State Department Turns Over 1,600 Newly-Discovered Clinton Documents to Benghazi Committee

The State Department turned over 1,600 pages of previously undisclosed documents related to Hillary Clinton and Libya to the House Benghazi committee on Friday, a month after it revealed the existence of the documents in an unrelated court case.

The House Select Committee on Benghazi announced it received the records on Friday, adding that the State Department has yet to fully comply with document requests the committee made nearly a year ago.

“Today the State Department turned over more than 1,600 pages of new documents related to former Secretary Clinton and Libya,” the committee said. “The State [Department] claimed in a January 8th court filing that it only recently discovered these new documents from the Office of the Secretary.”

In January, the State Department disclosed in a court filing that it had recently discovered “thousands” of new documents related to Clinton’s tenure and the Benghazi attack. The filing was in response to a lawsuit by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, which has been seeking records from Clinton’s time at the State Department. Fox News Host Just Bet $10K on What He Thinks Will Be Found in Hillary’s Wall Street Transcripts

Fox News host Eric Bolling on Friday bet $10,000 that transcripts would reveal Hillary Clinton never said in her Wall Street speeches that those who work in the financial sector were guilty of undermining the economy.

Clinton has said that she took Wall Street’s money to offer her opinion to Wall Street bankers: “I told them what I thought,” she said in an interview earlier this year. Critics, however, have suggested what Clinton said during her speeches might be inconsistent with the tough tone she has recently taken on Wall Street during her presidential campaign . . .

“I will almost guarantee — in fact, I’ll bet $10,000 to a charity if there is anywhere in any of her transcripts, in a speech, to anyone in Wall Street saying, ‘You guys are going to undermine the economy.’ $10,000 to a charity if she produces a transcript that says that to a Wall Street bank,” Bolling said. Watch The Moment Bill Clinton Totally Loses It Over 1 Question These Protesters Ask About Hillary

Former President Bill Clinton became angry when he was heckled by protesters during a campaign event in Bluffton, South Carolina on Friday.

The protesters demanded to know if his wife Hillary Clinton lied about the four American deaths that occurred during the attack in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012.

A man claiming to be a military veteran began talking about the Veterans Administration and the former president appeared to grow impatient with the man.

“What do you think should be done with the VA?” Clinton asked.

The man responded that he’s seen Gold Star families “who have mourned.” (Read more from “Watch the Moment Bill Clinton Totally Loses It Over 1 Question These Protesters Ask About Hillary” HERE)

Judge Orders That Hillary Clinton Give Sworn Testimony About Her Private Email Server

A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that State Department officials and top aides to Hillary Clinton should be questioned under oath about whether they intentionally thwarted federal open records laws by using or allowing the use of a private email server throughout Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of Washington came in a lawsuit over public records brought by Judicial Watch, a conservative legal watchdog group, regarding its May 2013 request for information about the employment arrangement of Huma Abedin, a longtime Clinton aide.

Officials with the State and Justice departments said that they were aware of the order but declined to comment further, citing the ongoing litigation. Discovery orders are not readily appealable. An attorney for Abedin declined to comment.

Sullivan set an April 12 deadline for parties to litigate a detailed investigative plan–subject to court approval–that would reach well beyond the limited and carefully worded explanations of the use of the private server that department and Clinton officials have given. Newly Released Documents Show a Pattern of Clinton Deception

By Micah Morrison. Aficionados of complex financial crime will want a look at a new, never-before-seen document obtained by Judicial Watch. Last month, Judicial Watch released 246 pages of previously undisclosed Office of Independent Counsel (OIC) internal memos on criminal charges against Hillary Clinton in the Whitewater investigation.

On February 9, this reporter provided more details on the case, based on a newly obtained confidential document. The document included a description of the case against Mrs. Clinton “in the legal terms of an indictment.”

The new document, disclosed today by Judicial Watch, goes further. A thirty-two page OIC memo titled “HRC Order of Proof,” it spells out in great detail the evidence that would have been presented at Mrs. Clinton’s trial.

