A messy love triangle between the high-powered district attorney in charge of the 2020 election-fraud case involving former President Donald Trump, the married lover she chose to be special prosecutor and his estranged wife is imploding in Fulton County.

Nobody on either side of the political aisle understands what Fulton County DA Fani Willis was thinking when she hired her reported boyfriend, a personal injury lawyer with zero high-profile felony trial experience, to be the lead special prosecutor in what is likely the biggest case of her career.

Nor do people understand why she’d blur her personal and professional life by jetting off for a $2,600 cruise and romantic trip to California’s Napa Valley with still legally married Wade while working on the sprawling and complex racketeering case against former President Donald Trump and his allies.

But Willis’ decision to hire Nathan Wade, 51, a sharp dresser who operates out of a basement office 20 miles north of Atlanta, and allegedly pay him thousands more than two much more qualified lawyers on her team, has backfired and threatens to derail her career — if not put the planned trial against Trump on state election interference charges in jeopardy.

Bank records released Friday in a new filing by Wade’s estranged wife’s lawyers in Cobb County were the first proof of Wade and Willis’ relationship, showing that he purchased tickets for San Francisco and Miami on his personal credit card in 2022 and 2023, after Wade had been named special prosecutor. Poll: Majority of MAGA Voters Want Trump to Seek ‘Revenge’ if Re-Elected (VIDEO)

A recent CBS News/YouGov survey reveals that a significant majority of Make America Great Again (MAGA) voters believe former President Donald Trump should seek revenge in a potential second term by criminally charging his political opponents. The survey, conducted among likely Republican primary voters, also highlighted Trump’s strong lead in the GOP primary, surpassing his opponents by 55 points with 69 percent support.

According to the survey conducted from January 10-12, 2024, 55 percent of MAGA voters expressed support for Trump seeking revenge through criminal charges against political opponents in a second term. Meanwhile, three in ten non-MAGA voters also agreed with the idea. However, 45 percent of MAGA voters indicated that Trump should not pursue retribution in that manner, and a majority of non-MAGA voters (70 percent) shared this perspective.

Trump’s potential pursuit of retribution became a topic of discussion during a Fox News town hall held in Iowa, where the former president addressed the issue. Trump acknowledged that some might view seeking revenge as justified in light of what he described as various hoaxes, including the Russia investigation and intelligence agent hoaxes. Despite the survey’s findings, Trump emphasized that his focus would be on making the country successful and stated, “I’m not gonna have time for retribution. Our ultimate retribution is success.”

The town hall event featuring Trump garnered significant attention, with nearly double the viewership of CNN’s Republican primary debate, serving as counter-programming to the debate between Trump’s rivals, Nikki Haley and Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Poll: Trump Leads Haley by 39 Points in South Carolina

Former President Donald Trump is leading former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley by double-digits, a poll conducted by Tony Fabrizio found.

The Trump pollster found Trump leading Haley in the Palmetto State with a majority backing him — 64 percent support in the state. Haley falls 39 points behind in her own state, garnering just 25 percent support. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis falls to the single digits with just eight percent support.

Further, the survey shows the strength of Trump’s base, as most of the former president’s supporters, 58 percent, said they will “definitely” vote for him, compared to 18 percent of Haley voters who said they would “definitely” vote for her.

Additionally, the survey showed that Trump would benefit more than Haley if DeSantis dropped out of the race, as more of the Florida governor’s supporters would flock to Trump. Head-to-head, Trump leads Haley by 40 points:

According to Insider, Trump May Pick this Representative as his Running Mate

The news surfaced following Stefanik’s announcement that she would be campaigning alongside Trump in New Hampshire ahead of the state’s pivotal first-in-the-nation primaries.

According to NBC News, the revelation took place during a candlelit dinner at Mar-a-Lago in late December, where Trump engaged in discussions about crucial decisions he would face if he became the Republican nominee. Attendees at the dinner table brought up Stefanik, praising her notable performance just weeks prior when she grilled university presidents about antisemitism on campus during a congressional hearing.

Describing Stefanik as a “killer,” Trump signaled his approval at the thought of her as a potential running mate, according to sources present at the event. Since then, a growing circle of allies, including individuals within Trump’s orbit, Stefanik’s fundraising bundlers, and former Trump administration officials, have been closely examining her as a viable vice presidential candidate, according to the report.

Stefanik gained national attention for her approach in challenging the leadership of Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology during the hearing. GOP Rep. Exposes Alarming Mass Surveillance: ‘MAGA’ and ‘Trump’ Flagged in Private Transactions

Republican Ohio Representative Jim Jordan has uncovered evidence suggesting that federal law enforcement instructed financial institutions to use search terms like “MAGA” and “Trump” when scrutinizing private transactions. The disclosure came in a letter written by Jordan to Noah Bishoff, former Director of the Office of Stakeholder Integration and Engagement in the Strategic Operations Division of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

According to Jordan’s letter, documents obtained by the House Judiciary Committee and Select Subcommittee on Weaponization indicate that FinCEN distributed materials to financial institutions post-January 6, 2021. These materials outlined “typologies” of persons of interest and provided suggested search terms and Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) for identifying transactions on behalf of federal law enforcement.

