Alec Baldwin Says ‘Black People Love Me’ for Playing Trump. Actual Black People Seem to Disagree.

Actor Alec Baldwin seems to feel that he has earned the universal adoration of the African-American community because he has mockingly portrayed President Donald Trump on “Saturday Night Live.”

Once he said that out loud, however, some black people took to Twitter to make Baldwin the butt of the joke, and to chastise him for his generalization of an entire race.

“I don’t know how to say this and I don’t want to get it wrong either, because everything is a minefield of bombs going off, but ever since I played Trump, black people love me,” Baldwin said. “They love me. Everywhere I go, black people go crazy. I think it’s because they’re most afraid of Trump. . .

Baldwin’s comments, which he made to The Hollywood Reporter, were apparently the first time many black people found out that black people “go crazy” for Alec Baldwin because of his satirical portrayal of the president.

“First of all, imagine thinking black people still watch SNL,” Ira Madison tweeted, before sharing a side-by-side screenshot showing that Baldwin’s comment makes him sound shockingly like the man he mocks on television.

Left-Wing Media Uses Former ELEMENTARY School Teacher to Attack Trump Aide

Will they ever learn? …

Elementary school inbounds? … If you thought the leftist media was going to stop at high school in an attempt to “own the cons,” you would have been wrong. On Wednesday, The Hollywood Reporter ran a story about Trump adviser Stephen Miller and what his third grade teacher thought about him. You read that right: In order to attack Miller, the entertainment newspaper of record went to his third grade teacher for an op-ed.

Do you remember that character in Peanuts, the one called Pig Pen, with the dust cloud and crumbs flying all around him? That was Stephen Miller at 8. I was always trying to get him to clean up his desk — he always had stuff mashed up in there. He was a strange dude. I remember he would take a bottle of glue — we didn’t have glue sticks in those days — and he would pour the glue on his arm, let it dry, peel it off and then eat it.

I remember being concerned about him — not academically. He was OK with that, though I could never read his handwriting. But he had such strange personal habits. He was a loner and isolated and off by himself all the time.

At the end of the year, I wrote all my concerns — and I had a lot of them — in his school record. When the school principal had a conference with Stephen’s parents, the parents were horrified. So the principal took some white-out and blanked out all my comments. I wish I could remember what I wrote, but this was 25 years ago. I’ve taught a lot of third-graders since then. Of course, Stephen wasn’t political then — it wasn’t until later that he started to make waves.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Can you imagine? An eight-year-old was socially awkward. STOP THE PRESSES! Of course the language used here is in an effort to make Miller out to be a sociopath. This is the type of character assassination that the left-wing press excels in. It wasn’t enough to talk to Miller’s uncle on TV; nope, the press went back to his elementary school teacher.

The media has done some obscene things over my lifetime. There’s only one word for this stunt: Disgusting.

Lack of trust … According to a HarrisX/Hill.TV poll, a plurality of voters thought the media coverage of Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation process was biased against him: 45 percent of voters thought the coverage was biased against Kavanaugh, while 20 percent said it was biased towards the justice; 35 percent thought the coverage was neutral.

The thing that sticks out in this poll is that 20 percent of Americans are so jaded that they thought the media was too fair to Kavanaugh. (For more from the author of “Left-Wing Media Uses Former Elementary School Teacher to Attack Trump Aide” please click HERE)

Watch: Crowd Reaction to Trump’s Mention of Feinstein Surprises Everyone

President Donald Trump was speaking about Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein and allegations she leaked Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s letter during a rally when the crowd began to cheer “lock her up” on Tuesday.

Trump was mocking Feinstein for the way she responded to allegations that she or somebody in her office was responsible for leaking Dr. Ford’s letter to the public by making wild hand gestures and rhetorically asking, “Did we leak?”

“Did we leak?” Trump asked once again, only to answer his own question by shaking his hands and saying, “No! No! No, we didn’t.”

The crowd erupted in laughter before beginning to chant “lock her up,” eliciting a smirk from the president. “I think they’re talking about Feinstein. Can you believe it?” Trump responded in dismay. (Read more from “Crowd Reaction to Trump’s Mention of Feinstein Surprises Everyone” HERE)

Trump Is Considering 5 Candidates to Replace Nikki Haley at UN

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that he has five names in mind to replace Nikki Haley as ambassador to the United Nations.

Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump identified only one person on the list: Dina Powell, a former deputy national security adviser to Trump. . .

Trump announced earlier in the day that Haley would be leaving her post at the end of the year. The abrupt decision, first reported by Axios, left many in the White House in shock as there was no indication that she planned to leave office. Haley submitted her resignation on Oct. 3.

Ivanka Trump was floated as a possible replacement, as was Richard Grenell, the ambassador to Germany. Trump said that Grenell is not one of the five under consideration, though he is open to considering adding his name to the list.