The April 1998 memo includes the names of 121 witnesses, discussions of evidence, and aspects of grand jury testimony to be used at trial, forming a virtual road map to the sweeping criminal case against the Whitewater conspirators. It’s a rare inside look at a major federal case on the brink of indictment. (Read more from “Newly Released Documents Show a Pattern of Clinton Deception” HERE)

Federal Court Grants Judicial Watch Discovery on Clinton Email Issue

By Judicial Watch. Judicial Watch announced that District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan today granted Judicial Watch’s motion for discovery into whether the State Department and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton deliberately thwarted the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for six years. The developments come in a Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit that seeks records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, former Deputy Chief of Staff to Clinton. The lawsuit was reopened because of revelations about Clinton’s separate email records (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)).

Judge Sullivan initially announced his ruling from the bench during a hearing this morning and, over the objections of the State Department, authorized Judicial Watch to submit a plan for “narrowly-tailored discovery.” Judge Sullivan is also considering whether to order the State Department to subpoena all the emails on the clinton.com email system. Watch: Actor Tim Allen Perfectly Obliterates Hillary, Then Reveals Surprising Pick for 2016

In a candid interview with Megyn Kelly, Tim Allen, the conservative Republican and Hollywood actor, talked politics. Kelly asked Allen who “Mike Baxter,” his character on ABC’s Last Man Standing, would vote for. “Mike,” by way of Allen and the show’s other writers, has been poking fun at Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton for years.

Allen said he thinks “Mike” probably planned on voting for Donald Trump at first, but said that since Trump “took a shot at you (Kelly),” and “Mike” has a few daughters, he would probably vote for Rubio.

Then, Kelly asked Allen who he would vote for.

Allen said he had attended a John Kasich rally in Los Angeles and that Kasich really has a “great resume” and “a good heart.” He also said, “I know this may be the kiss of death for him, but he’s almost a Republican that the Democrats would like.”

The Home Improvement star was then asked about Hillary Clinton. He gave a funny and perplexed look and then asked, “Did she actually bark like a dog?”

Allen was making a reference to an occasion where Clinton actually barked like a dog while referencing Republican arguments. (Read more from “Watch: Actor Tim Allen Perfectly Obliterates Hillary, Then Reveals Surprising Pick for 2016” HERE)

Clinton: Two-State Solution, Support for Palestinians in ‘Best Interest’ of Israel [+video]

By Aaron Kliegman. Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton reaffirmed her call for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on Sunday and added it is in Israel’s best interest to provide greater support for the aspirations of the Palestinian people.

“I happen to think that moving toward a two-state solution, trying to provide for support for the aspirations of the Palestinian people is in the long-term best interest of Israel, as well as the region and, of course, the people themselves,” Clinton told Jake Tapper on CNN’s State of the Union.

Tapper had asked Clinton to comment on Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s recent statement that he would be neutral when it comes to negotiating the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R., Texas) subsequent criticism of Trump’s comment.

Clinton told Tapper both men “missed the mark” with their comments because supporting Israel and working toward a two-state solution are not mutually exclusive. (Read more from “Clinton: Two-State Solution, Support for Palestinians in ‘Best Interest’ of Israel” HERE)

Reid, Powerful Union Come to Clinton’s Aid

By Ben Kamisar. Harry Reid and the powerful Culinary Workers Union were huge players in Hillary Clinton’s victory Saturday in Nevada’s caucuses.

Clinton racked up big wins in caucuses held in six major casinos on the Las Vegas strip, which helped her roll out a big majority in Clark County, home to about three-quarters of the state’s registered Democratic voters.

Reid, the Senate minority leader and longtime Nevada Democratic political pro, encouraged the head of the Culinary Workers Union to get casino workers to turn up at the caucuses, according to The New York Times.

