FBI Hacked, Emails Sent From Official FBI Account to 100,000 Inboxes

The FBI has acknowledged illegitimate emails were sent from an official FBI email account Saturday morning before the agency took the hardware offline. Breitbart has learned the email is estimated to have reached at least 100,000 inboxes.

“The FBI and CISA [Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency] are aware of the incident this morning involving fake emails from an @ic.fbi.gov email account,” the FBI explained in a press release.

“This is an ongoing situation, and we are not able to provide any additional information at this time,” the statement continues. “The impacted hardware was taken offline quickly upon discovery of the issue. We continue to encourage the public to be cautious of unknown senders and urge you to report suspicious activity to ic3.gov or cisa.gov.”

Spamhaus has confirmed to Breitbart News that it estimates at least 100,000 accounts received the email.

FBI Director Told Former Agents the Bureau Will ‘Stay in Its Own Lane’ and Won’t Be Attending School Board Meetings

FBI Director Christopher Wray “made it clear” during an October speech that FBI agents “would not be attending school board meetings” and the Bureau “would stay in its own lane,” a former agent who saw the speech told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Cecil Moses, a retired FBI special agent and former police chief in Alabama, was in Scottsdale, Arizona, for the national conference for the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, where he said Wray met with former agents on Oct. 22 and assured them that the Bureau would not be monitoring school board meetings.

“He made it clear he didn’t want it to be any misconception, that there’s going to be FBI agents out there looking over the shoulder of parents or monitoring school board meetings and the like,” Moses told the DCNF. “He made the comment that the Bureau will stay in his own lane and I think that’s a very, very cogent comment.”

Parents across the country have joined a nationwide movement against what they believe is harmful ideology permeating American public schools. Many parent activists have shown up at school board meetings to air their grievances, which were likened to “the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes,” by the National School Boards Association (NSBA) in a Sept. 29 letter to President Joe Biden’s administration. Biden Unleashes FBI Gestapo To Terrorize Parents Opposed to Critical Race Theory

His Fraudulency Joe Biden’s attorney general has just announced that the FBI will be engaged to terrorize parents who oppose left-wing school board policies.

All around the country, parents have been speaking out and protesting against several absurd and destructive school board policies that have been put in place to damage, sexualize, and indoctrinate innocent children.

Chief among these policies is Critical Race Theory, which teaches children to be racists and that white people are inherently dangerous oppressors due to their skin color.

Parents are also opposed to anti-science mask mandates. Although nothing in the science supports the idea that forcing kids into filthy masks all day long does anyone any good, these fascist school boards are still imposing these mandates. FBI: Some of Biggest Hate-Crime Increase Were in Dem Strongholds

The FBI’s latest annual report on hate crimes seemed to deliver more grim news about race relations in America, announcing a nearly 40% rise in anti-black hate crimes in 2020. Major news outlets trumpeted the headline-grabbing statistic, noting that it coincided with a rise in “white nationalism” and came amid a surge in anti-black “hostility” caused by summer 2020 protests. Attorney General Merrick Garland quickly promised “a comprehensive response” by the Department of Justice.

But a closer look at the data reveals a more complicated picture. Some of the biggest increases in anti-black hate crimes occurred in Democratic Party strongholds yet, perhaps surprisingly, almost no increases were reported in major cities riven by the racially tinged protests and riots after George Floyd’s murder. It’s no surprise, then, that experts caution against using these numbers to claim an epidemic of anti-black crime – both because of the FBI data’s limitations, as well as the small absolute and relative size of the reported increase.

The recent FBI dataset tallies reported hate crimes, not the number proven in court. It’s unknown whether the “true” number of hate crimes committed in 2020 is higher or lower than the FBI’s reported total. On one hand, not all crimes are reported to police, which could lead to undercounting. On the other, it’s likely that some portion of reported hate crimes would not withstand legal scrutiny, meaning the FBI’s figures might be inflated. The high evidentiary threshold required to prove a hate crime in court is illustrated by the fact that Derek Chauvin – the white cop cast as a racist convicted of murdering George Floyd last year – was not charged with a hate crime.

Whether the FBI’s data over or understates the true number of hate crimes, the total number of reported anti-black hate crimes is relatively small. In 2020, the FBI recorded a total of 7,759 hate incidents — which the FBI defines as “one or more offenses committed by the same offender, or group of offenders acting in concert, at the same time and place” — in a country of 330 million people. Assailants with anti-black biases allegedly initiated 2,755 such incidents, targeting some 3,769 victims. This was the highest number of anti-black incidents recorded by the FBI since 2008, but at that time there were 13,690 law enforcement agencies submitting hate crime data, versus the 15,136 agencies reporting such data last year, reflecting the imprecise nature of hate crime statistics. Blinken Left Stammering Being Questioned About Alleged FBI Interview About Hunter Biden

Secretary of State Antony Blinken was asked Monday if he has been interviewed by the FBI since attaining his position.

Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry pressed Blinken about “documents to the FBI related to Hunter Biden, Burisma or the Blue State Strategies Corporation” during a House Foreign Affairs Committee about President Joe Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan.

“A little off-topic here, but I think it is interesting. How long was your recent interview with the FBI and was it a deposition?” Perry asked Blinken.