“It is an honor to serve in the White House alongside so many great colleagues and I know that the President will nominate a formidable replacement for Ambassador Haley,” she said. “That replacement will not be me.” (Read more from “Trump Is Considering 5 Candidates to Replace Nikki Haley at UN” HERE)

Trump Was RIGHT: Anti-Kavanaugh Protester Is Paid by Soros-Funded Group. Saying so Is Not Anti-Semitic

The hysteria continues …

No. It’s not … The competition for most ridiculous take on the Kavanaugh saga is huge. Here’s why New York Times op-ed columnist David Leonhardt just earned a nomination for the award. He called exposing the astroturf protests against Kavanaugh and GOP senators “anti-Semitic.”

On Friday, Maria Bartoromo asked Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, “Do you believe George Soros is behind all of this? Paying these people to get you and your colleagues in elevators?” Grassley answered, “I have heard so many people believe that. I tend to believe it.” Later in the day, Trump tweeted the accusation.

Then Leonhardt jumped in by tweet, “Let’s be clear here: Charles Grassley is a United States Senator. He is responsible for his words. And his words here amount to an anti-Semitic smear.”

Say what? Just because George Soros is Jewish doesn’t mean that this is an “anti-Semitic smear.” Maybe Leonhardt missed the CNN report from yesterday where Joe Johns reported, “They are brought here by an umbrella group or number of umbrella groups and come from all sorts of different progressive and liberal causes.”

The New York Times claims that Trump made the claim “without evidence.” The paper used as its evidence the following paragraph.

One of the women who confronted Mr. Flake, Ana Maria Archila, the executive director of the Center for Popular Democracy, a New York-based liberal organizing group, said she had not been paid.

Let’s unpack that. The woman they say claims she wasn’t paid is the PAID executive director of an organizing group. It’s literally her job to organize these types of protests. Archila’s compensation in 2015, according to the organization’s IRS form 990 was $150,221.

Oh, and according to Fox News, her organization regularly receives grants from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations. Forbes reported in this week’s annual Forbes 400 that Soros transferred $18 billion to this foundation over the past year.

The Times has updated its reporting and changed the title, all without an editor’s note. The paper now reports that Archila is paid by a Soros-funded group but says she wasn’t paid expressly to be there. That’s insane.

Sorry, New York Times, but Trump was actually correct, as was Grassley. And furthermore, Trump doesn’t have to footnote every tweet. The original title of the Times piece included “without evidence.” When the evidence materialized, the Times changed its title, but not its narrative. That’s a textbook example of fake news.

Just ‘politics’ … Wednesday on CNN, former Obama administration appointee and current CNN anchor Jim Sciutto said that alleging someone is a gang-rapist is just “politics.” Here, watch.

How diseased does your brain have to be to even think that statement is in any way OK? (For more from the author of “Trump Was Right: Anti-Kavanaugh Protester Is Paid by Soros-Funded Group. Saying so Is Not Anti-Semitic” please click HERE)

Brooklyn College Professor Under Fire for Blog Post Defending Kavanaugh, Ripping ‘Totalitarian’ Dems

An associate professor of business at Brooklyn College is facing calls to resign after he issued a “satirical” essay in defending Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh that argued “sexual assault” is a rite of passage for young males.

Mitchell Langbert wrote a Sept. 27 blog post calling Democrats the “party of tutu-wearing pansies, totalitarian sissies” who use have used “anonymity and defamation” in trying to bring down a conservative judge, who strongly denies all allegations of sexual misconduct.

“If someone did not commit sexual assault in high school, then he is not a member of the male sex,” Mr. Langbert argued. “The Democrats have discovered that 15-year-olds play spin-the-bottle, and they have jumped on a series of supposed spin-the-bottle crimes during Kavanaugh’s minority, which they characterize as rape, although no one complained or reported any crime for 40 years.”

The blog post has outraged students, prompting a protest to take place Thursday afternoon. Corrinne Greene said her campus group, Young Progressives of America, wants the professor fired.

“To have someone in a position of power espousing sexual assault is not a joke,” Ms. Greene told CNN. “It’s something that needs to be taken seriously.” (Read more from “Brooklyn College Professor Under Fire for Blog Post Defending Kavanaugh, Ripping ‘Totalitarian’ Dems” HERE)

Trump Signs ‘Minibus’-CR That Funds Planned Parenthood and Aborted-Baby-Parts Research

President Donald Trump today signed a bill the Republican Congress is describing as a combined “minibus” and “continuing resolution” that funds the Departments of Defense, Labor, Health and Human Services and Education for fiscal year 2019 and funds through Dec. 7 all other government agencies that do not have their own appropriations bills approved by this Sunday.

The law Trump signed also permits funding through fiscal 2019 of Planned Parenthood and federal research that uses tissue taken from aborted babies. . .

The Senate approved the combined “minibus” and “continuing resolution” on Sept. 18 by a vote of 93 to 7. The seven senators who voted against it included Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and six Republicans. The Republicans included Sen. Pat Toomey (R.-Pa.), Sen. Ben Sasse (R.-Neb.), Sen. David Perdue (R.-Ga.), Sen. Rand Paul (R.-Ky.), Sen. Mike Lee (R.-Utah) and Sen. Jeff Flake (R.-Ariz.).

The House approved the bill on Wednesday evening by a vote of 361 to 61. More House Democrats voted for it (185) than House Republicans (176). Only 5 House Democrats joined the 56 House Republicans who voted against it. . .