“He’s been extremely cooperative,” Reid told the Times about union head D. Taylor. “Probably 100 organizers will be at the caucus sites and in hotels to make sure people know what they’re doing.” (Read more from “Reid, Powerful Union Come to Clinton’s Aid” HERE)

Hillary Just Got Some of the Worst News so Far That Could Mean Serious Trouble for Campaign

By Jack Davis. For the first time in the campaign, Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is beating Democratic presidential rival Hillary Clinton, according to a Fox News poll released Thursday.

The poll shows Sanders, who a month ago was trailing Clinton 49 percent to 37 percent, leading her 47 percent to 44 percent.

“One thing that is clear from our poll — and others — is that Clinton has been losing support and Sanders has been gaining,” says Democratic pollster Chris Anderson. “And this process appears to have accelerated since the contests in Iowa and New Hampshire.”

“Historically, lesser-known candidates beating establishment candidates in early contests have seen the biggest boost in their national support,” said Republican pollster Daron Shaw, who conducted the Fox News poll along with Anderson.

Among women, Clinton’s lead over Sanders has all but evaporated. Over the last two Fox News polls, Clinton’s lead among women went from 28 points to only three. (Read more from “Hillary Just Got Some of the Worst News so Far That Could Mean Serious Trouble for Campaign” HERE)

Recording Suggests Hillary Clinton Backers Testing Attack Lines Ahead of Nevada Caucus

By Maryalice Parks. Days before Democratic voters will caucus in Nevada, the race in the state between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton is tighter than ever. A new CNN poll out Wednesday showed the two candidates in a virtual dead heat in the state and staff from the Sanders campaign confirmed to ABC News that they have conducted their own polling in the state and are optimistic about what they see.

As the pressure builds ahead of the next contest in the primary fight, ABC News recently obtained an audio recording of what sounds like intensive message polling conducted on Clinton’s behalf to a caller in the northern part of the state.

In the recording, provided to ABC News by the Sanders campaign, a woman’s voice asks a man on the other end for, among other things, his impression of both talking points that are favorable to Clinton as well as a series of attack lines against the Vermont senator.

The Sanders campaign said the recording and that type of polling are evidence that the Clinton campaign is nervous about a state they once thought they had locked up. (Read more from “Recording Suggests Hillary Clinton Backers Testing Attack Lines Ahead of Nevada Caucus” HERE)

Hillary Clinton Barks Like a Dog to Slam Republicans

Hillary Clinton’s stump speech has gone to the dogs.

Not really. But Clinton told a colorful story on Monday in Reno that ended with the former secretary of state barking like a dog . . .

“One of my favorite political ads of all time was a radio ad in rural Arkansas where the announcer said, ‘Wouldn’t it be great if somebody running for office said something, we could have an immediate reaction to whether it was true or not. Well, we have trained this dog. Well, the dog, if it is not true, he is going to bark,'” Clinton said. “And the dog was barking on the radio and so people were barking at each other for days after that.”

“I want to figure out how we can do that with Republicans. We need to get that dog and follow them around and every time they say these things like, ‘Oh, the Great Recession was caused by too much regulation,’ arh, arh, arh, arh,” Clinton said, letting out a barking noise that caused the audience to laugh and some people to mimic her. Hillary Anxious About Bill’s Loyalty During Election: Emails

An exasperated Hillary Clinton wondered how to keep her husband in check after a newspaper report questioned her husband’s loyalty to President Obama and suggested Bill could cost him re-election in 2012, a newly released State Department e-mail revealed.

State Department counselor and Hillary friend Cheryl Mills sent her a Washington Post story headlined, “Bill Clinton’s ego could cost Obama in November,” on June 6, 2012.

“What can be done?” Clinton replied less than two hours later.

The exchange was one of a new batch of 550 private e-mails the State Department released Saturday. Of those, 84 were labeled “confidential,” the lowest level of classification. Three others, detailing Clinton’s role in some of the most pressing foreign-policy crises of the Obama administration, were classified “secret” . . .

The three “secret” e-mails revealed Saturday dealt with the former Secretary of State’s doing damage control after a US raid killed Osama bin Laden on May 2, 2011 and an Egypt-Israeli border conflict at the Sinai Peninsula in August 2012.
