Election Fraud: Democrat Primary Result Thrown Out After Video of Ballot Stuffing Surfaces

A Connecticut judge was forced to throw out the results of a Democrat mayoral primary after surveillance videos showed possible ballot stuffing that a local judge said rendered the court “unable to determine the legitimate result.”

This week, Superior Court Judge William Clark ordered a new Democratic primary due to the misconduct. He claimed that the number of tampered ballots found changed the results of the original election, according to NBC Connecticut.

“The volume of ballots so mishandled is such that it calls the result of the primary election into serious doubt and leaves the court unable to determine the legitimate result of the primary,” Clark wrote in his ruling, adding that the videos “are shocking to the court and should be shocking to all the parties.”

Security footage allegedly shows people stuffing ballot boxes with numerous absentee votes.

According to Connecticut law, it is a state felony to be in possession of someone else’s ballot unless you are a “designee” for that person. Any individual who requests more than five absentee ballots must report to the town clerk where voters received the ballots. Arizona County Certifies Midterm Election Results After Court Order

Officials in Cochise County, Arizona, certified the election results of last month’s midterm elections Thursday after a court order compelled them to do so.

The three-person board of supervisors for the county voted 2-0, with one member not showing up for the vote.

The Grand Canyon State is set to certify the state’s full results Monday, making Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs’s (D-AZ) victory over Kari Lake, Hobbs’s Republican opponent in the gubernatorial race, official. Arizona County Refuses to Certify Election Results, Threatening a GOP House Win

A county in Arizona is refusing to certify the results of its elections following Democratic statewide candidates winning in the state, which could flip a House seat won by a Republican to a Democratic win, according to the Associated Press.

The Board of Supervisors of Cochise County, Arizona, bordering Mexico and the U.S. state of New Mexico in Arizona’s Southeast, voted to not certify the official tally of votes in the general elections of Nov. 8, which saw Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona reelected to a full term and Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs elected the next Governor of Arizona.

A meeting of the board was held on Monday via Zoom, with the only agenda item being a motion to verify the results. In a voice vote, it received zero votes in favor and two votes against, with the Democratic chair not voting, resulting in an acclaimed failure among the three-member board.

Supreme Court Poised to End Leftwing Election Shenanigans

Blue state judges and liberal bureaucrats caught flak for littering their states with drop-boxes and accepting mail-in ballots during the 2020 election without permission from lawmakers. The Supreme Court is poised to stop them from doing it again in 2024.

The justices announced Thursday that they will hear a case later this year involving the “independent state legislature theory,” which holds that state lawmakers alone control election procedures and redistricting. The news invigorated conservative groups who say bureaucratic tinkering with district lines and election laws is destroying public confidence in the political process.

“Dark money-fueled left-wing lawyers have misused the courts to manipulate election laws and undermine commonsense voting safeguards for political gain,” the Honest Election Project’s Jason Snead said. “The Supreme Court now has the chance to uphold the Constitution and ensure that future elections have safeguards that make it easier to vote and harder to cheat.”

The justices stepped into a heated debate by taking the case. Late-breaking changes to election procedures helped fuel former president Donald Trump’s narrative that Democrats stole the 2020 election. For their part, Democrats see the case as yet another attack on voting rights, and a bid to insulate pro-gerrymandering lawmakers from judicial scrutiny.

The Constitution provides that the “time, place, and manner” of elections shall be “prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof.” A second rule with similar language governs selection of presidential electors. On that basis, Republican lawyers say each state legislature has the final say on election rules, such as voter ID laws or absentee balloting, as well as the decennial redistricting process. Over a Third of GOP Voters to Back Candidate Who Embraces Trump’s Stolen-Election Claims, Says Poll

More than a third of Republicans say they are more likely to vote for a candidate who says the 2020 election was stolen from former President Donald Trump, a new poll shows.

A Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday found that 35% of Republicans say they are more likely to support a candidate who embraces the stolen election claims, compared to 17% who said they would be less likely.

The remaining 44% of Republicans in the nationwide survey of adults said it makes “no difference.”

Conversely, 81% of Democrats said they would be less likely to vote for a candidate who embraces the stolen election claim, while 2% said they would be more likely to back one. Forty-four percent of independents said they would be less likely to support a stolen-election candidate, while 11% said they would be more likely to back one.

