Judge Rules Against Trump in Lawsuit Trying to Block Jan. 6 Committee From Obtaining His White House Documents

A U.S. federal judge ruled against former President Donald Trump in a lawsuit attempting to block his White House documents from being obtained by the congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6 rioting at the Capitol.

Attorneys for Trump argued that his documents from his one term as president should be protected by executive privilege despite current President Joe Biden refusing to extend that protection.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan in the District of Columbia disagreed and ordered that the documents should be handed over from the National Archives to the committee requesting them.

The committee is seeking visitors logs, telephone records, and other White House documents.

Capitol Riot Committee Subpoenas Michael Flynn and Five Other Trump Allies

The House Jan. 6 committee issued six fresh subpoenas to six allies of former President Donald Trump.

Former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn, Bill Stepien, Jason Miller, Angela McCallum, John Eastman, and Bernard Kerik were named as the subpoena targets in a press release from the panel on Monday, which said they were “involved in efforts to promote false claims of election fraud or overturn the results of the 2020 election.”

The subpoenas seek documents and testimony “from witnesses including staff members of the former President’s campaign and individuals associated with the so-called ‘war room’ that drove efforts to halt the counting of electoral votes in the runup to the violence of January 6th,” the press release added.

Stepien, who served as manager of Trump’s 2020 reelection campaign, was joined by Miller and McCallum on the team that raised concerns about election fraud in the contest and reportedly sought to encourage state legislatures to alter the outcome of the November 2020 election.

Eastman is a conservative lawyer who wrote legal memos outlining ways the vice president could try to overturn the election, while Flynn and Kerik, a former New York City police commissioner, also pushed allegations of fraud, which have been dismissed by a broad sweep of courts and election officials. They reportedly attended meetings in the days after the election and leading up to the Jan. 6 riot that have drawn the interest of investigators. Report: Source for Steele Dossier Conspiracy Theories Arrested

One of the key sources for the wild claims ex-British agent Christopher Steele included in his now-debunked anti-Trump dossier – a key part of the Democrats’ conspiracy theory created to falsely link then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia – has been arrested.

The New York Times is reporting that Igor Danchenko, a “Russia analyst who worked with Christopher Steele,” was taken into custody as part of the investigation of that campaign to undermine Trump’s candidacy, and then presidency, by former U.S. Attorney John Durham.

Durham was tasked by then-Attorney General Bill Barr to investigate how the false claims against Trump were inserted at the highest levels of the Barack Obama administration, and were used by Democrats from that administration against a sitting president after Trump was inaugurated.

Already, there’s been one guilty plea in the investigation, and another key player indicted.

The Times reported Danchenko’s arrest as “part of the special counsel inquiry led by John H. Durham.” (Read more from “Report: Source for Steele Dossier Conspiracy Theories Arrested” HERE)

WATCH: How Biden Responded When Asked About Plan to Give $450K to Illegal Aliens

President Biden on Sunday was asked about the administration’s plan to pay illegal immigrants who had been separated from their families under the Trump administration $450,000 per person. Instead of responding, Biden just scratched his head.

“Mr. President, is it true we’re going to give $450,000 to border crossers who are separated?” Fox News’s Peter Doocy asked the president as he rode down an escalator at the G20 summit.

Instead of responding, Biden gave a blank stare and scratched his head.

Here’s How Many Americans Think 2020 Election Results Should Be Overturned

A new poll reveals that more than one in three respondents believes the results of the 2020 presidential election definitely or probably should be overturned. . .

It revealed that when the question was, “Do you think the results of the 2020 presidential election should be overturned?” 22% said definitely, and another 13% said probably.

On the other side, 43% said the results should “definitely not” be overturned and 12% said probably not.

The results documented how the extensive legacy media and social media campaign ever since Joe Biden’s narrow wins in several swing states that ultimately gave him the Electoral College majority has failed.

Those outlets have characterized President Trump’s charges that the election was “stolen” through illegal or improper strategies is the “Big Lie.” Social media companies have suppressed not only those comments but evidence on those issues. Who’s Running, Joe? Biden Says ‘Trump’ 24 Times During Stump in Virginia for Gov Race

President Biden on Tuesday seemed fixated on former President Donald Trump in a Virginia stump speech for Terry McAuliffe, the Democratic candidate for governor.

