country at risk.

Trump Beats Haley in Another State Primary

Former President Donald Trump won Michigan’s Republican Party presidential primary on Tuesday night, beating former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley by more than 30 points.

The Associated Press called the race shortly after polls closed in the state. With 12% of the vote being counted, Trump leads Haley 66.0% to 29.4%.

The New York Times live forecast said Trump’s expected margin of victory was roughly 47 points.

“We have a very simple task — we have to win on Nov. 5,” Trump, speaking of this November’s general election, told a Michigan GOP watch party in Grand Rapids. “We win Michigan, we win the whole thing.”

“Nov. 5, we’re going to get [Biden] out,” Trump added. “We’re going to change our country. We’re going to bring our country back.” (Read more from “Trump Beats Haley in Another State Primary” HERE)

Judge Overseeing Trump Case Drops Decision That Could Spell Bad News for Fani Willis

A Fulton County judge ruled Monday that the former law partner of Nathan Wade must testify about Wade’s relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ordered Terrence Bradley to testify about the relationship between Wade and Willis, according to the Journal-Constitution. Bradley, who also served as Wade’s divorce lawyer, met with McAfee in a closed-door hearing, after which McAfee determined that some of Wade’s communication with Bradley were not protected by attorney-client privilege despite Bradley’s assertions during a previous appearance in court, ABC News reported.

Attorneys for Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign aide, filed a motion for Willis’ disqualification on Jan. 8 alleging that Willis, who hired Wade as a special prosecutor to help probe and prosecute the former president, was in a romantic relationship with Wade. Haley Refuses To End Campaign Following Trump Victory In South Carolina

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley refused to quit the presidential race Saturday following an overwhelming defeat in her own state.

The Associated Press called the contest for the Republican frontrunner Donald Trump shortly after polls closed “further consolidating his path to a third straight GOP nomination.” The former president has now carried every race for delegates as he heads for a rematch with the Democrat incumbent.

Haley spoke to supporters in Charleston as Trump was declared the winner 60 percent to 40 percent at the time of her speech.

“I know 40 percent is not 50 percent, but I also know 40 percent is not some tiny group,” Haley said, pledging to stay in the race following the humiliating 20-point upset in the state she served two terms as governor.

“I said earlier this week that no matter what happens in South Carolina, I would continue to run for president,” Haley added. “I’m a woman of my word.” (Read more from “Haley Refuses To End Campaign Following Trump Victory In South Carolina” HERE)

Liberal Media Scream: Trump Derangement Syndrome Flies off the Charts

The media have been on a rantfest lately, warning that former President Donald Trump will end democracy and execute his enemies.

Just consider what Bob Costas said over the weekend. “You have to be in the throes of some sort of toxic delusion in a toxic cult to believe that Donald Trump has ever been, in any sense, emotionally, psychologically, intellectually, or ethically fit to be president of the United States,” he said.

But that’s nothing compared to our Liberal Media Scream focus on Tom Schaller, the author of White Rural Rage: The Threat to American Democracy, who went further to attack the half of the nation that has supported Trump over the years.

White rural voters, he told MSNBC’s Morning Joe host Mika Brzezinski, “are the most racist, xenophobic, anti-immigrant, and anti-gay geodemographic group in the country. … They’re the most conspiracist group: QAnon support and subscribers, election denialism, COVID denialism and scientific skepticism, Obama birthism.” And that’s just the start of his five scream rant. Biden Admin Planted Operative in Fani Willis’ Office to Target Trump

The Biden administration planted a Democrat operative inside a Fulton County office to target former President Donald Trump, multiple sources familiar with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office exclusively told Breitbart News.

If the Biden administration planted the operative, as the sources say, it would present a strong argument that the administration interfered in the 2024 presidential election.

Breitbart News granted the sources anonymity to discuss the attorney’s office for fear of retribution. The sources have direct knowledge of the environment at the District Attorney’s Office, which they characterized as “corrupt.”

One significant figure is overlooked in the Fulton County scandal concerning Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis and her alleged lover and fellow prosecutor Nathan Wade, the sources said: Meet Jeff DiSantis — the county’s Deputy District Attorney with professional experience far greater than the average county employee. DiSantis worked on Willis’s 2020 campaign, sources told Breitbart News, and was the former Executive Director of the Democrat Party of Georgia with extensive knowledge of campaign finance law. He was also the Deputy Director of Compliance for the DNC, according to his official bio:

Jeff has also worked for candidates in 30 states running for a variety of offices, including President of the United States, United States Senator, Governor, United States Representative, Attorney General, District Attorney, and Mayor, as well as for a national political party committee. He has served as a campaign manager, media consultant, pollster, press spokesman, research director, and policy advisor.