Mr. Trump’s stolen election claims and efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 election have taken center stage on Capitol Hill, where the Democratic-led Jan. 6 committee is holding hearings examining the events that led to last year’s riot at the U.S. Capitol. J6 Committee Focuses on Election Fraud Claims While Ignoring Tactics Used to Rig the 2020 Election

That there was no widespread fraud in November 2020 doesn’t mean that the election was not rigged to keep Donald Trump out of the White House.

The Jan. 6 show trial continues this week in the House, with several partisan aims remaining in focus, chief among them conditioning the public to believe the Nov. 3, 2020 election was the most secure in American history. By limiting their focus to select and disproven claims of election fraud, the Democrat-stacked House committee provides a bait-and-switch prime-time presentation designed to convince the country that Trump lied to his supporters when he declared the election was stolen.

But stealing an election by fraud is not the only way to rig an outcome. Elections are rigged when systemic violations of election law occur, disparately favoring one candidate and allowing for tens of thousands of illegal votes to be counted.

Woman Finds Stolen Mail-in Ballots While Walking Dog

A woman walking her dog Saturday evening in East Hollywood found more than 100 stolen unopened mail-in ballots, according to a report.

Christina Repaci was walking her dog when she stumbled upon the box of ballots, according to Fox 11. “I turned the corner and I just saw this box of envelopes, and it was a USPS box. I picked some envelopes up and I saw they were ballots,” Repaci reportedly said, telling Fox 11 she took the box home with her as she determined what to do next.

Repaci called local politicians and the LA County Sheriff’s Department, as well as having sent videos of the ballots to social media accounts, according to Fox 11.

“I actually called the Sheriff’s Department. I couldn’t get through, so I emailed them,” she recounted. “I got an email back from a deputy basically in so many words saying it wasn’t their problem and to contact the USPS.” (Read more from “Woman Finds Stolen Mail-in Ballots While Walking Dog” HERE)

Police Seize Voting Machine During Investigation Into 2020 Election Breaches

Michigan State Police seized a voting machine tabulator April 29 and plan to expand its investigation into breaches of voting machine data related to the 2020 presidential election.

The agency opened an investigation into voting machine breaches in February after learning that an unnamed third party was granted access to the vote tabulator components and underlying technology in one Michigan county, according to CNN. Michigan State Police Lt. Derrick Carroll told the outlet that his department is expanding the investigation into more counties after they were notified of additional breaches.

Carroll reportedly told the outlet that the breaches did not affect the results of the 2020 election as they allegedly occurred after the election was over.

Round 2: Trump and Piers Morgan Trade Blows Over Heated TV Interview

Donald Trump and Piers Morgan zealously traded blows Thursday — a day after an explosive clip of a sitdown between the pair showed the ex-POTUS storm off and blast the Post columnist “very dishonest.”

In a statement released Thursday morning, former president Trump claimed the clip of the fiery showdown was “deceptively” edited.

“Piers Morgan, like the rest of the Fake News Media, attempted to unlawfully and deceptively edit his long and tedious interview with me. He wanted to make it look like I walked out on the interview when my time limit of 20 minutes went over by an hour,” Trump railed.

“The good news is that the interview was taped by us as a means of keeping him honest. The interview was actually very strong on the 2020 Election Fraud, with me calling him ‘a fool’ if he truly believed those results.”

Trump also released audio of the sitdown, which shows the two men thanking each other and laughing at the end of the interview, which was filmed for Morgan’s upcoming show “Piers Morgan Uncensored.”

Politicians in Major US City Named for 2020 Presidential Election ‘Bribery’

A complaint has been filed with the Wisconsin Elections Commission bringing bribery allegations against the mayor, a former mayor and the city clerk of Milwaukee over their actions leading up to and during the 2020 president election.

Officials with the Thomas More Society, acting on behalf of a Milwaukee voter, levied the claims against Milwaukee Acting Mayor Cavalier Johnson, former Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and City Clerk Jim Owczarski.

The allegations are that the officials acted in violation of Wisconsin’s bribery law by “accepting private money from the Center for Tech and Civic Life in order to facilitate in-person and absentee voting and to purchase and place absentee ballot drop boxes.”

The complaint also charges that the city’s absentee ballot drop boxes actually were illegal under state law.

“This is representative of a national trend, explained Erick Kaardal, a Thomas More Society special counsel. “Sixteen states have now passed legislation to ban or regulate the acceptance and use of private funds by public election officers. Thomas More Society attorneys, prior to the 2020 election, were the first to litigate this issue. Thomas More Society lawyers filed litigation in nine states.