Jordan’s letter reveals that generic terms like “TRUMP” and “MAGA” were recommended for searching Zelle payment messages. Additionally, FinCEN’s analysis warned financial institutions of “extremism” indicators, including the purchase of books (including religious texts) and subscriptions to media containing extremist views. Surprisingly, the documents also flagged terms related to sporting goods retail chains, such as “Dick’s Sporting Goods” and “Cabela’s.”

This revelation comes on the heels of Jordan’s similar letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, addressing the FBI’s alleged communications with Bank of America regarding specific search terms related to financial transactions in the Washington, D.C., area between Jan. 5-7, 2021.

Seeking further clarity, Jordan has requested transcribed interviews with Noah Bishoff and senior FBI official Peter Sullivan, emphasizing the urgency of scheduling these interviews by Jan. 31.

The use of politically charged search terms in this manner not only raises constitutional concerns but also prompts a closer look at the potential overreach of federal agencies into the private financial transactions of American citizens.

Never Trumper Claims Trump Planned to Create His Own Mercenary Force

In a recent British news segment, “Never Trumper” Miles Taylor, a former Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official, alleged that former President Donald Trump considered establishing his own mercenary force if re-elected, according to reports.

The Daily Mail reported on Tuesday that Taylor disclosed his claim during the news segment, asserting that Trump had expressed a desire to create a mercenary force within the U.S. military, drawing inspiration from Russia’s Wagner group led by Vladimir Putin. Taylor contended that security officials managed to intervene and “shut down these conversations.”

“While I was in the administration, Donald Trump wanted to create his own mercenary force in the United States military,” Taylor stated during the segment. He went on to explain that Trump envisioned a version similar to Russia’s Wagner group. Taylor insisted that this account is factual and recounted his role in opposing the idea, stating that he managed to dissuade such discussions by presenting it as an unviable approach.

According to Taylor, Trump reportedly directed the National Security Council to explore the concept. The former DHS official has previously published a book detailing his experiences within the Trump administration and had anonymously written an anti-Trump piece for The New York Times in 2018.

As speculation regarding Trump’s potential revenge on political adversaries intensifies, especially considering his recent victory in the Republican Iowa caucus, where he secured 51 percent of the vote, ridiculous claims by national security officials are gaining attention.

Poll: Donald Trump Dominates Joe Biden in Georgia

Former President Donald Trump has taken the lead over President Joe Biden in Georgia, the latest AJC poll found.

The survey showed Trump, the runaway frontrunner in the Republican primary race, leading the incumbent in the Peach State by eight percentage points — 45 percent to Biden’s 37 percent support.

Another seven percent said they supported an “other candidate,” six percent said they “will not vote,” and six percent said they “don’t know.”

What is more is Trump’s dominance among independent voters in Georgia, leading Biden by double digits — 54 percent to 37 percent.

Further, the AJC poll found that black voters, “the party’s most loyal constituency, are split” over Biden’s job performance. Overall, 62 percent of registered voters disapproved of Biden’s job performance:

In a display of composure, Texas state Representative Wesley Hunt, a black Republican lawmaker, responded to a heckler who accused him of being “racist” during his campaign speech for former President Trump in Iowa on Monday.

As Hunt spoke at a caucus site near Des Moines, a disruptive audience member shouted accusations, claiming that Hunt was “degrading himself” and “turning his back” on the black community. The heckler, also appearing to be black, questioned Hunt’s alignment with Trump on Martin Luther King Day, stating, “How can a black man stand here and talk to us about a racist?”

Undeterred by the interruption, Hunt calmly addressed the audience, highlighting his background and the importance of character over skin color. Members of the audience promptly intervened, escorting the heckler out as Hunt continued his speech.

“I come from a district in Houston, Texas, that’s a majority white district, and I won by 30 points,” Hunt asserted, emphasizing that his success was not based on race but on the content of his character. Entrepreneur and former 2024 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy declared former President Donald Trump would “shut down the deep state” if elected back into the White House while speaking at a Trump campaign event in New Hampshire.

Ramaswamy’s appearance at the Atkinson, New Hampshire, event Tuesday evening comes the day after he dropped out of the presidential race and endorsed Trump following the 45th president’s record-breaking victory in the Iowa Caucuses Monday.

In a video streamed to Rumble by Rightside Broadcasting, the 38-year-old Ramaswamy said, in his impassioned populist pitch on behalf of Trump, that the nation is in “a war” that is “between the permanent state and the everyday citizen.” He said the country needs “a commander in chief who will lead us to victory in this war.”

After corralling roughly eight percent of the vote in Iowa, Ramaswamy said Tueaday, “The people of Iowa spoke loud and clear”

“We heard ‘We the People’ last night, and that is why last evening I met my friend here. We met in person, and I told him that I would endorse Donald J.