Biden mentioned Trump by name 24 times during a brisk 17-minute speech in a park near the Pentagon in northern Virginia, attempting to use his predecessor’s legacy to bash Republican Glenn Youngkin, who is tied with McAuliffe in polls in a state Biden won by 10 points just a year ago. . .

I ran against Donald Trump. Terry is running against an acolyte of Donald Trump,” Biden said, slamming the ex-president and accusing him of inciting the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, as well as for disparaging former secretary of state Colin Powell and Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) after they died.

Biden even appeared to taunt Trump, who frequently boasted of low unemployment rates before the COVID-19 pandemic, saying, “Donald Trump is the only president since Herbert Hoover in the ’30s to see more jobs lost than gained.”

“He won’t allow Donald Trump to campaign for him in this state,” Biden claimed. “He’s willing to pledge his loyalty to Trump in private, why not in public? What’s he trying to hide? Is there a problem with Trump being here? Is he embarrassed?” (Read more from “Who’s Running, Joe? Biden Says ‘Trump’ 24 Times During Stump in Virginia for Gov Race” HERE)

Trump Announces New Social Media Platform

Former President Donald Trump announced he is launching a new social media platform designed to compete with Big Tech.

Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG) announced Wednesday it was creating a new social media platform called TRUTH Social designed to “fight back against the ‘Big Tech’ companies of Silicon Valley.” . . .

“I created TRUTH Social and TMTG to stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech. We live in a world where the Taliban has a huge presence on Twitter, yet your favorite American President has been silenced,” Trump said in a press release. “This is unacceptable.”

A beta version of the platform will be available to invited guests this November, according to the press release, and is currently available for pre-order in the Apple App Store. The full version of the platform is expected to be out in the first quarter of 2022. (Read more from “Trump Announces New Social Media Platform” HERE)

Trump on Colin Powell: Made Big Mistakes, Anyway May He Rest in Peace

Former President Donald Trump commented on Colin Powell after the former Secretary of State’s death was announced Monday.

“Wonderful to see Colin Powell, who made big mistakes on Iraq and famously, so-called weapons of mass destruction, be treated in death so beautifully by the Fake News Media,” the former president said in a press release about Powell on Tuesday morning. “Hope that happens to me someday,” he continued.

“He was a classic RINO, if even that, always being the first to attack other Republicans.” (Read more from “Trump on Colin Powell: Made Big Mistakes, Anyway May He Rest in Peace” HERE)

Donald Trump Mocks Biden Corruption: ‘Hunter Has Inspired Me To Begin Painting’

Former President Donald Trump slammed the Biden administration in a Friday statement for being “crooked” and mocked Hunter Biden’s shadowy and lucrative art career, saying it has “inspired [him] to immediately begin painting.”

“While I have never painted before, Hunter has inspired me to immediately begin painting because I’ve always felt I have a talent at that, and could surely get at least $2 million dollars per canvas—and probably a lot more. I will begin immediately. Our Country is crooked as hell!” the 45th president said.

The president’s son reportedly sold at least five pieces of art to anonymous buyers on October 1 for $75,000 each at his Los Angeles exhibit. Hunter’s newfound cash cow has furthered concerns of potential for Biden family corruption, as the problem of money laundering in the art world remains a large problem. . .

Trump also criticized the Justice Department’s reinstatement of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe last week. Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe in 2018 for allegedly lying to investigators about releasing unauthorized information to the Wall Street Journal regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email servers. The firing occurred just one day prior to McCabe’s retirement, a firing his lawyers argued was politically motivated due to his role in the Russian collusion investigation, Breitbart News reported. Biden Flip-Flops, Now Reinstating Trump’s ‘Remain-in-Mexico’ Policy

President Biden used some of his important first hours in office last winter to try to undo President Trump’s largely successful efforts at shutting off the flow of illegal aliens coming into the U.S. across its southern border.

Besides halting plans to continue building physical barriers on the border, Biden dropped President Trump’s “remain-in-Mexico” policy through which those seeking asylum remained in Mexico until hearings before a U.S. immigration court.

The U.S. Supreme Court earlier ruled that was a decision Biden mishandled, and now the president is admitting defeat and plans to reinstate it.

The Daily Mail reports the actual result now will depend on approval from the Mexican government, which has raised some issues U.S. officials say they are trying to address.

“Mexico wants cases to generally conclude within six months and ensure that asylum-seekers have timely and accurate information about hearing dates and times and better access to legal counsel,” the report explained.
