Early Wednesday morning, a radical Islamic terrorist drove his truck through a crowd of people celebrating the start of the New Year in New Orleans. Fifteen people were murdered and more than 35 injured. But maybe this tragedy could have been avoided if the FBI spent less time targeting parents, Catholics, and countless other dissidents and instead focused its resources on catching actual terrorists.
Shamsud-Din Jabbar plowed through a crowd in his Ford F-150 Lightning EV truck draped with an ISIS flag before shooting at police officers, who fatally shot Jabbar. Jabbar “recently converted to Islam” and “began acting erratically in recent months,” according to The New York Times.
Unfortunately under the leadership of then FBI Director Christopher Wray, the FBI was too busy doing things like helping to orchestrate a kidnapping plot targeting Democrat Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to catch a terrorist.
Here are some others the FBI was too busy targeting while a terrorist became radicalized on U.S. soil.
. . .
Documents obtained by House Republicans in 2023 reveals multiple FBI field offices were involved in the drafting of the infamous memo that labeled Catholics as potential domestic terrorists.
A leaked FBI memo revealed a Richmond, Virginia, field office was investigating alleged “white supremacy” amongst Catholics who attended Latin Mass. The memo warned of “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” and noted possible infiltration into Catholic communities using “various kinds of informants.” Subsequent memos show FBI field offices in Los Angeles and Portland were involved in targeting Catholics. Former FBI agent Jonathan Gilliam said Thursday on Newsmax that he was disappointed with the agency’s operational standards, and he also said political influences have warped recruitment and qualifications.
During an appearance on Newsmax’s “Carl Higbie: Frontline,” Gilliam said he was frustrated over the agency’s failure to adapt to modern challenges. He also said that a lack of innovative thinking is a critical flaw in the FBI’s approach.
“That’s the way they’ve been doing that for a long time, ever since I was in the bureau, back in 2005, all the way back to there. When I got out in 2013, I couldn’t take it anymore,” Gilliam told Carl Higbie when asked why the agency was looking at all the wrong places. “I mean, the reality is they, just like down in New Orleans, a perfect example of what you saw down there, is that the bureau doesn’t think outside the box.”
Gilliam said that the FBI has been under the influence of political ideologies, particularly from the left, which he said have permeated the agency.

The FBI filed court documents this week accusing Gainesville, Florida, resident Forrest Kendall Pemberton of plotting to attack the South Florida offices of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) with multiple firearms.
Pemberton, 26, was reported missing by his father on December 23. His father, unnamed in police reports, told the Gainesville police department he received a text message from Pemberton advising him to look in the backpack he left in his bedroom.
The backpack proved to contain a “concerning” note that “espoused anti-authority sentiments” and looked disturbingly like a farewell message. Pemberton’s father added that his son had previously “espoused antisemitic views.”
Pemberton’s father said the search history in his son’s browser included various government offices and prominent entities, such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Social Security Administration (SSA), Blackrock, the World Economic Forum (WEF), and AIPAC. Pemberton’s searches also included information on various assassination methods, including the use of poisons and vehicles as weapons.
Most disturbingly under the circumstances, Pemberton owned several firearms, including two rifles and a pistol, which were missing from his room. His father thought he might have been planning an assault similar to the December 4 murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who the FBI said was killed after committing a New Year’s Eve terror attack in New Orleans has donated to Democrat politicians over the years, Federal Election Commission data shows.
On May 7, 2020, Jabbar gave $15 through ActBlue, listing his job as “consultant” for “EY” (likely Ernst & Young) and his address as Fresno, Texas. The contribution says it was to the Action PAC (now called the Grassroots Law PAC), which that cycle spent $100,000 supporting Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and another $100,000 supporting Jaime Harrison, who is now chair of the Democratic National Committee and at the time was a Senate candidate in South Carolina.
In 2014, Jabbar gave $5 to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, listing his job as soldier for the U.S. Army and his address as Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Jabbar was reportedly born in the United States and was an American citizen, but had an ISIS flag when he rammed his truck into a crowd, killing at least 10 and injuring at least 35. (Read more from “Alleged New Orleans Terrorist Donated To Democrats” HERE)
At least temporarily on Wednesday, the FBI was clearly concerned that the ISIS-inspired/-directed attack in New Orleans may have been the work of a broader cell of terrorists. Early on Wednesday morning, a U.S. citizen, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, drove a truck at high speed into New Year’s Eve revelers celebrating on New Orleans’s famous Bourbon Street. At least 15 people were killed. Vehicle ramming attacks are an ISIS hallmark.