Blinken responded by saying he does not know what Perry is referring to. He would not deny being interviewed by the FBI, saying it would be inappropriate to comment.

Taliban Taps Terrorist Wanted by FBI for New Government

A Taliban spokesman on Tuesday announced the appointment of a terrorist on the FBI’s most-wanted list to a cabinet-level position in its new government.

Sirajuddin Haqqani, who is a senior leader in the al Qaeda-aligned Haqqani network of terror groups, will serve in the Taliban’s government as minister of the interior. He is wanted by federal authorities for his involvement in a 2008 bombing in Kabul that killed Thor Hesla, a U.S. citizen. The State Department is offering up to $5 million for information leading to Haqqani’s arrest.

Report: FBI Was in Possession of Viral Hunter Biden Video Saying Laptop Stolen by Russians — And Admitting It Would Be a Security Risk — As Early as 2019

A new report alleges that the FBI must have known as early as December 2019 that Hunter Biden thought Russians had stolen one of his laptops and would use compromising video stored on its hard drive to blackmail him or his father, who was running for president at the time.

The FBI’s knowledge of Biden’s beliefs would directly contradict what his father, President Joe Biden, told the American people in October 2020, when he insisted that videos, text messages, and emails from another abandoned MacBook laptop belonging to Hunter Biden were a Russian hoax.

Brian Della Rocca, an attorney representing John Paul Mac Isaac, told the Federalist on Wednesday that recently emerged video of Hunter Biden telling a prostitute he thought Russians might have blackmail on him was “definitely on the hard drive” of the laptop belonging to Biden that was seized by the FBI from Isaac’s Delaware-based computer repair shop.

“This new revelation establishes that, since December 2019, the FBI had knowledge that a second laptop had been stolen from Hunter Biden and that that laptop contained material making the Biden family a national security risk and subject to Russian influence,” Margot Cleveland wrote for the Federalist.

“Joe Biden surely received briefings on these risks well before his October 2020 denial of the authenticity of the laptop, so the question is: Did the FBI fail to provide Biden a truthful briefing on this intel, or did Biden fail to level with voters?” Cleveland asked. FBI Sexcapades: Bureau Rocked By Illicit Office Romances, Workplace Harassment

In April 2015, well before the advent of the #MeToo movement, a senior FBI official assured Congress the bureau had a handle on sexual misconduct In the workplace. “The FBI does not tolerate sexual harassment or sexual misconduct,” then-Associate Director Kevin L. Perkins told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. . .

The challenges have burst into full view in recent months with the release of several explosive investigative reports by the Justice Department inspector general. The latest came last Thursday, revealing an FBI assistant director violated agency policy by failing to timely report a romantic relationship with a subordinate.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz noted the romance involved more than a rules infraction, it disrupted the workplace.

“The OIG investigation also found that the Assistant Director allowed the relationship to negatively affect an appropriate and professional superior-subordinate relationship and to disrupt the workplace by interfering with the ability of other FBI employees to complete their work,” Horowitz wrote in his report. . .

Back in April, Horowitz released a stunning investigative report revealing that a senior FBI supervisor sexually harassed eight female subordinates in one of the bureau’s most egregious known cases of sexual misconduct. The supervisor was allowed to retire and was not further punished, despite findings that his colleagues found him to be a “skilled predator” who touched female employees inappropriately and solicited one for sex in a conference room. Report: FBI Agent at Center of Whitmer Kidnap Probe Assaulted Wife After Swingers’ Party (VIDEO)

An FBI agent at the center of the investigation into the plot to kidnap and kill Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is accused of smashing his wife’s head against a nightstand and choking her after a dispute stemming from their attendance at a swingers’ party, according to court records.

Special Agent Richard Trask, 39, of Kalamazoo, was charged Monday with assault with intent to do great bodily harm, less than murder following the alleged incident Sunday.

An affidavit filed by the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office in Kalamazoo County District Court said Trask’s wife had bloody lacerations to the right side of her head and “blood all over chest, clothing arms and hand,” as well as “severe” bruising to her neck and throat.

She told police she and her husband had several drinks at a swingers’ party held at a hotel in the 2700 block of S. 11 Street in Oshtemo Township, just west of Kalamazoo, according to the affidavit. She added that she did not like the party and they argued about it on the way home. . .

Trask, 39, has worked for the FBI since 2011 and served as the FBI’s public face in the Whitmer case, testifying in federal court about the investigation. He has worked on cases involving espionage, terrorism and domestic extremism investigations.

Suspected FBI Leaker Could Evade Consequences

A senior FBI official found guilty of misconduct for accepting unauthorized gifts from journalists, including tickets to pricy black-tie dinners, in 2016 could evade consequences because the official resigned before the investigation was completed, the Department of Justice inspector general said Tuesday.

The misconduct finding is part of a years-long Justice Department inspector general investigation into FBI media leaks during the 2016 election. In 2018, the inspector general’s office said it was probing “numerous FBI employees, at all levels of the organization and with no official reason to be in contact with the media, who were nevertheless in frequent contact with reporters.”

The FBI official at the center of the latest investigation—who resigned during the probe and whose name is being withheld by the inspector general—”violated federal regulations and FBI policy” for reportedly accepting “tickets from members of the media to two black tie dinner events, one valued at $225 and the other valued at $300,” without prior approval, according to a statement.