This bill (H.R. 6157) that funds four major federal departments—Defense, Labor, HHS and Education—for a full fiscal year and includes a CR to fund multiple other departments through Dec. 7 started out as a stand-alone Defense bill in the House of Representatives. The House passed that initial version of H.R. 6157 by a vote of 359 to 49—with only 3 Republicans voting against it (and 46 Democrats). China Supposedly Meddling in 2018 Elections

By AP. Taking center stage at the United Nations, President Donald Trump on Wednesday accused China of trying to interfere in the upcoming U.S. congressional elections because it opposes his tough trade policies. The White House provided scant evidence of anything akin to the level of Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

“They do not want me or us to win because I am the first president ever to challenge China on trade,” Trump said as he chaired the U.N. Security Council for the first time. He made his accusation against the backdrop of the special counsel’s investigation into Russian interference in the last election to help him and amid concerns that this November’s elections also could be vulnerable.

Asked later what evidence he had, Trump said there was “plenty” but didn’t immediately provide details, suggesting that some of the material was classified. Instead, he zeroed in on China’s propaganda efforts to flood the heartland with ads and statements against Trump’s billions of dollars in punishing tariffs. Trade Turmoil Between China and the U.S. Spills Into Military Relations

By CNBC. As the world’s two largest economies exchange tit-for-tat tariffs, there are growing suggestions that the trade turmoil has spilled over into military relations.

China has canceled friendly engagements with the U.S. Navy, possibly due to the trade dispute.

In an interview with CNBC’s Morgan Brennan, Navy Secretary Richard Spencer, the branch’s top civilian, explained the intricate relationship between the two naval forces.

“When we look at China, it’s a very complex situation to say the least because they are also a great trading power,” Spencer said. “We have a major trading power as a competitor,” he added, noting Beijing’s ambitious military buildup.

Spencer’s comments come on the heels of reports that China’s top naval commander canceled a planned visit this week to meet with his American counterpart and that the U.S. was denied a port visit in Hong Kong for its USS Wasp amphibious ship. Trump Critic: Kavanaugh Fiasco Proves Trump Voters Were Actually Right All Along

. . .However, Trump critic Rich Lowry may have just presented the clearest outline of why the nation needed a President Trump at this time in our history and why he continues to have the support of Americans across the nation.

On Tuesday, National Review published Lowry’s editorial in which he makes no bones about the atrocity the Kavanaugh hearings have become and why the “political assassination of Brett Kavanaugh is bad for the country, but good for a Trumpian attitude toward American politics.”

While many of us knew it before, it took the very public Kavanaugh “political assassination” for people to get a tangible grasp on just how low the left has sunk in their efforts to regain power and further drag the country into a socialist state.

It also switched on the lightbulb of those anti-Trumpers who before could not understand why anyone would support him under any conditions, but now are reconsidering their views on the president.

In short, they realized President Trump was right. Suddenly things were very clear. “The last-minute ambush validates key assumptions of Donald Trump’s supporters that fueled his rise and buttress him in office, no matter how rocky the ride has been or will become,” Lowry wrote. Trump Has Quite the Warning for China

By Washington Examiner. President Trump pledged not to “tolerate [China’s] abuse” of the U.S. economy Tuesday, denouncing the rising Pacific power as an predator in international markets at the United Nations General Assembly of world leaders.

“Those days are over,” Trump said of past U.S. trade policy. “We will no longer tolerate such abuse. We will not allow our workers to be victimized, our companies to be cheated, and our wealth to be plundered and transferred. America will never apologize for protecting its citizens.”

Trump identified China’s entrance to the World Trade Organization as a blow to American blue-collar workers, blaming it for the loss of millions of manufacturing jobs and an increase in trade deficits.

Trump has imposed $250 billion in tariffs on Chinese products, prompting China — the world’s second-largest economy — to impose retaliatory tariffs on the U.S. He has imposed additional tariffs on steel and aluminum imports on Canada, Mexico, and European Union, aimed at preventing China from dumping metal through third-party countries. U.S. Trade Chief Says China Policy Change ‘Not Going to Be Easy’

By Reuters. U.S. President Donald Trump’s top trade official said on Tuesday that changing China’s economic policies to become more market-oriented “is not going to be easy” even with tariffs now in place on $250 billion worth of Chinese goods.

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, in rare public remarks at the Concordia Summit, said “endless dialogues” with the Chinese government over decades had “failed miserably” in changing Beijing’s policies, so the Trump administration decided to try direct pressure with tariffs based on its study of China’s intellectual property and technology transfer policies.

After China retaliated against what he called “modest” U.S. tariffs on $50 billion in Chinese technology-focused imports, the Trump administration on Monday slapped 10 percent duties on another $200 billion of Chinese goods, including many consumer products.

“We enter into that soberly with an enormous amount of study, but the fact is that what we were doing demonstrably failed,” Lighthizer said.

“It’s not going to be easy,” Lighthizer said when asked what would result in concessions from Beijing. “Change is never easy, particularly where we have change, where there are U.S. companies that are benefiting from the improper Chinese policy,” he said.