Later came media reports that the FBI believed three or four individuals other than Jabbar were caught on security cameras laying explosive devices. These reports may have been mistaken.
Still, one key indication that the FBI had at least some credible intelligence to indicate a sustaining threat was the deployment of the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team to New Orleans. As I noted earlier, a Department of Justice Boeing 757-200 aircraft flew from Richmond, Virginia, to New Orleans on Wednesday afternoon. HRT deployments on these aircraft operate under call signs JENA1 and JENA2. It is probable that elements from the FBI’s counter-IED section and crisis negotiation unit joined HRT on the flight. All three of these units belong to the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group based out of the bureau’s presence at the Marine Corps base in Quantico, Virginia.
The HRT deployment here is highly notable. There are certain assets that the FBI will deploy following terrorist attacks or other incidents in order to reassure the public that their safety is paramount even where the FBI believes the threat has been addressed. These include public disclosure of the deployment of evidence response teams, additional agents from other FBI field offices, etc. . .
HRT operates three tactical assault/sniper teams, Gold, Silver, and Blue, which rotate through training, support, and crisis contingency deployments. A small number of HRT operators from the team on support duty are regularly deployed nationally and globally as advisers or on temporary missions such as high-threat reconnaissance, close protection, and cross-training operations with other tactical units. While tens of thousands of fans of President Donald Trump rallied in Washington in January 2021 to support his doubts about the integrity of the 2020 presidential election, an election evidence now confirms was skewed by a various of undue influences including the FBI’s interference, a few hundred rioted at the Capitol.
There was trespassing, and vandalism, and members of Congress said they were scared for the lives, although the only fatality in the violence that day was a protester shot at point-blank range by a police officer. Further, Democrats in Washington had rejected Trump’s offer in advance to have National Guard troops to secure the building. . .
That political agenda now is reaping the whirlwind: A $50 billion lawsuit that is being prepared against the government over its agenda.
It is the Gateway Pundit that revealed more than 100 January 6 “political prisoners” have come together for the action against the Department of Justice.
His organization, “Federal Watchdog,” is being joined by a team of lawyers with the aim of exposing the injustices inflicted on the prisoners. (Read more from “J6 ‘Political Prisoners’ Preparing $50 Billion Class Action Lawsuit to File Against Feds” HERE)

Spy chiefs “silenced” researchers in the Defense Department and FBI who discovered strong evidence that COVID-19 most likely leaked from a Chinese lab, The Post has learned.
As a result, their findings were kept out of an August 2021 report to President Biden on the origins of the global pandemic.
That report concluded that the virus behind COVID “was probably not genetically engineered.”
After the pandemic erupted in Wuhan, China, three scientists from the Defense Intelligence Agency began trying to figure out exactly where it came from — whether SARS-CoV-2 jumped from bats into humans, or whether the virus was man-made and came from a lab accident.
The “zoonotic origin” theory was backed by powerful members of the public health establishment, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, and questions about a possible “lab leak” were repeatedly dismissed as a conspiracy theory. Can you imagine the danger to our republic if the Executive Branch could secretly, for months on end, and without any clear and compelling justification, surveil the very people in Congress conducting oversight of those agencies?
That chilling constitutional nightmare transpired. And we’re only getting the details about the separation-of-powers-eviscerating, civil liberties-undermining, and transparency-imperiling activity seven years after it started.
The revelations come in a recently released Justice Department Inspector General report. Like much of this corrupt activity, the story begins with Russiagate. In the spring and summer of 2017, the first year of the Trump presidency, CNN, The New York Times, and The Washington Post published articles containing classified information concerning Trump and Russia.
Among the unauthorized disclosures to emerge was that a FISA warrant had been issued to surveil Trump’s foreign policy adviser Carter Page. The dubious warrants would be renewed four times.
Page was framed as a Russian agent through authorities’ omission of critical exculpatory information and reliance on the dodgy Steele dossier that federal investigators could never corroborate. An official would later be prosecuted for doctoring information about Page used to justify FISA warrant renewal. The FBI spoke to Luigi Mangione’s mother the night before her son’s high-profile arrest and told the feds he bore a resemblance to the suspect wanted for killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, according to law enforcement sources.
Members of the Joint Violent Crimes Task Force questioned Kathleen Mangione late Sunday night after receiving a tip from San Francisco police – four days prior – about a missing person’s report the family had filed with the department in November, the sources said.
Police tipped off the feds after they recognized the 26-year-old’s face in surveillance images put out by the NYPD after Thompson, 50, was gunned down last week – but his mother wasn’t completely confident that was actually her son in the images.
His mom reported him missing to San Francisco police on Nov. 18. She noted that she hadn’t spoken to her son since July 1 and was unaware of his whereabouts, according to the report.
The alleged assassin had reportedly vanished for several months after fleeing the US to “zen out” on a solo Asia trip before abruptly returning to allegedly kill Thompson. (Read more from “Luigi Mangione’s Mom Spoke With the FBI the Night Before Accused CEO Killer Was Arrested: Sources” HERE)

By Revolver News. Loyal and longtime readers may recall that we began our very first major report exploring federal involvement in the January 6 Fedsurrection began with a striking exchange between Senator Amy Klobuchar and Christopher Wray, in which Klobuchar asks the FBI director if he had any informants in place prior to January 6th. . .
Early this afternoon, the Department of Justice finally released its long suppressed Inspector General report on January 6th. The substance of the report, as well as the timing help to shed light on FBI Director Christopher Wray’s seemingly abrupt and premature decision to resign (announced yesterday). Indeed, while the report must be understood in essence as a limited hangout cover-up job released under great reluctance, what it does reveal is damning enough for Christopher Wray, the FBI, and the malicious and discredited Fedsurrection narrative as a whole.
Let’s start with some of the highlights. First, the FBI IG report acknowledges the presence of multiple CHS’s (informants) some of whom were sent to DC for Jan 6 by the FBI, and some of whom went on their own accord and reported to their handlers in the FBI.
We found no evidence in the materials we reviewed or the testimony we received showing or suggesting that the FBI had undercover employees in the various protest crowds, or at the Capitol, on January 6. We reviewed the documented CHS reporting that the FBI had prior to the riot and breach of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. We determined that three CHSs had been tasked by FBI field offices in the days leading up to the January 6 Electoral Certification, with the required approval of the WFO, to travel to DC for the events of January 6 to report on domestic terrorism subjects who were possibly attending the event. Specifically: One FBI field office tasked a CHS to travel to DC to report on the activities of a predicated domestic terrorism subject who was separately planning to travel to DC for the January 6 Electoral Certification; a second FBI field office tasked a CHS to travel to DC to potentially report on two domestic terrorism (DT) subjects from another FBI field office who were planning to travel to DC for the events of January 6; and a third CHS, who had informed their handling agent that they intended to travel to DC on their own initiative for the events of January 6, was similarly tasked by their field office to potentially report on two DT subjects from other FBI field offices who were planning to travel to DC for the events of January 6. Our review 5 concluded that none of these three FBI CHSs were authorized to enter the Capitol or a restricted area, or to otherwise break the law on January 6, nor was any CHS directed by the FBI to encourage others to commit illegal acts on January 6.
In other words, we see that there were at least three informants who had been tasked directly with following specific targets and informing on their plans in relation to January 6th. (Read more from “DOJ Finally Releases Suppressed IG report on Jan 6: Here’s What They’re Still Covering Up” HERE)

DOJ Inspector General Reveals Details About FBI Informants and January 6
By Townhall. Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz released a report Thursday revealing the FBI used dozens of confidential human sources in the lead up to former President Donald Trump’s speech at the Ellipse on January 6, 2021 and ahead of the congressional certification of the 2020 presidential election results at the U.S. Capitol. Horowitz also noted some of these sources were on the ground in Washington D.C. on January 6, but not authorized to enter the U.S. Capitol or to encourage attendees of Trump’s rally to commit illegal acts.
“Our review determined that none of these FBI CHSs was authorized by the FBI to enter the Capitol or a restricted area or to otherwise break the law on January 6, nor was any CHS directed by the FBI to encourage others to commit illegal acts on January 6,” Horowitz’ office released in a statement.
Many informants illegally entered the U.S. Capitol anyway, but have not been charged.
“None of the CHSs who entered the Capitol or a restricted area has been prosecuted to date,” the report states. (Read more from “DOJ Inspector General Reveals Details About FBI Informants and January 6” HERE)
